Chapter 51 Mewtwo
Hello everyone, this chapter will cover the events of the Mewtwo movie the first half will cover Mewtwo's origins while the second half will cover the movie. This is going to be a long chapter I hope you all enjoy it!
The chapter begins 10 years in the past where we see 5 scientists walking through a jungle looking for something. As they're walking, they come across a temple that has a marking of the mythical Pokemon Mew on it. The scientists walk inside they begin looking for something as they're searching one of the scientists speaks.
"I found it!" The scientist says the other 4 go over to him when they do they see that he's holding a long pink hair. Their leader gets a smile on his face and speaks.
"Finally, after 30 long years we've finally found DNA of the mythical Pokemon mew" The man says as the other 4 scientist cheer. After that they leave the jungle and head to a lab that's on a large rock in the ocean. When they enter the main scientist speaks.
"Okay let's start the cloning process" The man says with the others nodding they put Mew's hair in a tube of green liquid the main scientist presses a few buttons on the keypad and speaks.
"And now we wait" The man says with the others nodding. 1 month later the Mew hair has now turned into an embryo. There are two scientists looking at it, they're checking its vitals Prof. Nanba appears and speaks.
"How's it going?" Nanba asks as the female scientist speaks.
"Everything is still going accordingly sir Mewtwo is still growing" The woman responds with Nanba nodding as he speaks.
"Good and how about the other 4?" Nanba asks as we now see 4 more tubes that also have embryos in them as the male scientist speaks.
"Clone Charmander, Clone Squirtle, Clone Bulbasaur and Clone Amber are still growing as well" The male scientist says with Nanba nodding as he leaves the room, he walks to another room he opens the door and speaks.
"There you are Dr. Fuji" Nanba says as the man looks at him and speaks.
"Oh, you're here again Nanba I already gave Giovanni the report that Mewtwo's still growing fine" Fugi says as Nanba nods.
"Yes, I saw I also saw the other 4 are growing too" Nanba says as Fugi speaks.
"Okay if that's all you came here to say then leave already, we're busy" Fugi says as Nanba speaks.
"There's one more thing I wanted to say you know if Amber's clone is complete, she won't be the same girl as before and will be a completely different person" Nanba says as Fugi speaks.
"I've already prepared myself for that" Fugi says as Nanba speaks.
"Have you also prepared for the idea of Giovanni finding out that you're also cloning your deceased daughter because the moment he does he'll have you killed for not putting more time and focus on Mewtwo" Nanba says as Fugi speaks.
"It doesn't matter as he'll never find out because after this project's over and Amber's clone is born, I'm taking Amber far away from this life and we'll live peacefully" Fugi says as Nanba speaks.
"Well, I hope it works out for you, but I doubt it will" Nanba says as he leaves Fugi alone in his room.
5 years later we see Mewtwo but it's a lot younger than how it looks currently it has left its embryo stage next to it so have Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur and Amber Fugi looks at them and speaks.
"Yes, very soon you'll all wake up" Fugi says he then puts a hand on Amber's pod and speaks.
"Very soon Amber once you wake up, we'll leave this world and live a different life" Fugi says we now go inside Mewtwo's head as he speaks.
"These voices what're they?" Mewtwo questions as he hears a girl's voice.
"It's our voices" the voice says as in his mind Mewtwo sees Amber he looks at her and speaks.
"What are you?" Mewtwo asks as Amber speaks.
"I'm a clone like you" Amber responds making Mewtwo confused as he speaks.
"What's a clone?" Mewtwo asks as Amber speaks.
"A clone is something that is a copy of the original" Amber responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"I see" Mewtwo says as Amber speaks.
"But even though you're a clone you can still have a fun life" Amber says making Mewtwo confused as she begins to tell Mewtwo about the wonders of the world. We then come out of Mewtwo's mind a female scientist looks at the clone's brain wave patterns she looks at Fugi and speaks.
"Mr. Fugi sir it seems as though Mewtwo is able to communicate with the other clones via telepathy" The woman says but Fugi doesn't care he continues to stare at Amber's tube making the other scientist confused.
3 weeks later Fugi called Giovanni letting him know that Mewtwo's still growing and in just 5 more years he'll have the world's strongest Pokemon under his command making Giovanni smile as he speaks.
"That's good to hear" Giovanni says having an evil smile on his face the video call ends as Fugi speaks.
"And soon I'll leave this life" Fugi says as one of the scientist bursts through the door and speaks.
"Dr. Fugi sir it's Ambertwo something's happening!" The scientist says surprising Fugi as he quickly runs out of the room and runs back to the lab to check on Amber's status. When he makes it, he sees that not just Amber's but Charmander's, Squirtle's and Bulbasaur's tubes are all starting to malfunction as Fugi speaks.
"What's going on what happened?!" Fugi asks but the scientist don't know they tell him that everything was fine a few moments ago but the clones bodies started to deteriorate. Fugi has a shocked expression on his face he quickly runs over to Amber's tube and sees her body breaking down Fugi then yells.
"No this can't be happening I can't be losing her again!" Fugi yells as tears start to fall from his eyes. Meanwhile, in Mewtwo's mind we see Mewtwo it's happily flying around with Amber, Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur. During the past 3 weeks Amber's been telling Mewtwo about the joys of the world, making Mewtwo excited he looks at Amber and speaks.
"Amber when we wake up let's travel the world together" Mewtwo says while smiling as Amber gets a sad look on her face and speaks.
"Unfortunately, Mewtwo I won't be joining you" Amber responds making Mewtwo confused he looks at her and speaks.
"But why?" Mewtwo asks as Amber speaks.
"I'm dying" Amber responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"Dying?" Mewtwo questions as Amber speaks.
"Yes, dying it's something that happens to all living organisms who go to a place and can never return" Amber responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"Well, if you're going then I want to come too" Mewtwo says as Amber speaks.
"Unfortunately, Mewtwo you can't come along with us it seems as though the people outside have something planned for you" Amber responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"They have something planned for me?" Mewtwo asks as Amber speaks.
"Yes, they put all of their time and resources into you but not for us" Amber responds as Mewtwo sees Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur like Amber they're also starting to break down shocking Mewtwo as Amber speaks.
"I'm sorry that we're leaving you alone in a dark world Mewtwo but I hope someday you'll be able to find something/someone that'll make you happy" Amber says as her body along with the starters then break down completely becoming nothing as Mewtwo speaks.
"No wait Amber Come Back! Don't leave me Alone!... Please" Mewtwo says as a single tear falls from Mewtwo's face as he's now all alone. When that happens the scientist notice Mewtwo's brainwaves becoming abnormal they inject it with a tranquilizer and put Mewtwo in a deep sleep. 2 days after Amber along with the clone starters death Fugi is in his office he has multiple empty beer cans/bottles on his desk and has a sad look on his face as Nanba appears and speaks.
"I told you it was a waste of time trying to make a clone of an already deceased girl" Nanba says but Fugi doesn't respond as Nanba continues to speak.
"Stop sulking already what happened, happened there's no going back and besides that Amber was a fake anyway the real Amber died 5 years ago. You're a scientist and have a job to do so be an adult and do your job already otherwise the boss will get angry" Nanba says in a stern tone Dr. Fugi looks at Nanba and speaks.
It was you, wasn't it? You did something to Amber's and the three clone starters tubes didn't you!" Fugi yells as Nanba looks at him smirks and speaks.
"So, what if I did your only job here is to make sure that Mewtwo is completed nothing else matters" Nanba responds making Fugi angry Nanba then speaks.
"Now if you excuse me, I'll be heading back to base and I'll come back again to see how Mewtwo's doing goodbye Fugi" Nanba says after that he leaves the room. Fugi's fuming with anger, he grabs an empty beer bottle and throws it at the wall in frustration. Fugi then gets on his knees and lets out a loud and painful scream as he begins to cry.
After that 5 years pass Mewtwo has fully grown he is still in his tube during his sleep Mewtwo forgot about everything he learned from Amber and begins to dream. In Mewtwo's dream he sees that he's in water and sees a silhouette of Mew, Mewtwo begins to question who he is as he opens his eyes and speaks.
"Where am I…. who am I….. and What am I?..." Mewtwo questions his eyes glow blue using his Psychic powers and breaks out of his tube. This alerts the other scientist they quickly run over to Mewtwo and are amazed that he was able to break out on his own Dr. Fugi then speaks.
"Mewtwo is now completed" Dr. Fugi says as he along with the other scientists have smiles on their faces Mewtwo glares at them and speaks.
"Mewtwo? Is that my name?" Mewtwo asks as Dr. Fugi speaks.
"Yes, you were created by who's considered the rarest Pokemon in the world Mew" Dr. Fugi says as he points to a picture that showcases Mew, Mewtwo looks at it then looks back at Fugi and speaks.
"Is Mew my Parent? My Dad? My Mom?" Mewtwo asks as Fugi speaks.
"No one truly knows Mew's true gender so it might be both" Fugi responds with Mewtwo nodding as Fugi continues to speak.
"You were created with Mew as a base, but I would say that you're even stronger than the original" Fugi says as Mewtwo speaks.
"If Mew isn't my mother or Father then was it god who created me?" Mewtwo asks as Fugi speaks.
"Well God does have the power to create things but so do humans" Fugi responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"Are you saying that humans are the ones who've created me?" Mewtwo asks with Fuji nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, we did, and this is truly a victory for science" Fugi responds with the other scientist congratulating themselves one person also goes to contact Team Rocket headquarters. Mewtwo looks at them celebrating, he looks at their hands then his own and sees how different they are. Mewtwo continues to watch the scientist he then speaks.
"Even though I was created by humans I don't look like them, what am I, where am I and Why was I even born?!" Mewtwo says to himself in anger his eyes glow blue he destroys the nearby test tubes along with the walls and blows the humans away. When he does multiple mechanical hands try to stop Mewtwo but Mewtwo easily gets rid of them. Mewtwo keeps destroying everything and in the process kills multiple scientists Mewtwo keeps destroying until the entire room is filled with fire and Fugi is the last scientist remaining Fugi looks at Mewtwo and speaks.
"We've created the world's strongest Pokemon…. And we succeeded" Fugi says as Mewtwo glows blue and fires out a big wave of psychic energy as Fugi thinks to himself.
"Amber, I'll see you soon" Fugi says while having a smile on his face. After that the entire building is destroyed, we then see a Helicopter sporting the TR logo. Inside the Helicopter we see Matori, Archer, Nanba and Giovanni. They look at the destruction and have smiles on their faces as Nanba speaks.
"Looks like Dr. Fugi along with his team have completed it but at the cost of their lives" Nanba says as Archer speaks.
"What are you sad that they're dead?" Archer asks as Nanba speaks.
"Not in the slightest" Nanba responds Matori looks at Giovanni and speaks.
"What're your orders sir?" Matori asks Giovanni looks at the Pilot and speaks.
"Bring us down" Giovanni says with the Pilot nodding. We now see Mewtwo he's currently standing where the building used to be and is surrounded by fire Mewtwo then speaks.
"This is my power? The power that makes me not only the strongest Pokemon in the world but also stronger than Mew" Mewtwo says to himself while looking at the Mew picture. Mewtwo then notices a Helicopter land Mewtwo looks at it he sees a man walk over to him and speaks.
"You may be the strongest Pokemon in the world but there is something much stronger" Giovanni says as Mewtwo speaks.
"Humans?" Mewtwo asks with Giovanni nodding as he speaks.
"Yes, humans but there's also something else" Giovanni says making Mewtwo curious as Giovanni continues to speak.
"There's a trainer named Red Ketchum he's quite possibly the strongest trainer in the world and his Charizard might be the strongest Pokemon in the world making them the ultimate pair" Giovanni says as Mewtwo continues to look at Giovanni as he speaks.
"So why don't you come with me I can help you control your powers and then in return you'll get rid of Red Ketchum for me" Giovanni says as Mewtwo speaks.
