Gohan walked into the halls of the Clock tower to meet with a council that apparently also included the Queen of England herself. However as he entered the meeting room and took his seat, he reviewed the documents and other items he was going to bring to the conversation. Thankfully Taiga and the kids don't know or have caught onto what he is doing while being the local town of Fyukis urban legend that's actually real yet no one seems to question it. With a sigh he watched as the other members of the Clock Tower entered the room. Every one of them discusses various things about mage craft and the nature of their universe. Even some of the representation of the Catholic and Sub Branches of Protestant Church entered.
"Guess they got my reports." Gohan thought to himself. "Honestly I miss home but then again who the hell knows what I'd end up as. Either what dad became or something else entirely. But I do miss Mr.Piccolo."
"All Arise." Waver Velvet, now Lord El-Melloi II stated as Queen Elizabeth came forth and took her proper seat at the head of the table.
"Greetings to you all. I hope this meeting isn't a bother for everyone here." She said in a smooth, even voice.
"No, Your Majesty." everyone replied.
"Very well. We shall start with why I had called this meeting. I've been receiving reports from both representatives of the Catholic and Protestant Churches that the fifth Holy Grail War has happened earlier than it should. Not only that but Kirei Kotomine is the Overseer."
"Yes, your Majesty, Our investigations have led to him being innocent of killing his father. So he was allowed to continue in his father's stead as being the Holy Grail Wars Overseer has been his family's generational duties." said another.
She nods with a sigh.
"I suppose there's nothing we can do on that front. However, the city of Fyuki is apparently undergoing a disappearance crisis that their investigators can't explain. More so than the regular standard crime rates. Sir Gohan?"
Gohan nods in reply.
"During my night time patrols of the city more and more disappearances have been happening. While our connections are doing their best to keep them under the radar it's getting more difficult as there's no body's just holes in the clothing left about. Unfortunately I can only collect so much evidence before the police arrive due to 'noise complaints' and 'random screaming'. There's also Mana traces left behind as to whoever is doing this. And I have a bad feeling it's a Servant let loose from either this current War or wars previous and now they're making their big play by feeding on the civilians souls."
The Queen nodded and pressed a button on a phone near here.
"Sir Williams, please let them in," She said.
"Very well ma'am." The speaker replied. "But….are you sure about this? You do know he has a problem with…subtlety…"
"I'm sure Lady Integra will keep him on his proper leash."
"Very well ma'am."
She then hung up the phone as two people entered the room. One wore all red and looked early to mid 1800s. The other was a woman who took her opportunity to light a cigarette.
"You called, your highness?"
"Lady Integra, I'm having you go to Fuyuki city with Gohan to further investigate the disappearances. And Alucard."
"Oh god damn it." The man in red sighs like that of a pouting child at being singled out.
"I want complete and utter subtlety. Otherwise I'll revoke your 'Kandy' privileges." The Queen replied.
Gohan on the other hand was sweating bullets.
"Ah, maybe someone else Ma'am? Alucard well….is Alucard…" he asked. Well more like pleaded.
"Alucard is a capable Servant entrusted to Lady Integra. If He can't help you then no one can. Remember we must keep the Mage world a secret. While the Church keeps them in line for morality." She replied evenly and finally.
"Yes ma'am…" Gohan sighed, relenting.
"Keep up the work Mr.Son Gohan. You're a great help and asset to us in Fyuki while you're here. If that is all for these matters then this meeting is adjourned."
The Queen stood up as well as everyone else in the room and bowed their heads to her as she left. The man named Alucard in the red suit and hat looked at Gohan cheekily.
"I'm taking the police girl with the big tities with me."

Ruby is sitting on a fence. Her eyes looked like they were about to tear up as she looked at a grave with the words engraved "Shirou Emiya, The Greatest Hero to live." The Snow around her made the landscape white as she saw a red and black cloak blowing in the wind. A metallic helmet adorned the person in front of her as the winds picked up while the landscape changed to that of the Rural Area of Fyuki where she was greeted by a smiling Rin who shook her hand.
How did we let go?

However their handshake was short lived as a girl with brown hair and kitsune ears smiled down on them from a roof. She wore a red skirt black leggings, some form of a kimono, with red eye liner from the sides of her eyes as they looked posed to kill them as she threw paper planes at them that turned into some type of war planes that fired at them.

Rin unphased by the girl, just continued to ignore her servants' pleas for obvious help and kept on saying her machinations. A plate of armor decorated with a golden Sakura flower rested on her stomach while it shined as the sun rose. As Ruby went into action against the women swinging her scythe who dodge and started attacking with hand to hand Combat as her planes returned to take Ruby off of the odd women.

Shirou looks about his belongings in a shed as he tries to use his mage craft on the objects only for them to break apart. With a sigh he leaves the shed not noticing the glowing circle on the floor close by his things.

A Sakura held her legs close to her chest as another woman pulled her in for a hug. They were wearing what looked like a bikini top, an officer's cover and using her black US navy dress blue coat as a cloak to cover Sakura. The Women had her legs exposed revealing heels made of what looked to be ship grade steel with the actual heel part looking like rust and smoke had eaten at it. As though the older woman was protecting the young girl like a mother would her daughter.

A large bulky odd object kneeled down to a small girl looking up at a machine that looked to be made for war. Wolfs tried to attack the young white haired girl with red eyes. But the red lenses in the machine glowed and what looked to be small barrels coming out two small holes where the temples for a head would be opened up on the wolves protecting the girl. As though making a pact of protection the small girl took the mechanical hand.

Shirou looked to be in trouble yet he didn't know it. Summer Rose came out of nowhere. He sat up in awe on the ground. The light showed off his hair being fiery red orange and looked up at her. Then out of thin air block some sort of knife wielding man with blond hair and scars on face. A red Beret on his head as though he was a part of some special forces unit. His black body armor tanked some fist strikes to his chest as he and Summer came to blows.

