My Hero Academia: Discovery of Q-Energy
Chapter: 2. Practice of Power.
At the P.E. Grounds, the next day, Class 1-A sits as they are there for an unknown purpose known only to the Transfer Students and Mr. Aizawa.
"I wonder why we are on the P.E. Grounds this time with the Transfers?" Mina asks.
"More like the Amateurs." Bakugo replies.
"Bakugo, be nice-" Izuku replies.
"DEKU! I SWEAR TO-" Bakugo begins but meets Shoto's gaze.
"Remember what we talked about." Shoto says.
"Sorry, Deku." Bakugo replies.
"This is actually nice. I'm starting to like this Bakugo." Izuku replies.
"Shut up." Bakugo replies.
"You got it." Izuku awkwardly says.
"Enough of the talking," Aizawa replies, "We are now going to see what these new guys can do via a small tournament. First up we have Takahiro Tanji and Hanako Chiba, AKA, Amnesia and Reaction Timer."
"Let's have a good match!" Chiba replies.
"*Yawns* Likewise..." Tanji responds.
Getting ready for the first battle of the day, Tanji quietly ready as he pulls on his white gas mask on, and Chiba puts on a green hood. The two opposing forces get into their stances and the audience that is the Class 1-A, as some students were quiet while the rest were jovial and cheered on their new classmates. With a great kick, Chiba launches herself at Tanji before he yawns and runs out of the way before using his quirk to get Chiba confused where Tanji went. He then jumps on Chiba and pins her down before she kicks in out of his grasps and punches him away. Getting back up and getting many tranquilizer darts and throws at Tanji at a remarkable speed, like a machine gun at full power. Ducking to avoid getting hit by the darts, Tanji once again uses his quirk on Chiba to lower her guard before he kicks her to the ground and puts knife on her sleeves to pin her down once again before properly defeating her.
"Aw, man!" Chiba responds to her defeat, "Good job!"
"Thank you." Tanji replies, "*yawns*"
Tanji takes out the knives out of Chiba's sleeves and helps her up.
"Oh!" Izuku responds enthusiastically, "That was amazing!"
"Meh." Bakugo responds in an arrogant manner, "That was mediocre."
"I don't know." Iida replies, "That was quite adequate."
"Enough." Aizawa speaks, "Now it's time for Taiko Shinguji and Jun Kawaguchi, AKA, Fortress and Sauna."
"Ok, Sauna? Really?" Bakugo complains with a chuckle, "Surely you can do better than that?"
"H-hey! You'll find any cool name with anything related to heat is a verified challenge!" Jun complains.
"Lets save our energy for the match, alright?" Taiko says, intervening in the argument.
"Okie dokey!" Jun replies with full cooperation.
As the two gets ready with Taiko putting on a rook chess piece helmet and hood made of heating pads.
"Dude, even your costume is trash!" Bakugo yells out.
"SHUT UP!" Jun yells back.
When the Match begins, Taiko establishes a forcefield around her body preventing her from being harmed by Jun's initial attacks on her. He then takes a deep breath in and exhales hot mist at Taiko, causing her to sweat immensely and get a bit exhausted.
"Geez!" Taiko responds to the attack, "I thought saunas are supposed to be comfortable, not burning!"
Taiko then expands her barrier, expelling any heat from her vicinity.
"Could we take a time out?" Taiko replies, "This heat is making me dehydrated."
Taiko then takes out a water bottle as Jun tries attacking Taiko's barrier, and gulps a lot of the water down. After resting a bit, Taiko resumes her battle and uses her force feild quirk to cage in some heat and throw them at Jun like bombs, clouding him in immense heat.
"Gah! Now I understand what you mean, Taiko!" Jun replies, oblivious to the sneaking opponent behind him, "Saunas are too cool for this, I need a name change."
When, Jun turns around, it was already too late, Taiko punches him straight up as he is flying off the ground and screaming, before landing on a tree nearby.
"Good game!" Taiko says, "Lets play again!"
"NO!" Jun whines with fear.
