Day 1: Mutation and Meeting

-Monarch science facility, Florida Keys-

In a Monarch facility established in the Florida keys, two men awaited the experiment they were taking part in.

One was a German-American young man who was twenty-three years of age. He had caucasian skin with a light tan, shoulder length black hair done up in a ponytail and green eyes. His body was sculpted like a swimmer's, due to the amount of swimming he did to relax.

In regards to attire, he was wearing a black t-shirt with a green radiation symbol on it, blue jeans, and a pair of sneakers.

The other was a thirty three year old Russian man with spiky blonde hair, blue eyes, chiseled and statue-like features and a stocky boxer build who stood at an imposing six feet five inches with clearly defined and long built muscles that looked to be the result of years of exercise, grueling hard work and endless combat.

Attire wise, the Russian was dressed in a pair of Soviet era military pants, snow treated hiking boots, a white shirt and a brown leather jacket with a red star on the left shoulder and a fur collar.

These were Monarch operatives Tobias Argon and Drago Ikelos, and they were currently making their way to the main debriefing room where they were to be given a briefing on the exact details of their new mission.

"So, you going in for the same mission?" Tobias questioned, looking up at the slightly taller man. "I'm Tobias, I worked with the San Francisco branch after G-Day." He added, hand extended for a handshake.

"Drago Ikelos. I volunteered to work with Monarch in the Russia branch after the same day to learn more about the Titans." Drago nodded, his voice carrying a thick Russian accent.

"Anyone ever told you that you look like Ivan Drago from Rocky IV?" The German American questioned, noting that the Russian did share some similarities to a younger Dolph Lundgran.

"That's actually a pretty common comment. Funny how coincidences work." The Russian boxer chuckled. "It was that movie that partly inspired me to start boxing myself." He added.

"… Wait a minute, now I remember! You were the Russian Heavyweight champion before G-Day!" Tobias exclaimed in realization.

"That's right. I actually stopped boxing because I wanted to learn all I could about the titans." Drago nodded, smirking a bit at the reminder of his boxing days.

"Alright, but what brings you all the way out here?" His companion questioned as they went into an elevator to go to the correct floor.

"I was given the impression that in this mission, I would be able to work with a Titan similar to my personal favorite Titan: Titanus Shimo." The ex-boxer replied.

"Funny enough, I had the same impression, except it was with a similar Titan to Godzilla." Tobias hummed.

"Strange coincidence, that." Drago hummed as the two reached the correct floor, and headed to the briefing room.

Inside the room, they found several people inside: Dr. Emma and Mark Russell, Dr. Ilene Andrews, an individual they knew as Trapper, and Bernie Heyes. All of them being individuals that were intimately knowledgeable of both Godzilla and Shimo as well as other associated Titans.

"Okay, you're both here. We can begin." Emma nodded as the two sat down on some chairs that were available. "I should be clear, this mission might seem a little bizarre from certain perspectives." She told the two men.

"A little bizarre, don't you think that's underselling it, Emma?" Mark questioned.

"Not now, Mark." Emma sighed.

"Well, what is this mission, exactly?" Tobias questioned.

"Good thing you two are already sitting down…" Ilene muttered. "Before we tell you the mission, we need to tell you a small story leading up to it." She told them.

"Essentially, two women got exposed to radiation from Godzilla and Shimo for prolonged periods of time—like weeks and months—but instead of killing them… This happened." Mark said as he brought up two images that made Tobias and Drago gasp a bit.

One image was of a woman In Tobias' age range, but she had mutated and developed Godzilla's features. She had obsidian black scales that covered her arms and legs like gloves and stockings while she had a gray colored belly. She also had a long tail growing from her tailbone, Godzilla's own maple shaped dorsal plates, and she had gills on her neck. She also had claws on her fingers and legs. Her eyes were amber colored and she had long black hair, and her figure was that of a swimmer, but her mutations made her more curvy. Her breasts looked like they were somewhere in the G-cup range and she had a heart shaped ass.

In terms of attire, she was only wearing a black and blue bikini since normal clothes wouldn't fit her anymore due to her dorsal plates and the scales on her legs being so abrasive.

Her appearance made Tobias blush faintly since she did look very appealing.

The second woman looked to be in the same age range as Drago—probably 37 if he were to guess—with Titan features that made her look similar to Shimo. She had long icy blue hair, similarly blue eyes, and a body that seemed to put her in the clearly MILF category.

