We'll deal with him later. First we need to stop this Mister Sinister from experimenting with cross-species genomes.

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Assault
Lights of blue and dark blue are in the middle of illuminating a moonlit mountainous valley with their intense clash that's devastating their battlegrounds. The blue light reveals itself on the ground to be Nu-13 looking up at the dark blue light that unveils itself as Grimadoom the Hedgehog shouting, "Cosmic Spear!", and firing multiple energy bolts that the Murakumo dodges.
"I don't know who you are, nor do I care why you're after the Masters of Evil. Your power, however, intrigues me. I've been hunting for a decent challenge in this merged world." The cross-armed Grimadoom smirked, revealing that it was Nu that challenged him in order to fulfill her secret mission in eliminating both the Masters and the Dimensional Avengers.
"Idiot." Nu responded emotionlessly, as long as Naoto isn't around to upset her.
After his arrogant scoff, Grimadoom flies down shouting, "Gamma Smash!", and smiting his opponent with an overhead-slamming arm strike of gamma energy. Nu easily deflects his blow to retaliate with a summoned sword barrage that Grim counters with his, "Shadow Scythe!", conjuring his dark Crescent Rose to deflect all her attacks and fire off a shockwave that was dodged by the Prime Field Device, much to the hedgehog's annoyance. Unfortunately for her, she isn't fast enough to flee from his telekinetic hold so he can hit her with a stronger attack. "Expiration!" He shouted, shooting a massive beam of dark energy that seems to have landed a direct hit. "That's the end of you." Grim smirks at his apparent victory.
Unsurprisingly, his arrogance causes Grima to be paralyzed by a Gravity Seed that appeared as a portal beneath him and be struck by a rain of swords that smashes him into a mountain. Nu emerges from the smoke, injured but instantly heals thanks to her healing factor. "Repair protocol engaged. Successfully neutralized biological android. Switching to kill mode." Nu said.
However, Nu does express minor shock when the mountain explodes and out emerges the imposing hedgehog hovering in midair whilst being orbited by floating rocks. "Don't underestimate me!" Grimadoom scowled angrily, psychically hurling the rocks and watching them being sliced up by Nu before rocketing at her for a close-quarters brawl.

Unbeknownst to the combatants, they have a spectator. Him being Adam Warlock and he looks to have an interest in the Son of Doom. "Grimadoom the Hedgehog is performing far better than one would expect in his weakened state. His Cosmic Chaos Magic was tied to the three great forces of the three dimensions, now merged resulting in instability that requires refinement. Neither good nor evil. Just a chaotic soul that desires a strength beyond absolute strength. His power will be crucial in the coming conflict with Thanos. Yet I fear it will ultimately lead him to a lonely fate." Warlock analyzed, foreseeing Grim's destiny.
BGM-Super Street Fighter 4 OST-Theme of Adon
Grim stops fighting for a stern moment to glance aside and find no one watching, unaware that Warlock has hidden himself from all his senses, "…Thought someone was there. Oh well." He returns his focus to the fight just in time to shout, "Black Barrier!", and deflect more of Nu's swords with an unbreakable dark barrier. "If this is your best against my weakened state, then you have no hope when I ramp it up." His barrier then transforms into an erupting burst of intense energy that Nu struggles to stand against. "This fight will help me regain my true strength and go beyond it! Then, Thanos, I will steal your title as number one in the multiverse!" He smirked maliciously that is eager to destroy all obstacles in his path to the strongest, starting with Nu.

The Savage Land.
"Ugh, I hate the Savage Land! I hate it!" Spider-Man whined within the Blackbird that's flying his team to their latest destination in order to stop Mister Sinister, the Savage Land.
"Hate? What's to hate?" Storm questioned his whining.
"It's the land time forgot for a reason." Spidey facepalmed, reminiscing his terrible experiences in that primitive land.
"That piques my interest." Silver the Hedgehog commented, replacing Blake in the team as she left to investigate Adam Taurus's whereabouts.
"We're almost there. Seatbelts." Cyclops ordered his dimensional squad.
"Now when we get there, you're gonna see all kinds of mutates and dinosaurs." Wolverine teases at the younger heroes.
"Cool." Ruby smiled in excitement since dinosaurs never existed in Remnant.
"And a surprising amount of acceptable jungle nudity." Spidey quipped.
"Ew." America Chavez expressed her disgust.
"But it don't matter, we probably won't survive the crash." Wolverine claimed with a teasing smile.
"We're gonna die?!" Noel Vermillion exclaims her worries.
