RAW is WAR: 4/8/1997

George arrived in his rental car in the parking lot of the Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where tonight's episode of RAW is WAR is being broadcasted live. He was scheduled to make his RAW debut and be in action tonight, though he didn't know his opponent. All Vince had told him was that everything would be discussed after he arrived at the arena, but in the meantime he should try and get a layout of the backstage environment and atmosphere since he'll be sticking around with WWF and not going to indie shows anymore.

George's contract had been finalised and signed not long after his match the previous night at SummerSlam. He had signed a three-year deal, with a salary of $1 million dollars per year. George did understand that Vince and the WWF were facing financial problems due to the on-going competition between Vince and Ted Turner, the owner of WCW. And the ratings in the 'Monday Night Wars' was not going well for WWF when in competition against Nitro, given ho WCW shocked the world last year by having Hulk Hogan turn Heel for the first time ever.

All George had told Vince was that he would do his best to make him a lot of money and keep the fans happy and invested in the action they see, something Vince was happy to hear and would hold him to his word on that.

Grabbing his duffel bag from the back seat and shutting the door, George shouldered the bag and made his way to the entrance of the building that all staff members are to go through. He entered the reception area and signed his name and time of arrival, before making his way in further to the backstage area to find the assigned locker room.

Upon finding and entering, George saw Mark Calaway speaking with another man, who George recognised as Bret; The Hitman' Hart, who were in deep discussion but stooped upon George's entry.

"Hey kid." Mark gestured for him to come in. "Come on, don't be shy."

Just making sure I ain't interrupting something important." George said as he entered and took off his bag.

"No, we were actually talking about you." Mark chuckled and gestured for George to take the seat next to him. Once he did, Mark spoke. "Before we say anything..." He held out his hand. "Welcome to the WWF."

"Thank you." George shook his hand, pleased to get that handshake literally one night after meeting the man.

"Must've done a great job to not only impress 'Taker but get a handshake from him as well." Bret said with a smile before he extended his hand. "I'm Bret. Bret Hart, as you probably know."

"I do. Big fan, always love watching you." George said, shaking the Hitman's hand. "My older brother, Jack, is also a fan and has often remarked about facing you."

"Your brother's a wrestler too?" Bret asked curiously as Mark took a sip from his water bottle.

George nodded. "Me, and my two older brothers, Jack and Daryl, are wrestlers. It didn't get a lot of positive opinions from our parents, but they accepted it and wished us well. Mom's always worried about one of us getting hurt, but she understands that we understand what we've gotten ourselves into. Had a lot of calls from family after my debut last night."

"One thing to be sure of is that your parents aren't worried about you when you do this job." Mark nodded.

"I can only imagine, as I had grown up in a family that grew up around wrestling." Bret said, leaning back with a sigh. "My father, Stu, had a business of his own. It was a small one, though it barely made money. Until Vince was getting the WWF to bigger heights and my dad sold everything to him, and soon enough I was a WWF wrestler. I don't regret it, I love working here."

"Well, I'm hoping to have the same opinion after a while." George said.

"You will." Mark said, swallowing a gulp of water. "You keep the fans happy, you keep the boss happy since you're making him money. Trust me, don't be afraid to make friends, but do maintain a sense of professionalism and respect with others. And keep yourself out of business that you have nothing to do with. You know the whole thing between Shawn and Bret here?"

"Oh God." Bret closed his eyes.

George nodded. "Shawn had some things to say at the bar."

"I bet he did." Bret muttered annoyedly, before he shook his head. "So, your older brothers are wrestlers. Where to they wrestle?"

"Well, they were in WCW from '94 to '96, quitting because they didn't like how things were going after Hulk Hogan arrived and the wholw nWo thing began. They're in ECW right now and enjoying it from what they've told me." George said. "They have expressed a desire to be in the WWF at some point, but they are happy where they are right now."