"If I go with you, will I find out what I truly am? And what my purpose in life is?" Mewtwo asks as Giovanni speaks.
"Yes, you will so what do you say do we have a deal?" Giovanni asks, looking at Mewtwo the Genetic Pokemon nods making Giovanni smile. After that we come to the Team Rocket main base where Mewtwo is now wearing Armor on its body Mewtwo looks at the armor and speaks.
"This armor it not only holds back my powers but also protects my body" Mewtwo says with Giovanni and Nanba nodding Mewtwo looks at them and speaks.
"What's the next step?" Mewtwo asks as Nanba speaks.
"Now we'll have to test out your psychic powers" Nanba responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"How do we test them?" Mewtwo asks as Giovanni speaks.
"Simple we test them in battle" Giovanni responds when he says that they go to the Team Rocket training grounds where we see Mewtwo and in front of him are hordes of Pokemon glaring at Mewtwo Giovanni then speaks.
"Now then let's see how you handle these Pokemon" Giovanni says he snaps his fingers as all of the Pokemon charge at Mewtwo. Mewtwo isn't fazed, he looks at all of them and speaks.
"Weak" Mewtwo says his eyes glow blue using psychic grabs all of the Pokemon and makes them all crash into a wall knocking out all of them as Nanba speaks.
"Amazing simply amazing" Nanba says with Giovanni smiling. After that Mewtwo continues to test out his psychic powers in battle by defeating many strong Pokemon. Then the battle testing stops as Giovanni speaks.
"I've a new assignment for you Mewtwo" Giovanni says making the mon curious as Giovanni speaks.
"You see we're planning on taking over a place called Saffron City next but there's a powerful psychic user there named Sabrina. So, for your next mission I want you to control her by taking over her mind" Giovanni says with Mewtwo nodding. And Mewtwo does just that when Sabrina walks in the Silph Co. building Mewtwo immediately takes over Sabrina's mind. Sabrina tries to fight but is unable to as Mewtwo puts the real Sabrina asleep and has another one with no emotions take over. Mewtwo also looks into Sabrina's memories and sees that she was once a very lonely girl but found friends who helped her. But then because of Giovanni she lost her friends and isolated herself from them. Mewtwo doesn't really think much about Sabrina's memories as he continues to control her.
After that many weeks pass with Mewtwo taking over Sabrina's mind (also during this time Mewtwo defeated a shiny Garchomp which Giovanni catches) until the events of chapters 26-27 happen where Sabrina is able to break free of Mewtwo's mind control but then Mewtwo knocks out Sabrina again so that she can't hurt Giovanni. After Mewtwo does that he wonders if that was the right choice but doesn't think much about it for now. 5 days later the clone Charizard (Named Zard2) is born Giovanni has a smile on his face and speaks.
"Yes, and now I've not only the strongest Pokemon in the world but also the world's strongest Charizard" Giovanni says having an evil smile on his face. For the next 2 months, Giovanni along with his men begin to train Mewtwo and Zard2 more increasing their strength every day. One day after a training session is over Mewtwo and Zard2 are alone Mewtwo looks at Zard2 and speaks.
"Tell me are you satisfied with your life here?" Mewtwo asks as Zard2 tells Mewtwo that while it likes the training it feels as though it could be doing so much more with its life with Mewtwo agreeing with the fire lizard. Then the events of chapter 43 happen we see Mewtwo easily defeat most of Leaf's and Gary's Pokemon. Mewtwo also hits Leaf with a Shadow Ball but lessens the power as he feels there's no reason to kill her. When Mewtwo fires an Aura Sphere at Leaf her Floragato gets in the way blocking the move and evolves. Mewtwo is surprised and is then punched in the face by Meowscarda crashing into the wall behind Giovanni Mewtwo then thinks to himself.
"Was that the bond between a trainer and Pokemon?" Mewtwo questions. After that Mewtwo along with the rest of the rockets are on Mt. Silver. While Zard2 is fighting Blue's team Mewtwo finally sees Red he looks at him and thinks.
"So, this is Red Ketchum and his Charizard I can feel the amount of power these two have" Mewtwo thinks to himself after that Mewtwo and Charizard battle. During the battle Mewtwo is surprised that Charizard is able to keep up with him. Even when Mewtwo outputs more power Charizard matches it with its own. The two mons then land back on the ground before they continue their battle Red tells his Charizard to stand down surprising everyone. Mewtwo then sees Red walk over to him Mewtwo is about to attack Red but Mewtwo doesn't feel any hostility from Red but instead feels a warm/inviting feeling from him Mewtwo then thinks.
"What is this feeling this man is giving off? It's much more different from Giovanni and his men" Mewtwo thinks to himself. As Red continues to talk he also offers for Mewtwo to join him instead telling Mewtwo that he'll be a lot happier with him shocking Mewtwo as he thinks.
"He wants me to come with him? Even though he knows I was created for the sole purpose of killing him" Mewtwo says to himself Mewtwo then thinks that if he goes with Red then maybe he'll find purpose in his life. As Mewtwo goes to grab Red's hand Giovanni pulls out the Masterball telling Mewtwo that if he goes with Red then Giovanni will trap Mewtwo in the Masterball and will never be released again. Mewtwo has a shocked expression on his face but after experiencing a lot of time with Giovanni he knows that he's not lying. Even though Mewtwo doesn't want to do it if it means that he'll be able to find the purpose in his life he will kill Red. Mewtwo then glows in blue psychic energy he tells Red sorry then fires the wave of Psychic and hits Red with the intention of killing him. Red then starts to fall into a cavern as Charizard punches Mewtwo in the face completely destroying his face mask. Charizard falls in the cavern and grabs his trainer but is then hit by multiple attacks from the Pokemon used by Giovanni's men. Charizard along with Red fall into the cavern never to be seen again. Mewtwo then looks down in the cavern and senses no signs of life from neither Red nor Charizard.
And now the events of chapter 44 happen after Red's "death" 2 days pass during that time Mewtwo continues to question his existence and has finally come to the conclusion that Giovanni is just using him. Mewtwo then tells Zard2 about their plan of breaking out of Team Rocket headquarters with the fire lizard agreeing. While Giovanni and Mewtwo were talking Zard2 started going wild destroying many things in the base and also destroys all of the Masterball's Team Rocket made. Zard2 then makes it to where Mewtwo and Giovanni are Zard2 summons a large Hurricane that easily defeats all of the dark and ghost type Pokemon. When that happens Mewtwo along with Zard2 leave Team Rocket headquarters and reach the place where Mewtwo was born. Mewtwo removes his armor and tells Zard2 that they'll create a clone army and take control of the world with Zard2 agreeing as we now come to present time.
It's now present time we see Mewtwo sitting in a dark room with a few large monitors in front of him. Behind Mewtwo is a woman and Zard2 the woman then speaks.
"Now that the building has been finished what shall we do now master?" The woman asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"Simple we'll invite trainers defeat them take their Pokemon, create multiple clone Pokemon for our army and create a new world" Mewtwo responds with the woman nodding as she speaks.
"Very well sir" The woman says as she leaves Mewtwo then continues to stare at the monitor's as we now go to the group of Ash, Misty and Brock.
It's been 2 days since the gang left the Pokemon Resort they're currently on a mountain side with beautiful grass and the ocean below. We see that Brock is currently making stew, Misty is helping him while Ash is sitting at the table, he's currently watching Pikachu, Dratini, Riolu, Froakie, Sobble, Quaxly and Togepi play. Ash then lays his chin down on the table and speaks.
"Man, I'm hungry is the food ready yet?" Ash asks as Misty speaks.
"It would be done faster if you helped at least" Misty says in annoyance as Ash then speaks.
"Can't I'm too hungry my body won't even move a millimeter" Ash responds Misty sighs as Brock speaks.
"Making Stew takes time you can't rush it just like you can't rush a Pokemon's growth" Brock says with Ash nodding the groups Pokmon along with the trainers notice someone walking towards them as the person speaks.
"Tell me are you Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town?" The teen asks as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, that's me" Ash responds making the teen smile as he speaks.
"Great how about we've a Pokemon battle" The teen says while holding a Pokeball Ash gets an excited look on his face he runs forward and speaks.
"You're on!" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"I thought you couldn't move a millimeter?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"I always get energy when it's time for a battle and I'll beat this guy before breakfast is ready" Ash responds as Brock speaks.
"But breakfast is ready" Brock says Ash then pulls out a Pokeball from his belt he throws it in the air as Venusaur appears it lets out a roar and gets in a battle stance as the teen speaks.
"Go! Donphan!" The teen says as he sends out an elephant like Pokemon it gets in a charging position as Ash takes out his Pokedex.
"Donphan the Armor Pokemon and a pure Ground Type. With its strong tusks and tough skin, Donphan is known for its powerful Tackle attack. The length of Donphan's tusks indicates its level." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"Cool alright Venusaur use Razor Leaf!" Ash calls Venusaur quickly fires the sharp leaves as the teen makes a command.
"Donphan destroy the leaves with Ice Spinner then use Rollout!" The teen calls Donphan covers its body in ice and spins easily destroying the Razor Leaf's. Donphan then curls into a ball, it quickly rolls forward and hits Venusaur making it slide back a couple feet. Donphan then rolls away from Venusaur it turns around going to hit it again with Rollout as Ash makes a command.
"Venusaur use Protect then Solarbeam!" Ash calls Venusaur nods it quickly summons a protective barrier blocking the Rollout making Donphan bounce away. Venusaur quickly charges the grassy beam and fires it consuming Donphan and easily knocking it out. The teen is shocked while Ash cheers he runs over to Venusaur and speaks.
"Great job Venusaur!" Ash says while petting the plant dinosaur making it happy the teen then returns Donphan he grabs another Pokeball and throws it.
"Go Machamp!" The teen says sending out the 4-armed Pokemon Ash looks at it and speaks.
"So, a Machamp's next then I'll go with this one Wartortle I choose you!" Ash says sending out the blue turtle it has an excited look on its face ready to battle the teen then calls for the first move.
"Machamp use Thunder Punch!" The teen calls Machamp electrifies all 4 of its fist it runs forward going to hit Wartortle as Ash makes a command.
"Dodge Wartortle then use Hydro Pump!" Ash calls as Machamp goes to hit Wartortle the blue turtle easily dodges all of Machamp's punches. Wartortle then jumps getting behind Machamp as the 4-armed mon goes to kick it Wartortle goes into its shell spins and shoots out water in all directions. Machamp gets hit and cries out in pain Machamp then falls on the ground knocked out. The teen gets mad as Ash runs up to Wartortle and speaks.
"Great job Wartortle!" Ash says with the turtle nodding the teen then grabs 3 Pokeball's and speaks.
"Fine then let's see how you'll handle these!" The teen says he throws the 3 Pokeball's as outcome a Venomoth, Poliwrath and Pinsir they all run forward. Pikachu then runs up Ash's shoulder then jumps off it sparking its cheeks as Ash makes a command.
"Pikachu Thunderbolt!" Ash calls Pikachu fires a big Thunderbolt which shocks all 3 mons and creates an explosion. When the smoke clears the 3 mons are laying on the ground knocked out shocking the teen as he yells.
"OH! NO!" The teen yells as Ash speaks.
"Alright!" Ash cheers along with Venusaur, Wartortle, Dratini, Riolu and Froakie they all run forward to congratulate Pikachu as Misty speaks.
"Even though he had some strong Pokemon that trainer was weak" Misty says as Brock speaks.
"He should raise his Pokemon better" Brock says with Misty nodding they then continue to watch Ash play with his Pokemon. As Ash and his Pokemon are playing suddenly, something takes his picture. We see that it's a Fearow with a camera around its neck flying through the air we come back to Mewtwo's base the woman looks at Mewtwo and speaks.
