Harry-Spiderman

Plot: Harry is reborn as none other than Harry Osborn, son of Norman Osborn. He does his best to live a normal life, but that all changes one day when he is bit by a radioactive spider. It doesn't get much more normal when he gets bonded to an alien known as venom. Harry/Gwen Stacey.

Scene 1:

"So let me get this straight," Peter Parker rubbed his eyes in an attempt to stave off a headache. "you were bitten by a spider on our field trip."

"Yes, I believe so," Harry Osborn who was formerly known as Harry Potter, confirmed with a nod of his head.

"You then started feeling really weird and sick, right?" Peter asked with a sigh. "And you suddenly don't need glasses?"

"That is also true," Harry replied. "can't say I'm complaining about the last fact."

"And that spider bite also ended up giving you the powers of a spider, right?" Peter asked as he finally looked up at Harry who was hanging upside from the ceiling.

"What on Earth gave you that idea?" Harry asked in a dry voice.

Scene 2:

"You think you can defeat me?!" Rhino laughed after chucking a police car at several policemen, most of them were able to dodge in time but one of them was unlucky enough to have it land on his leg. Rhino laughed as the officer screamed in pain. "I am unstoppable!" He yelled just before he felt something crash against his back, he looked back and saw another policeman shooting at him. Rhino laughed at the young and clearly inexperienced man as the bullets harmlessly bounced off his armor. "Did you not hear me?! I am unstoppable! I am indestructible!" Rhino yelled as he calmly walked over to the man, enjoying the way the man was panicking, especially when the panic increased upon realizing that he no longer had any bullets left in his gun. "I will break you and...oomph!" Rhino grunted when he felt something significant heavier crash into him, causing him to stumble.

He looked back and saw the police car that he had previously thrown lying next to him with a dent from having crashed into his back.

"Sorry that I'm late," A voice said, Rhino looked around until he saw the source of the voice perched on top of a street lamp, dressed in a red and blue costume. "hi, you might have heard of me, I'm Spiderman. And who are you?"

"Me?" Rhino laughed. "I am..."

"No, wait, wait! Let me guess!" Spiderman said in an excited voice. "You're big and grey...so...you're 'Hippo Man!'" He said in a confident voice. Rhino paused and stared at him for several long moments with pure disbelief.

"I have a horn on my head." Rhino gestured to the horn, amazed that Spiderman had somehow missed it.

"Oh!" Spiderman gasped. "Sorry, I thought it was just a really weird tooth." Rhino stared at him again, unsure if this 'Spiderman' was joking or not. After a few moments, he decided it didn't really matter and chucked a fire hydrant at him.

Scene 3:

"W...what?" Harry blinked as he slowly woke up. "What the hell's happening?" He shook his head before realizing that he was no longer in his bed, he was in fact hanging upside from a web on the outside of the Oscorp building. He spotted himself in the reflection of a window and a gasp escaped his lips upon seeing himself. He jumped off the web and stuck to the window panel, he stared at his reflection, studied it. He wasn't dressed as Harry Osborn, nor was he dressed in his blue and red costume, this costume was completely black.

As Harry continued to stare he suddenly felt something, something in the back of his head.

"The suit..." Harry realized. "...who...who are you?"

There was a long silence that filled the air, the horns and shouts from the city became barely noticeable. For a moment Harry thought he would receive no response, he looked back, ready to swing off when finally he heard a voice.

"We...are Venom."

Scene 4:

"I still can't believe that in the month that I've been gone you've managed to get a pet alien," Peter said one day as he and Harry hung out in his room, Peter was at his desk, working on his computer, while Harry had crawled halfway up a wall and sat against it before doodling in a notebook.

"Yeah," Harry grinned. "it's an odd experience. And he's not really a pet.

"Oh, I didn't offend him, did I?" Peter asked in a worried voice.

"Yes, you did but don't worry, he'll behave," Harry told him.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, Venom and I came to an agreement." Harry jumped off the wall and sat down on Peter's bed. "He won't influence my emotions or thoughts and won't try to make me do something I don't want to do and in exchange, I don't get rid of him, plus I feed him plenty of chocolate."

"Chocolate." Peter shook his head with disbelief.

"It's either that or brains." Harry shrugged, Peter blinked before quickly rushing away to grab a chocolate bar from the kitchen.

Scene 5:

"This is not how I expected my day to go." Spiderman said to himself as he swung around the city, avoiding laser beams. It was just yesterday that he was arguing with Director Fury about keeping Venom, and now today he was fighting off an alien army.

Spiderman let go of his web-line in midswing and fired two web-balls that crashed into the drivers of two separate Chitauri chariots, causing them to swerve and crash into each other. He swung down lower where he could see Captain America and Black Widow fighting on the street, he arrived just as Cap's shield had bounced off the head of one of the aliens. Spiderman shot out a web that caught the shield, he swung it and let it go, sending it charging towards another alien soldier. It bounced off the soldier's head before Cap caught it and used it to bash in a third.