This meant that she had big, wide hips with love handles, a medium waist, thick thighs, long legs, a large heart shaped ass, sexy and maturely sculpted features that seemed Asian in appearance—probably Japanese—and a more than ample G or even H-cup bosom that looked perfect for feeding the young that her optimized hips would likely produce.

Her mutant traits seemed pretty self explanatory in the offset given who she supposedly took after: white scales, Blue spines similar to ice sickles all over her back and her long and strongly muscled tail (which came with a Thagomizer), claws capable of gripping ice, snow and probably solid stone as well, sharp and hard teeth in a pair of powerful jaws that were hidden by a dainty and motherly face with plump, succulent lips, a thick hide and robust muscles despite her borderline porn star worthy appearance—which likely meant a resistance to the cold.

And Drago couldn't help but think that it wouldn't be surprising if all of this was working in tandem with heightened reproductive fertility levels.

In terms of attire, she was wearing a simple white Bikini that did… Very little to contain, much less cover, her gorgeously voluptuous body.

Overall, the former Russian heavyweight champion found himself immediately interested, almost completely infatuated with this mutant woman.

"These are Jira and Shira. Formerly known as Janjira Nakamura and Shiraumi Toshiro." Ilene explained. "We decided that given their similarities to Godzilla and Shimo, they should take on similar names to them as well." She continued.

"Well, they certainly suit them." Tobias nodded. "I'm curious about how overexposure to Godzilla and Shimo's radiation could cause such large-scale changes in their bodies." He mused, showing a good amount of interest in how their biology was changed in such manners.

"We're still studying them to figure it out ourselves but they're far from the only ones." Ilene explained. "But our working theory that such long periods in close proximity to the genetic material and the specific radiation of these titans for such long periods of time was what caused them to change at a genetic level." She amended.

"Though we were able to replicate the phenomenon ourselves with a more accelerated time frame." Emma continued.

"Which is where you two come in." Bernie chimed in.

"The mission you two are being placed in is essentially us playing mutant matchmaker." Mark chuckled with a choked laugh, unable to say it any other way. "We've been able to get our hands on some radiation and genetic material from Godzilla and Shimo from the wreckage of Rio, enough for us to mutate you two into mutants similar to Jira and Shira." He explained.

The two men stood there, unsure of how to handle this, allowing a full two minutes to pass between what was just said and Tobias speaking again.

"So, these women are supposed to be our… Wives?" He questioned.

"For all intents and purposes, yes. There are those that wouldn't allow for these women to exist, and honestly, we don't care about them." Emma sighed, knowing how the world at large would react to Jira and Shira especially after Rio.

"So rather than condemn these two women to a life of loneliness, we decided to pair them up with guys who we believe are the best matches for them based on what we know about them and said guys and make those two men exactly like them." Bernie nodded.

"How are you even going to do that?" Drago questioned. "I got the part about radiation and genetic material, but how long is the process itself going to take?" He elaborated.

"If we were to do it via prolonged exposure? Weeks or months. But if we were to say, inject you with the genetic material and then irradiate you with a mini nuke explosion with the same radiation of Godzilla and Shimo—it would be a matter of minutes." Emma replied.

"So you're gonna need some sunglasses." Trapper joked.

"... We're gonna pass out, aren't we?" Tobias deadpanned as he looked at Drago.

"Most definitely." The Russian deadpanned back in reply.

"This mission, should you choose to accept it, will be a permanent situation in all likelihood." Bernie told them.

"So you need to be absolutely certain that you're up to it." Mark added.

"So? You guys ready to become monsters?" Trapper grinned.

"You know it." Tobais nodded without hesitation. "I'm sure all of you have read my file, and know of my upbringing, so I'm all for a fresh start." He added.

"If it means that I can help Monarch and potentially someone else, then I'm willing." Drago nodded, chuckling a bit to himself. "It is funny though, my mother always tried to set me up with women as a boy, but the girls were always wrong. Now it seems I may find the right woman the same way." The ex boxer mused. "It's interesting how life comes full circle like that." He added.

"Funny how it gives people things they're long overdue for, too." The green eyed man next to him nodded in agreement.

"Then follow us." Emma told them as everyone stood.

(Later)

The two men were now in the lab where the procedure was to take place. They had to strip down to just their boxers for it since past experience had taught Monarch that clothes would be shredded during the mutation.

They need only ask Jura and Shira.

The two men were put in chambers across from each other.

"Alright, just hold still." A doctor told them as he administered the serum created from the genetic materials, one being atomic blue and the other a pure white.