"Shall we send an invite to him sir?" The woman asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"Yes" Mewtwo says with the woman nodding she leaves the room then walks over to a Dragonite she hands it the letter and speaks.
"Make sure you deliver this" The woman says with the Dragon nodding as the doors to the building open Dragonite then shoots forward flying high in the air going in the direction of Ash's group. We now come back to the gang as the humans along with their Pokemon are happily eating Breakfast. Ash's Pokemon consists of Pikachu, Gyarados, Venusaur, Wartortle, Charizard, Dratini, Riolu and Froakie. Misty's Pokemon consists of Vaporeon, Dewgong, Golisopod, Psyduck, Sobble, Quaxly and Togepi. And Brock's Pokemon are Onix, Alolan Golem, Vulpix, Croagunk, Klawf and Lycanroc. Everyone is happily eating breakfast together Misty also hand feeds Togepi some Pokemon food making the egg Pokemon happy. As they continue to eat the groups Pokemon stop eating as they sense something heading toward them Ash then speaks.
"Hey what's up with our Pokemon?" Ash asks but neither Misty nor Brock know. They then get their answer as Dragonite appears, it passes by fast and knocks away everyone's food leaving the area in a mess. Dragonite then slows down it flies back towards the group as Charizard along with Gyarados look at it they get mad at the dragon for ruining their breakfast. The two-mons fire a Flamethrower and Hydro Pump respectively but Dragonite easily dodges by bending backwards. Ash then tells his Pokemon to stop which they do as Misty speaks.
"What's a Dragonite doing here?" Misty asks as Brock speaks.
"It looks like it's carrying something" Brock says as they see Dragonite fly over to Ash and hands him an envelope. Ash takes it, he looks at the envelope as Misty and Brock walk next to him Ash looks at them and speaks.
"Do you guys think I should open it?" Ash asks as Brock speaks.
"I think you should" Brock says with Ash nodding he then opens the envelope when he does, he pulls out a card then opens it as small hologram of a woman appears as Misty speaks.
"Who's this lady?" Misty asks as Brock speaks.
"I'm not sure but she's pretty" Brock says as Croagunk is standing next to Brock getting ready to jab him making Brock scared as the holographic woman speaks.
"Hello Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town, Misty of Cerulean City and Brock from Pewter City. I'm sorry for the urgency of this letter but the 3 of you have been acknowledged as promising Pokemon trainers by my master. Who is the world's strongest Pokemon trainer to attend his party, the location is a Pokemon Castle on New Island please select Yes or No on the reply card. The world's strongest Pokemon trainer greatly desires for you 3 to attend" The woman says as she disappears the reply card then falls out of the envelope Pikachu along with Riolu and Froakie look at it as Misty speaks.
"What do you think we should do?" Misty asks as Brock speaks.
"Simple we should go so we can see that pretty woman" Brock says with hearts in his eyes as Croagunk then jabs him with Poison Jab stunning Brock as he falls on the ground Ash then speaks.
"Hmmm world's strongest trainer huh? You know I thought my dad along with the Leon guy from the Galar region and Cynthia from the Sinnoh region were the strongest trainers in the world. But if this guy's stronger than them then I want to challenge him and it'll be great training for the Kanto League" Ash says having an excited look on his face with his Pokemon having the same look, Pikachu then hands Misty the reply card. The red head takes the card from the yellow mouse she looks at Ash then speaks.
"Then let's reply with Yes" Misty says with Ash nodding Ash checks off the yes box and hands it back to Dragonite. Dragonite thanks them for their response the Dragon then flies high in the air heading back in the direction it came from leaving the group as Ash speaks.
"Okay we've our next destination" Ash says as Misty speaks.
"But how are we going to get there?" Misty asks as Brock speaks.
"There should be a place with ferryboats nearby let's go there" Brock says with Ash and Misty nodding. The 3 trainers then return their Pokemon except for Pikachu, Riolu, Froakie, Sobble, Quaxly and Togepi they then leave the cliff side and head in the direction of where they can get on a ferry. We now come back to Mewtwo he's still in his room along with Zard2 they notice the woman walk in as she speaks.
"Ash Ketchum along with his friends have checked Yes master" The woman says with Mewtwo nodding. Mewtwo then lifts up his right hand, covers it with blue psychic energy and begins to wave it around making the sky covered in darkness and creating a thunderstorm. When Mewtwo does this we come to a lake it's very bright and in the lake, we see Mew sleeping in a psychic orb. Mew then wakes up it feels Mewtwo's power, Mew then floats back to the surface it breaks out of its barrier then flies high in the air heading towards New Island. We come back to Mewtwo he continues to wave his hand as it has not only affected the sky but also the ocean too, making many waves. We now see the gang they're running as fast as they can trying to get out of the rain. They then notice the boat shelter and quickly head inside when they do Misty speaks.
"What happened to the nice weather we had?" Misty questions as she begins to dry off Togepi, Sobble and Quaxly Brock then speaks.
"I guess when you're close to the sea the weather changes quickly" Brock says with Ash and Misty nodding Pikachu along with Riolu and Froakie shake the water off of their bodies making it land on Ash shocking the boy. After that they look around and see many trainers in the building as they continue to look Ash sees two people, he recognizes Ash smiles and speaks.
"Gary, Leaf!" Ash says, catching their attention they turn around and get smiles on their faces as Leaf immediately runs towards the group wrapping them in a big hug and speaks.
"It's been too long how've you guys been?!" Leaf asks but she then notices that Ash, Misty and Brock are struggling to breathe Leaf quickly let's go of them so that they can catch their breaths Ash looks at Leaf and speaks.
"You're as strong as ever Leaf" Ash says with Leaf nodding when the gang finish catching their breaths Gary walks over with the group saying hi to him as Ash speaks.
"So, did you guys get an invitation from the world's strongest Pokemon trainer too?" Ash asks as Leaf speaks.
"Yep, I was just training my Pokemon until a Dragonite came out of nowhere and handed me an invitation. After I checked Yes, I came here and met up with Gary" Leaf responds as Gary speaks.
"The same thing happened to me. At first, I wasn't going to accept the invitation but then I figured if this guy truly is the strongest trainer in the world, then he'll be great practice for the upcoming Kanto League." Gary says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"You know I came to that same conclusion too" Ash says as Gary speaks.
"Okay but I thought of it first" Gary responds making Ash mad as they continue to talk unbeknownst to them Paul is there as well, but he is just off to the side. The gang then notice many trainers crowded around an Officer Jenny and a woman with blue hair as Misty speaks.
"What do you guys' think is going on over there?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
"Let's go find out" Ash responds with the others nodding. When they walk over, they learn that the ferryboats for New Island have been suspended, the trainers start to complain as Officer Jenny speaks.
"Everyone calm down listen to what this woman next to me has to say" Jenny says as the woman next to her speaks.
"My name is Voyager I've been observing the seas throughout my life and have seen many storms. But out of all of them this has to be the worst storm I've seen if you all go out there, you'll surely die" Voyager says shocking everyone as Jenny speaks.
"So, it's that bad" Jenny says as Voyager speaks.
"Yes, it seems like the storm reaches to the coast of New Island, but I do not permit any trainers going there" Voyager says Jenny nods she looks back at the trainers and speaks.
"And there you have it that's why the Ferryboats have been suspended" Jenny says as one of the trainers speaks.
"That doesn't matter all of my Pokemon are strong in the water I should be able to cross it easily" The trainer says with some of the other trainers agreeing with him as Voyager speaks.
"No as an expert of the sea I've already given you my answer warning you that it's too dangerous out there" Voyager says as Jenny speaks.
"Also, if your Pokemon get hurt we won't be able to treat them as Nurse Joy went missing 3 weeks ago there's a poster for her over there" Jenny says as Brock walks to the poster and speaks.
"She sure is pretty" Brock says while having a smile on his face. Brock then takes a closer look at her and gets a sense of familiarity as he speaks.
"Why do I feel as though I've seen her before?" Brock says to himself. Brock then breaks out of his thoughts as he along with Ash, Misty, Leaf and Gary notice many trainers leaving the shelter and running into the storm. A lot of the trainers send out Flying and Water types that'll help them get through the storm easier Jenny and Voyager run outside to try and stop the trainers as Jenny speaks.
"Even though it's dangerous why would they go so far to even risk their own lives?" Jenny questions as Voyager speaks.
"It's because they're Pokemon trainers they feel as though this storm is just another challenge that they need to overcome so they won't run away" Voyager answers with Jenny nodding. We then go back to the gang we see that they're outside too. They watch the other trainers ride their Pokemon in the storm as Misty speaks.
"Looks like most of them have already left" Misty says with the group nodding Ash then turns to his right he sees Paul and speaks.
"It's Paul!" Ash exclaims everyone looks at where Ash's pointing Paul looks at them then turns forward; he grabs a Pokeball and throws it. When the Pokeball opens his Dragonite appears it lets out a mighty roar Paul then gets on Dragonite's back and speaks.
"Go" Paul says with Dragonite nodding the dragon quickly flies in the air and heads for New Island as Brock speaks.
"I wasn't expecting to see Paul here" Brock says with the others nodding as Ash speaks.
"Well, I'm not going to let him beat me Gyarados I choose you!" Ash says bringing in the large Sea Serpent Gyarados lets out a mighty roar as Ash speaks.
"Come on guys let's get on Gyarados's back it should be able to take us to New Island" Ash says with the group nodding. They all get on Gyarados's back Misty also puts Togepi in her backpack so it can stay dry when everyone's ready Ash looks at Gyarados and speaks.
"Let's go Gyarados!" Ash says with Gyarados nodding as it begins to swim forward through the harsh waves. As Gyarados is swimming not only are the waves tough but there's also lightning and strong gusts of wind. Everyone also see many other trainers who're trying to get to New Island fall off of their Pokemon because of the waves, lightning and wind. The gang is unfortunately not able to help them and have to keep pushing forward as Misty speaks.
"This is crazy!" Misty says with Sobble and Quaxly holding on tightly to Misty's shoulders so that they're not blown away Gary looks at Leaf and speaks.
"You doing okay Leaf?" Gary asks as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, I'm fine do we know how much longer until we reach New Island?!" Leaf asks as Brock speaks.
"I'm not exactly sure but as long as we keep going forward, we should be able to reach it soon" Brock says with the others nodding Ash looks at Gyarados and speaks.
"Okay Gyarados keep going straight ahead!" "Pika!" "Rio!" "Fro!" Ash cheers along with Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie Gyarados nods it keeps swimming pushing through the harsh waves. We now come back to Mewtwo he's currently watching the gang through his monitor's Zard2 says that they're doing pretty good as Mewtwo speaks.
"Yes, I agree let me up the difficulty a little" Mewtwo says he points his hand forward as it glows blue. We now come back to the gang Gyarados is still easily pushing through the waves with the group holding on tightly Ash continues to look forward until he sees something he gets a worried look on his face and speaks.
"Um guys" Ash says in a worried tone surprising his friends as they look forward and see why he sounded worried as there's a gigantic wave right in front of them, they all have shocked looks on their faces as Misty speaks.
"How're we going to get through something that big?!" Misty exclaims as Ash speaks.
"Simple Gyarados will fly right through it!" Ash states surprising everyone as Gary speaks.
"This isn't the time for jokes Ash Gyarados may be part flying type, but it can't actually fly!" Gary says with Leaf nodding Ash looks at them smirks and speaks.
"Well, I'll just have to show you" Ash responds confusing his two friends Ash looks forward as he speaks.
"Okay Gyarados fly in the air and use Bounce to pass through the wave!" Ash calls Gyarados lets out a mighty roar as it begins to easily fly through the air shocking Gary and Leaf as Leaf speaks.
"I don't believe it Gyarados is actually flying" Leaf says as Misty speaks.
"Yeah, I didn't believe it at first either but during Ash's training for the league Ash along with his other flying types have been teaching Gyarados how to fly" Misty says with Leaf nodding as Brock speaks.