A man in a priest uniform of the Catholic Church turned around as though prepared to give a sermon for the kids and servants when he held his hands out. A Golden armored warrior came out from behind the priest and snapped his fingers making the kids and servants fall into a hole to a desolate wasteland. As though commanding them to do battle against the women who summoned old war planes and her master who looked perturbed by all the people present.

However Summer summoned by Shirou and Ruby Summoned by Rin would come to blows. Ruby determined to make the other women bend the knee to surrender to her as they practically ignored the battle behind them. Staring one another down waiting for the other to start making the first move

The woman who was with Sakura brought up an object connected to her back to block bullets from the war planes the caster summoned only for the metallic object that saved the smaller girl with white hair stepped in front of her as the bullets bounced off his Blue and White shield with a Red Star on it. She was surprised but the machine nodded to her for both of them to advance on the caster, kitsune who started throwing her paper planes at them while a green creature lurked in the background next to a boy with blue hair and a smirk that would make the devil smile.

Shirou and Rin stood together with Sakura, and white haired girl staring at the sunset over the City of Fyuki. The day turned to night as their servants appeared behind them and they all walked away as the camera looked up at the moon
Emiya house hold
Rin drinks her tea with a satisfied sigh. She then opened her eyes to the sight of Shirou and Saber. Who seemed to be like an identical twin to her archer who was sitting next to her who was looking nervous as she was fidgeting with the frills of her skirt. Saber meanwhile kept her eyes closed as though she was meditating however to Ruby she knew Saber was on thought and was in turmoil as to the current situation.
"Now that we're not killing each other, let's make something clear. Those command seals aren't chips and mountain dew. Use too many of them and Momber disappears. Do you want Momber to disappear? I don't, point number two give me Momber!"
"Wait, I thought we'd just going to talk?" Shirou replied, confused.
"What you need to understand Shirou is give me Momber!" Rin replied.
Only for Ruby to hit Rin in the side with her elbow.
"Please stop referring to my mother as Momber. She's not an object. And ah…hi….mom.." Ruby replied nervously. "Also where's Sakura Matou?"
"Ah Sakura went home more than an hour ago…why is Sakura a long lost family member to all three of you?" Shirou asked.
"NO!!" shouted Saber and Archer desperately.
"Ok then Why are you Two here?" He asked Rin and Archer.
"We wanted to." Ruby was then elbowed in her side.
"We…well…ah…we wanted to make sure that Lancer didn't follow you home." Run replied, trying to lie.
"Uh huh…" Saber then turned to Archer. "Ruby?"
"I told her off to get her to reconcile with her sister Sakura!" She replied saying it quickly.
Earning a look of shock and mock betrayal.
"Eu tu Archer Tay?" Rin stated.
"I'm sorry she's my mother!" Ruby replied, blushing out of embarrassment.
Saber sighed.
"Well at least you know your manners." Summer stated.
"Ah…sorry to cut in but I'd like to ask."Shirou began before getting cut off by Rin.
"Ask for my sister's hand in marriage?" Rin replied dismissively.
"WHAT NO!!!! Well actually I'd like to get back on the topic of Sakura later but what I was actually going to ask was what the hell is going on!? First I get killed at the school then I almost get killed again next thing I know these two were about to kill each other. And I'm having trouble trying to comprehend all of this."
"Look Shirou, what you really need to understand is that you have basically, accidentally signed up for the Holy Grail War. A fight for one of the finest beer mugs. And let's be honest Shirou, this competition is fought by competent Mages of our time. Then there's stupid blockheads like you. They would sooner or later kill innocent people and use their blood as paint for their workshops and summon demons from hell. This is not the place for you!" Rin explained.
Saber nods disappointingly.
"Harsh but not untrue though."
"Mother please."
"WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THIS!? IT MAKES NO SENSE!"
Rin then gave Shirou a deathly glare.
"For a CUP Shirou. Do you want to risk your life for a CUP?"
"Wow must be nice from that glass house of yours huh master."
Ruby sassed giving Rin a sideways glance of irritation. Followed by a retort from Saber.
"I'm very UNSURE about you referring to one of the most sacred of holy artifacts as a mere cup."
"Mother please."
"Hey if you can take pot shots at that chick that's cray cray, then I can to. She's the definition of insanity."
"Still doing that modern slang thing aren't you…" Ruby pinched the bridge of her brow.
"WHICH REMINDS ME! NAME YOURS GIVE ME!"
Rin shouted while planting her foot on the table while pointing her finger at Saber.
"Nah, I'll leave you guessing." Saber replied.
"GAH!!!! THIS IS HOPELESS, NEGOTIATIONS ARE GOING NOWHERE!!!"
"Wait, these are negotiations? I thought we were having a talk?" Shirou replied surprised and dazed at the current situation.

Rin then fell on the floor as though throwing a tantrum like that of a toddler but her ass was in the air shaking like she didn't care who was looking. Saber however gave Ruby a teasing look.
"So liking your master?"
"I swear to God mom I'll put a hole in Shirou if you continue down that line of teasing." Ruby buried her head into her arms on the table.
"Hey it's not my fault you dropped crescent Rose once which caused a ripple effect in time."
"Mom please read the room."
"Fine if I can't convince you!? Then maybe he can." Rin replied.
"Is it blowing up the house to avoid mom telling you guys anything about me as a toddler? I'm way ready for that." Ruby Spoke up.
"No, we need Kotomine Kirei."
This caused a ripple effect of disappointment, sadness, regret, and anger to come from the mother daughter servant duo.
"Oh god damn it but he sucks!" They said at the same time.
Causing them to look at each other in surprise.
"Wait, you know Kirei Kotomine? How do you know Kirei Kotomine? I don't know Kirei Kotomine, no you sound weird! No you!"
They said to each other at the same time. Surprising the two teenage masters.
"What…just happened?" Shirou said aloud.
"Oh sweet Momber you will be mine!" Rin stated.
"Rin please…" Ruby sighs back into arms in embarrassment.