Tobias winced a bit since he never really liked needles but Drago took it without flinching as he regularly took IVs to hydrate and keep up his health as well as having a higher pain tolerance due to being a boxer.

Then the samples flowed into them, and the two men groaned as they felt the new material mix with their blood.

Then came the radiation.

The chambers were then locked down like the one in Captain America: The First Avenger, where the radiation was ignited and exploded inside the blast proof container, creating a blinding light was just barely visible through a tinted glass peep hole.

The duo screamed as untold agony hit their bodies like a mountain collapsing on top of them. Their very being felt like it was being torn apart and reassembled from the very atom on up.

They felt their bodies start to change, and halfway through the process, the two of them blacked out as they mutated.

(Later)

Five hours later, both men woke up, and the second they saw themselves in the mirrors in the bedroom they had been moved to apparently, they saw how vastly different they looked.

For Tobias, his hair was still black, but it now had a single atomic green streak in it. His eyes were still the same color as well. His body, however, was now covered in black scales while he had a gray underbelly. Adjusting his view, he saw that he had Godzilla's maple leaf shaped dorsal plates and a strong tail. Looking at his hands and feet, he saw that he had elongated claws on them.

His swimmer build had also become a bit more streamlined, which would let him swim faster.

"... Damn. I look pretty good like this." He nodded with a grin, which revealed that his teeth had also been sharpened. Not quite exclusively carnivorous, but it would make eating a tad easier.

Meanwhile, Drago looked at his body and now realized that his musculature was even more robust than before and enhanced the Kaiju-like levels.

His body was now covered in Snow White scales, his formerly blonde hair was now pure white with blue highlights, his eyes now glowed blue, his hands and now more Shimo-like feet had long, powerful claws. As well as strong jaws, teeth and an apparently forked tongue.

In addition to his now white as snow scales, he had ice sickle shaped blue dorsal plates like Shira and Shimo, even more of a tolerance to cold than before, a long and tail with a Thagomizier, the aforementioned increased bulk and ice adapted claws, slitted eyes, and clearly enhanced strength—since he crushed the bed frame when he grabbed it.

"Heh, not bad." He smirked, nodding to himself in the mirror.

The two then got changed into some shorts/swim trunks in their respective colors that were provided since they couldn't wear shirts anymore. A few minutes later, a group of armed Monarch personnel headed by Mark and an admiral stepped into the room.

"Alright you two, come with us." Mark told them as they were led out and another armed figure shot something into their arms. "These are trackers. To keep an eye on you both. Jira and Shira have them too." He explained, holding up two dog tags. "And these have your new designated Titan names." He added.

Tobias' dog tag had the name "Moloch" printed into it while Drago's had "Viserion" on it.

"Why are you naming me after the ice dragon from Game of Thrones?" Drago questioned with a blink.

"Given your former heavyweight champion status, we thought that a powerful name would suit you." Mark shrugged in reply.

"… Fair point." The Russian nodded.

"And why am I named after the Atomic Mosasaur from Maneater?" Tobias questioned. "Not that I'm complaining, I love that show." He added.

"Oddly enough, you reminded us of Moloch." Mark replied before sighing. "It's a damn shame we couldn't save the real deal, though…" He lamented.

"The Maneater's still out there, you got a name for her?" Tobias asked as they entered an AC-130 plane and sat down.

"Titanus Megaera, particularly after she grew to a size of 90 feet in length." The man replied.

"Well, if she's found, bring her to the island you're taking us to. I think we can handle ourselves if she gets out of hand." Tobias, or Moloch now, said.

"Da. It shouldn't be too hard once we get the hang of our abilities." Drago/Viserion nodded.

"We'll see if we can. She hasn't done much now, so there's probably no need to provoke her." Mark nodded as the armed escorts got seated and the plane took off.

(Later)

Monarch Outpost 66, Bermuda.

Hollow Earth Entrance: Cocytus.

The flight went off without a hitch, and the gang arrived at their destination after a short 2 hour flight. Moloch and Viserion couldn't go without their legs going stiff, though.

The island that housed the outpost that they were to live near was a lush jungle not unlike the likes of Skull Island, with pure white sands, wildlife similar to Skull Island and the Hollow Earth, lagoons, rivers, volcanic formations… and a truly massive mountain that was completely snow capped, almost as tall as Mt. Everest if not taller and caused all of the area around it to be shrouded in cold white snow.

