8. Chapter 8

Over the next few days Valerie tried to cheer Mike up but it didn't work out. So she and Haley decided to give him space for a while. "Hey, Val you want to go to Mikes dorm." Said Haley. "Sure I guess." Said Valerie. They walked toward the boys dorm but Valerie got jumped by Haley's squeal. "Val, I want you to meet Squishy." Said Haley as she pulled her to a short pinkish monster. "Squishy I want you to meet my friend Valerie." Said Haley. "Hello aren't the girl who turned down Worthington." He said. "Yeah. Sorry you had to see that I just can't jerks like him." Said Valerie.

"Anyways where are headed?" She said. "To my house and guess what OK is participating in scare games." Said Squishy in excitement. "Really but wait are there suppose to be six people to play." Said Haley. "Yeah, Mike and Sullivan are in with us. Anyways I better go." Said Squishy as he was about leave. "Squishy wait can you take us to your place. I never actually been there." Said Haley. "Sure. Follow me." Said Squishy. The girls followed him all the down the middle of the block to show a normal house with OK sign on top. Squishy opened the door and held it for Valerie and Haley. "Thanks Squishy." said Valerie. "Mom im home and i brought friends with me." said Squishy.

"I'm in the kitchen." Said a woman's voice. "Why don't make yourselves at home while I be right back." Said Squishy as he went to the kitchen. Valerie sat chair as Haley sat on the sofa. "Hey, Terry can we practice our dance moves?" Said a voice heading to the living room. "What is the point of a-" the two headed monster came in seeing the girls smiling and waving. "Hi what are ladies doing here if I may ask?" Said the head with two horns. "We just wanted to see the OK sorority house." Said Haley. "We'll then I'm Terry with a 'y' " said Terry. "And I'm Terri with an 'I' " said Terri. "Haley knight and this Valerie Thompson." Said Haley as Terri and Terri gasped.

"As in the 'Thompson' the scarer." Said Terry in joy. "Yeah that's my Dad." Said Valerie using her fingers to move her red hair back."That's cool." Said Terri. "Oh hi there I didn't know anyone else was here." Said a voice coming from the kitchen. Valerie looked to a similar monster like Squishy but with blonde hair and dress. "You must be Squishy's mom. Nice to meet you I'm Valerie and this is Haley." Said Valerie getting up and shook her tentacle. "Nice to meet you and please call me Sherrie." Said Squishy's mom. A knock to the door,"I'll get it." Said brown-cream monster heading to the door. He opened to the door to see Mike and Sulley.

"Come on in. Im Don and I'll lead you boys to your room."said Don. "Valerie,Haley what are you two doing here?" Said mike. "I wanted to see Scott's place and Valerie came with me." Said Haley. Buzz. Buzz. Valerie picked up her phone and checked the caller ID. "I gotta take this." She said walking outside and stood next to the mailbox. "Hey Dad." Said Valerie. "Hey Valerie. Can you meet me at the front of the University." Said Earl over the phone. "Sure I just let Haley know first."said Valerie. "Ok bye Valerie. "Bye dad." Said Valerie then hung up. She walked inside and saw a purple monster.

"Haley I have meet up with my dad." Said Valerie. "Do you have to go." Said Haley making cat ears go down pouting. "Yes and I'll make you my famous cookies to make it up to you." Said Valerie. "Yay! I love you." Said Haley raising arms up. "Wait since when did you bake." Said Mike. "I can only bake cookies but I was looking for Randall to see if he can teach how to bake." Said Valerie. "Well he joined the Roar Omega Roar." Said Sulley. "Fudge. Anyways I better go. Bye guys." Said Valerie. She walked down the steps and walked to the campus.