"Well, like I said, if you're gonna be friends because you'll be working together in the future, then that's fine. But when it comes to Shawn, don't try and instigate something by mentioning Bret. Simply keep that business quiet and to Shawn and Bret." Mark said, George nodding to let him know that he understood. Mark nodded, leaning back. I can see a lot of potential in you, kid. I've been here for almost seven years, and I know a talented star when I see one. I can tell, just by looking at the drive and determination in your eyes, you have what it takes to be one of the biggest names to be mentioned in the future."

"Well, I..." George cleared his throat, a bit bashful to hear that from the Undertaker of all people. "Thanks for the words, but I doubt I'll become this big, respected, known guy who has respect from everyone like you do."

Bret chuckled and shook his head as Mark snorted. "Don't downplay yourself, kid. If 'Taker things you're worth it, then nobody is going to question him, not even Vince. You just follow his lead, because I sure do sometimes and I've been here longer than him."

"Haven't taken anyone under my wing, so maybe I should start." Mark said with a smirk, nudging George. "Guess you'll be the first. First thing's first, your character. What's it based off or what did you create it from?"

"Well, it's mainly meant to be a merge of Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers, with a bit of your character mixed in." George explained, getting a hum from Mark. "I mean, I've got the heaving shoulders to show the anger and rage, the head tilt of Michael Myers, I was going for a more Jason Voorhees but along the way Michael Myers got merged in. I am a big fan of the Friday the 13th and Halloween movies... despite my mom always trying to prevent me from watching them when I was a kid."

Mark and Bret chuckled at that before Mark spoke. "Well, I'll give you some hints and advice for you to improve and add some more qualities to your character without outright changing it. I'm liking this Michael Myers/Jason Voorhees thing. I take it you do talking on the microphone?"

"Did a bit of that in the Indie shows." George admitted.

"Well, best you let go of that. I think the actions speak louder than words route works better, so go for the silent treatment." Mark said, George nodding as he mentally noted that down. It had been something he had considered for his character. This was the WWF, his character needed to change if he he was going for a full-on inspiration of Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees.

On screen

RAW is WAR was live from the Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The first match of the show, Ken Shamrock vs Kama Mustafa, had passed, followed by the segment between Commissioner Slaughter and the Nation of Domination. The next match was Brian Christopher vs an unknown opponent.

In the arena, Sunny's theme hits to a loud cheer from the male fans in attendance as the gorgeous blonde makes her way out, waving.

"Woo!" Jerry cheered as Sunny slapped a few hands along the way down the ramp.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the guest ring announcer for this contest... SUNNY!" Tony Chimel announced.

"Sunny days are here again with the WWF on it's way to the sunshine state of Florida. Miami arena this Friday night." JR said.

"This Friday in Miami." Vince nodded.

Sunny entered the ring and took the microphone from Chimel, doing a little spin for the fans in the center of the ring as the men wolf whistled at her. Her theme soon dies down as Brian Christopher's theme hits and he makes his way out with a cocky strut.

"This next contest is scheduled for one-fall!" Sunny began. "First, making his way to the ring, from Memphis, Tennesse, weighing 214 lbs, he is almost too sexy for words, he is... BRIAN CHRISTOPHER!"

"The King's baby boy." JR teased.

"Oh, shut up." Jerry rolled his eyes.

Christopher arrogantly and cockily made his way down to the ring, mouthing off to some of the fans and calling himself the sexiest thing alive on the planet before entering the ring. His theme dies down as he takes off his vest, waiting for hos opponent.

"And now, we will see who Brian Christopher is facing tonight." Vince said, just before the lights went out. "Oh!"

"Power cut?" Jerry guessed.

OOOOOOOOWWWWHHHHOOOOOOO!

"Definitely not!" JR exclaimed as the crowd gave a bit of a loud cheer.

The Devil's Wolf plays as fire explodes on the stage, making many flinch in response while the lighting shifts to the sinister blood red and dark blue. And soon enough, out comes the Bladewolf to a medium reaction from the croed, as they were still on the fence about him.

"There he is!" Vince said.

