"Do you know where they took her?" Copen queried.
"The Sumeragi's Seraph ship. I'll send you its coordinates. You'll have to do some rooftop parkour to reach it though." Nori responded.
"Should we stay here?" Atari wondered.
"Go home and you'll be notified when she's back." Copen replied.
"If you need any help don't heistate to call, alright?"
Copen nodded as the others left him to plot out saving his sister. The next morning, Zeno was trying to impress Atari by making a Mighty Beck themed pancake when he got a call from Gunvolt saying to meet at 10:00 AM at the sanatorium.
"We'll be there Geeves." Zeno assured as he flipped the pancake on its backside and ended the call.
"Am I in trouble again?" Atari worried.
"GV just called ta say we're goin figure a way to get Mytyl outta trouble later." Zeno stated.
"When do we need to go?"
"Ten, it's eight fifteen right now so we still have time till we need ta go." Zeno answered.
He turned off the stove, put the pancake on a plate, and added some syrup and butter on it before giving it to Atari who ate the pancake happily. It took 15 minutes for them to get ready that morning. Four minutes to shower each. Hair brushing was 1 minute for Atari since her hair ended at her neck and 4 minutes for Zeno. After the two ate they brushed their teeth for two minutes. Playing video games and watching TV kept them occupied until 9:45.
"Man, time flies when you're having fun. We'd better get going." Zeno muttered as hm and Atari made sure the house was locked before leaving.
Atari laughed when Zeno said he needed to hold her hand, claiming to feel as if she were a child being given directions on how to act and what to do. It made him feel better since if someone tried to grab her again he'd know. And he really liked holding her hand so it wasn't anything to laugh about in his opinion.
"What do you think happened to Mytyl?" Atari wondered.
"I dunno, all I know is she was kidnapped." Zeno stated.
"Is she going to be okay?"
"She's always fine so I don't think this time will be any different."
The truth was, he didn't know if Copen's sister would be alright. He just wanted Atari to be okay, and that included emotionally.
"Is there a plan for how to save her?"
"Geeves didn't say anythin with the word plan in it but hopefully we'll find out about one once we meet up."
And just as Atari had hoped, she discovered a plan was made to aid Copen in Mytyl's rescue.
"We need to infiltrate the Seraph quickly and quietly to avoid detection. Our safest option is to place ourselves in the crates of equipment for their machines. According the data collected, we'll arrive at the Gargantua electronics production factory. Once we're there we'll all scout different areas of the facility.
Moniqa and Xiao, you two will stay here with Nori for updates. Gunvolt and Lumen, you'll take on the fabrication area. Zeno and Atari, you'll scout the damaged products while Lola and I search the warehouse." Copen explained.
"I suggest you all leave now, the Seraph takes off in half an hour, it'll take you half of that to get there. I'll set up transportation." Nori commented.
Gunvolt gave Nori the phone number for Shino. Afterwards she retrieved the bike and side cart from the garage so she could get Copen to the Seraph along with Lola. The ride was awkwardly quiet for the former QUILL members. All was silent between the members at the sanatorium along with Copen, Nori and Lola. No one dared to utter a word until they were certain Mytyl was safe and secured.
As the mission began, the silence was broken by Copen telling the others how to reach their designated patrol grounds.
"Gunvolt, you and Joule can take the hall to the left. Meanwhile Atari and Zeno will go down the hall to the right and I'll take the center hall with Lola." Copen stated.
Things were tense between the groups. Nori returned to the sanatorium to help Xiao and Moniqa relay information, there was one person for each group. Xiao would communicate with Gunvolt and Joule, Moniqa would communicate with Atari and Zeno and Nori would tell what findings she obtained to Copen and Lola.
"GV, can Lumen hear me?" Xiao wondered.
Gunvolt looked at Lumen who nodded.
"Loud and clear." Gunvolt confirmed.
"How's everything on your end?"
"No sign of enemies yet."
Zeno, Moniqa and Atari's conversation was a little more light hearted.
"I didn't know you could make pancakes like that Zeno." Moniqa doubted.
"I'll have to show you one day. If you think those are good my recipe for tiramisu is more unbeatable than the Yellow Devil." Zeno grinned.
"What's that?" Atari asked.
"Tiramisu is a cake that tastes like coffee. I'll have to make you some one day. Instant coffee powder is a main ingredient. You haven't had coffee either have you?" Zeno answered.
"Neither."
"We'll have to fix that."
"Fix what? We're in a Sumeragi facility. I get the idea of being nice and all but there's nothing here we need to fix."
"I mean I'll make some tiramisu and coffee for you."
"You'll have to be careful with the coffee Zeno. Lily might find it bitter if you make it dark." Moniqa cautioned.
"It's aight, I'll put milk and sugar."
And Copen, well, he was still as himself as ever.
"Lola, any sign of incoming enemies?" Copen questioned.
"Nothing yet boss." Lola answered.
"Alright, keep a lookout."
Lola nodded.