"What, I like your mom." Rin replied, crossing her arms.

"So are we going to talk about Sakura and why you wanted to…talk to each other I guess?" Shirou asked.
"That will be another time, Emiya. Come on, let's head to the Kotomine church." Rin stated. "Also you might want to change into something else other than your bloody clothes."
"Sigh, yea I guess that makes some sense."
Rin then walked out the front door and Shirou went to his room to change. Pulling off his jacket he shoved his hand into the pocket to take the jewel out of it and put it away in a drawer. He then grabbed a new jacket and shirt and put them on.Meanwhile, the two red head silver eyed mother and daughter looked at each other awkwardly.
"So….ah…" Ruby attempted to break the silence before getting pulled into a hug.
"It's good to see you again Ruby. It's been so long since I've seen you. To think I missed out on a lot of your life after the fall……I'm…. sorry." Saber stated tears pouring out of her eyes.
With a content sigh and shaking her head. Ruby returns the hug. However she did pick up that 'after the fall" bit.
"I just wish big bro was here with us." Ruby replied.
However she felt Summer tense up a bit.
"Is everything ok mom?" Ruby asked, confused at sabers reaction.
"Oh no sweetie…everything is fine." Ruby hides her questioning gaze as she waits for Shirou with Summer.
Fyuki streets to the Church
"I mean it's Japan here, there should be like….. hundreds of Kotomine Kirei's, I mean how many unique names are there in Japanese? Like there's Hundreds of Li's and stuff." Ruby said to Run her red hood covering her as Summer did the same with her own.
"Actually I've been wondering as well, who's Kotomine Kirei?" Shirou asked as Saber walked behind him.
"To answer your question Ruby, he's the only Kotomine that's registered in Fyuki. And to answer your question Shirou he's a priest and was also a master in the last murder death kill. He's literally like the worst human being you'd ever meet. He's the Overseer of this year's Battle Royale. And going back to being a previous master. He almost won, he then started saying how he lost because of an angry Matthew or something."
"Oh, …..so it is him, how nice…god fucking damnit." Saber sighs in disappointment.
"Now onto another question. Why are you taking me to see a priest?"
"As overseer he has to enforce the rules of the murder death kill and provide your weak ass shelter for the time being till the end of the Grail War so when you give me Momber, no one tries to kill you by accident."
"I'm starting to think that you're making an awful lot of assumptions Rin." Shirou replied.
Rin then turned around with a smile on her straight face that kind of freaked the mother daughter servant duo and Shirou.
"You do know that if I don't get what I want I will violently end your life."
Ruby for her part sighs at her master's antics.
"Master, I think we should definitely keep an eye on her. She could be crazy…actually I think she is crazy now that I think about it."
"You have no idea mom." Ruby replied with a sigh.
Eventually they came to the front gates of the church and Saber stopped looking at the top gates. Her eyes narrowed.
"Everything ok there, Saber?"
Shirou's voice broke her concentration as she then leveled her eyes at Shirou and Rin.
"I…think I'll sit this one out…" she replied hesitantly.
"Are you sure mom?" Ruby asked.
"Yes I'm…I'll be fine."
The three looked at eachother but decided not to press the issue and walked up to the large wooden doors. They were very ornate and possibly made out of mahogany. Rin then pushed one of the doors open and happily said a loud voice.
"Oh Kirei, I have brought an emotionally damaged lamb for you to slaughter."
Ruby sighed as she walked in behind Shirou. The three then saw a man with semi long hair and had an arm behind his back. They heard a book close which they assumed was more or less the Bible placing it down with reverence as if it was a holy relic. However he didn't turn around to address the lost lambs.
"Rin what have I told you about coming into my church, unannounced, and in the middle of the damn night."
"Um Kirei, maybe I wouldn't have to rely on you sense you let my dad die?" Rin snarky replied.
"Um RIN, she doth protest too much that I could stop a servant, by myself, is a tad bit. INFLATED!?"
Ruby leaned over to Shirou a little concerned.
"I feel like this is very odd. Should we intervene?"
"I don't know this feels oddly domestic, should we report this to the police? I feel like we'd be complacent?"
The priest's gaze then goes to Shirou and Archer.
"Now then who are you two?" He replied with a even if not unamused or surprised tone.
"Uh hi, I'm a master. Worried about dying." Shirou spoke up.
The three heard an exasperated sigh.
"Of course, that's unfortunate, the Grail always pulls in stranglers to fill the unclaimed ranks. Last time it was a pedophile and child serial killer….are you a serial killer?" the priest asked.
Sort of put off Shirou seemed unnerved while Ruby just eyed the priest.
"I'm a highschool student…"
The priest looked disappointed.
"Now that's uninteresting, I was honestly hoping for another one so I can shove my fist where God won't shine. In any case, I can transfer your servant to another master and let you live in the church for your safety-"
"VOLUNTEER! I VOLUNTEER TO BE MOMBERS MASTER!" Rin cut off Kirei.
But he continued on.
"For the sake of bureaucracy and record keeping. May I take your name down? So you can earn the title of 'the Master who quit before a a single Servant died'."
Ruby and Shirou narrowed their eyes at the priest now.
"Not really liking that tone of yours but…it's Shirou. Shirou Emiya."
That's when all three noticed the change in the priest's body language. Rather than being uninterested and disappointed. His chest puffed up with air into his lungs. He stood up straighter as though in the presence of an old friend he had never seen in a long time.
"No way." His breathing was heard from even across the isle of pews.
"What?" Shirou replied.
Ruby placed her hand near her weapon.
"Emiya?"
"Yea?"
"Could you spell that out for me just to be crystal clear?"
"Ah E-M-I-Y-A?"
"Say it in full again for me."
"Emiya?"
What he said next creeped everyone else out.
"Oh God above I've seen your wisdom and my faith is renewed."
"I'm pretty sure that's not how that Verse goes." Ruby spoke up.