"How did we miss this place? Does Monarch keep it off the maps?" Moloch wondered as he looked out of a window.

"That's kinda the point, given how delicate certain places are. Just look at Skull Island." Ilene nodded in reply.

"After it sank we thought we wouldn't see anything like it except in the Hollow Earth, but after discovering this entrance not long after Rio, we decided to keep a close eye on it." Emma continued.

"And what better way to do that then keep the first Human-Titan hybrids here?" Bernie added.

"The girls usually stick to either the mountains or the jungles and beaches, rarely encroaching on each other's territory." Mark explained.

"You make them sound like animals." Viserion pointed out.

"That's not what we mean, it's just that Jira doesn't really like the cold and Shira doesn't like the tropical parts of the island, so they don't typically want to leave where they feel comfortable." Trapper amended.

"That would explain a bit, but we don't really feel any discomfort." Moloch commented.

"Give it time, you two. You'll feel it after a while." Mark told the two mutant men.

"So, is there anything we need to know about our future brides?" Viserion questioned.

"Don't try to force a meeting. That's just going to end in disaster." Ilene told him in reply. "I suggest that if you want to meet them, you wander about in their territories and let them find you." She added.

"Okay, but what about them personally? Personality, background? That could help us with getting to know them better." Moloch questioned.

"Well, Jira is a bit of a spitfire. If you can keep up with her, then she'll entertain you." Emma chimed in.

"She's actually the first of the mutants we've come across. After G-Day, her home was destroyed and it's unclear if she lived in the still irradiated San Francisco by herself as a kid or if her parents were still around, but it's this living style that caused her to mutate after she ingested Godzilla's radioactive blood in small doses in hopes of developing an immunity and remained exposed to the constant radiation for the equivalent of 13 years." Mark continued.

"That long?!" Moloch gasped in surprise. "She's been at that since I was 10?!" He added, eyes wide.

"She was seven during G-Day, so she likely learned how to survive very quickly." Emma nodded.

"Understandable." Viserion nodded. Humanity's ancestors were the same way, after all.

"As for Shira, she was actually a monarch operative who worked in the hollow earth with her husband—but she couldn't have children with her now late husband before her mutation, and they hoped the Hollow Earth energy would cure her infertility. We found out that the issue was fixed post-mutation in a medical exam." Ilene stated.

"But her husband unfortunately was killed by Skar King when their outpost was destroyed and she took shelter in one of Shimo's old subterranean lairs and had tried to eat Shimo's scales to get some form of extra calcium and melting ice Shimo made for fresh water." Trapper continued.

"Which in turn caused her to mutate after a period of time." Viserion noted, connecting the dots.

"We won't go into further detail so you'll need to ask her for more information yourself." Ilene replied. "Shira, meanwhile, is a very nurturing, loyal and motherly kind of woman who wants nothing more than to have a family to call her own and to find love again." She continued.

"She's basically a widow who never got to have children, and now wants a husband and children again." Trapper added as the plane landed.

"Then I think the best way to conduct myself around her, is to treat her like a queen." Viserion nodded as the bay doors opened.

(Later)

After getting things settled, Moloch and Viserion went their separate ways.

"Guess I'll see you around later?" The former American Monarch employee said, shaking his friend's clawed hand.

"Da. This won't be the last we see of each other, I'll be sure of it." The ex Russian heavyweight boxing champ nodded in reply.

With those goodbyes said, the two parted ways, Moloch heading into the jungles, and Viserion hiking into the mountains, jungle brush and snow covering their retreats.

(Timeskip)

A few hours later, Moloch trekked through the jungle, he smiled as he enjoyed the sound of nature around him. He could hear monkeys calling, birds singing, insects buzzing the calls of various Hollow earth/Skull Island adjacent wildlife and so much more. It was serene and amazing.

After a while, he came across a lake with a waterfall and he was glad he did since he felt thirsty. Reaching in and scooping some water out, he was able to quench his thirst. Right as he was about to continue his trek, though, he spotted a silhouetted figure in the waterfall.

It was feminine, that much he could tell. Before he could think on it further, she leapt into the lake and started to swim. Moloch watched with interest as she swam through the water with natural grace, and then she breached and did a series of flips in the air before splashing back down.

"Wait, is that…?" The mutated man uttered as he ran after the female figure as she swam down the river.

Soon enough, he was able to catch a glimpse of the figure leap out of the water just before a waterfall with her back turned to him, and sure enough, it was Jira. She looked exactly as she did in the picture Moloch was shown, and she was gorgeous.