"Gyarados can currently only stay in the air for 30 minutes, but this is still an amazing feat nonetheless" Brock says with Leaf and Gary nodding everyone then look forward as they see that they're going to hit the wave. Gyarados glows a bright blue and dives into the wave, Gyarados then swims inside trying its best to break out. A few seconds later Gyarados successfully breaks out of the wave as the giant wave comes crashing down in the water behind Gyarados Ash then speaks.
"Yeah, great job Gyarados!" "Pika!" "Rio!" "Fro!" Ash, Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie cheer while Gyarados has a smile on his face Leaf and Gary are surprised that Gyarados was able to pass through the wave and is still flying as Ash speaks.
"Okay Gyarados keep flying!" Ash cheers with Gyarados roaring in agreement it keeps flying as we come back to Mewtwo. Mewtwo's impressed that they were able to make it pass through the wave Mewtwo points his hand forward and speaks.
"Let's try this next" Mewtwo says as his hand glows blue. Back with the gang Gyarados continues to fly in the air Leaf then feels a strong wind and speaks.
"Hey, doesn't it feel as though the wind is a lot stronger than before?" Leaf asks with the group nodding as the wind becomes much stronger and is starting to push Gyarados back a little bit as Misty speaks.
"We need to somehow get out of this wind!" Misty says with the group nodding as Ash speaks.
"Gyarados try to break out of this wind!" Ash calls with Gyarados nodding it flies forward and tries to push pass the wind as we come back to Mewtwo he smiles and speaks.
"Now I'll add this" Mewtwo says as we come back to the gang Gyarados tries pushing forward but then it feels as though it's being pulled in by something as Ash speaks.
"What's going on now?!" Ash questions as Gary speaks.
"There's a Giant Hurricane in front of us!" Gary yells everyone looks forward and see a big Hurricane they all get scared expressions on their faces as Ash yells.
"GYARADOS TURN BACK USE BOUNCE TO SPEED UP!" Ash yells with Gyarados nodding it glows blue using Bounce trying to fly away from the Hurricane but can't as it's still pulling it in as Brock speaks.
"It's no use the Hurricane is too strong!" Brock says as Gyarados continues to try and fly away but the wind grows stronger and starts to pull Gyarados back towards the Hurricane more as Ash yells.
"EVERYONE HOLD ON!" Ash yells as they enter the Hurricane. When they're inside they start to spin around fast and try to hold on tightly to Gyarados. Mewtwo is looking at his monitor he smiles and speaks.
"Now how will you break out of this one?" Mewtwo questions as he continues to watch the group spin around helplessly in the Hurricane. They keep spinning until they all start to feel their grip on Gyarados loosen as Brock speaks.
"This wind is too strong I can't hold on anymore!" Brock yells with Gary, Leaf and Misty agreeing with him as Ash speaks.
"Don't give up yet guys!" Ash exclaims but then he feels his grip is starting to loosen on Gyarados too. Ash tries to hold on but can't as he along with Pikachu, Riolu, Froakie, Misty, Sobble, Quaxly, Brock, Leaf and Gary are then carried off of Gyarados's back. They all scream as they're being spun around Gyarados looks at his trainer and friends being spun around getting further away from him. Gyarados doesn't want to lose sight of them and will get rid of this Hurricane. Gyarados then let's out a mighty roar as it starts to create its own Hurricane which grows bigger and bigger until it destroys the Hurricane that it along with everyone else is in. When the Hurricane's gone Ash along with everyone else start to fall toward the water as they're about to crash in it Gyarados quickly flies down and safely grabs all of them. Gyarados then lands back in the water it continues to swim forward Ash looks at his friends and Pokemon asking if they're okay with them saying they are Ash then looks at Gyarados.
"That was amazing Gyarados you destroyed that Hurricane by learning Hurricane and saving us thank you" Ash says with the sea serpent nodding as Misty speaks.
"I hope that's the end for the surprises" Misty says having an exhausted look on her face with everyone agreeing with her. We now come back to Mewtwo he's a little surprised that they were able to break out of the Hurricane. Zard2 asks if Mewtwo wants to continue testing them as Mewtwo speaks.
"No, I think that's enough for now" Mewtwo responds he points his hand forward as he calms the sea we now come back to the gang as Leaf speaks.
"Looks like the water's a lot calmer now" Leaf says with the others nodding as Brock speaks.
"It seems like we've made it through the storm" Brock says with the group nodding Ash looks forward and speaks.
"There's something up ahead!" Ash says, catching everyone's attention, they look forward and see what looks like an Island with a big castle on top of it and dark clouds circling around it Misty then speaks.
"Is this New Island?" Misty asks as Gary speaks.
"Yes, it looks like the image that we saw on the device" Gary responds as Ash speaks.
"So, this is the home of the world's strongest trainer" Ash says he smiles then speaks.
"Okay Gyarados swim to the docks" Ash says with Gyarados nodding as it begins to swim toward the docks. We come back inside the castle Mewtwo looks at the monitor and sees that the group made it, Mewtwo looks at the woman and speaks.
"Invite them in" Mewtwo says with the woman nodding as she goes to greet the group. When Gyarados makes it to the docks it lets everyone off Ash looks at Gyarados and speaks.
"Thanks, Gyarados" Ash says with Gyarados nodding it goes back in its Pokeball as Misty speaks.
"No that we're up close I can see just how big this place is" Misty says with the others nodding as they look at the castle, they then hear a woman's voice.
"Hello welcome to New Island" The voice says everyone turns around and see the woman that appeared on the device the woman walks over to them and speaks.
"Please show me your invitations" The woman asks as Ash, Leaf and Gary show the woman their invitations Brock then takes a closer look at the woman and speaks.
"Wait aren't you the Nurse Joy that was on the search poster?" Brock asks the gang look at her and see that she does look similar as the woman speaks.
"I believe you're mistaking me for someone else I've lived on this island with my master for my entire life now please follow me" The woman says as she begins to walk away with the gang following her. We then see Mew, it has made it to New Island as it gets closer to the castle Mew sees one of the big fans and begins to play with it. Back to the group they're currently walking up a flight of stairs Ash looks at Riolu and Froakie he sees that something is troubling them as he speaks.
"Riolu, Froakie are you okay?" Ash asks as the two-mons nod telling their trainer that they get a weird feeling from this place with the others agreeing. They then continue to walk up the stairs until they reach a big door. The group is amazed by how big it is as they continue to look at the door it suddenly opens allowing the group to walk inside. When they're inside they see that the place is bright with the walls along with the floor covered in orange as the woman speaks.
"Here is where the other trainer resides" The woman says as the group look forward, they see Paul sitting at a table reading a book while his 6 Pokemon consisting of Torterra, Seismitoad, Dragonite, Electabuzz, Nidoking and Magmortar are all relaxing Ash then speaks.
"Wait was Paul the only one who made it?" Ash asks as the woman speaks.
"Yes, he skillfully passed through the storm proving his worthiness and has been here for the past 10 minutes" The woman responds shocking the group as Brock speaks.
"Was that storm a test?" Brock asks the woman nods in confirmation then speaks.
"Please release all of your Pokemon and take a seat as you along with that boy over there are chosen trainers" The woman says as the door behind them suddenly closes. When it does the woman walks forward as Misty speaks.
"I don't know about you guys but I'm getting a bad feeling from this place" Misty says as Gary speaks.
"I agree but from the looks of it we can't leave now" Gary says as Ash speaks.
"Come on let's bring out our Pokemon" Ash says with the others nodding they take out their Pokeball's and throw them in the air releasing all of their Pokemon. Leaf's Pokemon consists of Venusaur, Poliwrath, Hitmonlee, her shiny Kanto Rapidash, Nidoqueen and her shiny Altaria. Gary's Pokemon consists of Blastoise, Arcanine, his shiny Tyranitar, Skarmory, Scizor and Dragapult. As the Pokemon are happily greeting each other Ash looks at Leaf's Hitmonlee and speaks.
"Hey, Leaf this Hitmonlee did it evolve from your Tyrouge?" Ash asks as Leaf speaks.
"Yep, after training very hard Tyrouge evolved into a Hitmonlee" Leaf responds with the kicking mon nodding Ash then looks at Gary's Dragapult and speaks.
"Who's that Pokemon?" Ash questions as he scans it with his Pokedex.
"Dragapult the stealth Pokemon a Dragon/Ghost Type. When it isn't battling, it keeps Dreepy in the holes on its horns. Once a fight starts, it launches the Dreepy like supersonic missiles." The Pokedex says as Ash speaks.
"It looks cool" Ash says with stars in his eyes as the woman speaks.
"Please come this way" The woman says with the group nodding as they walk over to the table where Paul along with his Pokemon are. When they make it Paul along with Torterra look at them as Paul speaks.
"So, you made it too" Paul says as Ash speaks.
"Yep, and you got here before us how did you pass through the storm so fast?" Ash asks as Paul speaks.
"Do you seriously have to ask? Flying through a storm like that is easy for Dragonite. Even though you've a Gyarados I'm surprised that you didn't get here faster" Paul says making Ash mad as Leaf speaks.
"Well, I don't know about you, but we had to pass through a giant wave of water and break out of a Hurricane so I'm sorry that we couldn't get here fast enough" Leaf says while glaring at Paul as he speaks.
"Sounds like an excuse to me" Paul responds making both Ash and Leaf angry before they can respond Gary speaks.
"Guys stop it's not worth it come on let's sit down" Gary says with the others nodding as they take their seats at the table. When they do Riolu and Froakie look at Paul's Pokemon they can feel just how strong they're especially Torterra. The two-mons walk over to the continent Pokemon and happily greet it with Torterra saying hi back making Riolu and Froakie happy. Riolu then walks over to Seismitoad and greets it too Seismitoad looks at Riolu and lets out a yawn telling it to go away as it goes back to sleep. Riolu gets mad as she gets ready to launch an Aura Sphere Froakie quickly puts a hand on her shoulder and speaks.
"Fro, Froakie, Fro" Froakie tells Riolu that this isn't the time and to just let it go. As much as Riolu doesn't want to she nods and puts her hands down. Riolu and Froakie then begin walking back to everyone else as they're walking Riolu looks back at Seismitoad who's sticking his tongue out at the aura puppy making Riolu angry, she loses her cool and fires an Aura Sphere at Seismitoad hitting it in the face. Paul along with Gary and Leaf are surprised that Riolu knows Aura Sphere Riolu has a satisfied look on her face happy that she hit Seismitoad while Froakie next to her face palms. When the smoke clears Seismitoad has some marks on its face from the Aura Sphere Seismitoad looks at Riolu and yells.
"Toad!" Seismitoad yells as it fires a Hydro Pump at Riolu and Froakie as the move is about to hit them Pikachu quickly fires a Thunderbolt which clashes with the move creating an explosion. When the explosion clears Pikachu along with Charizard, Gyarados, Wartortle and Venusaur are standing protectively over the 2 mons. Seismitoad tells them to move but the 5-mons refuse as Ash speaks.
"Guys calm down and Riolu say sorry" Ash says with the aura puppy nodding as it goes to say sorry Paul speaks.
"You should really teach your Pokemon manners you're never going to get anywhere if you have Pokemon that act like that" Paul says as Ash speaks.
"Hey, it's not all of Riolu's fault if Seismitoad didn't stick its tongue out Riolu wouldn't have attacked!" Ash responds with his Pokemon agreeing as Paul speaks.
"Whatever" Paul responds when he does Paul's Dragonite wakes up from its nap and gives a yawn. Dragonite looks at the groups Pokemon and sees that their Pokemon are strong making Dragonite excited to battle them. As Dragonite looks at the groups Pokemon it then sees Ash's shiny Dratini, Dragonite gets angry letting out a loud roar which catches everyone's attention. Dragonite then fires a Hyper Beam at Dratini surprising everyone. Dratini has a scared look on her face as the beam is about to hit her Charizard quickly knocks it away with Dragon Claw making the blast hit a nearby wall. Charizard along with Gyarados stand protectively over Dratini as they roar at Dragonite with Dragonite roaring back at them telling them to move Ash looks at Paul and speaks.
