Gone
Seven walked across the cemetery, It's his first time going to a real life place. He stared at the pictures of the people who died, and the gravestone of all the people, there's not many people. Until he saw Michiru, Setsuna and Hotaru. The three were wearing black dresses, staring at the grave of Haruka.
Michiru turned to her left side and saw Seven walking to them.
"Seven…"
"Michiru. I'm here. What's the matter?"
"Haruka drove her car in the highway and got hit by a car." Michiru said softly.
"And Haruka didn't even say a word when leaving. I thought she was alright…" Setsuna said.
"And when the police found the car… Haruka Papa was already dead in the scene…"
"Haruka died?"
Seven is in shock of what he heard.
"Haruka….. died?"
"She died. I remember she said she missed you."
"Missed me?" Seven said.
"Yes."
"And you keep refusing her, Seven. Why won't you just visit her?"
"I was busying on my work, Michiru. We had a restraining order."
"Restraining order?" Setsuna asked.
"Yes. Setsuna. Me and Haruka made a deal."
"Do you mean, you and Haruka cannot meet each other?"
"Endymion and King told me to never fall in love with a human, they found out about it already."
"I remember about this; you told me before."
"Didn't Haruka know I have her back?" Michiru's eyes watered. "A world without Haruka is not worth saving! This is ridiculous!"
"Michiru Mama."
"It's not my fault, Michiru. King and Endymion both are strict, I don't want myself to be sent to prison."
"You could have just broken the law, Seven! Haruka died because of you!" Michiru said as she shouted at Seven with tears pouring off his eyes.
"I can't break the law, Michiru…." Seven said as he lowered his head.
"Michiru, you know this is serious. This involves two kings. Endymion and King, and I cannot bear myself involving into their business." Setsuna said softly.
"That's what you should do! Setsuna! Transform to Sailor Pluto! Reverse the time and bring Haruka back!"
"I can't use my garnet illegally, Endymion had made a rule for us, remember? We cannot help any people who broke the law. They told us in the very beginning."
"That's unfair!" Michiru sobbed into Setsuna's shoulder.
"Michiru Mama, don't cry. You still have Setsuna Mama with you." Hotaru said as she comforted her.
"Seven. If you have something to say to Haruka, please take your time. We've already spoke our words to her." Setsuna said as she landed her hand on Seven's shoulder.
"My deep condolences to the outer Senshi family." Seven said with sadness on his face.
"Bye. Seven." Hotaru waved lightly at him.
After the outer senshi left. Seven was alone near Haruka's grave.
"Haruka chan. You are a nice girl. The first time I met you, you were athletic. Michiru treats you really well."
Seven stared at the flowers that Setsuna and Michiru gave.
"Nice roses."
Seven recalled the first time when meeting Haruka, is before Haruka died after her bracelets disappeared. She was about to die. And he saw her feeling regrets on deceiving Galaxia for using her bracelets to attack her. But she failed. Her tears, Seven remembered. And knew she is doing this for all the senshi's sake. And he still remembered he cried for her. He knows it's just a first meeting, his heart broke when seeing her disappeared. It connects to his past, in which his parents separated from themselves. All the brothers cried except for him. He was still little, probably not knowing what feelings are, just staring at Marie being captured. His tears suddenly dropped. And even promised Haruka to gain back her star seeds. It was heartbreaking, He hugged Haruka, as it feel like everything had lost to him.
However, the battle succeeded. And Haruka, also Michiru was safe and sound. Seven and his brother Ultraman had saved them. Their hearts felt happy, and they are glad they did the right thing. A few months later, there was a meet and greet. He recalled the happiest moment. His brothers, also the senshi. Laughter and happiness. Seven smiled to see his other brothers are having their own partners.
And one time, Seven and Haruka even had a short meeting. Haruka blushed when she saw him. She cried tears of happiness and hugged him. Haruka also gave a kiss to him when they met in the café. He remembered the lips of Haruka are warm. It was soft. He knows how love feels like.
"Haruka chan, everything you did to me is good. The roses I gave to you, you love those. And I really love how you treated me, sleeping with a girl is also unforgettable." Seven smiled slightly.
However, things had changed after King and Endymion witnessed them falling in love with each other, both are punished, and a restraining order started. Seven and Haruka both broke into tears, for the farewell. But they know their kings would cancel it in some time. He remembered the last time she smiled. Promising they would work together in the future, although King and Endymion both of them didn't tell what time they are about to reunite.
"But why you can't just wait for only a few days, Haruka chan? The restraining order just out only a few months, it's not even that long! Michiru is your soulmate! You promised her! Why you have to kill yourself as the last resort?"
Seven's vision started to get blurry, as his tears dropped.
"No, I'm crying again….. what am I thinking….."
Seven kneeled on the ground as he hugged himself.
"I'm sorry, Haruka chan… I shouldn't have fell in love with you….. It's all my fault…."
Seven then put his hand on the grave, and his tears dropped on the dirt, he sobbed silently. He knows how dying feels like, unlike the ultras themselves, they are able to revive. Instead, Haruka is a human, once they die, they cannot be revived.
Seven continued to cry silently in the graveyard, until a hand landed on his shoulder.