"I'm so confused now." Rin stated raising an eyebrow at Kireis new sudden behavior change.
"But about the reason to fight for a Wish." Kirei started.
"Wait a wish? What wish? There's a wish involved with this?" Shirou replied, confused.
"We probably should have told him that at the house Rin." Ruby sighed.
"Oh even your Servant agrees with me?"
Ruby's eyes widened.
"How did you?"
"That's very much unlike you Rin to omit any at all useful or dare I say damning information." Kirei stated while walking towards the three.
"Um, Kotomine, I'm not liking the tone you're talking to me in right now." Rin fired back.
"The winner of the Holy Grail War, as stated by the Grail itself from past events. That is, the last servant master pair standing may prostrate themselves before the holy artifact and make a wish they each desire from the chalice."
Shirou turned to Ruby.
"Is what he is saying true?"
Ruby gives a nod in confirmation but she still keeps her hand near her weapon while looking at Kirei. Shirou looks at his command seals before back at the priest.
"Then I'm unclear about something. Do I….have to kill the other masters." He asked.
"YEA!" Rin shouted hoping her answer would get through to Shirou's dense skull.
"No! Only six servants must die. While killing the master makes it easier to kill a servants mana pool it's highly discouraged and only allowed if the Master who lost tries to continue on their own. Then it becomes a self defense matter. However again. It's highly discouraged among the parties involved."
"So…Any wish?"
"Yes. Any wish."
"So say something like I don't know…super powers to save innocent people?" Shirou asked.
Causing the priest to chuckle at the boys Naivety.
"Yes, even retarded ones such as that."
"Hey back off on that! If that's what heros thought then we wouldn't exist for this damn contest!" Ruby interjected.
Kirei then turned around and walked forward a few steps from the three.
"Shirou Emiya…surely continue to submit yourself to this. And living through the wars many physiological and physical trials and problems. Is it worth such a pure-hearted and just wish?"
Shirou narrowed his eyes. Thinking back, he ended up dying a second time and getting revived again. He was still training under his big bro Gohan. Hell he's not even a master yet at making useful gadgets. They always broke down due to Mana overload or just his lack of knowledge in engineering despite his efforts as of late. This mage stuff was still rather new to him due to Gohan being a part of the council in Clock tower due to his "special origins". With a sigh he did have to concede to that.
"You raised a few valid points…Kotomine Kirei."
"Oh!?~, say my name again. All distrustful like that." The priest sighed on creepy pleasure. Creeping everyone out.
"Kotomine Kirei?" Shirou replied, raising an eyebrow at that.
"Damnit Kirei! You don't get the point of Murder death kill!" Rin shouted.
Kirei sighed in annoyance.
"And you need to stop calling it that! Seriously a Demolition man reference?"
"Well let's break this down!" Rin replied, crossing her arms. "Holy Grail War, Holy Grail is not correct because the artifact is magic in origin sense it's not a wooden cup touched by the blood of Christ. Second, war is not correct because it's literally seven people and their undead take-a-longs."
Kirei just rolled his eyes.
"The word War can be loose Rin, because the English language is like that. It has the definition of 'Conflict between one faction to another no matter the size difference'. So think of it as representation of the conflict between various cultures acting as surrogates for their nations. I'd say it's definitely better than conducting pointless world wars."
This time Rin rolled her eyes.
"Can it? Sure, but it doesn't. In the meantime. I'll only stop my Demolition man reference if it isn't just a cool stand-in. Meanwhile mine is a more on point name while Ghostly Fortnite skins come in at a close second."
"I disagree on principle." The priest countered.
Shirou while talking a long hard thought. He nods to himself. Ruby notices it but solemnly.
"I'm going to fight!" He said aloud.
"Oh god damn it." Rin sighed.
"Excellent." Kirei sighs with glee.
"Hey Shirou, are you sure about this?" Ruby asked.
He turns to her and nods.
"I'm sure. With my wish I could save any number of people." They then finally picked up Kireis footsteps as he's been circling around the group of three which creeped out Shirou. "What the hell are you doing?"
"Oh? Don't mind me, I'm just predating." Kirei replied with a smile.
"You say that to all the kids in town you Catholic jackass?" Ruby spoke up.
"Don't mind him Archer, he does that a lot." Rin stated waving it off.
"Every once in a while someone's got to predate."
"Yea you take a step closer to us and I'm putting a 50.cal hole in your brain basket." Ruby stated pulling her weapon out, letting it transform into its rifle mode.
"Nah ah ah," he then pulled his arm up letting the sleeve come down to show multiple tattoos of some kind.
"I wouldn't recommend that. I'm the ruler of this Grail War little one. So if you want your master to have extra command seals or shall we say 'have me use one on you'. Well you should put the barrel in your own mouth."
A command seal then disappeared from his arm and everyone's eyes widened with terror as her weapon changed to what looked like a green pistol with blades on the ends forming the hand guards. And as instructed Ruby despite trying to resist the command she put the barrel in her mouth. The finger over the trigger just waiting for Kieri to give the next command to pull it.
"Hey stop that!" Shirou shouted.
"But of course, Shirou…Emiya."
With a snap of the priest's fingers Ruby finally pulled the gun away from her mouth. She coughed as she had to breath in the metal and gun oil smell. Rin came to her side patting her back in a vain attempt to comfort her from what would have been something awful for the young girl.
"Well, suffice it to say I couldn't be happier for your decision, Shirou Emiya. I think we'll get along swimmingly. And for future reference Archer. This place is holy ground. No one is to kill masters, servants, or the Ruler of the Grail War here. Are we clear?"
Ruby looked at the priest with disdain on her face.
"Crystal."
"Kirei never do that again or so help me I'll kill you myself!" Rin stated.
With that the three walked out as Ruby got up with the help of her master and Shirou. Eventually once they got out of the church. Summer waited by the gate and saw Ruby finally getting out from under Shirou and Rins help and ran over.
"What happened in there? Were you guys hurt?" She asked.
