A/N This is kind of Part 2 of the other one, but I needed them to be separate, because Charity's on Sodor, but Jessica's at the heritage railway she was at before coming to Sodor.

The next morning, Jessica woke up okay after having nightmares last night, just then her fireman and kind second driver came in.

Jessica said, "Morning."

Her fireman said, "Good morning."

Her driver said, "I see you're feeling okay."

Jessica said, "Yes as long as you both help when like last night, I woke up crying, I'm doing okay."

Her driver said, "We got a surprise for you."

Jessica asked, "What is it?"

The fireman said, "The heritage railway's controller wants us to tell you that you can have a day off today."

Her driver added, "Except you have to go to your therapy."

Jessica asked, "Really? Okay."

The fireman said "Just letting you know that your driver and I are going out."

Jessica asked "Where are you both going?"

Her driver said, "Well you're not going to like this but we're going to the court to see the judge."

Jessica asked then, "Why?"

Her fireman said, "Well you might get nightmares again, but your abusive first driver got arrested a week ago and put in jail."

Jessica was shaking with shock and horror and started to break down tears.

Her driver and fireman came and wiped her tears, her fireman dried them with his cotton rags and her driver with a cotton waffle cloth he had for that purpose.

Her fireman said, "It's okay, Jessica. We'll be fine."

Her driver said, "We'll make sure that cruel abusive driver won't hurt you again."

Jessica replied, "He will come back for revenge, won't he?"

Her driver answered, "He won't. They'll make sure that he doesn't escape while in jail."

Her fireman added, "We'll protect you from him."

Jessica was happy that her fireman and kind driver were there for her but still scared from her terrible past.

Jessica's crew came to the court and discovered another engine, Charity had been abused by her first fireman and he was also on trial. It was 1:15 pm at the court, everyone, the judge, and also Jessica's kind driver and fireman along with Charity's driver and kind fireman were there. Just then the policemen and policewomen came in and brought Charity's abusive fireman and Jessica's abusive driver. The judge began to speak and they talked about those two who abused two train engines, Charity and Jessica. Everyone agreed, even Jessica's kind driver and fireman and also Charity's driver and kind fireman. The judge asked if those two will be guilty or not. The crowd said guilty, then the judge agreed. The judge pronounced that Charity's abusive fireman and Jessica's abusive driver are now guilty. Charity's abusive fireman and Jessica's abusive driver were to be sent in jail for 40 years.

Hours passed, Jessica came to her therapy with the heritage railway engine therapist.

The therapist asked, "Hi Jessica, are you okay?"

Jessica said, "I'm scared. But my fireman and kind driver told me that my abusive driver is sent to jail so he won't hurt me anymore." and then started to cry. But her driver and fireman were there for them and wiped her tears until she calmed down.

The therapist said, as Jessica's crew went to dry her tears, "Cry, Jessica. I accept you can't help bawling your eyes out because of what happened."

After therapy was over, Jessica said goodbye, then had a drink and went home to her shed. Back in the shed, Jessica woke up crying but her kind driver and fireman were there for her and even her best engine friend touched her buffers with his. Jessica realized that she may still have nightmares from her past but her good friends were there for her to help her feel better.

A/N Jessica's heritage railway has an engine therapist. That's how she was diagnosed with depression. However, the engines saved from the scrapyard got priority, so Jessica was worked in haphazardly. My head-canon on her depression is the worst part for her was how she shed a great many tears and her eyes stung dreadfully. IDK if the engines canonically feel the tears, but I have my OCs feel them. I got inspired to have Jessica talk about her depression in first person.