"Hey, your Dragonite just tried to seriously hurt Dratini just now tell it to stop and have it apologize!" Ash says with everyone else nodding Paul grits his teeth knowing that they're right Paul then looks at Dragonite then speaks.
"Dragonite stand down!" Paul says Dragonite then stops roaring it looks at its trainer then nods. As Dragonite goes to sit back down it glares at Dratini one more time making it scared Charizard and Gyarados continue to stand protectively over Dratini and growl at Dragonite. Dragonite looks at them one more time then sits back down Paul then looks at Seismitoad and speaks.
"You stand down too Seismitoad" Paul says with the toad nodding it looks at Riolu then smirks saying that its Aura Sphere was weak Seismitoad then sits back down as Riolu gets mad. Riolu goes to fire another Aura Sphere at Seismitoad but Ash along with his other Pokemon quickly stop her. After that Ash sits back down, he sighs and speaks.
"Man, that was close if I didn't step in a full-on battle was going to break loose" Ash says with the others nodding as we now cut back to Mewtwo and Zard2. The two of them are still watching the trainers threw the monitors Mewtwo then gets up from his chair and speaks.
"Let's go" Mewtwo says with the fire lizard nodding as they head out of their room. We now come back to the group as they along with their Pokemon are relaxing suddenly the lights turn off. They then look at the circular staircase that has a blue pillar of light as the woman speaks.
"The world's strongest Pokemon Trainer is here" The woman says as everyone looks at the light, they all feel a lot of pressure. Most of the Pokemon get into battle stances and begin to growl Ash's Dratini is nervous, but Charizard stays close to her to keep her comfortable. Togepi then runs to Misty having a scared look on his face Misty puts Togepi in her backpack so it can be safe. Everyone then continues looking at the light they see two figures a Charizard and Mewtwo (whose eyes are glowing blue). When Mewtwo and Zard2 land they both let out a massive pressure showcasing just how strong they are as Leaf looks at Gary and speaks.
"This pressure we've felt if before" Leaf says as Gary speaks.
"Yeah It's a feeling I'll never forget that's-" Before Gary can finish the woman speaks.
"Yes, this is not only the world's strongest trainer but also the world's strongest Pokemon Master Mewtwo and his partner Zard2" The woman says surprising everyone as Ash speaks.
"So, that's Mewtwo from just looking at it I can feel the amount of power it has also that Charizard it looks as big as my dad's and why's it giving off the same feeling as Ritchie's Zippo?" Ash says with the others nodding Ash's Charizard glares at Zard2 with Zard2 glaring back and smirking Paul then speaks.
"This is a joke a Pokemon can't be the world's strongest trainer" Paul says Mewtwo glares at Paul and speaks.
"Okay then if you truly believe that then try to face me" Mewtwo says shocking everyone that it can talk as Brock speaks.
"It's speaking by using telepathy" Brock says with the group nodding as Paul speaks.
"Fine then Dragonite Dragon Claw and Seismitoad use Drain Punch!" Paul calls the two mons shoot forward going to hit Mewtwo but Zard2 gets in front of them and grabs both of their necks. Dragonite and Seismitoad try to force Zard2 to let go but the fire lizard is holding on tightly it continues to choke them as Mewtwo speaks.
"That's enough send them back" Mewtwo says with the fire lizard nodding it let's go of them then knocks them away with its tail making them fly back towards Paul and crash below his feet knocked out. Paul along with everyone else have shocked looks on their faces as Mewtwo speaks.
"Easy" Mewtwo says he then looks at the woman and speaks.
"I've no use for you anymore" Mewtwo says he waves his hand and disconnects his control over the woman as she walks forward and begins to fall. Brock quickly catches her when he does her hat falls off her head and it's revealed that the woman is Nurse Joy as Brock speaks.
"I knew it you are Nurse Joy" Brock says happily Nurse Joy then wakes up and speaks.
"Where am I?" The nurse questions as Mewtwo speaks.
"I abducted you from the Pokemon Center 3 weeks ago to study your knowledge on Pokemon and it proved to be useful information. You don't remember anything correct? Good" Mewtwo says shocking everyone as Misty speaks.
"How terrible do you know how many Pokemon are currently waiting to get treatment!" Misty says with Ash, Brock, Gary, Leaf and their Pokemon feeling the same as Mewtwo speaks.
"That doesn't concern me" Mewtwo responds making the group angry. We now come back to Mew it's floating around in the building until it passes through a door. When Mew enters it sees a Venusaur along with a Blastoise with weird markings on their bodies and in test tubes. Mew then floats over to a computer screen it taps a button turning it on. Mew then learns about its clone Mewtwo making Mew interested. We now come back to where everyone else is Mewtwo looks at them and speaks.
"You may all know Giovanni I once agreed to work with him as he promised to help me look for my purpose in life. But then I learned that he was only using me to get revenge on your father" Mewtwo says pointing at Ash as Mewtwo continues to speak.
"After I killed Red Ketchum, I started to think about the world more and just how evil humans can be, so I came to the conclusion that this world doesn't need humans" Mewtwo says shocking the group as Brock speaks.
"So, what are you planning on just having the world be ruled by Pokemon instead?!" Brock asks as Mewtwo shakes his head no and speaks.
"The Pokemon of this world have already been controlled by the humans and live with them" Mewtwo responds Pikachu walks forward a little bit and speaks.
"Pika, Chu, Pika" Pikachu tells Mewtwo that they're not under the humans control they're friends and work together Mewtwo then speaks.
"You're telling me that you along with the other Pokemon here aren't being controlled by these humans and you're with that trainer because you like him?" Mewtwo asks with Pikachu along with Ash's other Pokemon nodding as Mewtwo speaks.
"Just being with humans in general is a mistake" Mewtwo says as its eyes glow blue it picks up Pikachu and sends it flying. Ash quickly grabs Pikachu as the two are then flown away a few feet, when they land Ash looks at Pikachu and speaks.
"Are you okay Pikachu?" Ash asks with Pikachu nodding Misty, Leaf, Gary, Brock along with their Pokemon and Ash's Pokemon go over to them asking if they're okay with the two of them saying they are. Gyarados then looks back at Mewtwo it doesn't like that it attacked its friend and trainer, Gyarados lets out a mighty roar creating a big Hyper Beam and fires it at Mewtwo. Zard2 is about to counter the blast, but Mewtwo stops him, Mewtwo points his arm forward using Psychic it catches the beam then sends it back at Gyarados hitting it in the chest. Gyarados coughs in pain as it's then sent flying and lands in a nearby pool groaning in pain shocking Ash and his friends. Ash along with Pikachu, Venusaur, Wartortle, Dratini, Riolu and Froakie quickly run over to the sea serpent Brock hands Ash a Hyper Potion to heal Gyarados with Ash thanking him. Charizard gets an angry look on his face he looks at Mewtwo and fires a big Flamethrower at him. As the stream of fire is about to hit Mewtwo Zard2 intercepts the flames and bites down on it easily destroying the move Mewtwo looks over at Ash and speaks.
"Zard2 says that your Charizard's flames are weak" Mewtwo says with Zard2 smirking making Charizard and Ash angry as Mewtwo speaks.
"You can't defeat me I was created to be the strongest Pokemon on the planet even Red Ketchum couldn't stop me and paid dearly for it" Mewtwo says as Ash speaks.
"Well for your information my dad isn't dead he's still alive and we will beat you!" Ash says with his Pokemon roaring in agreement as Mewtwo speaks.
"So Red Ketchum is alive after all well I guess I should've known and are you challenging me?" Mewtwo asks with Ash nodding Mewtwo smiles as his eyes glow blue. We now come back to the spot where Mew is, it hears a noise and sees that the clone Blastoise along with Venusaur have woken up. The two mons emerge from their tubes then head out of the room with Mew following them making sure it's not seen. A few seconds later Blastoise and Venusaur then appear where everyone is as Mewtwo speaks.
"Like many trainers in the Kanto region I've also started with Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur these 3 are in their final evolutions and are clones" Mewtwo says shocking everyone as Misty speaks.
"So, they're clones" Misty says as Ash speaks.
"That explains why that Charizard feels similar to Zippo it's because it's Zippo's clone" Ash says with the group nodding. This information makes Charizard angrier as it can't believe that there's a clone of its rival Charizard stares at Zard2 with Zard2 staring back. Everyone then see a big door open when it does it showcases a big battlefield as Mewtwo speaks.
"I've also learned about Pokemon leagues and their stadium's, so we'll be battling there" Mewtwo says as Gary speaks.
"Well, this is good I've be meaning to get some payback isn't that right Blastoise" Gary says with Blastoise nodding as Leaf speaks.
"We've grown a lot stronger than last time, and we'll defeat you let's do this Venusaur!" Leaf says with her Venusaur nodding in agreement as Ash speaks.
"It doesn't matter how strong your Charizard is because mine will beat it!" Ash says with Charizard roaring in agreement Mewtwo smirks and speaks.
"Fine then let's go to the battlefield" Mewtwo says with everyone nodding. When they make it to the battlefield Mewtwo along with his 3 clones are on one side while the group is on the other side (Paul along with his Pokemon are standing in a corner). Gary takes his position while Blastoise walks on the battlefield, Mewtwo's Blastoise walks on the battlefield too as Gary speaks.
"We're going to get you back for what you did to us at the Viridian Gym Blastoise use Hydro Pump!" Gary calls Blastoise shoots out a big stream of water from its cannons as it goes to hit Blast2 (Is what I'm calling it and the clone Venusaur will be named Suar2) Mewtwo makes a command.
"Rapid Spin" Mewtwo calls Blast2 goes in its shell and spins forward at amazing speed easily brushing pass the Hydro Pump. Blast2 is about to hit Blastoise as Gary makes a command.
"Blastoise use Protect!" Gary calls Blastoise quickly summons a protective barrier successfully blocking the Rapid Spin but the barrier does crack a little bit. As Gary is about to call for his next command Mewtwo speaks first.
"Hydro Pump" Mewtwo calls when the protective barrier goes down Blast2 quickly brings out its cannons and fires a big stream of water that consumes Gary's Blastoise. Blastoise cries out in pain as it's sent crashing into a nearby wall knocked out shocking everyone as Mewtwo speaks.
"I thought you said that you were going to get payback" Mewtwo says while smirking Gary grits his teeth he then turns around as he along with his other Pokemon go to check on Blastoise Leaf then speaks.
"It's our turn Venusaur!" Leaf says with the plant dinosaur nodding it walks on the battlefield Saur2 does as well Leaf then makes the first move.
"Venusaur use Sludge Bomb!" Leaf calls Venusaur roars it shoots out multiple sludge bombs out of its mouth as Mewtwo makes a command.
"Vine Whip" Mewtwo calls Saur2 shoots out 2 Vine Whips and easily knocks away the sludge bombs. As Saur2's vines go to grab Venusaur Leaf makes a command.
"Venusaur use Dig!" Leaf calls Venusaur quickly dives underground dodging the Vine Whips as Mewtwo speaks.
"Earthquake" "Venusaur get out of the hole then use Sludge Bomb!" Both trainers call as Suar2 goes to stomp its foot Venusaur appears behind it, as it's about to fire the Sludge Bomb Mewtwo makes a command.
"Power Whip" Mewtwo calls in an instant Saur2 shoots out a green vine which jabs Venusaur in the stomach making it cough in pain. The green vine then wraps around Venusaur as Mewtwo speaks.
"Now throw it" Mewtwo calls with Saur2 nodding as it throws Venusaur making it go pass the battlefield, Venusaur then lands as it begins to skid on the ground until it stops and is completely knocked out surprising everyone as Leaf speaks.