"No Kirei just made a threat but for the most part I'm fine." Ruby replied, rubbing her shoulder.
"Well at least it's nothing too bad," Saber then turned to Shirou. "So did you make a decision then? You're going to continue the Grail War?"
Shirou nodded with a smile.
"I never knew there was a wish involved. So I have that going for me." He replied.
He held out a hand and Summer took it and shook on it.
"Then together master we'll dominate the competition!"
Causing Rin to shriek.
"I'm. Right. Here!"
However they then walked back halfway back to Shirou's home passing by a graveyard. Rin turned around.
"Ok gang this is where we part ways." She said as Ruby was in spirit form for some reason.
"Really? You don't want to come over? We could have a slumber party and plan out how to fight the war?" Shirou asked.
"See that's the thing Shirou. It's a battle between masters. And that be hard to do as once I'm out of blast radius I plan to have my servant demolish you and everything within two hundred feet of you tactical nuke style! Seeing that my servant is actually an archer. It's currently my best course of action!"
Summer wasn't convinced by that.
"I highly doubt that my daughter would fall into using such underhanded and quite frankly out of character actions like that Rin."
Much to everyone's surprise Ruby reappears from her spirit form.
"No mother, I'm actually one hundred percent on board with this. Sorry mother or not, I have a wish. Don't worry I won't kill Shiou at all." Ruby replied.
"Nah I don't know, it would be way more convenient to kill Shirou archer." Rin thought out aloud.
"You consider Shirou more of a threat then my mother!?" Ruby asked, surprised.
"To be fair he survived several servant attacks and had his heart ripped open. He's the toughest opponent for basically being a cockroach and coming back." Rin replied.
"Wow…..that's rather sad if you think he's a threat just because he sur….." Ruby then got odd memories popping off in her head. "prise?"
Shirou was a little concerned about Ruby stopping mid sentence.
"Archer are you ok?" He asked.
"No it's just…something…" she then had memories of a particularly angry looking servant cross her mind right now. " Oh god, AWAY!"
She immediately disappeared into spirit form as Rin berated Ruby
"Archer what the fuck!? Where are you going!?"
"I CHOOSE LIFE!!!?" Ruby shouted.
Everyone finally noticed a small girl next to a heavily armored thing next to her oozing hatred. Its armor was angular as red eyes glowed. The moving of gears and hydraulics sounded off as it walked next to the girl.
"You noticed us finally?" She stated.
Shirou noticed it was the girl he saw before that threatened him walking home the night Gohan had their brotherly training session. The armored figure was white in color with what looked like some form of integrated command and radio unit attached to its head with 08 painted on its buckler shield mounted on its left arm as it held what looked like a large man portable cannon looking particularly angry at Shirou.
"I'm Illyasvial Von Einzbern, my family refers to me as a Tiny murder machine. This is my servant Berserker. Don't worry. He particularly hates Japanese people for understandable reasons." She stated as the machine took a knee and aimed its cannon at Shirou. "Watch out. He's a sniping champion!"
Ruby immediately left the area.
"Archer!" Rin shouted.
"She who runs away from the fight runs away First!" Ruby retorted as Rin looked back at the girl and her heavily armored servant.
"Just like the Tosaka and the Matous, the Einzberns helped develop the murder death kill system underneath the tutelage of Kizerzaltech!"
Shirou and Summer Rose just looked at Rin confused.
"Those were words." Shirou replied.
Rin used her eyes to gauge the Berserker servant and was shocked and horrified.
"No way aside from his luck stat at A, he's S ranked across the board!"
"Wait servants have stats?" Shirou asked.
Saber readied her sword as Berserker took aim.
"If you think about it! The Murder, death, Kill is just one big game!"
The smaller girl who was several years there senior smiled menacingly.
"I'd say that's accurate. Because I want to play a game." She replied.
(Play Red - Overtake you)
"Master, leave this to me!" Summer stated.
At that moment a high caliber round left the cannons muzzle at high speed towards Shirou. He barely had a chance to shrek in horror as Saber sliced the round in half. Cleaving it in two causing the two halves to go wide and explode past them into the dirt. The Berserker was about to pull the trigger again when a round entered his weapons magazine. Seeing this he threw it at Saber. But it was shot at again as he jumped back using his thrusters. Taking Illya with him.
"HOLY SHIT THATS AWESOME!" Shirou shouted with wide eyes and awe
"I know right, this is what happens when two servants brawl. The earth cracks beneath the weight of their rage. And the skys rip open to let their blows come forth!" Rin answered.
"I wanna fucking be them!!!" Shirou replied.
Berserker's red glowing eyes traced where those shots came from, minding where Saber was and placed Illya down and pulled out another weapon from a back back mounted to him and pulled the trigger releasing a beam of energy. Archer, on the other hand, saw the beam coming straight at her and gasped as she dodged it by the narrowest of margins. Clipping and burning a lock of her hair as she made the shot miss her head. That's when Rin realized that Archer wasn't exactly nearby.
"Wait, those shots and him firing couldn't have…Archer where are you?" Rin asked through their telepathic link.
"Oh you know," Ruby replied hesitantly. "Around."
"Well we need your backup, get your ass down here now!" Rin chastised.
"I have a couple of complaints I'd like to raise. Remember how you said that he's pretty much S ranked across the board? At this point I'm sure that only a noble phantasm of equal or higher strength can actually crack that armor of his save for his equipment."
She then noticed him change weapons again and started firing a hand held machine gun at Ruby. She then jumped to another building to dodge his shots. Steam ejected from some vents on his armor as gears and hydraulics kept moving his body. Once he made sure Ruby was properly suppressed he then narrowly dodged a swing from Summers sword. Her warrior roar shouted as loud as possible. The red eyes glowed as though staring into Summers' very soul. Putting away his machine gun, a panel ejected from the side of his leg armor plates and popped a rod from it up for him to grasp.
