Sarah, contending over the imminent death of her terminally ill father, receives a proposition that sounds too good to be true. In a moment of weakness, and too guilt-stricken to refuse, she accepts the proposal -but to whom, she has no idea. So long as it isn't 'Him'.

One year after the movie's events. It's been a whole year since her adventures from rescuing her baby brother back from the Goblin King and the Labyrinth. Sarah wonders if everything she has experienced within the last year has been nothing more than a dream. But that's all about to change. What new adventures await Sarah when she is summoned back to him and the underground?

It's many years into the future and Queen Daphne and Kaley retire but decide to live in the human world in LA having adventures of their own but still visiting the Labyrinth and being with their unique, magical family

A house hidden by magic is stumbled upon by a mortal child and her babysitters one Halloween night. But magic isn't the only secret this house hides. However, Jareth soon forgets about the only mortal to have ever entered the house in Harrows Lane when the only mortal to ever beat his Labyrinth dramatically exits his life.

A mournful Sarah finds something long thought lost and, for the first time in thirteen years, utters the words, 'I wish…'

Sarah's university graduation is nigh, but nobody will be there for her big day. Heartbroken and abandoned, she makes a drunken wish for someone to celebrate with her after noticing a barn owl appearing at her window. When the Goblin King answers her wish, they both find that, perhaps, they are the missing pieces from each others' lonely lives.

Sarah reminisces the fateful day that her family changed forever.

"Look, Sarah. Look what I'm offering you; your dreams." It was a statement which, in hindsight, she should have paid more attention to… [Twelve years have gone by since Sarah last dreamed a dream.