BGM-X2: X-Men United OST-Going Down
Cyclops retorts, "Wolverine, cut it out, we're not going to-.", only for two Pterodactyls that nearly crash into the Blackbird to prove him wrong. "Seatbelts." Cyclops ordered everyone while he remains calm to try and fly the jet out of the hazardous sky.
These Pterodactyls are as relentless as they are hungry to make mincemeat of the Blackbird, making a sharp U-turn for the jet struggling to escape from their pursuit. The Blackbird goes for its maximum speed in the midst of performing an intense barrel roll that erupts screaming from everyone inside and causes even Spidey to shout, "OH MY GOD!", as it nears a landing zone.
"ALMOST THERE! Almost…there…!" Cyclops shouted, pushing his piloting skills to the limit that won't result in them crashing.

Miraculously, the Blackbird lands in Dinosaur Jungle without a scratch and away from their flying pursuers. The whole team exit the jet in relief at their survival, especially Spidey while he's being patted on the shoulder by Wolverine and his chuckling, "Wasn't so bad."
"I hate you." Spidey uttered.
BGM-Sonic and the Secret Rings OST-The Wicked Wild
Then comically, a Tyrannosaurus Rex shows up out of nowhere stomping the Blackbird to pieces, startling the now-stranded heroes while roaring, "GRAAAAAAAAAARRRRR!"
"Go! Go!" Cyclops shouted, whilst Silver uses his psychokinesis to throw rocks at the T-Rex. "Split up! Run for the trees!" He ordered, firing an optic blast that distracts the massive beast long enough for his friends to reach safety.
"Dinosaurs." Jin Kisaragi expresses his shock to be confronting real-life dinosaurs for the first time.
"I need to get a real job." Spidey joked.
Things just keeps getting worse. Suddenly, Sonic's ears perk up from hearing a terrifying noise that's getting louder the closer its source reaches the party. "We're not out of the woods yet." Sonic warned everyone, right before the noise reveals itself to be three angry Triceratops charging at the heroes. "STAMPEDE!" He yelled in a way that urges everyone to start running like hell through the lush rainforest filled with Jurassic plants and animals, all much bigger than the heroes.
"Wh-what did we do?!" Noel cried.
"I don't know! Just run!" Cyclops retorted.
"This is not how I wanted to meet dinosaurs for the first time!" Ruby shouted in great distress.
The Triceratops are still on hot pursuit even while the heroes utilize different methods to speed themselves up. Jin races ahead by riding on an icicle, followed by Spidey carrying Wolverine during his web swings and Ruby holding onto Noel before zooming ahead from a Petal Burst with her Semblance. America, Storm, and Silver have taken to the skies, the latter telekinetically carrying Cyclops, while Sonic remains running on the ground at supersonic speeds. Speeds that are only goading the triceratops into chasing them down faster and more ferociously.
"They just don't give up!" The annoyed Sonic scowled.
"If we can just get across the bridge up ahead, we should be okay!" Wolverine shouted, pointing out the nearby bridge.
All the heroes cross the bridge safely except for Sonic, who was unlucky enough to have a giant log burst out of a cavern waterfall and destroy the bridge while he was on it. "UWAAAAH! NOOOOO!" Sonic screams until he falls into the river with a very strong current.
"Hold on, Speedy!" America shouted whilst flying to his rescue.
"Help! I can't swim!" Sonic exclaimed, flailing his arms as he struggles to stay afloat.
America nears the hedgehog and reaches out to grab his hand. Just before she could, the current forces him down a diverging path into a narrow cavern that is impossible for her to follow. "Dammit!" She cursed herself.
Sonic continues sliding down the river dodging obstacles left and right until he reaches the light at the end of the tunnel. That end being the drop off of a massive waterfall. Surprised and helpless, the hedgehog falls off the waterfall toward his doom while Storm hovers around in horror. "Sonic!" Storm shouted.
But then, another miracle erupts as a wave of blue energy emitting from Sonic's position. A crossover power that suspends the curious mobian in midair alongside rocks and longs fell with him. "Huh. Déjà vu." Sonic commented, recalling a similar scenario where his fall was stopped by a gravitational force.
"Since when could he manipulate gravity?" The confused America asked Storm, upon flying to her location.
"Since his Convergium Particles activated just now. He has unlocked his Cross Art." Storm smiles at Sonic's new Cross Art, Gravitational Charge.