The Bladewolf was now wearing a faded black, 3/4-length, hooded leather coat with red interior linings and the wolf skull with red eyes symbol on the left arm. He also had a metallic mask in the style of the Predator creature over his wolf mask. The hood of his coat was up, shrouding half of his metallic mask in darkness.

"Oh my God..." Jerry said.

"What an intimidating human being." JR commented.

"And his opponent, making his way to the ring, he comes from unknown parts, but weighs in at 310 lbs with a mysterious aura that is honestly sexy!" Sunny announced with a laugh. "I give you... THE BLADEWOLF!"

"Last night at SummerSlam, this man debuted and put down a brutal beating on Tiger Ali Singh." Vince said. "The punishment he dished out was just..."

"I know what you're saying, McMahon, and this Bladewolf... he seemed to enjoy it!" Jerry said.

"We don't know much about this man, only that he is seven feet tall, 310 lbs, and clearly... a monster." JR said.

The Bladewolf stops at the end of the ramp, staring directly at Brian Christopher before he walks forward, grabs the top rope and pulls himself up onto the ring apron before stepping foot over the top rope. He reaches up and pushes his hood down before taking off his metallic mask, revealing the wolf mask underneath with the eyeholes shrouded in total darkness.

"Uh." Jerry shivered. "That is scary!"

"Like something out of a horror movie." JR nodded.

"And the Bladewolf, like last night, barely moving." Vince noted as the Bladewolf stood as still as a statue, staring at Christopher as the lights returned to normal and his theme dies down. One look at Sunny made her decide to get out of the ring, before the Bladewolf turned his gaze back to Christopher as the referee calls for the bell.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

"So here we go." Vince said. "The Bladewolf, making his RAW debut just after arriving in the World Wrestling Federation last night at SummerSlam. And what an arrival it was with the beating he gave to Tiger Ali Singh."

"Are they gonna start?" JR asked as the Bladewolf remained still while Christopher didn't seem to want to go anywhere near the masked man.

Christopher walks forward a little and starts speaking to the Bladewolf, then offers his hand out for a handshake while gesturing between the two of them. The Bladewolf containued to remain still, just staring.

"Is... is he trying to get a friendship going?" JR couldn't believe it.

"I... I think he is." Vince blinked.

"It's smart." Jerry defended Christopher's actions.

The Bladewolf's continued silence and still stance made Christopher lower his hand and start to bacl away... when he suddenly clobbers the Bladewolf in his masked face with a right hand.

"And Brian Christopher with a right hand!" Vince shouted, but noted how the Bladewolf barely moved, only turning his head. "But the Bladewolf seems to not feel it!"

"Just like last night!" Jerry said.

"None of Tiger Ali Singh's punches seems to faze this man." JR agreed.

Christopher lands another right hand, but the Bladewolf didn't even flinch, then there was another punch, then another, but still the Bladewolf seemed impervious to the punches as he took a single step forward which scared Christopher into backing to the corner, arms raised in a plea for mercy.

"And the Bladewolf now moving forward." Vince said. "Brian Christopher trying to plea for mercy."

The Bladewolf stares Christopher down before he suddenly latches his hand around Christopher's throat and begins choking him in the corner.

"Bladewolf! Bladewolf Choking Brian Christopher!" JR exclaimed.

"Come on, ref! Do your job!" Jerry shouted.

The referee ran forward to interfere. "Let him go! One! Two-!" The referee quickly scampered back when the Bladewolf released Christopher and whirled around on him.

"Woah!" Jerry exclaimed.

"The referee backing right off, and I can't blame him." Vince said.

The Bladewolf turned back to Christopher and lands a big right hand, making Christopher lean on the top rope. Bladewolf brings a forearm down across his back, then manhandles Christopher into the corner again where he lands a right hand, followed by a left, then a right uppercut before following it up with an elbow to the side of Christopher's head, making the fall man down onto his backside.

"The Bladewolf in firm control here." Vince said.