"VENUSAUR!" Leaf calls out to the plant dinosaur as Mewtwo speaks.
"I thought you said you've grown stronger than last time clearly that training didn't amount to much" Mewtwo says making Leaf mad, but she ignores Mewtwo for now as she along with her Pokemon go to check in on Venusaur Misty then looks at Ash and speaks.
"Ash maybe you should back down" Misty says having a worried look on her face as Ash speaks.
"Sorry Misty but I'm not running" Ash responds having a determined look on his face as everyone see Zard2 walk on the battlefield. When it does it lets out a mighty roar and fires a big Flamethrower in the air showcasing its power. Zard2 then glares at Ash's Charizard with Charizard glaring back as it walks on the battlefield Ash looks at Charizard and speaks.
"Okay Charizard let's try winning this using your speed!" Ash says with Charizard nodding as Ash makes the first move.
"Charizard Flamethrower!" Ash calls Charizard roars as it fires a big Flamethrower at Zard2 Mewtwo isn't fazed as he speaks.
"In the air" Mewtwo says with Zard2 nodding it flies in the air dodging the stream of fire as Ash speaks.
"Go after it Charizard and use Thunder Punch!" Ash calls Charizard quickly flies after Zard2 it covers its fist in electricity as it goes to punch the fire lizard Mewtwo speaks.
"Dodge then slap it with your tail" Mewtwo calls Zard2 easily dodges Charizard's punch and slaps Charizard across the face with its tail knocking it away a few feet. Charizard then looks at Zard2 and growls with Zard2 smirking as Ash makes a command.
"Charizard use Flamethrower!" "Dodge" Both Ash and Mewtwo call Charizard fires another Flamethrower, but Zard2 easily dodges and flies higher in the air with Charizard going after it as Misty speaks.
"Can't Charizard go any faster?!" Misty asks as Brock speaks.
"The clone is too fast" Brock responds as Ash speaks.
"Charizard keep using Flamethrower until you hit!" Ash calls as his other Pokemon cheer on the fire lizard. Up high in the air Charizard keeps firing Flamethrower after Flamethrower but Zard2 continues to dodge, Charizard then fires one more Flamethrower Zard2 dodges then hides in the clouds as Ash speaks.
"Charizard be careful Zard2 could be anywhere!" Ash says with Charizard nodding as it tries its best to look for Zard2 unbeknownst to Charizard Zard2 is right behind it as Mewtwo speaks.
"Seismic Toss" Mewtwo calls Zard2 quickly appears from the clouds it grabs Charizard wrapping its hands around its neck the two then start to quickly descend down to the battlefield as Ash speaks.
"Charizard try to break free!" Ash calls Charizard tries but can't get out of Zard2's hold as Mewtwo speaks.
"End it" Mewtwo says with Zard2 nodding as it unwraps its arms from Charizard's neck then stomps on its back with its feet pushing it down faster. Charizard then crashes back down on the battlefield landing on its stomach Zard2 then flies back in the air having a smile on its face as Ash speaks.
"Charizard!" Ash along with his Pokemon call to the fire lizard when they do Charizard stands back up giving a mighty roar it then glares at Zard2 who's smiling. Charizard wants to keep battling and prove that it's the stronger Charizard the fire lizard takes one step forward. When it does Charizard starts to lose consciousness, it closes its eyes then falls down in defeat laying on its right side. Everyone has surprised looks on their faces Ash along with his Pokemon quickly run over to the fire lizard when they get close Ash bends down, he looks at Charizard and speaks.
"Charizard are you okay?" Ash asks the fire lizard opens its eyes it looks at Ash and its teammates saying sorry as Ash speaks.
"It's okay Charizard you did your best" Ash says with his other Pokemon agreeing with Charizard nodding as Mewtwo speaks.
"And now I shall claim my prize your Pokemon" Mewtwo says as he swings out his arms wide summoning 3 black Pokeball's it shoots them forward. The 3 balls hit Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur sucking the 3 mons inside shocking everyone as Ash speaks.
"This should be impossible you can't capture another trainers Pokemon!" Ash says as Mewtwo speaks.
"Oh, but I can I designed these Pokeball's specifically so I can take already captured Pokemon" Mewtwo responds as Misty speaks.
"Then that makes you a thief and no better than the ones who created you!" Misty says with the others agreeing as Mewtwo speaks.
"Sorry to inform you but I'm not stealing them I'm taking them and making clones out of them than the ones you all have raised and more worthy for me" Mewtwo says as more black Pokeball's appear behind him Ash then speaks.
"Stop this is against the rules and give us back our Pokemon!" Ash says with his Pokemon agreeing with him making Mewtwo mad as he speaks.
"I don't take orders from you" Mewtwo responds his eyes glow blue picking up Ash with psychic power then sends him flying until he hits Brock making the both of them fall on the ground as Mewtwo speaks.
"I make my own rules and in my rules after I defeat you I take your Pokemon" Mewtwo says as it points its arms forward sending the Pokeball's toward the groups Pokemon as Ash yells.
"EVERYONE RUN!" Ash yells as he along with everyone begin to run away from the Pokeball's. As they're running Gyarados sees a Pokeball going to hit Dratini Gyarados quickly gets in the way and gets hit instead. Gyarados is then sucked inside the ball shocking everyone as Ash speaks.
"Gyarados!" Ash yells when he does a Pokeball then hits Dratini, Ash tries to go save Dratini but is too late Dratini is sucked inside as Brock speaks.
"We need to keep running!" Brock says with Ash nodding. We then see Leaf and Gary trying to knock the Pokeball's away along with their Pokemon but are having no luck as all of their Pokemon get captured, shocking both of them. We then see Paul commanding his Pokemon they are able to fight off the Pokeball's easily destroying them but 6 Pokeball's appear from their blind spots and capture all of Paul's Pokemon shocking Paul he tries to get them back but can't. We then see Ash's Venusaur and Wartortle they're back into a wall and are doing well easily knocking away the Pokeball's with Vine Whip and Hydro Pump as Ash then gets an idea speaks.
"Hey, they can't take our Pokemon if they're in their Pokeball's Venusaur, Wartortle return!" Ash says returning the two mons. Ash looks at the Pokeball's having a smile on his face, then two of Mewtwo's Pokeball's appear they tap the 2 Pokeball's in Ash's hands and still suck them inside shocking Ash. We now come to Misty and Brock Vaporeon, Golisopod, Dewgong, Onix, Golem, Lycanroc and Klawf have been captured after protecting their teammates. The only Pokemon Misty and Brock have with them are Sobble, Quaxly, Togepi (who's hiding in Misty's backpack), Croagunk and Vulpix they saw Ash try to return his Pokemon back to their Pokeball's and failing Brock picks up Vulpix and Croagunk then speaks.
"Let's try carrying them away!" Brock says with Misty nodding as Misty is about to pick up Psyduck a ball taps it sucking the duck inside then two more Pokeball's tap Sobble and Quaxly sucking them inside too as Misty yells.
"Hey! Give me back my Pokemon!" Misty yells in anger then two Pokeball's appear in front of Brock and tap Croagunk and Vulpix sucking them inside as Brock yells.
"Croagunk! Vulpix!" Brock yells as the two balls are then carried away Ash then speaks.
"Wait where're Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie?!" Ash questions as Leaf speaks.
"Ash over there!" Leaf says pointing to where the 3 mons are they see them running up the circle stairway knocking away as many Pokeball's as they can. Froakie fires multiple Water Pulses and throws its Frubbles, Riolu fires multiple Vacuum Waves and Aura Sphere's and Pikachu's firing multiple Thunderbolts and using Iron Tail. The 3 mons are doing great knocking away multiple Pokeball's as Mewtwo speaks.
"Try as you may it's useless" Mewtwo says as it increases the amount of Pokeball's making it more difficult for the 3 mons to fight back they continue running up the circle stairway and dodging/knocking away the Pokeball's as Ash speaks.
"I've to help them!" Ash says as he quickly runs forward and starts running up the stairway to help his Pokemon. We see the 3 mons continue to knock away the Pokeball's the 3 of them are starting to get tired. Pikachu fires another Thunderbolt destroying a few more as Pikachu begins to pant two more Pokeball's appear behind Pikachu. The two Pokeball's shoot toward Pikachu going to hit it Riolu and Froakie notice they jump forward knocking Pikachu out of the way as the two balls hit them. Pikachu then sees Riolu and Froakie get sucked inside when that happens it along with everyone else get shocked looks on their faces. Pikachu doesn't stay in shock for long as it continues to try and dodge as many Pokeball's as it can until it begins to fall off the stair way as Ash yells.
"PIKACHU!" Ash yells as he jumps after the yellow mouse. As Ash is just inches away from grabbing Pikachu a Pokeball appears it taps Pikachu sucking it inside. Ash quickly grabs the ball before it can get away as Ash lands in the water below. In the water Ash tries to open the Pokeball trying to release Pikachu but can't the ball then breaks free from Ash the boy quickly swims after it. After that the ball along with Ash appear out of the water the ball then heads towards a hole in the floor with Ash going after it. The ball goes inside with Ash not too far behind as he enters the hole too shocking his friends, while Ash slides in the hole he yells.
"I won't let you take Pikachu nor my other Pokemon!" Ash yells as he continues to slide down the hole as the opening above Ash completely closes. Meanwhile, deep in the hole we see the Pokeball's that took everyone's Pokemon away are on a carousel heading inside a machine. When they go inside the screen next to the machine showcases the Pokemon everyone has and makes clones out of them. As the carousel keeps going there's one Pokeball left with Ash not too far behind. Ash groans a little bit but then stands up he quickly runs forward going to grab the Pokeball. The Pokeball then goes into the machine it starts to take some of Pikachu's DNA as Ash dives in and grabs the Pokeball. Ash then tries to take the Pokeball out, but then multiple mechanical hands appear trying to stop Ash.
Ash manages to fight through all of them and make it out of the machine. When that happens, the machine starts overheating and wakes up the clones of everyone's Pokemon. The clones then quickly head out of the room going to where Mewtwo is. The machine then explodes causing multiple Pokeball's to fly out and Ash landing back on the carousel. Ash still has the Pokeball in his hands it then opens up releasing Pikachu, the yellow mouse shakes its body a bit then looks at Ash as Ash smiles and speaks.
"Pikachu!" "Pika Pi!" Ash and Pikachu say happily as they then hug each other. After that more Pokeball's open as we see Paul's, Gary's, Leaf's, Misty's and Brock's Pokemon appear. Three Pokeball's then open up in front of Ash and Pikachu releasing Riolu, Froakie and Dratini. The three mons then look at their trainer and teammate then happily run over to them and give them a hug with Ash and Pikachu returning it. Then 4 more Pokeball's open as Wartortle, Venusaur, Charizard and Gyarados appear they also go over to Ash and their teammates hugging them as Ash speaks.
"I'm happy that you're all safe" Ash says smiling with his 8 Pokemon agreeing, Ash then gets a serious look on his face as we now go back to where Mewtwo and the group are. Mewtwo is looking at Misty, Brock, Gary, Leaf, Nurse Joy and Paul then speaks.
"Humans luckily for you I'm not interested in taking your lives you may go" Mewtwo says as he opens up the doors revealing a storm as Mewtwo speaks.
"But only if you can survive the storm" Mewtwo says smiling at the humans as they glare at him everyone then hears an explosion. They look at where the sound came from and see the clone versions of their Pokemon appear and run to Mewtwo. Mewtwo looks at them having a smile on his face, his smile then goes away as he senses Ash as Ash speaks.
"You bring us here stating you're the world's strongest trainer/Pokemon then try to take our Pokemon. I won't forgive that" Ash says as everyone see him along with their Pokemon appearing walking behind him (Charizard fires a flamethrower), everyone including Paul are happy to see their Pokemon. Ash along with the other Pokemon then stop walking they stare at Mewtwo and the clones as Mewtwo speaks.