He turned his head, and he saw Haruka, she is wearing a sleeveless white dress, with white sandals, she had some wings behind her back, meaning she had already turned to a spirit. Same as the Inner Senshi died in the North Pole, except Haruka could be touched and still visible.
"Haruka chan?" Seven said with tears on his eyes.
"Seven san. You've came to visit me after I died?"
"Michiru offered me to give a visit to you. It's my fault."
"Nope, It's my fault, I should have listened to you."
"You made Michiru and the others sad, you know?" Seven said with tears dropping from his eyes, he had never talked to anyone with tears before.
"I know, Seven san….." Haruka said with tears flooding from her eyes.
"We should have been normal friends at that time, Haruka chan. Not kissing or sleeping together. It's totally wrong for us." Seven said.
"I'm sorry for making you cry, Seven san…" Haruka said as she broke into tears.
"Don't say sorry."
Seven could not hold the pain anymore, he broke into sobs and hugged Haruka.
"Without you, how can….I….. find ….a person…..to join?"
"I'm sure Endymion would find a partner for you."
"Do you mean Michiru?"
"Yes, Seven….san…. I don't know whether this works for you?"
"If King agreed, then that's it…" Seven said.
"Tell Michiru… I'm sorry….that….i failed her…."
"I will."
"And tell Sets and Hotaru, I love them so much, tell Hotaru to study hard, and I'm proud as a father, taking care of her in every single minute."
"No problem."
Haruka then cupped Seven's cheek.
"This is our real final goodbye, Seven san….." Haruka said as she cried.
"Haruka…..chan…" Seven said between sobs.
"Don't cry….Seven san….."
"I…..don't want…you….to disappear!" Seven shouted as he witnessed her disappeared before in Galaxytv, he cannot bear the pain of seeing her disappear again.
Haruka's tears poured and hugged Seven very tightly. This time that embrace is much tighter than before. She knows it was the final farewell, not like the past, for making a promise that they will reunite someday; It is vain now. Everything was gone. Seven cannot believe what he said, that he wanted a human to stay with him forever. He felt like everything had gone, a simple mistake of falling in love with a human; kissing her without refusing, being ignorant of the King's orders. He knows there's nothing he can do about it.
Haruka screamed very loudly, even much louder than the time before they waited for the restraining order to start.
Seven this time sobbed heavily, and it's the first time. He remembered his father died for his sons, by giving the color timer to Ace. He himself got trapped by Alien Hipporito, and turned into a bronze statue. He didn't know what happened, until Seven get rescued by Ace, he knows Ace saved the day. The five brothers witnessing their father's corpse, they even know their father sacrificed his life for saving them. But he knows their father would revive, due to the advanced technology in Land Of Light for giving energy to a person even though they have died.
But for a human, he now understands, dying as a human, would never return, and that's the thing that he keeps in mind to his heart, next time he had to treat the Senshi better, and to cherish every moment when they were living happily.
Now it was too late, everything for him had already torn apart. It's over for him.
"Haruka!" Seven shouted.
"SEVEN SAN!" Haruka shouted.
They both shed a lot of tears that it won't stop. Neither one of them wanted to let go of the embrace. Both don't even want each other to leave. It has already been decided. Haruka must take her leave, and she would never return. Seven grabbed on Haruka's back, and cried freely, not like in Galaxytv, only cried for 1 minute. Haruka also cried a lot. Their tears keep staining each other's back, no one cares anymore.
The two cried for 4 hours, breaking the record of almost every people would. Seven opened his eyes, and saw Haruka sleeping soundly.
"I feel better now." Seven said as he breathed. Staring Haruka's sleeping face, He grabbed her back, and she hugged her.
"Seven san….. Do you want a kiss?" Haruka opened her eyes, noticing her body moved by her own.
"Goodbye kiss?"
Haruka nodded.
"Before we kiss, let's wipe the tears off our eyes, ok?"
Seven and Haruka both wiped their tears from their faces.
"Seven san, you really cried a lot."
"Letting out all of the stress for 25000 years is really different compared to normal humans."
"And for me, I will forget about everything, and I'll rest in peace."
"Dying has a big contrast to us compared to humans. We can revive, but you two cannot."
"After this kiss. Just look forward, ok? Seven san?" Haruka said.
"I will, Haruka chan."
"Keep this a secret to Michiru."
"I promise."
Haruka and Seven gave a soft kiss together. The two sat and kissed. It was a goodbye kiss, instead of a sign of affection. They kissed for an hour.
"Seven san, That's enough." Haruka said, breaking the kiss.
"Haruka chan. Goodbye." Seven said.
"This is the last kiss I gave to you."
"Thanks for the kiss." Seven said.
"Tell Michiru, I would still support her even I'm gone."
"I will."
Haruka then jumped up, her wings spread, and she flew up the sky.
"Goodbye. Seven san." Haruka waved.
"Goodbye."
Seven saw Haruka's spirit waved goodbye to him, Haruka gave Seven a wink, as a final farewell before disappearing.
Seven opened his eyes and noticed the sky started to turn dark.
"I can't believe I fell asleep in the cemetery…. It's time for me to go back to the Land Of Light."
He saw Haruka's grave still.
"Haruka chan. Take care." Seven stood up and stared at her grave one more time.
"Goodbye." He said as he teleported, leaving a few blue sparkles left in the nearly dark cemetery.