"Go girl!" Uraraka exclaims.
"That's not too bad." Bakugo slightly exclaims with mild admiration, "Though she can use a bit more training from an amazing hero like me."
"Still the egotist." Shoto remarks.
Then the two victors stands off against each other.
"Now for the two victors, Amnesia and Fortress, will face each other in the final round." Aizawa replies.
"Lets have a fun match." Taiko replies.
"You do realize you traumatized Jun by punching him to the moon and back?" Tanji asks emotionlessly, "I don't think you correctly estimate your own strength."
"Hm?" Taiko responds cluelessly, before realizing, "Oh my gosh! Jun! I am terribly sorry! I forget to estimate my own strength! I didn't mean to traumatize you!"
"Yep!" Jun stammers repeatedly as he makes his way to the other students in a fearful manner, before ending his fearful words with, "Its alright! You meant no harm!"\
"Phew! As long as you're fine, that's good enough for me!" Taiko says in relief.
"Perhaps fine physically but he's damaged in the head now!" Denki whispers jokingly to Jiro who chuckles slightly to this remark.
"Now that we got that out of the way," Taiko says as she turns her attention to Tanji, "Lets have a good match!"
"Sure, same thing to you." Tanji replies in an unmotivated tone.
The two prepare for their fight and waited for Aizawa's signal.
"Fight." Aizawa speaks.
The two heroes then charge at each other with considerable force. And a few seconds before they can begin their fight, a black portal materializes in between them, causing the two heroes to stop in their tracks. Everyone became shocked with this development, and the original students alongside their teacher became increasingly more worried with the portal's appearance as three people exited from the portal: Tenko and Dabi.
"Why hello, heroes." Tenko confidently says as he and his villainous ally enter the school grounds from the portal.
"Tenko!" Deku angrily says.
"VILLAINS!" Jun screams.
"W-what do we do sir!?" Taiko asks Aizawa.
"We've gotta fight!" Aizawa says, "One of you! Warn the Pro Heroes available about this!"
"Got it!" Jun replies as he runs away.
"Coward." Bakugo responds to Jun's fright.
"You got some balls to come back here after we whooped your *ss last time!" Denki shouts at the Villains.
"Wait, is that-?!" Izuku asks in complete shock as he sees Dabi and then he turns to Todoroki.
He looks shocked who see his brother still breathing in front of him after what happened between them last time. After he thought have killed him with his bare hands and his quirk.
"How is this possible?!" Todoroki mutters with bloodshot eyes.
"Aw, aren't you happy to see your big brother again?" Dabi sadistically replies.
"T-Todoroki!" Momo exclaims with concern.
"I thought I didn't have to fight you again." Todoroki replies. "But I guess you manage to survive, again."
"I know when to call for help, unlike our father." Dabi explains.
"I'm getting tired of your petty vengeance against our father." Todoroki replies, "Isn't exposure and redemption enough?"
"No. He must suffer. Even more..." Dabi replies with a cruel manner. "Just like you will..."
But the villains notice and nod at each other like a signal.
"Now enough chitter chatter, let's begin." Tenko says, "Lets begin our newest rematch!"
"Fine then!" Izuku replies as he activates his quirk.
The All the students present and Aizawa begins to fight the two major supervillains and the courtyard became a bloodbath, with beating, kicking, and several wounds that can be inflicted by their respective quirks. With Denki in particular being punched by Dabi into a tree.
"Denki!" Jiro shouts before charging at Dabi.
She and Todoroki managed to temporarily pin down Dabi before he gets them off with a charge of blue flame. Then, the two villains brushed the heroes off of them and run off intot he portal with Izuku in pursuit. Izuku grabs Tenko's cape and accidentally rips it before the two villains cross through the portal and close it.
"No!" Izuku shouts.
"Did they just...run away?!" Chiba asks
"This is unusual." Tanji replies.
"You think!" Denki moans as he recovers. "Owie!"
"Denki! Don't move!" Jiro exclaims as she makes her way to Denki and sits him down, "We'll get Recovery Girl!"