"Glad you could make it," Black Widow said in-between shooting at aliens with her gun when he landed.

"Well, couldn't miss this, could I?" Spiderman said as he webbed up several aliens. "This'll be a story for the grandkids."

"You don't have grandkids." Cap pointed out.

"True, but I'm hoping that I'll survive long enough to correct that," Spiderman said after flipping over a laser blast, his web shot out and grabbed a damaged car which he quickly pulled to knock over the aliens like bowling balls. "by the way, if and when we make it out of this, can I get some selfies with you guys?"

"What's a selfie?" Cap frowned.

Scene 6:

"I still can't believe it!" Gwen said excitedly as he studied Harry's web-shooters. "Magic is actually real!" She grinned.

"Yep," Harry grinned back. "as real as you or me."

"What does this rune do?" She asked, pointing to a specific rune on his web-shooter.

"Hmm, oh, well that basically makes it so that my web fluid doesn't run out, that way there's no chance of it running out."

"Really? So you've got like infinite webs?"

"Pretty much, yeah." Harry nodded before gently grabbing her hand with his own. "You know, I've missed you."

"I missed you too," Gwen responded before her voice developed a teasing tone. "though you had clearly been quite busy while we were on our break. Did you really sleep with Black Widow?"

"Well...it was one time and..."

"What about the X-Men?" Gwen asked, raising an eyebrow. "Peter told me that you slept with Storm."

"I...am going to kill him." Harry cursed under his breath.

"And wasn't there something involving a certain cat burglar? Black Cat, I believe."

"I am never telling Peter anything ever again," Harry vowed.

"Hmm, I only slept with one guy so maybe I had been missing you just a tiny bit more than you had been missing me," Gwen jokingly replied. "was that all that you did while I was away?"

"No! I also went on a mission with the Avengers, I helped out Dr Strange and I got Kingpin arrested, plus there was that mess with Daredevil and..."

"Easy, Harry, I was just teasing." Gwen kissed him lightly on the lips before pulling back and giving him a smirk. "did you learn anything from those three?"

"I can show you what they taught me right now if you want." Harry grinned before leaning into another kiss.

Scene 7:

"Oh, crap baskets," Harry took several deep breaths as he looked around the Green Goblin's lair, "I do not know how to react to this."

"You mean the fact that one of your biggest enemies is your father?" Venom spoke in his head.

"Yes, that," Harry said in an irritated voice as he looked around, this was definitely the Green Goblin's lair, he didn't know any other villains with gliders and pumpkin bombs.

"Talking to yourself, son?" A voice called, causing Harry's head to snap back. "I can't say that I don't know the feeling, it's supposed the be the first sign of turning crazy, I think I'm past that stage."

"Dad, please, it's me, Harry. Please, just talk to me," Harry said, looking all around the room. "we can work this out together."

"Unfortunately, I think we're a bit past that stage son."

"I can't detect him in this room." Venom told Harry.

"Where are you?" Harry asked.

"A man as smart as you can surely work that out, I'll see you soon, Harry." Norman Osborn's voice replied just before Harry's spider-sense started ringing.

"Behind you!" Venom shouted less than a second later, though there was no need as Harry had already jumped up to the ceiling and stuck to it just as machine guns popped out of the wall and started firing.

Just want to remind you that the test chapter is not supposed to be a quality chapter, just basically a teaser.

This story will have a lot of stuff from a lot of different marvel stuff, basically I'll be doing a mix and match of marvel stuff while adding stuff of my own. For example, one chapter Harry will be helping the Avengers stop Loki like in the Avengers movie, in another chapter he could be teaming up with Daredevil like in the 1990s Spiderman cartoon before fighting someone else. He'll have Spiderman powers but he will also have limited magical use, like runes.

As someone with experience in writing two HP/Marvel crossovers, I can tell you that Harry with full access to his wand and magic could honestly just solve anything so quickly. Often times I have to either nerf him or make him stupid so he doesn't just transfigure Ultron into some wood and shoot killing curses at everyone else. I mean, most of the marvel characters could be killed with a killing curse.

This Harry will operate on a no-kill unless you have to rule, much like canon Harry who was reluctant to even kill Voldemort. He won't be like Punisher and kill everyone, he won't be like most versions of Daredevil and kill nobody ever, he will only kill if he has to. He won't be brooding all the time, I do want to make him a lot like the Spiderman we know and love.

I am thinking about giving him invisibility and bio-electricity like Miles Morales but I could go either way on that.

Now, if people want to change their vote on the poll then feel free to do so, but I'll also be releasing more test chapters for the other options. My vote at the moment is on this option if that means anything to anyone.
