Harry/Bellatrix test chapter:

Scene 1:

"So, now we must discuss who will take care of the boy?" The judge said, looking down at the skinny and underfed, five-year old Harry Potter.

"If I may," Dumbledore spoke up, standing from his seat. "I have a suggestion, perhaps the Weasley family," He gestured to the crowd where Molly and Arthur Weasley were sitting, the two of them instantly smiled at Dumbledore. "They are both loving parents and..."

"Forgive me," Lucius Malfoy interrupted as he stood up. "But that is a horrible idea," He continued, turning Arthur and Molly's smiles upside down. "Everyone here knows that the family is poor and already overburdened with children, how many do they have now? Seven? Are we really going to add another child, especially the boy who lived, to that family? Are they hoping to use his fortune to improve their own situation?"

"How dare you?!" Mrs Weasley stood up and glared at him. "We are good people and would never..."

"Mrs Weasley," The Judge cut her off. "Sit down, now." He stared at her for several moments before she reluctantly sat down. "Now, is there anyone else that would like to put their name forward to adopt Mr Potter?" He asked. At that point both Lucius Malfoy and Augusta Longbottom opened their mouths to volunteer but were suddenly beaten to the punch by another voice.

"I volunteer," Everyone in the room turned to see Bellatrix Black standing up.

"You can't let her have him! That woman should be in Azkaban!" The Longbottom regent shouted furiously, causing Harry along with various other people to flinch.

"I'm afraid I must agree," Dumbledore spoke up. "I do not believe that Miss Black is an appropriate choice, she..."

"Ah, and we should all trust the judgement of our 'beloved Albus Dumbledore', right?" Sneered Bellatrix. "Oh, wait a sec, was it not your judgment that the boy be placed with those muggle relatives of his? Oh, and correct me if I am wrong, but is that not the entire reason why we are all here? Four years too late, I might add. I do hope that you and your supporters will forgive me if I find your judgement to not be perfect,"

"That is not the point!" Barked Augusta, once again causing Harry to flinch.

"Would you stop scaring the boy?" Bellatrix glared at her.

"I'm not scaring him!"

"You're constant shouting is,"

"You shut up, you little trollop! I should..."

"Mrs Longbottom!" The Judge cut in. "Enough of that! You will conduct yourself in a manner that is suitable for this courtroom or I will have you removed, and in case you haven't noticed, Miss Black is right, you are making young Mr Potter uncomfortable, now sit down." The whole room looked at Harry who was looking like he wanted nothing more than to be somewhere else.

Augusta did sit down but not before glaring at Bellatrix who simply smirked in response.

Scene 2:

"Ha! Ha-ha!" Bellatrix laughed loudly, madly and very proudly.

"Bellatrix," Sighed Andromeda. "We get it," She said, but was ignored as Bellatrix continued laughing while skipping around the room before she stopped behind Harry's chair and wrapped her arms around his neck as she hugged him.

"You're jealous because your son isn't an under-twelve duelling champion!" Grinned Bellatrix.

"I don't have a son,"

"Ha!" Laughed Bellatrix before she proceeded to place a loud and sloppy kiss on Harry's forehead, causing the boy to smile brightly as his face turned red, something which got worse when Bellatrix then decided to start peppering kisses all over Harry's face, getting his cheeks, nose, forehead and even his chin. "Mummy's little boy has made her so proud! Such a good boy!" She cooed before she suddenly straightened up. "Kreacher!" She barked and suddenly the elderly house elf popped into the room. "Make Harry's favourite food! Now!" She ordered.

"At once, Mistress," Kreacher nodded before popping away.

"Such a good boy," Bellatrix continued, fawning over Harry, placing several more kisses on Harry's cheeks. "Best boy in the world!"

"Debatable," Narcissa sniffed, Bellatrix paused and stared at Narcissa for several seconds with a thoughtful expression on her face. For several moments Narcissa was worried that Bellatrix would attack her.

"Nah," She said several seconds later before planting a big, sloppy kiss on Harry's head.

Scene 3:

"So, what do you think about Hogwarts so far?" Draco asked Harry as the two walked into the great hall.

"Not as bad as I thought it would be," Harry shrugged. "What about you?"

"Same," Draco said just before spotting the muggleborn girl he had seen earlier. "Though I could do without the mudbloods,"

"Did you just call me a mudblood?!" The girl demanded, apparently having heard him. Harry frowned as he tried to remember the girl's name.

"It's Lily, isn't it?" Harry asked her.

"Yeah," The girl nodded before turning her attention back to Draco. "So I'm a mudblood, am I?"

"Yeah, what about it?" Draco sneered before he heard someone step behind him, he turned around and paled slightly when he saw Professor McGonagall staring down at him.

"That will be twenty points from Slytherin and a detention with me, Mr Malfoy, now I suggest that you go and take your seats." She said before walking off.

"It's a shame you didn't inherit your father's ability to control his tongue, eh?" Harry chuckled as he patted Draco on the back.

"Shut it," Draco said in an annoyed voice before glaring at Lily. "You'll pay for that, mudblood."

"Try it, Pretty boy," She said in an unimpressed voice before walking off, all the while Harry stared between the two with an amused expression on his face.

Scene 4:

"So what if he escaped Azkaban?" Ron said as they sat around the Gryffindor table. "He's after Potter, not us,"

"Ron, that's really heartless," Hermione admonished. "Besides, his last name is Black,"

"No, it's not," Neville said in a dark voice.

"Yes, it is," Lily sighed. "Just because you don't like her, doesn't mean that he can't legally change his name."

"Let's just talk about something else," Hermione suggested. "How was everyone's day?"

"Mine was exhausting," A voice said just before Harry plopped down into a seat next to Lily, he was either unaware or simply uncaring about the fact that everyone was looking at him. "Snape gave me another detention, he's such a dickhead," Complained Harry before he started eating.

"What are you doing here?!" Ron demanded to know.

"This is the Gryffindor table!" Neville glared at him.

"I am well aware," Harry rolled his eyes.

"Why are you even sitting here?" Lily asked, staring at him.

"Well, why wouldn't I be sitting with my future wife?" Harry asked curiously as he stared at Lily.

"What?!" Lily along with her friends blurted out. "We're not married!"

"No, we aren't," Harry admitted. "But from what I understand, that is the next step after boyfriend and girlfriend so we should end up being married at some point."

"But we're not boyfriend or girlfriend!"

"Not yet," Harry nodded. "But I'll convince you to say yes, so that's not really a problem for me."

"Why the hell would you want to be with me? I'm a muggleborn!"

"Oh, so all these years, Draco wasn't just calling you a mudblood for the fun of it?" Harry asked sarcastically.

*Line Break*

A.N: Hi guys, hope you liked the test chapter. In this story Harry will be a little bit mad, but he won't be a massive murder happy type of mad. As for Lily, that's a temporary name, I'll try and think of another one, or I might just stick with Lily, I haven't decided yet.

Also, for Harry, if I write the actual story then I plan to give him a different name, sonicmalibu (on Pat-reon) suggested that I give him a star related name to fit into the Black family theme and I like the idea. So far, my top picks are Hadrian Black or Hydrus Black since I'd like a name that is at least somewhat like Harry. He's already given me some suggestions, if anyone else wants to give me more than that's great, I might just end up as a star researcher at the end of it but that's a risk that I'm willing to take.