"Please stare in awe at the battle later on reflection master please!" Saber stated
He then pulled it out and a long beam of energy shot towards her. Summer jumped back before the energy nearly skewered her. The man machine then got into a defensive pose as Ruby continued to try to shoot at him only for her fifty cal rounds to bounce off of his armor. A whining and sounds of movements of the armors machinery unnerved everyone save for Illya. Summer dashed towards him while Berserker was still in his defensive position as his red eyes followed her movements and brought his buckler shield up scratching the white paint and blue 08 on it. Her sword connected with his shield and then he used his thrusters on his back and feet to start moving her backwards as she tried to keep herself grounded.
"ARCHER SUPPORT MOBER!!!" Rin shouted as she saw Illya walk away from the fight.
"My shots won't work! His armor is too tough!!!"
"Anything is possible if you believe enough Lily!!!"
"Alright let me put it to you this way."
He then punched Summer hard in the gut with the Beam of energy slicing into her stomach. Her eyes widened as she kicked off of him holding her stomach wound. He was about to close the distance and slice her down the middle when more of Ruby's sniper fire hir Berserker's head only for the 50 cal rounds to bounce off drawing his attention. Rin pulled out several jems and tossed them into the air over Berserker. His eyes looked up, seeing them shimmer as something on his chest started firing from the breast plate. His Chest Vulcan guns destroyed all but one gem which exploded above him causing a gravity suppression drill over him. Summer retreated back to Shirou as her wounds healed.
That was when Ruby struck by switching weapons to a hand held grenade launcher and unloaded the entire cylinder of 40mm grenades onto the gravity barrier. The Berserker looked up seeing them as the tips had heart shaped ends as they impacted the barrier. He pulled out his beam rifle in the hopes of shooting them down with one shot while under the gravity barrier. But they exploded with high voltage electricity causing the berserker to shrek in pain and shorting out the odd rifle in his hand due to overload. As the barrier was lifted and dust was thrown everywhere.
Rin narrowly dodged the rifle that was short circuiting and blew up. The Berserker then was gunning for Rin, his beam saber rose high to bisect her down the middle if it wasn't for the timely intervention of Summer pulling Rin back before swinging her sword to divert Berserker's swing throwing his aim to the dirt for his beam saber. Summer then transformed her sword into a rifle, and pulled the trigger unloading rounds into his face plate.
"Tch! How are you a Berserker!?"
Berserker just stared at her and smacked her with his buckler as he twisted his body around. Slamming the flat end into her arms, Summer flew through several graves of the graveyard. He didn't say a word nor a single grunt or moan of pain. No expression through those red eyes and emotionless face plate. Ruby and Summer got chills down their spins as he stood upright looking at them.
"See, look at all the nothing that did! He's completely hell proof!" Ruby complained as she switched weapons back to her Crescent Rose.
And again she kept firing different dust rounds from fire to ice as Berserker walked forward towards Summer. Summer unloads her rifle's magazine in desperation. She then changed her rifle back into her sword and tried to bisect his side as she smiled, finally getting a hit in. Only for her eyes to widen in horror when a mechanical hand grabbed her face and slammed her into the dirt. Summer coughed as she was held down as the hand choked her out. The rod in his hand hovering over her face. His thumb would have flicked the switch if Ruby hadn't used ice dust engulfed his hand turning to Ruby's sniper perch. This time out of the entire time he's been on the field he sighs in annoyance.
He got up and used his chest vulcan guns at Ruby. She dodged to another building after another as he unloaded the Vulcans entire magazine. Once he heard the click empty he looked down at Summer whose foot was on her chest. She then used her sword against the back of his knee. She managed to use enough force to actually get past the thinner armor, snapping an important pulley pump making him go to a knee which caught him by surprise. Causing Berserker to fall forward thanks to the force of another 50 caliber round. Falling flat onto the ground. Summer taking her chances straddled him when he turned onto his back. Her sword brought down onto his chest only for a mechanical hand to stop it easily.
"Oh fuck me…" Summer sighed seeing another fist rear at her face.
Meanwhile with the masters Rin watched as Illya was walking away. As if she was bored Rin turned to Shirou.
"Hey I'm going to get the master of Berserker you go home!"
She then ran off very quickly. Shirou was very confused.
"I feel like no one understands me…as a person…"
He then ran off after Rin trying to find her. With Illya she happily sang a tune as she walked through the small forest.
"Illya, I highly suggest that you hurry up and get out of here. Archer and Sabers masters are heading your way." Berserker stated via there mental link.
"You worry too much Berserker, I can handle them just fine if the need arises." She replied with a air if confidence.
"We're having a little talk about this. I thought we talked about this whole vengeance against your adopted brother. Not to mention the agreement we made with Riders Master."
"Sigh. Look I thought about it and the black sludge that looked like mother said to stay mad so I'm staying mad." Illya replied, annoyed.
"As your adopted father you're grounded till further notice. I thought I told you to stop talking to that demon who keeps calling you it's 'tiny murder machine'." Berserker said annoyed.
"Oh come on Duran! Really?"
"Yes, Illya. REALLY!"
Illya groaned as she placed a hand on her face.
"Why do you always have to be-" she was then cut off.
"ONE HUNDRED PERCENT MAXIMUM NO CHILL!!!"
Bolts from Illys body shot at the red bolts heading towards her.
"Hold on, Berserker, I have to take this," she said and then turned to where those red bolts of Mana came from. "Were those supposed to hit me? You do realize that this is a battle between servants and actual mages don't you?"
Her teasing and mocking voice evident.
"Illya what have I told you about gloating!" Berserker said like a chastising father.
"Just please let me have this, you have Saber and Archer locked down don't you?"
"For the moment, I think Archer is going to try something."
Small birds and other items began to appear from Illya as she turned around to address Rin.
"Fair enough." Illya replied as she subconsciously listened to Rin listing off her family's abilities. "Yes, that's all correct I suppose. How does it feel even with the best of the Tosaka lineage, can be so easily manufactured?"
