Quinn strutted into Breadsticks with confidence, at least it looked that way, her hair was perfect her make up , was perfect her clothes stylish and flattering. The waiter showed her to her table where she waited for Rachel to arrive. The waiter smiled at her as he took her drink order. He couldn't keep his eyes off of her even when he walked away from her. Normally Quinn might have been flattered by his attention but this was the last thing she needed.
She was here for her first date with Rachel. Rachel arrived a few minutes later, her hair done the same way it had been at prom, make up done by Kurt. But Rachel chose her outfit herself, a decision she would later come to regret. Quinn smiled and waved and Rachel waved back.
Rachel said." You look pretty."
Quinn said" thank you."
The waiter ignored two very annoyed customers as he rushed over to stare at Quinn while he pretended to take Rachel's drink order. He even somehow managed to get over to other customers without taking his eyes off Quinn. The waiter came back quickly with Rachel's drink and menu and asked them if they were ready to order or if they needed a minute. Rachel ordered spaghetti with mushrooms sauce.
The waiter said " without any meat that sauces can be a little plain."
Rachel replied "I 'm a vegetarian."
The waiter smiled politely and asked what Quinn wanted and Quinn ,replied" I want spaghetti with sausage and marinara sauce."
The waiter said "spaghetti with marinara sauce and sausage is perfect."
The waiter came back and put Quinn's plate in front of her then still looking at Quinn he put Rachels' plate in front of her but her food also had sausage.
Rachel said "this is not what I ordered. I said no meat. I'm a vegetarian. take this plate out of my way, I do not want to look at it. Bring me the spaghetti with mushroom sauce. I don't care that it is plain. The waiter grabbed her plate and ran off to the kitchen.
Rachel said "I understand he likes you, your very pretty. but he did that on purpose. He is an idiot, and I shouldn't have to be blonde with a cute button nose for him to get my order right." The waiter later came back told Rachel that her food would be out in a few minutes without looking at Rachel. He refilled Quinn's half empty water glass ignoring Rachel's mostly empty glass even when Rachel tapped on it twice. The waiter came back with Rachel's dinner and asked her if she'd like Parmesan cheese, she said "no I don't need that, I want more water."
The waiter came back with the pitcher of water, he didn't look at what he was doing, instead he looked at Quinn . Rachel's water glass overflowed a little bit.
Rachel said" can you look at what you're doing for two minutes, you're getting water on the table I understand Quinn might be the prettiest girl you ever seen, but this is ridiculous. Quinn is my date not yours."
The waiter said "sorry I'll clean it up."
A little while later, the waiter asked "if there would be anything else"?
Rachel said" no".
The waiter asked Quinn "how about you beautiful would you like anything else?"

Quinn answered "not to eat but could you stop staring at me, at least when you're talking to my friend or other customers. You haven't taken your eyes off me all night. It is making me uncomfortable and I think you have annoyed every other customer you had."
Later
Quinn said "that was kind of a disaster, we didn't talk much , also the service was not good. But I want to try again."
Rachel responded "same time next week different waiter "?
Quinn asked "do you think we could agree on a movie since you like musicals . I like action movies but, I like some romances.
Rachel replied "we can try."
