Back at QUILL, Zeno was sitting on the couch rambling to himself. Xiao and Gunvolt then walked over before sitting down. Gunvolt sat to the left of Zeno while Xiao sat on the right.

"I'm sorry about your sister Zeno." Xiao apologized.

Zeno shook his head.

"No, it's alright. We'd both go our separate ways eventually. Regardless of what happened to us in our lives." Zeno spoke.

Back at the FSA's Metal Refinery (where the Stratacombs for the Sumeragi used to be), Gibril and Kinari were looking through photos and data stored on Atari's watch. There was a photo of everybody smiling and everything else was pages of data for all the enemies QUILL has ever faced.

From small time illegal "Boost Drug" dealers to Nova Tsukuyomi. Kinari then stopped swiping left when she saw a photo of Gibril and snickered. Gibril then peeked over Kinari's left shoulder before her eyes widened and she growled.

Gibril and Kinari then looked at each other before nodding. They then put a USB into Atari's watch to download all of the data before placing it back on her left wrist and began to tie Atari in a bind of rope.

Suddenly, Gunvolt's watch was beeping. However, it was louder and more frequent than usual. It displayed a red screen that also showed on the main server display. The screen then turned from a red one to a screen displaying Gibril and watching as Kinari slowly lowered Atari into the crater of lava.

Gunvolt immediately zipped out of the building. Moniqa walked over to the right of Zeno, her arms folded and holding a file.

"Do you think they'll be alright?" Moniqa worried.

"I'm positive they'll be back before you can say 'Azure Striker'." Zeno assured.

At the facility, Atari was three quarters closer to being covered in 3rd degree burns.

'Why didn't they use the biochem plant? That would've been perfect with what their scheming considering the lava. They probably didn't want it to be easy to spot though.' Gunvolt thought.

GV then used his camera feature on the watch while viewing in terror as Atari got closer and closer to being roasted Adept. Luckily, the tracking feature directed Gunvolt to where Atari was. When Gunvolt got there, Atari woke up and screamed when she noticed the lava.

Gunvolt then got the (according to him) craziest idea he ever thought of. He then jumped onto the rope that held Atari which started snapping.

'I've gotta think fast. I'll survive easily but since Atari's half human she definitely won't come out of this unscathed.' Gunvolt worried.

GV then swung the rope left and right before attempting to grab Atari's pocketknife from her waist before swinging the rope to the left and cutting it. Atari and Gunvolt then fell to the floor with a 'thud'.

GV then cut the rest of the ropes off of Atari before she got up.

"Thanks, now let's finish off Gibril and Kinari." Atari spoke.

Gunvolt then tossed Atari her pocketknife before getting out his DT Leader (gun). Atari then started singing and creating a tornado.

"Wait! Lily! Stop singing! I won't be able to shoot straight!" Gunvolt shouted.

"Just shoot and trust me! I've got an idea!" Atari answered.

Gunvolt nodded before turning his focus back to Gibril and Kinari before charging up his Flashfield. Gunvolt then tried to tag and flash the two girls. However, the tornado absorbed the attack. Atari then swiped her right hand over the watch on her left wrist.

Wings then appeared on Atari before two tornadoes were created and turned into walls of wind that attacked the two female enemies with Bullits, electricity and a gust of wind. Afterward, Gunvolt and Atari went back to QUILL headquarters.