Berserker sighed as Illya then started shooting her familiars at Rin. The taller teen taking cover as some of them turned into swords causing Rin to shriek in frustration.
"What the hell! These are like mini mages!"
She then found a hole she could use as cover as she muttered her complaints.
"How did the Einzberns manage to create a mage that can make mini mages!?"
Illya laughed at her opponent's frustrated praise of her. As she flicked her locks of hair to produce more familiars.
"That's right dear Rin. I have the capability to produce life at will. Now I'm not saying mages like you should be reduced to cleaning my boots as mere servants but I'm not, not saying that."
Illya taunted.
"What have I said about gloating!?" Berserker stated again.
"Dad just let me have this for once!" She retorted as she watched Rin leave her cover.
"Prepare to face the jewels of the Tosaka bloodline!!!" Rin shouted, throwing a green gem at Illya, trapping her in a mana cage. "Your family might let you create life but my dad never let me have that kind of power and here's WHY!!!"
She shouted as she threw multiple gems at Illya who only smiled from her side of the mana barrier. They blew up as Rin made a gem shield to throw more Mana shots at Illya. Only for a Sword to slice through her current bolt of Mana past her face. Breaking her shield barrier in the process like glass. In which she dove for cover as more swords started embedding themselves into where Rin wasn't at.
Illya only walked forward as more familiars spawned and turned into swords.
"Oh I don't know. But what I do know is that I bet those boys at your school would be disappointed if I hurt that beautiful face if yours. I'll spare them some pity and let them see It one last time. At your funeral."
Just as the sword familiar was about to pierce through the tree shots rang out and destroyed it before it could impact Rins cover. When that happened she ran off to regroup with Saber and Berserkers fight.
"THANKS LILY!" she shouted.
Causing Illya to look at Ruby's sniper perch on another building.
"That damn archer Servant! What's her problem!?"
"Everything ok sweetie?" Berserker asked.
"Just an annoyance we should get rid of eventually." Illya replied.
Meanwhile with Ruby on her sniper perch she scoffed at Illyas sword familiars. As though she's seen better ones as semblances.
"Using swords as projectiles…get on dads level."
Rin using the trees of the small forest as cover then started talking back to Ruby.
"What the hell took you so long to see me battle Illya!? You could have hit her at any time, but still think you can hit her?" Rin asked.
"Probably, as for the former-" Ruby replied but was cut off.
"Then take the shot and HIT HER!" Rin stated.
"Now hold on Rin. I'm not for killing other masters unless it's that bastard priest. So no, I'm not going to shoot her. So how about I shoot my mother instead?"
Archer replied with her ultimatum..
"You think Shirou is more of a threat than Einzbern?"
"Ok first off I'm not the one who said Shirou and no I don't think he's a threat. If anything he's like a 2 on my 'is a threat meter'! Which goes up to 10!"
Rin only sighed as she got caught again trying to end Shirou instead of Saber.
"Fine, then sit on the side lines and make like Shirou if you can't do anything. I'll think of something for you to do."
The grip on Ruby's pistol grip tightened as she looked through her scope watching Summer battling Berserker.
"Watch what you say…mom…"
Shirou meanwhile was breathing heavily as he ran through the forest looking for Rin. He eventually caught up to her after following the trail of destruction between her and Illya and just as he was about to say anything Rin attacked.
"Oh speak of the devil!"
She then grabbed his arm and shoved him into a tree.
"I thought I told you to run you fucking moron!!!"
She then pushed him harder against the tree causing some bark to rub his cheeks raw.
"This isn't a game and I'm not playing around here dude! This is a war!"
Shirou then tried to call her out.
"I thought that definition didn't work!?"
He was further pushed into the tree.
"It doesn't but it could! Talk back to me by using my own words against me and I'll murder you harder than I originally planned to!"
She then let him go, tossing him away from the tree.
"I'm sorry! Look, I'm just trying to make sure everyone is ok. And then check up on Saber."
Rin sighed at that not understanding why he was going this far for everyone.
"Fine you can come along with me to watch my Momber kick that armored brute berserker into the 1500s! Then go home and wait for me to murder you!"
A scream came from over a hill as the two watched Summer spin slash downward onto Berserker. But again it proved fruitless as he brought up his buckler taking the blow causing his feet to depress the ground into a crater from the force. His red glowing eye lenses shot a dirty look into Summers as she spinned backwards away from him. The kids meanwhile looked on in awe.
"See she's still up and at him! That sword, those battle clothes, that awesome cape. That unique fighting style." Rin said as she watched on.
"I know what you mean Rin. Seeing her take on someone like berserker. It's just…inspiring…but what boggles my mind is what do you think Illya meant by he hates Japanese people?"
"Don't know, don't care." Rin replied dismissively.
Between Summer and Berserker meanwhile there blows came to match head to head move and counter move, thrust and repost. The deadly dance of a very aggressive sword duel. Summer raised her sword pointing it at Berserker while he maintained a defensive stance staring her down.
"I must admit Berserker even with what I had assumed to be very heavy armor I was proven wrong. You move as though it enhances your movement and reaction time. Unfortunately I doubt I'd remember you from my round table. I think I'm going to pass for asking the name of a soulless machine like Ironwood!!!"
With that she pounced launching herself into the air in the hopes of gaining distance only for her to grumble as Berserkers back thrusters lifted him off the ground and he came in for a side slash. Blocking his beam saber she could feel extra force being put into her as he twisted his body to put a lot of force into making her collide with the ground. Once he landed creating a crater of his own. Her eyes began to shine as her sword was bathed in silver light. She then ran forward, her sword tip being caught again by Berserks hand as he raised his own beam saber, finally able to slice her in two.
"Heh. My berserker has her." Illya stated watching from afar.
Summer only shouted a war cry as the silver light turned into a beam that shot through Berserker's armor through him and out his backpack thruster. His eyes widened underneath his visor of red lenses. As a small hole was burned through his chest. The red glowing eye lenses began to slowly dissipate as though a machine were shutting down. Slowly he gets on his knees, his arms go limp but his hand is still tight on his beam saber emitter.