She was bathing in the waterfall, giving Moloch a good view of her gorgeous ass, dorsal fins and her tail as she was washing her hair.

Before he could approach her, though…

SCREEEEECH!

A small Skull Crawler pounced on her and slammed her against the rocks!

"GET THE HELL OFF OF ME, YOU SACK OF SHIT!" She roared angrily, showing that she was indeed a spitfire as she punched it in the face, forcing it to stagger back. "Damned Skull Crawler, always ruining my baths!" She yelled indignantly.

She tried to charge up her atomic breath, but as she opened her mouth to fire—the beast shot its tongue into her mouth and down her throat, causing her to almost swallow it.

Apparently this was her weakness because as soon as the tongue passed her gag reflex, her eyes started to roll into the back of her head and she started moaning.

With Moloch, he looked around for a moment before spotting a fallen tree trunk which gave him an idea. Picking up the trunk with surprising ease, he threw it like one would a spear at the hypervore, the impact making it yelp as it withdrew its tongue from Jira while it was sent over the waterfall, roaring angrily all the while before it splashed into the water down below.

Back with Jira, she coughed and gagged in disgust to get the taste of Skull Crawler tongue out of her mouth. Then a shadow fell over her, causing her to turn and see Moloch holding a hand out to her.

"You looked like you needed a hand." He commented as the mutant woman covered her breasts with one arm and her nether regions with her tail in slight embarrassment, but otherwise accepted the offered hand.

"Yeah. Those fuckers always have bad timing." She nodded before she took a moment to look him over. 'He has the same mutations I do. I didn't think I'd find someone else like me.' She thought.

"Name's Moloch, by the way. I just got to the island a few hours ago." Moloch told her with a friendly smile. "Monarch told me about you and thought that you could use a companion, so… here I am." He added.

"Oh really?" Jira hummed. "Well, you certainly don't look too bad, but I'm not about to hook up with you right off the bangle." She told him.

"I didn't really think you'd be one to have sex with a guy on the first date." The Gojira mutate admitted with a shrug. "But since we're already here… Wanna just try dating?" He offered.

"... That sounds kinda nice, actually—I'm not gonna lie." The woman smiled after a moment. "I… never really had much luck dating." She admitted. "Most of the time it was just Monarch supervisors or guards and typically ended in me just sucking them off at the end of a date in a one time stand." She explained as the two started walking back to the waterfall. "None wanted to date me long term, they just wanted a kiss and a blowjob. So I've never had a boyfriend." She frowned.

Moloch seemed both shocked, offended and disgusted at what his colleagues had been doing, essentially taking advantage of the vulnerable mutant before him—it was probably why she seemed so reluctant.

"I'm sorry that you had to go through that." The man sighed as he stepped into the water and waded towards the waterfall. "But maybe… I can help you discover what it feels like to have someone who truly cares, understands and loves you?" He offered, extending a hand for her to join him in the water to bathe together.

"What makes you so sure that you can?" Jira questioned, but accepted his offer.

"Because I was in a similar position growing up." Moloch sighed as she stood next to him, which allowed him to hold her hand. "When I was going through school, I didn't have eyes for any girl due to a lot of reasons. Most of those girls either weren't decent as people, or didn't click with me, so I had no girlfriend throughout my middle and high school years. The ones in college… The less said about that, the better." He continued. "It doesn't help that my dad was a drunkard, so I had to pick up on the birds and the bees on my own." He grunted, still miffed at his old man.

Jira couldn't help but frown in distaste at his upbringing. It was bad enough his dad was a drunkard– Wait a minute…

"What about your mom?" She inquired.

"She died giving birth to me." The mutant man sighed, causing Jira to wince.

'Nice move, girl. Way to trigger a landmine.' She thought to herself. 'Then again, I wouldn't have known otherwise.' She reasoned.

"Um… What happened with your dad, anyway? Did you try to get adopted by someone else, or…?" The woman trailed off awkwardly.

"He died in a drunk driving accident when I was eighteen, so no. By that point I was already in college and working on getting into Monarch." Moloch shrugged as he took his fellow mutate into his arms as the waterfall cascaded down on them. "So you don't have to concern yourself with that, Jira." He smiled, brushing her hair aside.

"Oh good." Jira sighed as she leaned into him… Before another thought entered her head. "Wait… How old are you?" She asked with a blink as she looked at his face again.

"Twenty-three. Why?" The green streaked mutant replied.

