Histoire knows how hard Nepgear was working, heck she knows exactly why the her younger charge was working so hard
The younger girl simply wanted to spend time with her older sister and if she's being honest she deserved some of Neptune's time after everything that they had gone through with the ASIC
To an extent Histoire can understand Neptune's dislike for the paperwork, it's not as though she enjoys doing paperwork either but it is a task that needs to be done regardless (it's not like it will become easier if it's left to pile up like Neptune has a tendency to do)
Histoire didn't know when it happened but she did notice a noticeable improvement in Nepgear's work ethic
It was in a sense staggering to see such a major improvement in her ability to handle the paperwork
Sure the improvement is considered "minor' in the grand scheme of things but improvement is improvement
Although now she is curious as to how the younger girl is becoming more proficient with the paperwork as normally Histoire would be the one to teach Nepgear how to do any of the ones that she doesn't know how to do
And as of recently, with how busy everything has been, she hasn't been able to teach her younger charge and anything she didn't understand how to do, Histoire did it for her as it would be faster
Histoire was taking notes on what Nepgear was struggling with and was planning to teach the younger girl after things have settled down
Funnily enough Histoire got the answer to her curiosity a few days later when she had floated to the office to help Nepgear after she was done sorting through the reports from the guild
Histoire had heard voices in the office and a small part of her was hoping that Neptune was finally doing some of the work that needs to be done
Peeking into the room however showed her a picture that's just as if not more interesting
What Histoire saw inside the room was Noire tutoring Nepgear on how to do paperwork that the younger girl was struggling with
A part of Histoire wanted to barge into the room and put a stop to this right away as the way paperwork is done in Lastation is very different from how it's done in Planeptune
But she stayed put, opting to give the Lastation CPU the benefit of the doubt and listen in on how the CPU is tutoring her charge
It was… enlightening
The Ravenette wasn't teaching Nepgear in the conventional way that Histoire
And interestingly enough Nepgear seems to be absorbing the information better than when Histoire is teaching her (it hurts Histoire's pride as an educator)
Seeing as there's technically nothing amiss and the worst that can happen is Nepgear getting ahead in her studies, Histoire leaves the pair to their devices
As she makes her way to her own office Histoire makes a mental note to let the candidate have three days or maybe even a week for herself once everything calms down
