Overdue Retribution
"Okay, good, you're doing good." Batgirl remarked with a grin. "One more go, let's try it."
Speed Demon grinned and nodded. "You got it, just get started and I'll show you how it's done."
Spider-Boy and Black Panther smiled watching this as Batgirl got all set up for running their makeshift training course again. They had set it up to help Kelsey, training her as Speed Demon in order to make sure she was ready when she was old enough to become a full-fledged Avenger.
"Alright, ready…" Batgirl began with a smile.
Speed Demon nodded. "You bet, let's do this."
Batgirl nodded. "Okay, begin."
With that Speed Demon took off into the training course while Spider-Boy and Black Panther watched happily.
"Your cousin's doing better every day, huh?" Black Panther remarked. "She won't be a trainee for long by the looks of it."
Spider-Boy sighed. "I don't know. She's still pretty young and if...if she got hurt, I'd hate to think what Aunt Holly would do, especially if she finds out."
He was actually hanging upside from his web-line, so it offered a rather 'different' view of things to the others. Black Panther glanced at him and sighed.
"I suppose so...good point."
They went quiet for a while, but quickly recovered and headed over to join Batgirl as Speed Demon returned to them, having finished the course, in record time.
They all regrouped and were smiling.
"Nice work." Spider-Boy said happily.
Speed Demon nodded. "Told you so, I can do all of this."
Batgirl just smiled indulgently. "Well, that's good, we'll still need to keep things going however."
"Yeah, we can take things up a notch, right?" Black Panther remarked.
Spider-Boy was a little uneasy at that, but Speed Demon nodded happily enough. But then they heard it nearby, an alarm from a store.
"A robbery, huh?" Black Panther remarked.
"Let's go." Speed Demon said quickly.
The others nodded in agreement and made their way down towards the store where they saw a small group of thugs, all masked, carrying small handguns.
"Amateurs." Spider-Boy muttered, shaking his head.
It didn't take them long to drop down and surround the goons who had exited the store.
"What the, how did they-?" One cried, with a very familiar voice.
They wasted no time however in getting to work and, compared to the Super-Villains they fought, the thugs were nothing and were soon having so many problems they pretty much had dropped their guns and were already panicking and running, all except the one who had spoke who had been knocked down and was out cold, his mask having come off to reveal his identity which enraged Spider-Boy and Black Panther, for it was Troy Walsh.
"That's…" Spider-Boy hissed.
Black Panther nodded. "Yeah...what are you thinking?"
Spider-Boy shook his head. "That we deal with this."
"Hey, got the others dealt with, shall we add him to the group to be arrested?" Batgirl asked as she approached.
"No, we'll handle this, he might have information." Spider-Boy explained. "Take Speed Demon home and let us call the cops."
She looked at them suspiciously but said nothing and headed off with Speed Demon while Spider-Boy and Black Panther glared darkly at Troy, already forming their plan.

Spider-Boy and Black Panther stood smirking as they were on the roof alongside Troy Walsh, as agreed they planned to take care of a few things, hence why they'd sent Batgirl and Speed Demon away. Seeing Troy filled Spider-Boy with nothing but hatred and rage, remembering that he made his parents' lives a living hell, and almost killed his father. That was when Spider-Boy decided that while trying to get information, he'll take away every ounce of pride from this monster, and give him such a terrifying and humiliating experience that he'll be too traumatized to give him a chance of trying to get revenge, by giving him a taste of his own medicine. Troy had tried to kill his father forcing him to jump off the cliff, threatening to hurt Eddie's father. Now Spider-Boy was going to get revenge by throwing him off the roof, and threatening to kill him, all while interrogating the now startled and shocked man for information.
"Jump. If you do that, maybe you'll survive, and I'll leave you alone... once you get arrested. Otherwise... you're dead" said Spidey darkly
Troy stared, looking worriedly over his shoulder. "You... you would never do that, you must be crazy to do something like that"
"Heh" Spidey gave a dark chuckle "Crazy... THIS... IS... JUSTICE"
Spidey kicked him off the roof and Troy fell, screaming in fear.
Black Panther watched, satisfied, at some sort of level this was revenge even for him, considering that even his father had been hurt by that monster. He couldn't help but appreciate the delicious irony. Troy made their parents' lives a living hell...But their sons avenged them.
"This... is... Sparta" Black Panther chuckled
Spider-Boy smirked at his friend "You have seen the film '300'?"
"Yup, I really liked it" He smiled
Troy continued falling and screaming
"Are we going to save him?" Black Panther giggled
"Not yet!" said Spider-Boy, watching with satisfaction
A few more moments passed as they watched.
"And now?" Black Panther smiled
"Nope" Spider-Boy chuckled
Yet again.
"Let me guess, not yet" Black Panther smirked
"Yup" Spider-Boy smiled
Finally.
"Ok, now" Spider-Boy groaned, although he couldn't wait to see his face full of fear
Spidey used his webs and saved Troy... a few more meters and he would have been killed, he began burbling in fear as he noticed that. He had survived, but that didn't mean Spider-Boy was done with him. Spidey pulled with all his strength and sent Troy through the sky.
"Poor Troy" Black Panther laughed
"I really don't want to be at his place" Spider-Boy smirked
Troy started falling once again but Spidey caught him before he could repeat the experience, now Troy was in front of Spidey, watching him upside down.
"That was Round 1... do we want to do Round 2?" Spidey asked darkly
"OK, OK, I'LL TELL YOU EVERYTHING, JUST PLEASE DON'T HURT ME" screamed Troy, traumatized out of his mind, having felt fear for the first time ever, showing that monster who he really is... a coward
Spider-Boy knew he'd realize that truth now, knew this idiot would never be brave like his parents had been, and that gave Spider-Boy great amounts of joy and satisfaction.
"Then start talking!" said Black Panther, also feeling satisfied
Troy immediately started talking, surprisingly them that the robbery had been a bit more than they thought, apparently being connected to Kingpin, Troy had been working for none other than Fisk.
After getting the information they needed, they left Troy at the roof, trapped by Spider-Boy's webs. Some time later the police came and found the trapped Troy, traumatized and full of fear, and a card next to him which read. 'From your friendly neighbourhood Spider-Boy. P.S. don't touch his pants, he peed on himself.'
The elderly chief of police, Jim, Hopper chuckled at seeing Troy that way and the note Spidey had left, privately feeling happy as well that Troy got the lesson he deserved.