"Reminds me of the Ark of the Cosmos." Sonic then chuckles, hollering, "WAHOOOOOOOOO!", and freefalling toward the jungle with great eagerness to test out his new power. He uses his Gravitational Charge to slow his descent onto solid ground before blasting off at high speeds on bridges and vines, quickly catching up to his friends whilst running down a dinosaur neck like a makeshift bridge. Creatures of Grimm block his path but, with a simple hand gesture, they are easily repelled with a burst of gravity. The quickster finds another log, and this time uses it to surf through a cavern river with unparalleled beauty while he and his friends marvel at the dinosaurs drinking from said river.
"Where exactly are we going again?" Silver asked, since all the recent antics made him forget to ask that important question.
"To Fall Tribe Village and make contact with Elder Bray-Vik. As one of the protectors of the Savage Land, he may have useful information to share about Sinister." Cyclops answered.
The grounded heroes soon found themselves in a cave with another T-Rex trying to eat them. "Whooooa! Out of the frying pan and into the fire, huh?" Spidey joked, avoiding one of its vicious bites.
"That about sums it up!" Noel quipped.
A sudden punch from America knocks the T-Rex out cold and allows the heroes to continue their adventure in peace. After all the setbacks and surprises caused by the native life of these lands, the heroes have finally arrived at the outskirts of their destination. A primitive yet thriving village that is home to many barbaric humans that don't wear much clothing. "There it is. Fall Tribe Village." Cyclops announced.
Unbeknownst to the heroes, there is something hiding with lowly growls in the nearby bushes. It has its tiger eyes set on Spider-Man and, in an instant, pounces at him to try and bite his head off with its roaring saber-teeth. "AHHHH! HEEL, BOY, HEEL!" Spider-Man yelled in terror.
Joining the saber-tooth tiger is a beautiful blonde amazon wearing nothing but a bikini and wielding a spear that targets Cyclops. Her weapon reaches his face but stops at the last second upon him shouting out her name, "Shanna, wait, it's us!"
BGM End
Shanna the She-Devil. The Jungle Princess and a friend of both Spider-Man and the X-Men, which is why she relents upon recognizing them amidst her shock, "The X-Men?" She then turns to her tiger and shouts, "Zabu!", before whistling him to also relent away from Spider-Man, who sighs in relief from surviving that surprise and reuniting with old friends.
Shortly After in Fall Tribe Village…
BGM-Sonic Unleashed OST-Mazuri (Day)
"Welcome, X-Men! It is so good to see you all again!" Greeting the heroes in his hut is Bray-Vik, the black-skinned Elder of Fall Tribe Village, as he happily hugs his old friend Cyclops. Everyone else are sitting around being treated to snacks and drinks by Shanna. Though some are an acquired taste as both Silver and Noel can attest to.
"Same here, Elder. How have you been holding up?" Cyclops smiled.
"Good, all things considered. I have heard the outside world has suffered quite a calamity that has affected even this hidden land of unparalleled beauty and unlimited danger. Areas and creatures considered otherworldly have been discovered throughout the Savage Land, which is why Shanna ambushed you earlier because of wariness." Bray-Vik said.
"I am sorry for the misunderstanding." Shanna apologized for her earlier behavior.
"It's alright, Shanna. We understand." Sonic replied with an assuring smile.
"So how is it you know the X-Men?" Ruby asked while petting Zabu.
"Oh, the X-Men have long been our ally protecting the Savage Lands. Creatures of both advanced and regressed evolution thrive here, but Mister Sinister bring abominations unnatural even to these lands." Bray-Vik frowned.
"That's why we're here, Elder. We learned that the Purifiers were only the leading edge of a monstrous plot being hatched here by Sinister. It is crucial that we learn more about what he is up to, and put a stop to it if we can. We thought you could help us." Cyclops informed him of their current mission.
"Ka-Zar is the one you should be seeking help from. He knows the Savage Land better than anyone." Bray-Vik suggested.
"Who is Ka-Zar?" Jin Kisaragi questioned.
"Our protector, and my husband who has recently gone missing." Shanna answered.
"What happened to him?" Jin inquired.
"He was investigating the otherworldly changes but never returned. I've been searching for him since and fear he is being held captive by our enemy." Shanna frowned, fearing for her lover's safety.
"That's another missing person to find." Silver remarked.
"Another? Who else?" Storm questioned the psychic hedgehog.
"A new friend I made since I ended up in this era. He's called Bishop, a time-traveler like me." Silver revealed.
"We know him. What happened?" Storm commented, familiar with their X-Man from the future.
"We were dealing with Purifiers on another mission but got separated and haven't heard from him since. Then I heard from the goons at Fort Stryker saying they captured him but I don't know where they're holding him." Silver replied.
"Wherever Bishop is, we'll find him. He's tough. Same as Ka-Zar. Let's focus in finding him first." Wolverine remarked while also reassuring Shanna.