"Oh jeez, I can already tell that you must be one of those uber smart prodigies if you got into college right at eighteen." Jira remarked with a sigh.

"I wouldn't say I'm a prodigy… More like a recovering workaholic." He admitted. "… Actually, while we're on the subject." He hummed as he started washing his new lover's scales with a tenderness that he would use with an infant. "How old are you?" He questioned.

"Twenty." Jira sighed in reply, the way he washed her scales feeling great to her. "I don't think the age gap will be a problem." She added.

"No, I suppose not." The male mutate nodded. "… But what about you? Did something happen to your family?" He questioned.

"My parents were originally from Japan but moved to America as they worked abroad. I was born in America, meaning I had dual citizenship." Jira began. "We were living in San Francisco on G-Day. My parents were killed in the fight between Godzilla and the MUTOs, crushed by rubble." She sighed sadly in reply as Moloch started washing the areas between her dorsal plates.

"I see. So you really didn't have any place to call home because of that, huh?" Moloch noted as he started washing her hair and tail, while she used her voluptuous body to wash his own.

"No, and ingesting Godzilla's blood wasn't the smartest idea I ever had, on top of staying in an irradiated city." The woman remarked as she scrubbed his chest with her own soft breasts. "But then again, when you're a kid with no other way to survive, you'll pick up on things quickly." She mused.

"Ain't that the truth." Moloch remarked as he finished with her hair and tail and decided to let Jira do his dorsal plates and tail in return.

"Your tail is so much bigger than mine." The girl purred as she looked at it whilst scrubbing it… before her eyes turned aroused and she licked its tip, allowing it to go into her mouth and swirl her tongue around it rather raunchily before she started to instinctively bob her head on it.

The woman moaned as she did this, before a pleasure filled groan from moloch snapped her out of her daze and made her reluctantly start pulling away as she realized what she was doing. Sure enough, when she looked up at Moloch, he was giving her a "Really?" look.

"What was that about?" He asked.

"Sorry, force of habit." The woman mutate apologized, rinsing his tail off. "… It felt really good, though. Did… you like it?" She asked nervously.

"... A bit." The man admitted in reply after a beat passed, blushing a bit as he said that.

Jira was a bit relieved that he wasn't angry at her, but was still embarrassed that her habit got the better of her.

"But… How about we wait before we actually get into anything kinkier?" He suggested, hugging her close and giving her a soft kiss on the cheek. "I don't want our relationship to be as shallow and exploitative as your past relationships were." He explained.

"I think I'd like that." Jira replied, blushing a bit from the kiss to the cheek she just got.

The two smiled at each other as Jira started standing up on her tip toes and Moloch leaned down to meet her, allowing the two to kiss fully, their tongues dancing and embracing each other inside their mouths.

"... Hey, did anyone else come with you to this island?" She asked after a moment as they pulled apart.

"Just one." Moloch replied. "That one was former Russian heavyweight champ, Drago Ikelos. He goes by Viserion now, and he's gonna be with Shira." He continued.

"Seriously? Wow." The woman uttered in surprise as they left the waterfall and sat on the bank—neither of them bothering to cover up—the female mutate sitting in her new lover's lap. "I hope he can handle the cold of the mountain." She mused.

"Given that he grew up in a cold place and is now a Shimo Mutate, I'm sure he's gonna be right at home." The male mutate chuckled.

"Wait, now that you mention it, how did you become a mutate?" His lover asked. "In fact, what was your original name? Because now I'm curious. Since you probably already knew mine." She added.

"Oh, to expedite things, me and Drago were directly injected with the genetic material of Godzilla and Shimo respectively and then hit with samples of their radiation. The process was quick, but it was extraordinarily painful—we fell unconscious for the majority of it." Moloch explained in reply. "My original name was Tobias Argon." He added.

"Jeez, Monarch was gambling and won out, then." Jira whistled. "... Can you use your atomic breath yet?" She asked, resting her head on his shoulder.

"I've barely been like this for a day. What do you think?" Moloch asked rhetorically with a chuckle, getting a giggle in return.

"Alright Mr. "I'm named after a mutant Mosasaur." She snarked good naturedly. "Yeah, that's right, I saw that show… It's honestly a damn shame what Megaera went through." She sighed sadly, feeling pity for the shark.

"I hear that." Moloch sighed in agreement as the two of them continued to snuggle together.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile with Viserion, he was busy climbing up the island's mountain, his new claws proving to be up to the task as he scaled it. He figured Shima would probably be at the summit, so he decided to get to work and make his way up. So far, he'd made it about a quarter of the way to the top.

