Nathan and haley had just finished eating lunch . Nathan was laying down on their sectional couch watching tv while haley sat at the end her back resting on the couch's arm looking at a magazine.

" hey nate quick question did you really have sex with a guy? " she asked him confused

" wh- what? Of course not! " he got up quickly and turned to face her " well it says here that Nathan Scott was seen with a guy- " She said as he interrupted her by snatching the magazine out of her hand to look at it " let me see that! it doesn't say that- " He said angrily as he turned glaring at haley who was now laughing " thats mean haley!! " he pouted as he threw the magazine back to her and lied down watching tv " I'm sorry Nathan i was just joking " she said softly trying to hold back her laugh " look here it says that Charlotte Hornets player Nathan Scott is looking more hotter at his last game " She said pointing at the article " okay okay i forgive you. Plus people are always talking about how hot I am " he said laughing at her " yea yea i bet that it boosts your ego " she said laughing as she turned to the next page to see a picture of her and Nathan walking out of the stadium from Monday's game " OH OH LOOK ITS US !!! " she said screaming as she pointed to the picture and shoved it in Nathans face . " oh thats right . so thats why Chris called when you were showering " He told her holding back a laughing " wait WHAT??? " she said fear in her eyes until she saw him laughing " got you!! " He laughed " i guess I deserved that " She laughed with him as her gaze fell into the article again " omg !! The article says who is the mysterious beautiful woman with Nathan Scott. They called me beautiful!! " She said as she smiled at the magazine and Nathan just chuckled.

" when are we going to Tric? " Nathan asked haley who was now in charge of changing the channel. " I don't know I'm waiting for Peyton and Brooke to come so we can get ready " She answered as she continued to flip through the channels " when are they coming? " he asked again " I don't really know Nate If i knew i would probably be getting rea- " Haley said as she got interrupted by the bell " i hope that answered your question " She said laughing as she got up from the coach and walked towards the door and opened it to reveal a brunette next to her was a blonde curly haired .

" heyy tutor girl !! Come on let's make you look bitchin !! hi Nate, bye Nate " Brooke said as she dragged haley to her room " hey Nate, i would be happy to catch up with you but you know woman on duty " Peyton said as she held up a pink duffel bag and followed the two girls as the boys walked in .

" hey Nate " Jake said as he sat next to him on the couch " nice apartment little brother " Lucas said as he sat down across them laughing " what are you laughing about? " Nathan asked confused " your okay with it? " Jake also asked laughing " Okay with what?? Im kinda lost here " Nathan asked the two men confused " the apartment practically screams Haley ! She got purple flowers at the kitchen counter and she even has framed pictures of us and also her alone and she has you hang up on the fridge " Lucas answered laughing " whatever guys i don't really pay attention " Nathan said as he got up walked towards his room to get ready " she got him wrapped around her finger " Jake said whispering to Lucas who laughed in agreement " I heard that Jagielski " Nathan yelled from his room .

The boys were sitting in the living room playing NBA live while catching up when they heard brooke yell .

" OH COME ON HALEY YOU LOOK AMAZING !! " Brooke yelled from Haley's room .

" why does brooke has to always yell? " Nathan asked as Jake nodded in agreement

" just thank god you dont with her but i still love my girl " Lucas said chuckling .

" hey guys " peyton said as she came towards the trio and sat on jakes lap . " hey i missed you " Jake said as he planted a kiss on her lips " eww get a room or something " Nathan said disgusted " you wish you had someone Nate " Peyton said laughing her arms were now around jakes neck . " oh he has someone but he's scared " Lucas whispered chuckling " shut up pucas don't make me break your nose ! " Nathan said as he gave Lucas a death glare " who's breaking my broody's nose? " Brooke said as she walked towards Lucas and sat next to him his arms behind her .

" Thank god you finished getting ready wheres haley? We need to goooooo!! " Nathan whined as he heard Brooke chuckle " she's coming boytoy she's just putting on her heels . She looks absolutely stunning! Thanks to me " Brooke said as she clapped her hands together " you look beautiful Brooke " Lucas said as Brooke kissed him on the cheek.

" woahh tutor girl you look hot ! and i just dressed you up " Brooke said as haley came into view she was wearing a short sleeveless black dress revealing a good amount of cleavage the dress reached the middle of her thighs she also wore a black block heeled sandal with pearl ankle strap revealing her newly manicured white finger-toes . Her brown hair was in its natural waves .

She looked breathtaking That Nathan felt his throat go dry he couldn't take his eyes off her he didn't care if his friends noticed how he was looking at her no one could blame him . Haley James was breathtakingly gorgeous.

what is she doing to me?? she expects me to act normal around her when she's this beautiful?? I need a drink ..

why is looking at me like this?? With his beautiful blue eyes, his black buttoned up shirt clenching his biceps and he excepts me to be normal around him?? I need a drink..