"Thank you." Shanna replied with a sincere smile.
"Before you arrived, we did capture another wanderer that might have clues on where to search. He could be of assistance." Bray-Vik claimed.

Right on cue, a Fall Tribe Villager walks into the hut to inform his leader about someone, "Elder Bray-Vik, the captive."
"Good timing. Bring him in." Bray-Vik ordered.
Curious eyes are glued at the entrance of the hut and they see a Japanese man walking in with hands cuffed by rope. This man is not of this world yet is instantly recognized by most of the heroes because of his familiar white gi and red headband. "It's you…!" Wolverine exclaimed in shock.
"Ryu!" Cyclops realized.
BGM-Namco X Capcom OST-Ryu Theme
"Been a while, my friends." smiled Ryu, the Legendary World Warrior that hails from the Arcadia Cross Space.
"It sure has." Cyclops smiled, sharing an iconic handshake with Ryu after his restraints are removed now that the Fall Tribe realizes he is not an enemy. "Always happy to see you, old friend. Guessing you got caught in another dimensional rift during training?" He conversed with his former rival.
"Exactly. Then I was recruited into S.T.R.I.K.E.'s research mission, studying anomalies caused by the convergence of our universes." Ryu said, revealing his sudden adventures in this merged world.
"You and research? 'Less it involves fighting, you're very useless in that." Wolverine teased.
"I was more of a bodyguard for someone. Our craft became caught in some vortex, the pilot lost control. Only one other survived the crash. A scientist." Ryu informed them.
"Join the club. We're stranded here too." Sonic quipped.
"Ka-Zar, Bishop, and now a scientist has gone missing in a reimagined Savage Land. Were you able to locate any anomalies before the crash?" Cyclops asked, noticing a connection between these missing people.
"Just one. I can lead you there." Ryu replied.
"Good. Hold the fort, Shanna. We'll bring your husband home." Cyclops declared, now with Ryu joining the team in their quest to defeat Mister Sinister.

Later…Frog Forest Zone, Savage Land.
Spider-Man bounces off a large mushroom in a forest filled with huge frogs to grind on vines. This is Frog Forest, a Zone from Mobius that has become a region in the Savage Land thanks to the Convergence and where Ryu is leading the X-Men in the search for Ka-Zar. "Ain't this place look out of the ordinary. We're still in the Savage Land, right? This place feels less…savage." Spider-Man comments about this Zone.
"Just steer clear of black frogs and Frog Forest is a paradise." Sonic quipped, holding onto a large flower that is carrying him through the air like a hang glider.
"Never knew you were like that." Spidey snarked, teasing him of being racist.
"Didn't mean it like that, dude." Sonic retorted.
"I'm picking up a faint dimensional energy…Coming from that giant mushroom." America Chavez sensed, pointing at the massive mushroom in the distance.
"Never seen a mushroom that big before." Ruby commented in amazement.
"Keep a lookout for anyone needing help or anything suspicious. Sinister must be behind this somehow." Cyclops suspected, as the group continue their trek through the forest.
During the venture, Jin Kisaragi notices his Power of Order is acting up. He glares suspiciously at Ryu and comes to realize he is hiding a great yet dangerous power in his body. "I sense a dark power within you that rivals someone I've vowed to kill. Better not try something lest you value your life." Jin warns the martial artist.
"Don't worry. I've been training to suppress the Satsui no Hado in favor for true strength. I won't lose control so easily." Ryu assured, revealing that he's still struggling to conquer his inner darkness.
"Just who are we dealing with anyway? This Mister Sinister?" Noel Vermillion asked curiously.
"One of the X-Men's most notorious enemies. He was a scientist in the 1800s that was transformed into a shape-shifting psionic obsessed with unethical mutant experimentation to not only enhance himself and prolong his life, but to fulfill his twisted dream of perfecting mankind's evolution." Storm briefs everyone on who they're up against.
"Sounds dangerous." Ruby commented.
"TOO dangerous. That madman tortured my family for years to get what he wants. Tricked me into loving a clone of my own wife just to birth him the 'ultimate mutant'. The second I see him again, I'm not holding back." Cyclops scowls with rage from recalling all the times Sinister experimented on his friends and family.
Noel frowns with sympathy for Cyclops. His story about Sinister reminds her of her own strange past, involving lookalikes, and villains desiring the ultimate living weapon. She keeps her mouth shut about this as Jin basically says what she's thinking, "This man reminds me of Relius Clover. Monsters like him believe the world is a failed experiment that only they can correct. He must be exterminated."