"Oh, just you wait, Brian Christopher will find an opportunity ti strike." Jerry said confidently.

"You saying that because that's your baby boy in there?" JR raised a brow.

"Shut up, Ross! That's not my son." Jerry glared at him.

The Bladewolf delivers a couple of slow, hard stomps to Christopher's chest before he pulls him to his feet and scoops him up onto his shoulder, walks to the center of the ring with him and then slams him down with a powerslam.

"Oh! What a powerslam, with impact." Vince said.

"And Brian Christopher is feeling the pain." JR added as Christopher writhes in pain.

The Bladewolf flips his hair back before he raises his right hand and brings it down onto Christopher's throat, pulling the man to his feet with the use of one arm as Christopher clutched at his arm in an effort to get released. The Bladewolf wasted no time in lifting Christopher up... AND SLAMS HIM DOWN WITH A CHOKESLAM!

"Chokeslam!" Vince exclaimed.

"With one arm!" JR added.

"Oh God." Jerry rolled his eyes.

However, the Bladewolf wasn't done nor did he release his grip around Brian's throat as he pulled him to his feet, lifted him up... AND SLAMS HIM DOWN FOR A SECOND CHOKESLAM!

A second Chokeslam!" Vince blinked.

"Okay, enough!" JR was getting fed up.

The Bladewolf pulled Brian to his feet and lifted him up into the air, holding him there.

"Oh come on! Not again!" Jerry shouted.

"The Bladewolf is looking to hurt somebody else!" JR said.

Bladewolf looks around... AND THEN SLAMS CHRISTOPHER DOWN FOR A THIRD CHOKESLAM!

"And a third Chokeslam!" Vince shouted.

"He's going to snap him in half!" Jerry snapped.

Pulling a limp, dazed Christopher to his feet, the Bladewold stares at him before he scoops him up onto his shoulders in a fireman's carry.

"We saw this at SUmmerSlam last night!" Vince reminded everybody.

"Oh no." Jerry muttered.

The Bladewolf stands in the center of the ring... AND HITS THE FURY OF THE WOLF!

"Fury of the Wolf that is called!" JR shouted.

Bladewolf pushes Christopher onto his back and gets to a knee, placing a hand on his chest for the pin.

"One!"

"Two!"

"Three! Ring the bell!" The referee called.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

The Devil's Wolf played as the fans cheered while the Bladewolf got to his feet and stared ahead. "Here is your winner... THE BLADEWOLF!" Sunny announced.

"What an impressive RAW debut for the Bladewolf, just one night after a destructive debut and beating of Tiger Ali Singh." Vince said.

"And he's added another to be talked about with Brian Christopher." JR said. "Hey Jerry, think you should go check on your boy?"

"Shut up!" Jerry snapped.

The Bladewolf slowly turned his gaze down to the groaning, slowly moving, Brian Christopher and tilted his head in a fashion similar to Michael Myers before he suddenly gets to a knee over Christopher and begins pummeling his head in.

"Oh!" Vince's eyes widened.

"Hey! Somebody stop him!" Jerry shouted.

"The Bladewolf is pummeling him!" JR added.

The Bladewolf did not cease his relentlessly assault as he pounded his fist down onto Christopher's head repeatedly, not stopping for even a split second, not even when there was a sign of red! BRIAN CHRISTOPHER WAS BLEEDING! HE IS BUSTED OPEN!

"Stop! Stop!" Jerry shouted.

"The Bladewolf is destroying him!" JR said.

after one last punch, The Bladewolf stood and stared down at the bleeding man who had a nasty gut on his forehead with large amounts of blood coming out. The Bladewolf looked at his blood-covered fist before wiping the blood across his mask, to a reaction from the fans as some cheered, and a small few booed.

"What a sick, sadistic, human being!" JR said.

"Is that even a human being?" Vince questioned.

The Bladewolf turns and leaves the ring, not even casting a glance back at his victim.

And that's it for this chapter. The Bladewolf has made his RAW debut and made sure to leave an impact in doing so.