The mountain was big for an island.

After fifteen more minutes of climbing, he found a ledge where he could catch his breath. As he rested, he took a moment to admire the view he was greeted with.

It was truly magnificent. He could see the vast jungle surrounding the mountain and the Monarch base where he had left hours ago. He could even see the ocean beyond.

This island was gigantic.

Though that seemed to make sense since it was about to support such a large mountain on it. So the ex-Boxer wasn't really all that surprised.

After a couple of minutes, he decided to resume his climb to the top.

After around half an hour, however, he came across a cave formation that offered shelter from the cold weather. In Viserion's eyes, he could use this to potentially cut his journey time down a decent amount if it leads upward.

Slapping his tail on the ground, the mutate gave himself a point of leverage—before launching himself onto a cliff face—and slammed his body onto a bird-like creature called a Terror Dodo, a large Dodo bird/Terror Bird hybrid.

"Okay, time to eat!" He growled as the bird tried to shake him off, only for its neck to be easily snapped. "Hmph. The fodder of the island, it would seem." He scoffed.

"Quite right on that." A female voice confirmed, causing Viserion to turn and see Shira approaching him. "These usually feed two people at once, so I think you can afford to share." She added with a smile as she sashayed towards him.

"I'm going to assume that you're Shira?" The male mutate questioned, sitting down on a rock as he cleared away some snow to bare dirt, allowing him to gather some kindling that he'd fashioned from the wood crickets he encountered earlier in the day, before striking his tail against the rock, igniting the wood with the sparks—setting it ablaze.

"You would be correct in that regard." The white scaled mutant woman nodded as she sat next to him. "Did you just arrive on the island today?" She questioned.

"Yes." The Russian mutate nodded. "I used to be Drago Ikelos, former Russian Heavyweight champion and Monarch scientist with a particular interest in Titanus Shimo." He explained. "But now, I go by Viserion." He added.

"After the dragon from Game of Thrones?" Shira hummed with a smirk. "Well, you certainly carry yourself as someone strong. Your boxing days have clearly done you good." She commented.

"I aim to please." The Russian smirked in reply as he prepared a spit and quickly prepared the bird before beginning to roast it.

"Why are you here, besides your current mutate status possibly playing a role?" The widowed mutate questioned.

"Funnily enough, Monarch decided to play matchmaker." The man replied. "I voluntarily allowed them to inject a sample of Shimo's genetic material and hit me with some of her radiation, which turned me into what you see before you." He explained. "They didn't want to condemn you to a life of loneliness, and I wanted a fresh start after working for Monarch since G-Day, so this was what I needed." He continued.

Shira's face seemed to convey absolute and total surprise at this new information that was given to her. Monarch had decided to give her what was essentially a tailor made potential husband that they created for her, and it seemed that this same individual was fully on board with the idea from the start.

"Most wouldn't voluntarily choose this life. It seems so… So…" She trailed off, trying to find the right words.

"Undesirable? Irregular?" Viserion offered.

"All of the above." Shira replied.

"I was born into isolation, Shira. During a time of political strife, want of the most fundamental needs, writhe with endless grueling labor and toil, and in a family and world of coldness, unfeeling, suffering, despair and violence." The man told her, recalling the time period he grew up in.

"What time period was this?" She questioned.

"The waning hours of the Cold War, and the fall of Soviet Russia." The mutate replied. "My years as a boxing champion gave me fame, glory, admiration and riches a-plenty. But they were hollow and unfulfilling, particularly after G-Day—where I learned how frivolous my life of bloodsport was in comparison to what Godzilla did." He continued.

"I imagine so. Godzilla is not one to simply scoff at when it comes to action." Shira nodded.

"Quite right." Viserion nodded in agreement. "It was my years with Monarch, especially in recent years that gave me true purpose, a purpose I fulfilled with pride." He added proudly. "And now, I think it is time that I finally lay down my tools, and settle with someone else, to spend the rest of my days with." He finished, turning the spit over the fire again.

"And… You have chosen to do so, with me?" The widowed woman questioned, her tail nervously swishing. "Even though it cost you your humanity?" She prodded further, clearly self conscious.

"I'd choose this life a thousand times over if I can help it." The Russian mutate nodded firmly. "Encounters with Apex and terrorists like Jonah have taught me that humanity is just as much monsters as the Titans can be." He continued. "And it has helped me realize a truth: that Humanity is something that does not rely on appearance to quantify it. But heart—and you do not deserve a life filled with loneliness and heartbreak, anymore than you've already experienced it." He added.