"I agree. We can't let Sinister get away with his plans!" Ryu declared determinedly.

Soon after climbing up the massive mushroom, the gang arrive at an area that is accompanied by friendly frogs. "Welp, we're here. Now what?" Sonic wondered.
"It's gotta be close…" America sensed, trying to find the dimensional anomaly.
"Would you mind lending us a hand, my green friend?" The polite Storm asks a giant frog.
BGM-Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order OST-Birnin Zana
The giant frog responds with a ribbit and begins hopping in place. Its brethren follow suit as all of them start hopping, almost as if they are performing some mystical ritual. Suddenly, the sky gets cloudy and it is not because of Storm. This strange phenomenon is somehow generated by the Giant Frogs as they make it rain throughout the Zone which causes the surrounding fruits and mushrooms to grow rapidly.
"Never seen frogs that can manipulate the weather before. You have some competition, Storm." Spidey joked.
And in the most surprising addition, a giant golden ring of multiversal origin materializes before them. "A Warp Ring?" Sonic noted.
"One capable of transport to other dimensions! There was one hidden here the whole time." America realized.
The shocked Noel gasps, "Ruby! Didn't Professor Kokonoe mention hidden gateways to other worlds?"
"That's right! These are natural portals that prove the Crossverse is interconnected! I'm betting Ka-Zar found this Warp Ring and is somewhere on the other side." Ruby retorted.
"And hopefully the doctor." Ryu commented, still concerned about this missing scientist that he hasn't revealed his full name yet.
Smiling at a giant frog, Storm rubs its head in gratitude, "Thank you for revealing this to us. I am happy to see this forest is protected by its own gods.", before joining her friends in entering the Warp Ring that swiftly disappears into thin air.

Jurassic Era Research Facility, Arcadia Space. Crossverse.
In a flash, the Warp Ring has transported the S.T.R.I.K.E. Heroes to a research facility in another world. The environment is like an artificial Savage Land as the heroes are quick to spot two T-Rexes minding their own business by fighting each other. "Great. We ended up in another Jurassic Park." Spider-Man shrugs in annoyance.
"We're in another dimension, alright. The energy here feels similar to Ryu's, meaning this is your Cross World." America Chavez proclaimed.
"Definitely looks like it." Ryu commented, glaring at a car that sports the mark of Shadaloo and the name of S.I.N.
"Who's there?!" A certain male shouted from nearby.
The heroes are quick to locate the source of that voice and find a blonde, loincloth-wearing man imprisoned in a metallic cage. "Ka-Zar!" Cyclops recognized him as the Hero of the Savage Land they have been searching for.
With a simple claw slash, Wolverine frees the grateful savage from his cage and accepts his handshake. "About time the rescue party showed up." Ka-Zar smiled, greeting his friends old and new.
BGM-Sonic Rush Adventure OST-Waiting for Boss
Reunion is cut short when the heroes notice the ground is shaking by an unknown and powerful force. Whatever it is, it's nearing the two T-Rexes and scaring them into fleeing past the heroes, making them even more curious of what they're up against. "It's coming!" Ka-Zar proclaimed.
"What is?" Ryu retorted.
A massive black foot is then stomped into view before its demonic maw. Its giant shadow looms over the entire party that are taking some steps back in glaring caution against their latest enemy. A Grimm-looking Tyrannosaurus that roars, "GRAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWRRR!", up into the air.
"That is one HUGE Grimm dinosaur." Spidey joked.

BGM-X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse OST-The Dead Zone (Action)
Riding atop the Grimm Rex is a humanoid pterodactyl that is not too happy seeing the intruders have freed Ka-Zar. "Who decided to interrupt me now?!" The human-speaking Pterodactyl snarled.
"Sauron! I will not succumb to your hypnosis this time!" Ka-Zar retorted expressively.
"Sauron? I thought we were looking for Mister Sinister." The confused Ruby remarked.
"Do I look like that pale-faced psycho? No. I am the TRUE ruler of the Savage Land! Sinister has only helped me perfect my latest creation to conquer that jungle. The G-REX!" Sauron proudly revealed whilst his G-Rex roars once more. "I would've been done sooner if Ka-Zar and that green gorilla didn't stumble upon this testbed of mine." And right on cue, he hears thundering footsteps that are getting louder by the second, causing him to smile, "Ahh, speaking of…"
Suddenly, the green gorilla leaps into the scene. Thing is, he's not a gorilla. But a man mutated by gamma radiation into an incredible raging berserker that roars, "RAAAAAAARRRRR!", before swiping his fist at Wolverine, who jumps away from him in time.