"Did you release them?" Mewtwo asks as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, I did and for payback I'll take you down!" Ash states he turns his hat backwards then runs at Mewtwo going to punch him. As Ash goes to punch Mewtwo the Genetic Pokemon quickly uses psychic on Ash stopping him and pushing him back. Ash falls down on his back, but he then stands back up he goes to punch Mewtwo again, but the Genetic Pokemon uses Psychic stopping him again. Ash while in the psychic hold continues to try pushing his fist forward as Mewtwo speaks.
"Why are you trying to attack me? you know it won't work it's foolish" Mewtwo asks as Ash speaks.
"It may not work but I'll keep trying" Ash responds as Mewtwo speaks.
"Why?" Mewtwo asks as Ash speaks.
"Because you not only hurt my Pokemon but also my friends, rival's, Nurse Joy along with the other trainers who tried to make it here. So, I won't stop I'll continue until I actually hit you!" Ash states as his Pokemon along with Misty's, Brock's, Gary's, Leaf's and even Paul's Pokemon roar in agreement. Mewtwo looks deep into Ash's eyes and sees that he's serious Mewtwo then speaks.
"You can try as hard as you like but in the end, you'll fail" Mewtwo says as he begins to push Ash back. Ash tries to push forward but can't the psychic is too strong Ash grits his teeth and yells.
"NO, I WON'T LOSE!" Ash yells when he does his body faintly glows in a blue aura and shoots out an aura wave from his fist surprising Mewtwo making him lose his concentration and forcing him to dodge. Mewtwo's psychic hold on Ash then disappears Ash quickly runs forward and punches Mewtwo in the stomach shocking everyone as Ash speaks.
"See I told you that I would hit you" Ash says while smiling making Mewtwo angry he uses Psychic on Ash again and sends him soaring through the air going to hit part of the building shocking his friends as they yell.
"ASH!" Misty, Brock, Gary, Leaf along with their Pokemon and Ash's yell out in concern. When Ash is just inches away from hitting the building suddenly a pink bubble appears stopping Ash before he hits the building. Everyone is surprised they then see what stopped Ash as Mew appears shocking everyone as they see Mew pop the pink bubble Ash is on making him fall on the building landing on his butt making Mew laugh as Mewtwo speaks.
"So, you've shown yourself Mew" Mewtwo says glaring at the pink cat as it sees Mew summon a pink bubble and begins to bounce on it. Mewtwo then quickly fires a Shadow Ball which destroys Mew's psychic bubble causing Mew to spin in the air. Mew then stops itself as it sees Mewtwo fire another Shadow Ball, Mew easily teleport's away dodging the move. Mewtwo keeps firing Shadow Ball after Shadow Ball but continues to miss as Mew laughs Leaf then speaks.
"So that's Mew" Leaf says as she takes out her Pokedex.
"Mew the New Species Pokemon a pure Psychic type. Because it can use all kinds of moves, many scientists believe Mew to be the ancestor of Pokémon." The Pokedex says as Leaf speaks.
"I can't believe we're actually seeing Mew" Leaf says with the others nodding as Mewtwo speaks.
"Only one of us can be allowed to live" Mewtwo says as he charges at Mew with Mew flying away. Mewtwo starts to fire multiple Shadow Ball's trying to hit Mew, but Mew keeps dodging. As they keep flying around Mewtwo speaks.
"Why won't you fight are you that scared that you'll lose against me?" Mewtwo asks as Mew doesn't respond. Mew keeps flying away Mewtwo then forms another Shadow Ball it concentrates and fires the Ghostly ball. Mew looks back as is then hit by the Shadow Ball and is launched high into the air disappearing in the clouds. Mewtwo has a satisfied smile on his face, but Mewtwo's smile quickly goes away as it's then hit by Mew's Shadow Ball. The ghostly ball hits Mewtwo's stomach and sends it crashing into one of the stands causing an explosion. Mew then comes back down while Mewtwo appears from the explosion it looks at Mew and speaks.
"Looks like you can fight after all that attack had some power but it's not enough to take me down as I was made to be stronger than you. Also, it's not just me but my clones are also much more powerful than the originals you're standing with" Mewtwo says as his clones roar in agreement as Mew speaks.
"Heh you truly believe that? how naive" Mew says as Brock speaks.
"It's also using telepathy" Brock says as Mew continues to speak.
"The real ones are real they were born on this planet and weren't made in a lab like you were. It doesn't matter how much you fakes attack us we the real ones shall win" Mew says as the Pokemon with it roar in agreement except for Ash's Pikachu and Dratini making Mewtwo mad as he speaks.
"The real ones huh? Ridiculous" Mewtwo says as he fires another Shadow Ball but Mew dodges. The ball keeps going until it hits the building that Ash is on launching the boy away almost making him fall but Ash latches onto a ledge at last second Mewtwo then speaks.
"We'll then let's see who's stronger all of you Attack!" Mewtwo commands as his clones charge forward Mew then speaks.
"Charge!" Mew yells as the original's charge forward too except for Pikachu and Dratini who watch their friends charge forward. The clones along with the real ones then meet in the middle of the battlefield they all roar and collide creating an explosion as they all begin to fight. We now come back to Ash who's currently hanging onto the ledge he manages to pull himself up and starts to run down. Ash then takes a glance at the battlefield he stops running and sees the Pokemon fighting each other shocking the boy. On the battlefield we see Gary's Blastoise get pushed back into a wall by Blast2, Blastoise then punches Blast2 in the face as Blast2 then uppercuts Blastoise. We then see Ash's Gyarados along with its clone collide with their heads trying to push each other back with Ash's Gyarados winning. The clone Gyarados then charges forward and bites Ash's Gyarados hard in the chest causing it to roar in pain.
Next, we see Misty's Golisopod fighting its clone the two-mons clash over and over again with their claws. Brock's Croagunk is also battling its clone as well they both try to chop each other but block. We pan around the battlefield seeing Ash's, Misty's, Brock's, Gary's, Leaf's and Paul's Pokemon battling their clones even Riolu, Froakie, Sobble and Quaxly are fighting their clones too. For the most part the real ones are keeping up with their clone counter parts but the one having the most trouble is Ash's Charizard. Charizard goes to punch Zard2 with its right fist but Zard2 easily dodges then punches Charizard across the face with its right fist. Zard2 then begins to continuously punch Charizard making it groan in pain until Charizard has had enough. Charizard roars as it manages to duck Zard2's punch then successfully uppercuts Zard2. Charizard punches Zard2 across the face making it stumble back a little, Zard2 tells Charizard while that was impressive it's still weak making Charizard angry as it goes to attack Zard2 again with Zard2 doing the same. We then see Psyduck and its clone the two-mons stare at each other the clone Psyduck then hits the real one with the real one doing the same. After the 2 ducks hit each other they then look confused. Up in the air we see Mewtwo and Mew the 2 mons create a ball of Psychic energy covering their bodies they then charge at each other and collide creating an explosion. As we continue to watch the Pokemon fight we see Pikachu trying to get the Pokemon to stop fighting but they ignore him. As Pikachu is running it then stops as it sees its clone who's glaring at Pikachu sparking its cheeks making Pikachu worried. The clone Pikachu then charges at Pikachu going to hit him but Pikachu dodges, the clone keeps trying to attack until it lands a hit on Pikachu making it fly in the air and land on its back.
After that we see the Pokemon as they continue to fight its starts to become more brutal. Some are starting to bite each other's necks, choking, trying to break the others bones and some are also starting to get tired Nurse Joy then speaks.
"There's no need for them to fight like this whether they're clones or real they're all living creatures." Nurse Joy says as Brock speaks.
"Even though the clones were created just like the real ones they're also alive" Brock says as Misty speaks.
"Real ones and Clones they should all be equal how can either side win?" Misty says with the other's nodding. Paul still has a stoic expression on his face while he hasn't said a word, he also agrees that this fight is meaningless. We then see Ash's Dratini it's off to the side watching, like Pikachu it also tried to get the Pokemon to stop fighting but failed. As Dratini continues to watch she then sees her own clone appear, Dratini then begins to tell its clone that it doesn't want to fight as her clone speaks.
"Tini" The clone says agreeing with the real one surprising Dratini. The clone Dratini then tells the original that she also doesn't see the point in this fight all it'll do is just cause meaningless bloodshed. Ash's Dratini agrees and tells its clone that they should try and get the Pokemon to stop fighting each other. But the clone Dratini denies saying that as long as Mewtwo and Mew continue to fight it won't stop. Ash's Dratini has to unfortunately agree they look at the sky and see Mewtwo along with Mew continuing their battle as they keep clashing over and over again. We now come back to Ash as he continues to make his way down to the battlefield he looks down and sees Pikachu get hit by its clone making it roll back a few feet shocking Ash as he speaks.
"Pikachu!" Ash says he continues to walk down until he falls and lands on a few stairs. Ash then gets back up he continues to walk down and looks at Pikachu. Back on the battlefield with the two Pikachu's the clone tells Pikachu to fight as Ash's Pikachu speaks.
"Pika" Pikachu says no while shaking his head. This makes the clone angry it walks over to Pikachu and begins to slap it over and over again. As the clone continues to slap Pikachu the clone tells it to fight back with Pikachu declining, the clone slaps Pikachu harder and harder trying to get Pikachu to fight back. Even though the clone is hitting Pikachu as hard as it can Pikachu continues to not fight back this makes the clone angry as it punches Pikachu hard in the face causing Pikachu to fall down. The clone then begins to pant heavily as Pikachu stands back up, Pikachu looks at the clone who has tears in its eyes as it continues to slap Pikachu. Ash has been watching the whole thing he has a sad look on his face not just watching Pikachu but the other Pokemon fighting too. Ash then jumps off from the stand and lands back on the battlefield but then lands on his stomach. Misty, Brock, Leaf, Gary and Nurse Joy notice Ash they run over to him while Paul stays behind. When they make it to him Brock and Gary help Ash stand up as Misty speaks.
"Are you okay Ash?" Misty asks as Ash speaks.
Yeah, I'm fine but we need to stop this" Ash says as Gary speaks.
"I know how you feel Ash but it's impossible as long as Mew and Mewtwo continue to fight the Pokemon won't stop" Gary says as they look at the sky and see the two-mons continuing their battle Nurse Joy then speaks.
"If the fighting keeps going not only will the Pokemon exhaust themselves they'll also die too" Nurse Joy says surprising them. They look forward and see some of the Pokemon starting to fall on each other panting heavily. We also see Charizard and Zard2, Charizard is panting heavily while Zard2 isn't Charizard goes to punch Zard2 again, but Zard2 dodges it grabs Charizard's head and slams it down on the ground. Charizard tries to get back up, but Zard2 isn't letting it. Zard2 then looks up at Mewtwo and Mew fighting and wonders how long must they continue to fight. While Zard2 is thinking Charizard roars it manages to knock away Zard2's hand stand back up and punch Zard2 hard in the face. Zard2 stumbles a little bit it's about to go attack Charizard again but then sees just how exhausted and tired it is. Charizard tries to go for another punch but begins to fall, Zard2 then catches Charizard trying to keep it standing. Zard2 then looks back up in the sky and continues to watch Mewtwo and Mew fight as Brock speaks.
"Doesn't Mewtwo know that this fight is pointless?" Brock questions as Ash speaks.
"Because Mewtwo was created by humans it was told that it was the strongest Pokemon in the world, but I believe that corrupted his mindset. So, someone has to stop fighting and it looks like Dratini and Pikachu realized that too" Ash says as everyone looks at the 2 Dratini's standing next to each other and Pikachu not fighting its clone. They see the clone Pikachu continuing to slap Pikachu, but its slaps are a lot softer than before then from the sky colliding with each other Mew and Mewtwo fall on the battlefield. When they land, they let out a large wave of psychic energy pushing all of the Pokemon and humans away creating a dust cloud. When the dust clears Ash along with his friends open their eyes they look around and see just how exhausted both the real ones and the clones are. They then see Mewtwo and Mew, the two mons are glowing in blue and pink psychic energy respectively. The two-mons fire a wave of psychic energy at each other causing an explosion making both mons skid back. Mewtwo and Mew begin to build up more psychic energy causing the whole building they're in to shake as Brock speaks.