When Nathan saw haley he stood up from his seat as well the rest of the group but Nathan and haley stood still looking at each other with so much love and nothing to say as their friends walked over to the door to leave the apartment and go to Tric .

" come on you guys ! Lets gooooo " Peyton said breaking them from their eye contact as haley realized what was happening she blushed . Nathan cleared his throat as he smiled at Haley and walked towards his friends motioning for her to come .

" Nathan and Lucas you guys take Lucas's car and Jake will ride with you , me and haley will ride with Peyton " Brooke informed them " why? I need my girl with me " Lucas pouted " well Luke you know i love you but I haven't got my ' haley time' in a long time. Nathan has been stealing her from me! " Brooke said as she gave Lucas a quick kiss.

" wa-what? I didn't steal haley, haley is annoying " Nathan said lying he hoped that no one notice his lie " whatever come on girls " Brooke said as she wrapped her arms around haley and Peytons arms as they walked towards Peyton's car.

" so tutor girl what was that? you and Nathan were practically having eye sex. " brooke said laughing " i agree with Brooke the way he was looking at you, god he practically wanted to pin you against the wall and take you right there against the wall " peyton said nodding in agreement with Brooke " wha- no wayy he doesn't see me that way he sees me as Lucas annoying best friend " Haley said as she scoffed and rolled her eyes at them from the back seat .

Does he sees me more than Lucas annoying best friend? i sort of hope so…

" ooo!! I have an idea ! How about we see if he gets jealous or not " Brooke said smiling " and how brooke? " the other brunette questioned " when we arrive at Tric go flirt with some cute guys maybe hot ones and see how would he react " Brooke said simply as haley shrugged " oh i bet he will clench his fist like last time ! " Peyton said chuckling " wha- what last time? " Haley asked as she now sat in the middle seat and pulled herself closer to Brooke and Peyton who were in the front " uhh well remember last month before you guys moved in together when we went to that club that just opened in Charlotte? " Peyton asked as haley nodded in response " you were flirting with a hot guy a really hot guy and you were laughing with him touching his arm while we sat at the bar with Nathan, he fist clenched i swear we felt his jaw twitching in jealousy that he went to the first girl he saw and started to flirt with her even tho he kept his gaze locked up on you when all of sudden you started to make out with that guy that Nathan decided it was the best timing to slide his tongue down that girls throat " Peyton said as she chuckled when she remembered the situation

" wa- what? Ohhhh that guy!! i cant believe he saw us making out ! I was helping him " Haley said laughing " wha- what do you mean helping him ?? we basically saw him sliding his tongue down your throat " Brooke said in confusion " if you just asked me I would've told you the whole story, he told me he was confused and stuff about how he was still in-love with his ex and i told him to kiss me and tell me if he felt something so he did but then he laughed and told me he didn't feel anything and that maybe he should apologize to his ex and win her back because he still loved her " Haley said between laughter

" oh well try explaining that to Nate he practically wanted to punch the dude ! " Peyton said laughing along .

" so how do i know ?? Your her best friend luke ask brooke or something! or even ask her " Nathan told him " how about you try and make her jealous? " Jake said joking " wait wait a second " Nathan said thinking about what Jake had said " Nate I'm just joking I didn't mean that.. "Jake said desperately wanting to take it back " your smart Jagielski! Thats why i hang out with you " Nathan said smirking as Lucas parked infront of Tric .

Next to Lucas's car was Brookes car the girls were still inside checking their makeup and outfit.

They all got out of their cars, the couples arms wrapped around each other leaving Haley and Nathan with nothing but the hot air wrapped around them . Nathans arm was desperately craving her touch while Haleys shoulders carved his arms wrapped around it .

as the group made their way up the stairs they got into the club from the back door since Peyton and jake owned it .

" that is definitely one of the perks that we know the owners " Haley said laughing as the rest laughed along " so haley James.. how about a- " Peyton said as she wrapped her arms around the petite woman's shoulder " no " Haley answered before Peyton completed her sentence " but you don't know what i want- " Peyton pouted " its because i know what you want Peyton. i love you, your my best friend but I'm sorry tonight is not the night " Haley said as she walked away from the group towards the bar. If she's going to survive the night she needed a drink .

" what happened? " Brooke asked as she quirked up her eyebrow " well I wanted haley to sing tonight but she's not in the mood I have to find someone else ughh Thanks to Nate The Keller cant preform! But thanks Nate i really didn't stand him " Peyton said laughing it was true she never liked him anyways . " what? what does Nate have to do with him? " Jake asked his wife confused " Nathan here was being all jealous and overprotective over haley! so he punched him " Peyton informed them

" whatever I need a drink " Nathan muttered and left, he saw a blonde woman sitting alone flirting with the bartender he walked towards her .