"Banner." Wolverine scowls whilst popping his claws. "You didn't mention your missing scientist was the Hulk!" He berated Ryu for not warning them that the Incredible Hulk was lost in a rage in the Savage Land.
"Sorry." Ryu apologized.
Jin Kisaragi goes for a sword slash that Hulk blocks with just one impervious arm and counters with a raging smack that knocks him aside. "Have fun. I'm gonna go do the same in Fall Tribe Village." Sauron taunts the heroes with his maniacal laugh, riding his G-Rex to a Warp Ring that'll return him to the Savage Land.
"No! My home!" Ka-Zar exclaimed.
"Ryu and I will calm down Hulk! Go protect the village!" Sonic shouted at his friends, who are quick to comply and pursue Sauron back to the Savage Land.
"Hulk! Remember what I taught you. You must control your rage." Ryu confronts his friend while trying to snap him out of his rage.

BGM-Street Fighter X Tekken OST-Jurassic Era Research Facility -Upper Floor-
The growling Hulk is too consumed by rage to distinguish friend from foe as he charges straight for Sonic and Ryu. The heroic duo dodges his charge, with Sonic quipping, "Looks like we'll just halfta beat the anger outta ya. This has been a long time coming. The Fastest Thing Alive versus the Strongest One There Is.", before he and Ryu strike their fighting poses against the Incredible Hulk.
Hulk unleashes a Gamma Charge that Sonic slides under with a Spin Dash that attacks his legs, causing him to trip and fall on his belly. The Blue Blur drifts back into action just as the Gamma Giant returns to his feet for a Gamma Wave, carpeting flying rocks that sends the spinballing mobian flying. Ryu tags in with a flying kick across Hulk's face and his spinning hurricane kick, "Tatsumaki Senpukyaku!", before dodging his grab by bouncing off his face and hitting with his face with his, "Hadoken!", energy blast. His attacks only made Hulk angrier. And the angrier Hulk gets, the stronger he becomes. The two warriors trade fisticuffs that Hulk quickly overtakes and proceeds to smash Ryu down to his knees. His efforts are halted by a Spin Dash to his back and Hulk turns around to see Sonic taunting him, goading him to focus his raging blows on him while Ryu recovers. The ultimate battle between speed and strength, Sonic and Hulk. The hedgehog strikes faster yet his attacks aren't doing much damage, while the berserker hits harder but struggles to land many blows. Their clash ends in Hulk's favor, if slightly as he manages to land a powerful blow that knocks Sonic high into the air.
"Let's try this out!" Using his Cross Art over gravity, Sonic's descent is slow as he prepares to unleash a new awesome attack. "Sonic Boom!" He shouted, performing high-speed kicks that unleashes shockwaves that pummels Hulk, pushing him back with this unexpected attack until the hedgehog lands next to Ryu.
"Guile will be jealous if he saw you steal his move." Ryu quipped dryly.
"Anything's cooler when I do it." Sonic wisecracked, quickly returning to a serious demeanor upon seeing Hulk looking angrier than ever, "But it wasn't enough to cool him down. All of our attacks are just tickling him."
"We need to catch him off-guard, then hit with our most powerful attacks." Ryu proposed his attack plan.
"Gotcha!" Sonic acknowledged.
Horrifically, Hulk then launches an attack that will prompt the heroes to move before they are crushed to death. Throwing a T-Rex at them. "UH OH!" Sonic exclaimed. Both heroes fled from the thrown dinosaur and just barely avoid its crash site, and then Hulk when lunges at them. The two get into position for the combo that will knock Hulk out of his rage. It starts with Sonic utilizing his Gravitational Charge amidst his Spin Charge to both surprise and pull Hulk toward Ryu. The Green Goliath still readies an attack, but the World Warrior is ready to counter it. He emits an inky black aura that focuses his body, mind, and soul to soak up one attack, that being Hulk's powerful punch. Hulk is surprised that his attack did nothing, leaving him vulnerable for Ryu to strike him with his fully-charged Focus Attack and paralyze him.
"Metsu!" Ryu then delivers a powerful punch to Hulk's midsection, which lifts him off his feet before shouting, "SHORYUKEN!", and unleashing his jaw-crushing uppercut that blasts his opponent into the air where Sonic awaits for the finisher.
