Steve's POV

"HRAA!" I threw a flaming punch to blow back some of the beast pirates that were trying to surround us "Luffy we can't stand around here for too long."

"I'm trying." He jumped over Ulti as she swung her club at him "That headbutt lady is back!"

"Yamato your father has been attacked and this floor is crawling with enemies it's not safe."

"I'm not your ally anymore." They shrugged "What do I care?"

"So blunt, I'm starting to like you." I laughed.

"YOU!" Big Mom came barreling towards us "I've come just to kill you.

"It's the hag." I growled "You've come to kill us you'll have to get in line it's a long wait."

Fighting her here is risky because of how little space there is and how much random trash there is for her to use her powers on…but I don't know if we have a choice.

I got into a fighting posture.

"Why are you here, let me guess something ridiculous like defeating Kaido?" She asked.

"Yep." Luffy nodded.

"We're here to kick anyone keeping Wano down." I shrugged "You, Kaido, his subordinates it doesn't matter you're all gonna burn."

"You're so full of yourself brat."

"Confidence breeds success." I smirked.

Things were quickly getting messy as Kaido was knocked outside with Kin'emon's gang while Big Mom was still readying an attack. The beast pirates were made up of all sorts of strange creatures so no matter where you looked some new freaky monster was getting in the way, even Sanji got blasted out of the sky by some sort of pterodactyl.

"I've got you now!" Big Mom charged at me and pulled her sword back "Spear of Elbaf!"

"Down!" I pulled everyone to the floor as a rippling shockwave of air blasted by us leaving a massive gash in the wall "Dammit she can pull off an attack like that indoors?"

Before I could even try and blast her away to make time to flee Franky's motorcycle game flying in and slammed right into her face.

"Nice!" I cheered "Perfect timing! Luffy listen, Kaido took Kin'emon and his friends to the roof, we have to lead Big Mom there too."

"But I thought you said we couldn't fight them at the same time." He groaned.

"It's probably impossible but trying to fight her here is just gonna get everyone else caught in the crossfire and we can't wait that long to get to Kaido, we'll expend all our energy on the hag and have nothing left for him, the only option is fighting them both at once."

He nodded and I charged up my attack.

"HRAA!" I let off a heat laser from my mouth and blasted the old woman before she could lash out at Franky and the others for crashing into her "Hey Hag! Over here!"

"You brat!"

I spread my wings and flew upwards with Luffy springing up behind me.

"You're not getting through." The giant Pterodactyl appeared.

"They won't let up for a second." I growled "Clearly this is the power of an Emperor's crew. Guess the easy way up being flying is out."

"Who care's lets just get to the top."

"I'm not getting killed getting you there what's the point of that!" I snapped landing back down "Oh everyone's here."

"Having trouble already?" Rose smirked.

"A minor inconvenience." I sighed.

"We'll leave these guys to you; we'll handle big Mom and Kaido." Luffy smiled.

"You say it like we're getting the easy job." Usopp shivered.

"Comparatively we are." Monet adjusted her glasses.

"Don't say it like that!" he yelled back.

"What's wrong you don't want the challenge to prove yourself." Wyper laughed.

"Enough messing around, deal with the rest, leave the big targets to us." I nodded.

With that we started pushing towards the higher floors and eliminating anything in the way.

"There's so many big guys this is really annoying." Rose sighed flipping back over someone and letting her hand fly off and wrap around their neck like a lasso so she could pull them down "it's not suiting my style at all."

"At least your not crying about it." Zoro mocked her.

"Shut up asshole."

"No fighting with each other now." Robin teased.

Before we could even do anything more another wall exploded as X Drake blasted through the wall.

"It's you." I stared at him "That Renegade Marine Supernova."

"I'm here for my own reasons but I have no loyalty to Kaido, allow me to fight with you." He said bluntly.

I stared him down "Do whatever you want, I don't care."

"You're trusting that guy?" Rose said "he just turned on his own allies."

"I never said I could trust him, I just said we won't get in his way." I shrugged "We're short handed here against a big force we need every advantage we can get."

"Alright, you're call." She said looking off "Then I'm gonna split off and take care of a problem that might come up later if you don't mind."

"You're going alone?"

"I'm the only one who can fight someone like them." She smiled "Don't worry, your big sister is a super cool ninja remember."

With that she vanished in a flash.

"SLASH!"

I moved as the air rippled and Apoo appeared letting of a sonic blade like blast.

"It's that guy again." I hissed "I can't keep wasting time on losers like this."

Drake then immediately made himself useful by slamming into Apoo and knocking him away.

"What an annoyance." He grumbled.

"Getting closer." I looked to the roof "Gotta keep pushing."

We pushed deeper into the castle but it wasn't long before another distraction came to us, the floor became freezing cold and people in the next room looked more like monsters made of ice than humans.

"Demons?" I wondered.

"It's not supernatural, it is a virus made by one of Kaido's henchmen Queen." Drake explained "It turns those infected into bloodthirsty demons of cold, and those they strike with their blows are infected too."

"What a cheap imitation." I said blasting a path with fire "A real demon is far more frightening than some bacteria. Chopper if you wanna cure these people I don't care do what you gotta do but I can't waste time here I have to fly on ahead."

Monet's POV

"That troublesome dinosaur is still following us." I sighed "She's persistent."

"What's her problem aren't there more important people for her to fight." Nami whined.

"Clearly she thinks that's us." I frowned.

The woman known as Ulti had been chasing Nami and Usopp for some time, I wasn't sure what they did but something really got her riled up towards them.

"If this chase is inevitable the safer choice is to simply fight." I told Nami.

"I don't want to fight!" Nami yelled.

"She's got the right idea; you'll only get killed." Ulti stomped closer and slammed her head towards me.

I broke apart into snow and reappear behind her.

"They say one of the factors in the extinction of the dinosaurs was an ice age that gripped the world millions of years ago." I reformed "I wonder, will you outlast my cold?"

Lil's POV

"Where did they do?" I looked around as I rode atop Centaur "In the commotion with all those Oni monsters I got separated from Chopper and Brook. I need to do something or all those Oni people will just keep spreading that virus to everyone, even us."

"There is someone ahead." The horse man stopped.

I looked across and saw Apoo there plotting something, and in his hands he had a strange vial.

"That's it." I smiled taking out Papa's whip "I'll take that!"

With a flick I maneuvered the whip to wrap around and fish the vial right from his hands and back to me.

"Hey what the hell you brat that was mine!" He yelled.

"Well I stole it, I am a pirate that is what we do." I giggled.

"Boom!" I suddenly got blasted back when he banged on his chest.

I covered the vial to protect it I had to be sure it didn't break.

He's not going to let me run…I'll have to fight him. It's the only way to save everyone.
