I only own my OCs, I do not own Tess, Bentley, Carmelita, or any Van Helsing characters.

A villager was thrown out of the window, screaming as she falls, but was caught by the vampire children. Bentley and Carl watch all this, but soon see a woman holding onto a signpost, screaming as a vampire child screeches to not bite her, but give her more of a scare, she then begs, "Help me!"

Carl then picks up a pail and as the woman begs for help again, he throws it at the child. The pail hits the child, causing it to let go of the woman, but she soon begins to fall, but Carl caught her. Bentley soon said, "Good save, Carl."

"Thanks," Carl replied

Lupe, Carmelita and Chiyo soon meet up with Carl and Bentley. Carmelita soon said, "There's just too many of them to stop!" Suddenly the child Carl hit with the pail soon charged at them. Carl and the woman soon scream, while the others prepared themselves.

But then the child stopped, screeches as it begins to swell up, until it burst. They looked around and saw the other children did as well, causing Lupe and Chiyo to quickly save the villagers that were falling since they were being carried by the children.

Aleera and Verona see this and were shocked. They shrieked in grief as they retreat.

Upon hearing the brides screech, Dracula looks, causing Taylor and Van Helsing to escape to an elevator, which Van Helsing used his tojo blade to cut the rope to cause them to go up.

Back on the roof, Velkan yells as he was transforming, causing Anna and Tess to flee. They both turned and gasped as Van Helsing grabs Anna and said, "I think we've overstayed our welcome," he pulls out his grapple gun, and fires it. Using it as a line by propping it with on a metal piece, then puts a grapple line. They hear Velkan yell again, causing them to turn, and see Velkan changed into his werewolf form. Van Helsing grabs Anna, who still had Tess on her shoulder, they begin to zipline through, while Taylor got left behind. She quickly tapped the diamond part of her staff to become invisible, as Velkan leaps where the former were. A lightning bolt hits a metal piece, causing it to fall, which caused Velkan to jump and grab the line, which snap. Both the trio gasped and yelled as they swung down to the ground, while Velkan howls as he plummets to the river. Taylor made herself visible, then grabbed the grapple gun, then tapped the diamond part of her staff, spun into a circle, causing a light to appear and for her to sink down.

Once Van Hesling, Anna, and Tess got up, looked around, then Anna asked, "Where's Taylor?" her answer came when a circle appeared, and from it rose Taylor. Anna then asked, "How did you do that?"

"Teleportation," Taylor replied, she takes out the grapple gun, and said, "I believe this is yours."

Van Helsing takes it, and said, "Thank you."

Back at the village, the people were chattering at this, though nobody was hurt, thanks to Chiyo, Carmelita, and Lupe. The woman looked, then asked, "What happened?"

"The just died," Carl replied.

Bentley explains, "Whatever caused them to be alive didn't make them stable, that's why they died."

The woman then hugged and kissed Carl, and asked, "How can I ever repay you?" Carl then whispered something, which Lupe heard, and was embarrassed on what he replied, which also caused the woman to be indistinct, and said, "But you can't that. You are a monk."

"Well, actually, I'm just a friar," Carl corrected her, she then smirked and hummed at this.

Back at the castle, both Aleera and Verona mourn on the death of their children.

"Vhat a disappointment," Nosfearatu said, he paused, then said, "You had high hopes that this vould have vorked. But it seems the verevolf vas too much man, and not enough monster," Dracula glared at him, causing the warlock to say, "Forgive me, Dracula."

Igor then said, "I am sorry, as well, master. We try and we try, but I fear we are not so smart as Dr. Frankenstein."

Dracula then said, "Truly. Despite he is still alive, it would appear the decoy of the good doctor took the key to life to his grave," soon Velkan climbed up, shook himself drive, and looked at Dracula. The vampire looked at the werewolf, and commanded, "Hunt them down," he paused, then said, "Capture them all so I can use them as ways to power my Dark Crystal with fear."

Nosfeartu smirked, and said, "I am happy you didn't order them to kill them, despite you vant that."

Taylor, Tess, Van Helsing, and Anna walked off in the rain to the ruins of the burned windmill. During this, Anna asked, "A silver stake? A crucifix? What, do you think we haven't tried everything before?" she paused, then said, "We've shot him, stabbed him, clubbed him, sprayed him with holy water, staked him through the heart, and still he lives!" She then pushes Van Helsing, and asked, "Do you understand? No one knows how to kill Dracula."

"Well, I could've used that information a little earlier," Van Helsing said in his defense.

"And good thing too," Taylor said, they looked at her, then she explains, "If Dracula was killed, then his Dark Crystal would shatter, that's why I need to make him mortal and capture him alive."

Anna groans at those points, and said, "Don't give me those looks," she walks away, then said, "You were right, Van Helsing. I'm sorry. He's not my brother anymore," Van Helsing knows she was sad, so he took off his hat, and put it on her head, and they both smiled while Van Helsing hummed as well. Anna then asked, "Do you have any family, Mr. Van Helsing?"

Van Helsing paused, then replied, "Uh, not sure. I hope to find out someday. It's what keeps me going."

Tess then said, "Anna, I am sorry you are down on this, but don't lose hope, Anna," Anna looks at the ottsel, as she explains, "There is still a way to save your brother, Lupe."

Taylor then said, "She's right, Lupe can bite someone cursed as a werewolf if they are underneath someone's control. Though it won't break the curse, it will not only break the control of the person, but they can change from wolf to man and vice versa at will."

Van Helsing smiles at this hope a bit, grabbing and opening a bottle, but Anna takes it, lifts it up a bit, and said, "Here's to what keeps you going."

"Absinthe. Strong stuff," Van Helsing said as Anna drinks it.

She gave it to Taylor and Tess, but Taylor said, "Sorry, don't drink."

Van Helsing chuckles as Anna gave him the bottle, then Anna said, "Don't let it touch your tongue."

"Why is that?" Tess asked as she jumps on Taylor's shoulder.

Anna replied, "It'll knock you on your-" suddenly the floor gave out beneath them, and they yelled as they fall down into a cavern.

Van Helsing lands into a puddle of water, while Anna fell down into some debris. Taylor however used her Staff Helicopter to land safely on the floor but was soon knocked out by someone.

Finished 3 chapters, now I am a bit on a roll. So now Taylor's friends and allies are going to be hunted by Velkan. What will Taylor and her group find in these caverns?