"There, no last goodbyes, no hatred for a particular old man who takes over people's bodies and Salem to try to torment me by lording my husband's death over me to make me a depressed drunk. Just one hero brutally killing an enemy. As the brother gods intended!" Summer said with relieved satisfaction.
Illya just sighed.
"Oh no, Berserker's dead, what should I do?" she said sarcastically.
Rin however had to take cover as she watched.
"God I would hit that."
However she received something odd from Rin telling her to get the hell away from that area.
"Huh? What do you mean you've seen enough? What does get wrecked Summer even mean? Is that Sabers name?"
With Ruby she put away her sniper rifle and pulled out several items. Two revolvers, a odd device that attaches to them and a sword sheathed into what looked like a drill bit. She then inserted the revolvers into the device and put the sword handle into the barrel of the device.
"I can not ever give people hell fire like you always ask Rin. But allow me to show the power of someone who has seen their own personal hell."
Shirou meanwhile looked at where Archer was and saw a bright glowing light in the distance as well as a Lazer painting Saber. Which Saber didn't notice as the eyes of the machine before her was glowing again coming back online.
"Oh god damn it I please stay dead I want you gone for personal reasons!!"
She was about to cleave Berserker's head off as Shiou grabbed her hand and ran.
"WE NEED TO MOVE!"
"What? Why!?"
The green light and Laser pointer moved with Saber
"I shall fear no evil for thee Rod and Thy Swords comfort me!"
And with that a super charged shot was fired from the weapon. The machine Berserker looked at it and dodged in the hopes of it not killing him but it's not like he was Ruby's only target. Saber turned around to see the sword projectile coming in to kill her. But what caught everyone off guard was a salvo of three large shells impacting Ruby's shot causing it to explode the small area launching Saber and Shirou into a ditch and throwing berserker a few feet.
Everyone turned to who fired those shots to see a woman with micro shorts, an officer's cap, an American Medal of Honor hanging from her belt. A cyberpunk like bikini and tie. An Officers jacket and odd machinery strapped to this woman's back which looked like that from old Battleships from world war two but what kind was unknown to them. Her ocean blue eyes looked angrily at Ruby's direction. Before turning to address Illya and Berserker.
"She says she's not Lilith but she pulls shit like this. That filthy liar!" Rin thought as she got up to see the destruction before her.
"Illya! Berserker! I thought me and my master had made a deal regarding this!" The woman shouted as she moved with speed.
"Oh…shit it's you Rider…" Illya sighs as Berserker walks to Illyas side.
Yet he didn't raise an arm to her to strike her down. Ruby sighed as she hopped over to Rins side watching the Rider servant berate Illya and Berserker as though she was their older sibling or something.
"You think you can double cross my master Illya? We had a deal, in particular regarding Rin and Shirou!"
"Look, I was only testing and playing around with them. Besides the only reason I agreed to any of this was because of your masters circumstances." Illya replied.
"Oh don't give me that young lady! And you Duran! Should be ashamed of yourself! Now look at you, your PCS needs repairs!"
The four looked on in confusion.
"Deals? PCS? Who's Duran?" Shirou asked loudly.
Berserker sighed and for the first time he spoke honestly like a disappointed father or husband or…something.
"It's not my fault Ari, Illya wanted this and it's not like I'm in the precarious position of saying no…"
And the fact that he said that made all four of the others blanche in horror.
"Don't Ari me Duran! And now look at you two! Just…ugh…just head back to the Einzbern castle…my master will talk with you Illya shortly!"
Illya sighed.
"Fine. Besides all this proves that I honestly don't need to do anything. Also destroying his servant isn't really doing anything directly to him. They'll destroy themselves far better than I ever could."
She then turned around to leave with Berserker in tow. Rider could only sigh in annoyance at Illyas' attempt to kill Shirou. She then turns to look at the four.
"I'm terribly sorry about this. Illya wasn't supposed to hurt you."
Saber looked at Rider very cautiously.
"Your…too friendly to be a servant." Saber called out.
"Fair. But now that a crisis is averted I shall be taking my leave." Rider then started walking away.
"That was weird…" Shirou sated before slowly falling asleep.
"SHIROU!" Saber said in shock at him going out cold.
Fuyuki Church
Kotomine Kirei was chuckling as he sensed what was going on outside the church. Another occupant took a seat on a pew.
"You look like you had the time of your life Kirei. Is the news of another shit head with the Emiya name get your kibbles and bits all riled up and filling you with such…hedonistic pleasure?" The raspy voice of the new person said. The tone of satisfaction as though he had eaten a feast. Thought one could say he did enjoy a feast.
"it could Cell, but this feeling I'm having couldn't just be left to the word of simple pleasure. Invigoration, Elation, Jubilation! Eh…other words that mean that! Seeing Emyias spawn filled me with joy Imperfect Cell!"
The odd mouth of the being with the looks of a bug and hard carapace body smiled sadistically. It's slant pupils narrowed in a dangerous smile.His tail swaying behind the pew.
"Ah I see. It's like when I get the rush of turning a smug asshole into something I drink. But that just means the assassin got laid again. While you theorized funny puppy kicking." The being known as imperfect Cell replied.
Though that comment didn't please Kirei.
"I don't mean to be a nag Cell, but there are 4 servants outside that could sense you right now." He replied coldly to the being before him.
"Aww don't say it like that. You filthy animal."

Backstory: At the End of the Great War Duran Tannin fought at the Battle of Belleau Wood with vengeance in his heart due to his father dying in the sinking of the Lusitania. During WW2 he crafted the most advanced and devastating Personal Combat Suits that lead to the down fall of the Sakura Empire (Japan). he served until the battle of Iwo Jima where he took the brunt of N2 Thermobaric explosives trying to collapse a Tunnel network dug into the extincted volcano. He goes by one nick name "Wakes White Demon".