With haley looking like that I desperately need a drink maybe i need to find someone to hook up with . Maybe use jakes plan on making her jealous!

Haley was sitting on the stool sipping on her wine while she spotted a guy walking towards her. Nathan saw the guy coming towards haley and saying something while Nathan gulped down his drink ,his fist tightened around the glass tight enough for it to break . He didn't care what the woman in front of him was saying.

" hey gorgeous " the dirty blonde haired guy said as he sat down next to the short small hot brunette on the stool next to her as he smirked at her . " heyy is it okay if you helped me make someone jealous?" she whispered seductively as her arm was resting on his shoulder " sure like i care " he said as his arms were now around her waist " cant wait to get with that " he said as he lowered his hand and grabbed her ass .

" uh oh he grabbed her ass!! " Brooke said while she and the rest of the group were sitting in a booth away from the bar looking at Haley then at Nathan wondering when will he knock the guy out. " ohh come on Nate !! " Peyton said as Nathan was still sitting ,his jaw twitching his blue eyes became darkened his face became red filled with anger and jealousy. The guy whispered something in her ear and she threw her head back in laughter

who was he holding her like that?? I should be the one to hold her like that !! why was she laughing with him??

Nathan couldn't take it anymore, he became closer to the blonde in front of him who was still flirting with him and grabbed her by the waist and crashed their lips together her arms were now around his neck as she slid her tongue between his lips then down his throat. The action didn't go unnoticed by Haley she then turned her attention back to the guy in front of her and crashed her lips into his mouth kissing him .

Nathan couldn't take it anymore and pulled away from the woman, muttering an apology and walked towards haley . And grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her away from the dirty blonde guy who was staring in disbelief.

" ouch nathan leave me alone! " Haley said as she tried to free her wrist from him . " no we're going home ! " he said shouting back at her " why?? your not the boss of me! i was just talking with him! you were practically making out with her! " haley shouted " well I wasn't the one acting like a complete slut! " he yelled back, Immediately wishing he would take it back " what did you just call me? You-You son of a bitch! " Haley yelled as she shoved him into the wall and walked towards the exit tears storming down her face .

Haley sat at the entrance stairs alone with her thoughts .

I was starting to realize that i loved him that I've been in love with him for so long but i was too afraid to admit it . Now he called me a slut? what was i thinking falling for a guy like him ! Him of all people i thought wouldn't hurt me…

" is this seat taken? " a soft voice said as haley shook her head " whats wrong buddy? " Brooke asked haley softly " nothing just take me home please brookie " Haley replied as she tried to swallow her tears . " sure come on " brooke said as she wrapped her arms around haley .

" wheres haley? " lucas asked his fiancé " ask your brother " brooke replied " what happened? " Peyton asked this time in confusion " I dont know i found her crying outside when i asked her whats wrong she just said she wanted to go home so i drove her home then came back here . I think we should ask Nate last time i saw them he was grabbing her by the wrist " Brooke said as she walked towards Nathan who was sitting at the bar alone drinking . Nathan Scott never sat at a bar drinking alone.

" what do you want now brooke? Im not in the mood seriously " Nathan asked his eyes red it seemed like he was crying " what did you say to haley that had her crying and going home? " Brooke asked Nathan angrily " I don-I don't know " Nathan mumbled " Nathan what happened? Answer me okay! Haley never cries unless it's something serious! What did you do or say That had her crying like that " Brooke screamed at him

" I REGRET IT OKAY? SHE WAS KISSING SOME GUY HE-HE HAD HIS ARMS AROUND HER WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH WHILE THE GIRL I LOVE IS KISSING ANOTHER GUY?? I DONT THINK SO BROOKE ! " He screamed back with anger " why was she crying then? Tell me nate and dont you dare lie to me! " brooke said as she sent him a warning glare " I-I called her a Slut okay! I regret it ! It hurts me so much to be the one that caused her tears ! It tored my heart apart when i heared her cry " He said with hurt in his voice " let Lucas and me drive you home and sleep it off Nate. Wake up in the morning and fix things with her, she may show you that she hates you but deep down buddy we all know that she cares about you more than anything or anyone else in the world " Brooke said softly smiling sadly at him as she ran her hand up and down his back.

The ride home with Lucas and Brooke was filled with silence. Nathan was thinking about what to say to Haley tomorrow morning.