"This is bad if they fire one more psychic wave at each other not only will it destroy this building but us as well" Brock says as Misty speaks.
"What should we do?" Misty asks as Brock speaks.
"Pray" Brock responds Ash then looks at all of the damage that has been caused by Mewtwo and Mew. Zard2 also sees the damage and doesn't agree with it as the fire lizard is about to tell Mewtwo to stop Mewtwo and Mew fire their psychic waves at each other. Ash then quickly breaks away from Gary and Brock he runs forward shocking his friends as they're about to tell Ash to come back Ash continues to run and yells.
"STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!" Ash yells from the top of his lungs as he runs in between the two moves. Mewtwo and Mew are unable to stop in time as the two beams hit Ash creating an explosion as his friends and Pokemon yell.
"ASH!" Misty, Brock, Leaf and Gary along with their and Ash's Pokemon yell out his name. When the dust clears everyone see Ash he's standing but then begins to fall starting to turn to stone. When Ash completely falls down his body is now petrified as his friends along with their and Ash's Pokemon quickly run over to him. When they make it, Misty speaks.
"Ash, wake up please this isn't funny" Misty says shaking Ash trying to get a response from him but gets nothing as Misty speaks.
"ASH PLEASE GET UP!" Misty yells from the top of her lungs trying to get Ash to move but he's still unresponsive as Misty speaks.
"No…. You can't be dead Ash please… We still have many adventures together and you promised me that we'll always be together…..; So please wake up… Please…." Misty says with tears welling up in her eyes as she doesn't get a response the tears then start to completely fall from her eyes as she, Brock, Leaf, and even Gary begin to cry. Ash's Pokemon also try to wake him up too Pikachu and Charizard try using Thunderbolt and Flamethrower to try and get a reaction out of Ash. But that doesn't work either tears start to flow from Pikachu's eyes as he speaks.
"Pika Pi" Pikachu says as tears begin flowing out of his eyes along with Ash's other Pokemon. Misty's, Brock's, Leaf's and Gary's Pokemon start to cry as well even the clones begin crying. Paul has a surprised look on his face as he slams his fist on a wall not believing that Ash is dead. Paul may not like Ash all that much, but he never wanted him to die. Mewtwo and Mew look on they're surprised that Ash ran in between their beams. They're also shocked to see that both the real and clone Pokemon are crying as they continue to watch they then see the tears start to flow to Ash and go on his body as Mewtwo speaks.
"What is this?" Mewtwo asks but Mew doesn't know either. They continue to watch as Ash's body glows in a blue aura. Everyone stops crying, they look at Ash his body continues to glow until the stone that was covering his body disappears and Ash turns back to normal. Ash groans in pain he opens his eyes and sees his Pokemon, Misty, Brock, Leaf, Gary and their Pokemon Ash smiles and speaks.
"Hi guys" Ash says when he does his Pokemon along with Misty and Leaf tackle Ash wrapping him in a big hug while Brock and Gary have smiles on their faces Misty then speaks.
"DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!" Misty yells with tears in her eyes with Leaf along with Ash's Pokemon agreeing as Ash speaks.
"I'm sorry I'll try to be more careful" Ash responds smiling with the others nodding they continue to hug Ash as all of the Pokemon cheer happy that Ash's awake. Off to the corner Paul is happy too, having a smile on his face. Up in the sky Mewtwo along with Mew look down on everyone Mewtwo then remembers his time with Amber along with the clone Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur he then speaks.
"I see now even though we were born differently like you I'm also alive I was a fool for not seeing that earlier I'm sorry" Mewtwo says with Mew agreeing as Mewtwo speaks.
"Now then I believe it's time for me to fix everything that I've done today" Mewtwo says as he uses his psychic powers lifting all of the clones up in the air. Down below the group along with their Pokemon watch, Mewtwo looks at them and speaks.
"I'm sorry for having you experience what I've done today so the other clones and I shall be going" Mewtwo says as they begin to leave Ash speaks.
"Where will you go?" Ash asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"Even though we were created we were also born in this world, so we'll live our own lives and experience the world" Mewtwo responds with the group nodding they then see some of the clones going to different parts of the world. The group keep watching until Mewtwo along with his clones are out of view when they're gone suddenly a bright blue light envelops the building sucking everyone inside. They have shocked looks on their faces as they're then teleported away from New Island, a few seconds later the gang wake up they see that they along with many trainers are back to the Ferryboat place they all have confused looks on their faces as Jenny speaks.
"Welcome back trainers your trip must've exhausted your Pokemon please have Nurse Joy take a look at them" Jenny says as Nurse Joy appears and speaks.
"Please come this way if your Pokemon are injured" Nurse Joy says with most of the trainers nodding they go walking towards Nurse Joy to heal their Pokemon. We then see Ash, Misty, Brock, Gary and Leaf they walk out of the building and look at the ocean as Leaf speaks.
"Do you guys think that was all a dream?" Leaf asks as Gary speaks.
"If it was that was the most realistic dream I've ever had" Gary says with the others nodding Ash then continues to look at the sea as he along with Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie see Mew flying in the distance then disappearing in the clouds Ash then speaks.
"It's Mew!" Ash exclaims as Misty speaks.
"Where?" Misty asks but she along with Brock, Gary and Leaf don't see it anywhere as Ash speaks.
"It's gone now but seeing Mew confirms to me that what we experienced was no dream and did in fact happen" Ash says with the others nodding Leaf then looks through her Pokedex and sees that she's got Mew's data as she speaks.
"Yeah, Ash's right I still have Mew's data in my Pokedex so it did happen" Leaf says with the others nodding as Brock speaks.
"Where do you guys think Mewtwo along with its clones went?" Brock asks as Ash speaks.
"I'm not sure but I'm confident that they're happily living their own lives now and I hope I get to see Mewtwo again one day but on more friendlier terms" Ash says with the others nodding Ash then sees Paul walking by and speaks.
"Hey Paul!" Ash says forcing Paul to stop he looks at Ash as Ash looks at him Ash then speaks.
"I hope you continue to train hard for the league because I'm still going to beat you!" Ash states with Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie agreeing. Paul looks at Ash and his Pokemon he smirks then speaks.
"I doubt it I'm out of here" Paul responds as he turns his head away and continues to walk away as Leaf speaks.
"He's still cold as ever" Leaf says as Ash speaks.
"Yeah, but that's just how he is and when we battle in the league we'll win" Ash states with Pikachu, Riolu and Froakie agreeing as Gary speaks.
"Speaking of the league I should get back to training for it" Gary says as Leaf speaks.
"Yeah, me too it was nice to see you all again and the next time we see each other will be at the league" Leaf says with the group nodding After that Leaf gives Ash, Misty and Brock hugs as she and Gary then leave with the group leaving as well.
10 minutes later the group is currently walking on a path Ash looks at Brock and speaks.
"How long until we get to Pallet Town Brock?" Ash asks as Brock speaks.
"Let's see it'll take us 4 days" Brock says with Ash nodding as he speaks.
"Great after today it's made not just me but my Pokemon more motivated to train we'll train hard and win the league!" Ash cheers along with Misty and Brock as they continue to walk. We now come to the Johto region we see Mewtwo along with Zard2 Mewtwo looks at the fire lizard and speaks.
"This is where we say goodbye thank you for being by my side all of this time" Mewtwo says with Zard2 nodding the two then hug for a few seconds then back away from each other as Zard2 then flies in the air going somewhere else. Mewtwo continues to look at Zard2 flying until it disappears into the sky Mewtwo then speaks.
"Now then I've one more stop to make" Mewtwo says his eyes glow blue as we now come to Mt. Silver, we see Red looking in the distance he feels something suddenly appearing behind him the man smiles and speaks.
"So, you've come Mewtwo" Red says he turns around looking at the Genetic Pokemon as Mewtwo speaks.
"Yes, I've and it's true what your son said you are still alive" Mewtwo says as Red speaks.
"So have you come here to finish me off?" Red asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"No, I just wanted to confirm with my own eyes that you were alive that's all" Mewtwo says with Red nodding as he speaks.
"Tell me what do you think of my son and the world?" Red asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"Your son is very similar to you no matter how much I pushed him away he kept coming back for more and as for the world itself I've realized that even though I'm a clone I can also live in this place too" Mewtwo says with Red nodding as he speaks.
"I'm happy you realized that now I've another question for you the presence that killed Giovanni do you know what/where it is? I've been trying to search for it but can't find it anywhere" Red asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"I also don't know I've been trying to look for it as well but that presence when I felt it, it felt similar to me but much stronger. I was also hoping to draw it out, but Mew appeared instead, and Mew doesn't know what/where that presence is either" Mewtwo responds with Red nodding as he speaks.
"I see well that makes things harder I was hoping you would have a lead so that my search would become a lot quicker" Red says with Mewtwo nodding as Red speaks.
"So where will you go next? My offer to join me is still available" Red asks as Mewtwo speaks.
"I appreciate the offer and maybe one day I will join you but for now I just want to explore the world" Mewtwo responds with Red nodding as he speaks.
"That's understandable but before you go let's have a battle, we never got to finish the one we had earlier" Red says while holding a Pokeball forward Mewtwo smiles and speaks.
"Heh that's fine with me I was also disappointed of not having the chance to finish our battle" Mewtwo responds while getting in a battle stance Red smiles and speaks.
"Charizard, I choose you!" Red says sending in the fire lizard it lands on the snow letting out a massive roar creating a shockwave that blows Mewtwo back a couple of feet away as Red speaks.
"Okay Charizard transform!" Red calls Charizard roars it covers its body in a fire sphere and begins to change. A few seconds later Charizard appears from the sphere as it's now Red-Charizard the fire lizard roars giving off a massive amount of pressure it then stares at Mewtwo as Mewtwo speaks.
"So, this is your full power" Mewtwo says as Red speaks.
"Yep, and you haven't seen anything yet Charizard Flamethrower!" Red calls Charizard's body becomes black with its wings turning a firey blue it then launches a giant blue flame at Mewtwo. Mewtwo then fires a big wave of psychic energy the two moves collide creating an explosion shaking the mountain. When the explosion clears both Red and Mewtwo have smiles on their faces Red then calls for his next command.
"Now Dragon Claw!" Red calls Charizard roars it covers its claws in green dragon energy then charges at Mewtwo. Mewtwo charges forward as well and collides with Charizard using Mega Punch. When they collide, they cause another explosion. We now go to the Sinnoh region we see the clone of Brock's Croagunk taking down many Pokemon by itself. The clone is angry that it didn't get to finish its battle with Brock's Croagunk the clone then senses someone approaching it. Croagunk turns around and sees a man with blue hair. The man bends down getting on Croagunk's eye level and speaks.
"I watched you take down all of these Pokemon I feel you'll be the perfect Pokemon for me" The man says he pulls out a Pokeball and speaks.
"My name is Saturn I'm a member of Team Galactic if you join me, I promise to make you stronger than you already are today" Saturn says Croagunk looks at the man and nods he taps the Pokeball going inside. The ball doesn't shake once as it's an instant capture Saturn looks at the ball smiles then walks away as the chapter ends.

I know that a lot of the stuff in this chapter was similar to the movie but I did try to add in new things to make it different. I also put in a little cameo of Saturn catching the clone Croagunk who'll give Brock and his Croagunk problems in the future but that's not going to happen for a long time.
Next chapter will come out next week it'll mainly focus on Ash continuing to train his Pokemon for the league and he also meets another trainer from Alola I hope you all look forward to it.