"Ready?" Sonic surrounds both himself and Hulk in a sizable gravity bubble that suspends the latter in both midair and in a permanent vulnerable state. The hedgehog charges his Spin Dash to a power so great that he's enveloped by a sparkling blue aura that can shatter sound and light. "GO!" He yelled whilst unleashing his Light Speed Attack on Hulk, bouncing from everywhere within the gravity bubble to assault the berserker countless attacks until he's ready for the closing attack. A Spin Dash empowered to the extreme by his Gravitational Charge to grant it Hulk-like strength that smashes Hulk out of the gravity bubble and slams him so hard onto solid ground that it both craters it and erupts shockwaves across the whole battlefield.

All three combatants are worn out after that raging brawl. Sonic and Ryu moreso as they hope their best attacks calmed down Hulk. The Gamma Giant is on his knee catching his breath. His rage disappearing from his eyes so he can finally see that he was fighting his friends all along. "Headband…? Ratboy…?" Hulk recognized them.
"Close enough…You cool off, Hulk?" Sonic panted.
"Yeah. Sorry about smashing you. Hulk no like plane crashes." Hulk apologized whilst standing up.
"All is forgiven." Sonic gestured.
"Let's hurry back to the Savage Land. The others need our help." Ryu commanded, in which the nodding Hulk complies by grabbing him and leaping toward the Warp Ring while Sonic follows along.
Back at Fall Tribe Village…
BGM-Street Fighter X Tekken OST-Jurassic Era Research Facility -Bottom Floor-
"March forward, my subjects! Destroy these worthless humans and make me king of these lands!" Sauron ordered, riding atop his G-Rex and leading it and a whole pack of mind-controlled Grimm to the destruction of Fall Tribe Village.
Fall Tribe Villagers sees the horde coming and flee to safety. The Grimm were seconds away from landing the first attack when a powerful hurricane repels them and the lightning-eyed Storm descends from the heavens to protect the village. "Delude yourself as king. The Goddess will not allow ANY harm to these villagers!" Storm boasted, slamming down a lightning storm that eviscerates multiple demons.
Swiftly, Ka-Zar and the rest of Cyclops's group arrive in the defense of the village, with some of them taking the fight directly to Sauron and his G-Rex. "How is Sauron controlling Grimm?" Ruby asked, slashing Grimm alongside Cyclops blasting them.
"Through hypnosis. Don't look at his eyes. Use yours to clear them out. We'll cover you." Cyclops retorted.
Ruby complies to his command, confronting the nearest Grimm horde that are struggling to breach the village's defenses. She activates her unmastered Silver Eyes and utterly annihilates them, taking a breather by utilizing her scythe skills until she can use her Eyes again, much to Sauron's chargin, "Cursed neanderthal! You're ruining everything!" The human dinosaur focuses his revenge on Cyclops by ambushing him with seething claw swipes. "I'll be taking your power!" With a gesture, Sauron absorbs a portion of Scott's lifeforce and gains his power to fire optic blasts, using the aforementioned power to repel the fools harming his demon dinosaur. "Crush them all, G-Rex!" He shouted, prompting G-Rex to knock back Silver, Wolverine, and Jin with a ferocious charge.
"Shanna!" Ka-Zar shouted upon reuniting with his wife and Zabu.
"Ka-Zar!" Shanna retorted, happily hugging him in both embrace and relief to see him okay.
"I'm sorry I made you worry. Both of you." Ka-Zar apologized, petting his brotherly saber-tooth tiger.
"It's alright. Right now the village needs you." Shanna said.
Sternly, Ka-Zar nods, "Right. Get everyone to safety. Zabu and I will defeat Sauron.", before turning to Zabu saying, "Let's go, brother."
"GRAARGH!" Zabu growled determinedly.
The fighting is intensifying, starting with Storm and Sauron engaging in a high-flying clash over the land. Countering fierce lightning bolts with vicious optic blasts that aren't doing much to calm their duel. On the ground, Spider-Man had just backflip away from the G-Rex's devastating bite to web its mouth shut right before Miss America uppercuts it and it's relentlessly shot at by Noel's dual guns. The G-Rex recovers in a rage, spinning its tail at all three heroes to knock them down. Ruby then tags in, ready to use her Silver Eyes again on the Grimm Dinosaur this time. But Sauron has another plan for her, blowing away Storm with his fire breath before intercepting the huntress's blinding flash with his hypnotic stare. "Look into MY eyes, child." said Sauron, successfully placing Ruby under his control and remove her threat to his Grimm.
Now under mind control, Ruby turns against her friends starting by fighting Spider-Man and Ka-Zar. "Forgot the time, Petals? A little soon for a training match." Spidey joked whilst dodging her speedy scythe swings.
"She is under mind control! Take out Sauron!" Ka-Zar exclaimed, expertly disarming her of her scythe with his spear.
