The next day, Archie and Veronica were in their kitchen, preparing breakfast. The scent of sizzling bacon and fresh coffee filled the air, offering a sense of normalcy after the tumultuous events of the previous day. They were determined to start their day on a positive note.

Elsewhere, Alice Cooper was fuming. She could not believe the audacity of Hiram and Hermione Lodge. Their actions had gone too far, and it was time for someone to confront them. Alice got into her car and drove off to the Lodge mansion, her anger fueling her determination.

When she arrived at the Lodge mansion, she stormed up to the front door and rang the bell aggressively. Within moments, the door swung open, revealing a surprised Hermione Lodge.

"Alice, what are you doing here?" Hermione asked, her voice dripping with false pleasantry.

Alice pushed past her and entered the house. "I'm here to talk about what you and Hiram did to Veronica and Archie's wedding planning. You had no right to interfere like that."

Hiram appeared from another room, his expression stern. "Alice, this is a family matter. You should go back to where you came from."

Alice's eyes blazed with anger. "No, Hiram. This isn't just a family matter. You two have crossed a line. Veronica and Archie's wedding planning is none of your business, and you need to leave them alone."

Hermione folded her arms defensively. "We were only trying to do what's best for Veronica."

"Best for Veronica?" Alice scoffed. "You mean best for yourselves. You're trying to control everything and ruin what should be the happiest time of their lives."

Hiram stepped forward, his voice firm. "Alice, you're out of line. This is our daughter we're talking about."

"And this is my daughter's best friend we're talking about," Alice shot back. "Veronica and Archie deserve to have the wedding they want, without you meddling in their plans."

Hermione's eyes narrowed. "You need to mind your own business, Alice."

Alice took a step closer, her voice dropping to a dangerous whisper. "I am minding my business because my business is making sure my daughter's best friend is happy. You two need to back off."

Hermione's face twisted with anger. "Why don't you put your titties away and stop acting like you're some sort of moral authority?"

Alice blinked in confusion, momentarily thrown by Hermione's crude comment. "What did you just say?"

Hiram smirked. "You heard her. Go back to where you came from and stay out of our business."

Alice's fury reignited. "No, Hiram. You need to mind your own fucking business. Leave Veronica and Archie alone."

Hermione sneered. "Why don't you fuck off, Alice?"

Alice shook her head in disbelief. "You're unbelievable. And calling me a knocked-off Margot Robbie? Really, Hermione? I didn't realize you had such juvenile insults."

Hermione's eyes flared with anger, but Alice didn't give her a chance to respond.

"Listen carefully, both of you," Alice said, her voice deadly calm. "Stay away from Veronica and Archie. Let them have their wedding the way they want it. If you can't support them, then step aside."

With that, Alice turned on her heel and walked out of the mansion, leaving Hiram and Hermione fuming in her wake.

Back at Archie and Veronica's apartment, the two of them were enjoying their breakfast, unaware of the confrontation happening at the Lodge mansion. They were focused on their plans and their love for each other, ready to face whatever challenges came their way together.

As Alice drove back home, she felt a sense of satisfaction. She had stood up for Veronica and Archie, and she hoped that her words had made an impact. No matter what, she would continue to support them and fight for their happiness.

When Alice got back home, she quickly texted Betty to let her know what had happened. She knew that Betty would be proud of her, and she hoped that this would be the first step in getting Hiram and Hermione to back off.

Meanwhile, Archie and Veronica continued to plan their wedding, more determined than ever to make it the celebration of their dreams. They knew they had the support of their friends and family, and they were ready to face whatever came their way, as long as they were together.