"No need!" Jun says, "Recovery Girl came with us!"
Everyone looks at the source of where Jun's voice came from and there, by the door, is Jun, Endeavor, Hawks, Presentation Mic, and Recovery Girl. All of them enter the grounds and assess the situation.
"Geez. You kids are so messy these days." Recovery girl responds as she examines the injury on Denki.
"Hey!" Denki complains.
"We just got here," Endeavor says, "What happened?"
Todoroki slowly looks at his father in horror as he says two words, "Dabi's back."
With fear being instilled in Endeavor, he understood the situation. "How? How is this possible!?"
"What the f*ck just happened?!" Bakugo yells.
"As a said, this is unusual." Tanji says.
"And like I said, you think!" Denki responds.
"I meant their behavior and the fact they chose now of all days to attack us while they're outmatched." Tanji says, "Not to mention that since, they arrived via portal of all things, why didn't Kurogiri, who we know is associated with a portal quirk didn't come through?"
"Maybe Tenko used the One for All Quirk to steal his quirk?" Denki suggests.
"Maybe, but given how many of the Villains were dissolved and arrested, it would seem more likely that he would try to find him to get him back." Tanji responds, "Besides, we know he treats his men fairly, so he wouldn't betray one of his minions without a specific reason."
"Also there's the whole nodding at the start, like something went accordingly to plan." Taiko says, "Maybe that whole time we talked, they were stalling for time. and the Fight was simply a distraction."
"Guess you do have some awareness after all." Bakugo says.
Izuku then stares blankly at the place where the portal used to reside, knowing fully well, something was up, and their war is progressing even further into somethign uglier than anything he can think of.
Back at the Villain's HQ, the Mysterious Villain shows up and a small spider like device crawls onto their shoulder as soon as the two supervillains see the Villain.
"You got your hair samples with this spider." Tenko replies, "Now what?"
There during the battle the same spider hid under one of the benches, analyzed the fibers, signaled the villains by flashing a faint red light, and stole the fiber samples during the fight. And then when the spider entered the portal back to the Villain's HQ, that's when the two villains made their escape.
"You have all done well," The Mysterious Villain responds calmly, "Now, we must find more allies to gain even more samples."
"I thought you said what we're doing is easy." Dabi complains.
"It is easy compared to what I've done." The Mysterious Villain says, "I planned this event for a decade. I already have most of our tools. The equipment needed for our plans to flourish and our dreams to be realized. All you must do is go find people who are willing to step up to our cause and collect samples from people around the whole city. Remember what I said: The Q-Energy can be as powerful as they are destructive. Which means the more samples we have..."
"The more powerful and destructive we can be." Tenko finishes.
"Exactly." The Mysterious Villain replies, "But there are some important things I need to attend to. Those heroes might be on to us. Lets though one of them off their game."
The Mysterious Villain then goes to a large box they pulled in earlier when the plan began.
"And how do you intend to through them off guard?" Tenko asks.
"Leave that to... HIM." The Mysterious Villain replies as they pull a lever and the box opens to reveal a robotic skeletal monster with a camera for a head with a jaw that has sharp teeth.
The Robot roars as the other Villains are shocked by the monstrosity.
"He is programmed by me to kill anything in a designated area without hesitation, without rest. the Heroes will fall for it." The Mysterious Villain explains.
The Robot leaves the HQ and begins running stealthily to a place unknown.
"Now, you both have your distraction. Find some help. You understand, do you?" The Mysterious says with their multicolored eyes.
"Of course." Both of the villains say in compliance.
"Excellent." The Mysterious Villain says. "Oh, and when you recruit anyone, give them those instructions and those tools. They'll be needing those."
The Mysterious Villain then leaves the HQ with the other two villains prepared for the next step in their path to revenge. And this step has been the most ambitious yet. With the first confrontation established, a new war between light and dark has officially commenced with fiery violence, and uncertain plans awaiting. The heroes in confusion, and trying to being astute to the situation, both sides in a turning point in the history of the city altogether.