Shira's heart was truly touched by the sincerity of the man before her. He had so much in his life; money, adoration, stability, a good life… And he gave it all up for a new start with her– Even his own humanity. Her eyes welled up with tears of happiness as she leapt from the rock she was on and into Viserion's arms tackling him in a hug.

The Shimo class mutate wept in her gifted mate's arms as he reciprocated her embrace and held her close, attempting to sooth her to help her feel better.

Shira pulled back, getting a smile from Viserion as he cupped her cheek and kissed her, both of them moaning in bliss as they embraced one another, their tails intertwining to the familiar shape of a DNA helix—a courtship ritual among Shimo's species—meaning that they were now a mated pair.

Life had not been kind to her, or Jira for many years. So now—It would seem that it was high time they got what they were owed: Love, and with it, life and the freedom to pursue happiness, just as it should be.

ThermalsniperN7: So, after I showed Dragon Emperor0 a video involving an anthropomorphic Godzilla girl with a cute and sexy design, we talked a bit and the end result was this Titan themed Slice-of-Life story. I figure it would be a different pace from most Godzilla stories out there. Doesn't mean there won't be moments of fights, though. It wouldn't be a Godzilla story without them, would it?

Dragon Emperor0: Technically this would be a Monsterverse story specifically, but yes you're correct. As you guys can see, we've decided to make what we believe a Monsterverse version of Monster Island would look like and over the course of this story, we're going to be introducing mated pairs of human-Titan hybrids called Mutates to this island in set intervals to essentially create a thriving community of couples whose only goals in life at this point is to spend time with their spouses, enjoy their time and also engage in copious amounts of carnal fun and activities—and having lots of kids as a result. Which, on the whole, sounds like an ideal lifestyle, I'm not gonna lie.

ThermalsniperN7: All while being free from the persecution of society, cuz we've seen enough scenarios where that happens. Lookin' at you, X-Men! … But yeah, the Mutates will be free to live their lives as they please, and stay fit doing it. An island like this is the type that forces you to fight for your life and reap the rewards as you go along.

Dragon Emperor0: This story will also be done in a daily log format over the course of an in-universe month, at least for the first part of the story anyway. And once the in-story month is up, expect the various couples to immediately go from the dating phase, straight into the honeymoon phase, because that's when all the Mutate ladies will be going into heat. They're gonna want babies, and lots of them.

ThermalsniperN7: The guys on the island aren't gonna be able to feel their pelvises after that comes and goes… R.I.P. them… But that makes me wonder, what are they gonna do for a living situation?

Dragon Emperor0: Well Viserion already has the cave he found, which will give him and Shira ample living space and plenty of privacy to live as husband and wife. And Moloch could more than likely just see if he can shack up with Jira wherever she's living at the current moment in all likelihood.

ThermalsniperN7: True. Also, yes, we're throwing Maneater into this mixture. The fact one of the characters was named Moloch should make that fairly obvious. The Maneater herself will also be brought to the island, though our exact plans for her beyond that are unknown at this time. We'll also be throwing in creatures from places like Skull Island, just to give an example. We've already shown a Skull Crawler and a Terror Dodo, so we'll have quite a bit of variety in terms of monster life.

Dragon Emperor0: Again, Monsterverse equivalent of Monster Island. Also the current line up of potential Mutate variants that have the potential to be introduced are as follows: Kong, Rodan, Mothra, Ghidorah, Methuselah, Behemoth, Camazots, Tiamat, Scylla, and Na Kika. More may be added as well, but these are all for the Titans we know are around at current. So expect there to be at least ten more couples added to the roster… Which means that if you guys have any OC ideas for the Male and Female Mutates for these Titan types, feel free to leave a brief profile in the Review section following this format:

ThermalsniperN7: There you have it. If we don't get anything for the specified species, then we'll have to get creative and handle it ourselves, which can be mentally taxing in a lot of cases.

Dragon Emperor0: Exactly, so any character profiles you can give us would really help us out and go a long way to helping us do this story more often and in a more timely fashion. So please, if you're up to it, submit a profile or two. All submissions would be greatly appreciated and full credit will of course be given to the author who submitted them.

ThermalsniperN7: Yeah. We're literally giving you guys a chance to be helpful here, so don't let it go to waste. Anyway, see you guys next time.