Should i just tell her that i loved her? Thats why I've been so jealous all these years from every guy she met? why was i always protecting her ? Did we even hate each other? Or was that just us covering our real feelings?

Haley heard the door slam she knew he was home. Haley was lying on her bed looking at her ceiling for over an hour now thinking everything over.

I don't feel sad i feel angry! I just realized how much i really loved him ! I loved him since the day Lucas introduced me to that beautiful pair of blue eyes. I loved him even tho i knew he was a playboy that he was a jerk ! I fell for him more every day even if it meant getting jealous of every girl I've seen him with . did he ever love me back? Did we even hate each other? Or was that just us covering our real feelings?

The next morning

Nathan woke up his head hurting from yesterday's drink . He walked towards the kitchen to see a glass of water sitting next to it was a box of Advil with a note saying 'Im still mad at you but i care about you and i know how bad your head hurts the morning after drinking ' . Next to it was a sunny up fried eggs, bacon below the two yellow yolks making it a sad face instead of a smiley one she used to make .

god I screwed up a big time .

Nathan had finished up breakfast, he went for a run alone with his thoughts. He stopped at a bakery that haley loved so much, he opened the bakery door and went up to the cashier.

" good morning welcome to Tims bakery and cafe how may i help you? " the chocolate brown haired man asked the raven black haired in front of him " can i have a blueberry muffin with a latte extra foam please? " Nathan asked smiling at the man " of course, how many muffins would you like? " The cashier asked " three pieces please and oh can you write something on them with frosting maybe? " Nathan said smiling as he thought of something " sure what would you like me to write on it? " The cashier asked and Nathan answered him describing what he wanted as the man nodded in agreement. Nathan walked out of the bakery a coffee in his hand and a box of muffins in his other hand as he walked back to his apartment.

Nathan arrived at the apartment. Haley was still in her room, so Nathan thought it was the best opportunity to give her the muffins and her coffee so he walked towards her room and knocked.

" hales? Please open the door i need to talk to you " he said softly as the door in front of him opened revealing her face red, her eyes swollen like she spent the entire night crying . " what? " she asked softly as she turned around and sat on her bed " Im sorry haley Im really really sorry, i didn't mean to say that i wish i could take it back, here i bought you your favorites " He said smiling apologetically at her as he placed the cup of coffee on her side table, " here look " he said as he handed her the box of muffins a piece that said Im and the piece next to it said so and the last piece said sorry. She smiled softly at him as she grabbed her coffee and box of muffins and walked out of the room towards the living room. She placed the coffee and muffin on the kitchen counter and turned around to see a confused Nathan .

" so am i forgiven? " he asked her hesitantly " no " she stated smiling sadly at him " why? I said I'm sorry hales " He said trying not to let his anger get the best of him " i want you to tell me why you were so angry and jealous yesterday! You called me a slut Nathan! " She shouted at him her eyes fighting back tears .

" IM SORRY FOR CALLING YOU THAT OKAY? I WAS SO ANGRY THE GUY HAD HIS ARMS AROUND YOU! AROUND THE GIRL I LOVE ! WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO? JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH WHILE HE MADE YOU LAUGH? I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO MAKE YOU LAUGH I SHOULD BE THE ONE WRAPPING MY ARMS AROUND YOU, AND I KNOW IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU BUT- " he screamed at her regretting using that tone with her as soon as he saw tears rolling down her cheeks .

" I only kissed him to make you jealous Nate, I saw you making out with that girl and I thought that you didn't love me the way i love you! It hurts me Nathan it hurts so bad to see you with anyone but me i've been trying to hold it in for so long since high school but it just keeps getting worse every time i see you with someone. I cant breathe when I'm around you and when I'm not around you i wanna be I'm just totally in love you ! And it hurts me that maybe you really hate me and never loved me the way i loved you " She said screaming back at him as Nathan tried to hold his tears . She loved him back Haley James loved him back .

He ran towards her, kissing her soft warm lips they parted slightly allowing his tongue to slip inside , their bodies pressed together heatedly against the counter , breathing heavily as their lips pressed together. Nathans hand were where they were supposed to be around her waist, her hands around his neck as he lowered his hand down to her ass and cupped it,he smirked against her lips when he earned a giggle from her.

He lifted her up from the ground, her legs wrapped around his waist as he walked towards his room. their lips never leaving each other. when air become an issue they pulled away to look into each others eyes with so much love .

" I can't believe I waited more than ten years to kiss you now i cant wait to kiss you again " Nathan said smirking at her as she laughed. He could spent his entire life hearing her laughter heal his heart . " I love you Haley James and i will Always and forever " He told her as he kissed her again while her legs were still around his waist. " I love you Too Nathan Scott always and forever " She replied as she kissed him again .