A surprise optic blast from Sauron knocks back both Spidey and Ka-Zar so Ruby could reclaim her weapon against them. It's starting to not look good for the heroes. The G-Rex just caught Wolverine with its piercing teeth and, despite the mutant's relentless stabbing, is not letting go whatsoever. Silver's powers struggle to force open its mouth and Zabu's own biting on its tail is ineffective. Thankfully, the iconic, "HULK SMASH!", followed by the Incredible Hulk dropping out of the sky to stomp the G-Rex returns the advantage back to the heroes, with Wolverine now free from its maw.
"Calvary's here. You're in trouble now!" Wolverine taunted Sauron in the midst of his healing from his bite wounds.
"No! I can't lose! My G-Rex is unstoppable!" Sauron retorted arrogantly.
"HADOKEN!" Ryu contests by firing a surprise energy blast at the G-Rex's creator, stunning him long enough for Sonic to tag in with a smirking axe kick that knocks him out of the sky.
"Your beast will be crushed alongside you, Sauron!" Ka-Zar proclaimed by stabbing the humanoid dinosaur with his spear.
With Sauron weakened, his hold over Ruby's mind is broken. The scarlet huntress is confused upon finding herself webbed by Spider-Man, who casually points her at the massive G-Rex looking to crush them. Ruby wastes no time giving it a stern silver-eyed glare that completely petrifies the G-Rex. And with both it and Sauron weakened beside each other, it is up to Storm to unleash the final elemental blow. "FEEL NATURE'S RAGE!" Storm channels the wrath of nature into a relentless tempest of wind and rain that lifts both enemies to the range of her full-powered lightning blast, shattering the petrified G-Rex to countless millions and leaving Sauron on the ground like an unconscious roasted chicken.

BGM-Namco X Capcom OST-Because It's The Right Path
Sauron is defeated and his G-Rex lies in pieces. With their controller unconscious, the remaining Grimm return to their senses just in time to be annihilated by Hulk's thunderclap. "Enough control?" Hulk glances at Ryu, who compliments him with a proud nod.
Fall Tribe Village is safe and its people return to express their sincere thanks to their multiversal saviors. "Thank you, heroes! We are forever in your debt for saving us from extinction. We will hold onto Sauron until you can exile him to a prison far from the Savage Land." Elder Bray-Vik said, before his proud smile focuses on Ka-Zar, "And Ka-Zar. It is good to see you are well, my boy."
"Likewise, Elder. Though the Savage Land has suffered changes, I am glad to be home." Ka-Zar smiled happily.
Meanwhile, Cyclops goes to Spider-Man after noticing him studying the shattered pieces of the G-Rex. "What caught your eye?" The X-Man asked the Avenger.
"The G-Rex. Been wondering how exactly it was made and my analysis proved my suspicions. It was a hybrid created from the fusion between a Grimm and a Tyrannosaurus using a Convergium Crystal. With modifications from both Sauron and Sinister." Spider-Man answered.
"From fusing creatures to creating superweapons. Those Crystals are becoming a serious problem. It's very possible his grand experiment can only be born through the mixture of mutant genomes and Convergium Crystals." Cyclops remarked, theorizing Sinister's master scheme.
"We've sidetracked ourselves long enough. We must find Sinister." Jin Kisaragi rudely chimes into their conversation, turning to Ka-Zar saying, "We were told you could track him down."
"Give me a moment. The Savage Land will guide me." Ka-Zar requested, kneeling down to place a hand on the grassy ground and focus. This savage protector has a mystical connection to the Savage Land that is helping him sense everything beyond sight. And what he's sensing right now is a high-tech facility hidden in some Lost Jungle far from the village. "There. It feels like he is concealed within a strange facility at one of the new swamps northwest from here. I can lead you there." He informed his friends.
"Then lets surprise 'im with a housewarming party." Wolverine snarked, popping out his claws that are eager to rip Sinister to shreds.
"Hopefully we'll find Bishop there too." Silver commented.
"Hulk and I will go with, if that's okay." Ryu said, wanting to help them defeat Sinister.
"Absolutely. Prepare yourselves, team. We're going to disprove Sinister's theory that life is his guinea pig." Cyclops proclaimed, rallying everyone for a final assault on Sinister's mysterious experiments.

KFX Here: Just one more chapter left until we are done with this X-Species Arc. Was debating with myself for a while on what Smash Bros-based move should be Sonic's Cross Art. Ultimately, I decided to give him Gravitational Charge as it's more unique and allows him to use some of his Sonic Frontiers's moveset. The other option was Burning Spin Dash but that would've been boring as I feel like we've had enough characters with fire powers.
