It's been ten days since Naruto and sasuke came back to village after their conversation in the office they met with their friends and were greeted and thanked by villagers for their efforts in the Fourth great shinobi war and bought a place just behind Hokage stone faces using his skills in metal,wood,crystal release and seals he built a compound for a three story beautiful house which is very secure with seals and made a welcome party and invited his friends to a get-together and also asked hinata for hand in marriage to her father the hyuga clan head Hiashi hyuga which agreed and fixed a date on the same date as his parents marriage January 5th that is two months later, while sasuke settled in uchiha clans district with his wife Sakura and daughter sarada.
In konoha for a week the village is buzzing with people all over the elemental nations, and the crowd is day by day increasing and the inns in the village are already full and to accomodate more people Kakashi ordered Tenzo to build wooden house in training grounds that are for spare, they haven't yet built an arena for people to sit because of number of people swamming the village increasingly exponentially.so to get some estimated value of people but naruto has already discussed with kakashi about building a new arena that fits for both chunnin exams in all forms of exam like a class room for written portion, different kind of dangerous places like forest of death, suna desert for survival test and one on one fight to give everyone a homeland advantage to bring out one's full potential in arena which will also helps for anbu and higher ranking shinobis to train, which the place to be quite far away from village to reduce the risk of invasion like what happened during their chunnin exams and if someone attack the village or arena all people would be transported to the bunker facilities in the deep underground that he plans to build, as per the arena which would able to fit as many as people can if it's built outside the village and he explained about building amusement parks for children which would also be a big boost in tourism economy at the end of the day Naruto convinced the sixth hokage to build arena and amusement parks with a transportation network between village for goods and civilians called train service in which many compartments that can accommodate people and goods to be connected to an engine ran through some seals and chakra application by a pilot that runs over lanes, he also gave the prototype to kakashi to bring it during five kage gathering for easier transportation.
Just as only five days left for the fight between sasuke and him,he started to work on arena, amusement parks and the bunker facilities with workers and shinobis,after a two days of work with the help of shinobi and labours he completed all three project and secured them seals and also asked it is outside the village with every kind of danger available in elemental nations arena can become the chunnin exam stadium for whole elemental nations which is located about two kilometres from konoha, while the amusement park is situated inside the village where old chunnin exam stadium was situated and the bunker is located five kilometres deep below hokage monument secure with seals for both not able to sense or to not crumbled because of physical damages, also he placed hirashin level five seal every hundred meter diameter, in amusement park and the arena to teleport them directly to the bunker which has the facilities to last atleast few years for whole elemental nations population.
The same day the projects completed the kages and daimyos came to the village and Kakashi welcomed them to konoha after the war daimyos were treated as royalty but any main changes were brought by the council of kages that contains only hokage, mizukage, tsuchikage, raikage, kazekage, shougan of iron country and a representative of summon who had huge impact in the shinobi history, they will sit on newly made parliment in former uzushiogakure to both redeem and remember the uzumaki clan that they destroyed which houses rows and rows tables in circles around a seven starred table where the council of kage sit to hear about the changes in the elemental nations as a whole, while any village matters will be attended by their respective village leaders. Kakashi invited the kage council to the parliament to discuss about Naruto's new idea of transportation and a single aren for chunnin exams for the whole elemental nations which they can share the incomes of the exams, after discussing with their advisor they accepted the idea and to build transportation network and single arena about sharing sixty percent of the income among lands that are participated and the leftover fourty percent will be spent over improving the lands that are affected by all four wars like rain, village hidden in weapons who were ostracised by great villages during war to not let any child suffer the way they did and that was decided and approved by majority of 7-0 votes.
After the meeting kages and other daimyos came to konoha and familiarise with sasuke and Naruto onoki thanked Naruto for bringing peace to the ninja world and for removing darkness inside him, mei started flirting with him even as for as to give kiss on the lips, gaara was ecstatic about meeting his saviour and friend, A complemented about Naruto being Minato son who surpassed every shinobi and stated that he was proud to see a man praised by even the likes of madara and Hashirama whom he admired as a shinobi and koyuki and other daimyos he made friends with all greeted him and Kakashi announced the one of the topic discussed during the meeting about Naruto, Tsunade and sasuke were to be put under clan restoration act for not wanting to see the end of the three great clans while they have to take ten wives excluding hinata and Sakura that they have child with.
Because of that tsunade not wanting to put under denied it but the kages insisted so no other option than to agree she proposed herself to marry Naruto since he is the only one who knows about her pain, kages also agreed not wanting to miss the opportunity Naruto was proposed with Samui from kumo, kurotsuchi from iwa, mei terumi from Kiri, pakura from suna who was revived by nagato during war, Karin uzumaki who come after crush with sasuke after war, princess koyuki kazahana, priestess shion of land of demons, Haruna from land of vegetables, shizuka, kurenei yuhi, tsunade, guren along with hinata are then proposed to marry him which he after some discussion agreed and decided to marry all of them, while sasuke didn't had problem with building his clan so he agreed and proposed by ten girls from different country along with Sakura which both sakura and hinata agreed of the clan restoration act of treating all of them with same love which made to put kakashi and gaara to marry yugao and matsuri respectively and the mariage date was fixed for all of them Naruto marry all of them on fifth January, sasuke decided to marry on fifteenth January the day of uchiha massacre to replace bad memories with good ones, while Kakashi decided on November twenty sixth the day of Rins death and gaara announced on December fourth his mother's birthday.
After all the discussion and party Kakashi announced about opening the amusement park Naruto built for children the next day,they went to their inns to take rest and Naruto went to his compound turn the three story house into very big three story mansion that houses about hundred bedrooms, five big store rooms, a large kitchen, and a very large living room for more than 100 people to sit at the same time, two hot springs, a very large area for training and a ground for gardening and the mansion looked like a palace made with crystals and wood after doing that he spammed hundred clones to put the artifacts of uzumaki clan he collected and many other decorative items to the mansion.
