Valerie and Haley got dressed for the first scare games at the underground tunnels. "So you excited Val?" Said Haley as they headed out. "About Mike and Ozzma Kapa." Said Valerie. "No about being a big sis."said Haley nudging her. "Yeah but come on."said Valerie. They walk down the halls and cross campus heading to the bridge. "Hey Ladies what's up?"said a voice. They turned to see Randall walking toward them. "Aren't you hanging out with ROR?" Said Haley. "I'm on their team and besides I still like being with you guys." said Randall.
"We barely see you and I wanted to know if you can teach me how to bake."said Valerie. "Yeah when I have the time I'll help ya and nice screaming at the finals." said Randall. "Thanks."said Valerie blushing a bit. She felt something poking her looking to see Haley making a heart shape in the air. Valerie rolled her eyes and saw the Roar Omega Roar heading their way. "Randal you sly monster and Valerie I'll be seeing you at the finish line."said Johnny as he gave her a bouquet of flowers with a card. "Can't wait." Valerie said unenthusiastic.
"Come on Randal we have a game to win. See ya around beautiful." Said Johnny. "See ya." Said Randal as he caught up with his team. As they were gone Valerie looked at the card only to see his phone number and invitation to the best coffee on campus. Haley looked over her shoulder and a throw up gesture. "My words exactly." Said Valerie and gave the flowers with the card still in it to a girl monster with a bottom half a spider body with a snake with tentacles. "Thank you Thompson." Said the girl. "No problem Chelsea. Have a nice date with Worthington."said Valerie. Chelsea looked at the card squealed while moving her right legs in excitement. "I will. Love you."said Chelsea. "We love you too."said Haley then dragged Valerie to the sewer tunnel.
Valerie and Haley saw the Ozzma Kapa talking to each other except for Mike and Sully. "Hey guys." Said Haley. The team looked to see the girls heading their way and smiled. "Hello girls. How's your talk with your dad?" Said Don. "Good he told me that I'm going be a big sister." Said Valerie. "Well hat is good to hear. Anyways I better catch up to listen to the announcement." Said Don then jogged to his team. "Lets stand next to Sherrie." Said Haley. "Ok." Said Valerie walking with her up the steps. The two barely heard anything because of the cheers and screams as Valerie saw a the stinging glow urchin. "This is going to suck." She said as Haley talked to Sherrie.
The game started as mike and Sully raced each other leaving the rest behind. Valerie and Haley ran to the other side as they heard a couple of screams. Haley saw two monsters shot Squishy twice and Valerie cringed when one got in his mouth. Reaching the finish line to see ROR win first place. "Last place." Said Haley. "Possibly." Said Valerie as Mike and Sully shows up. Valerie rolled her eyes walking over to them crossing her arms with a slight glare. "Your suppose to have all of your team mates." Said Worthington. "What happened to Kapas stick together?" Said Valerie as mike looked up at her. As the other past them as Hardscrabble landed behind him hearing that Ozzma Kappa was in last place and mike bumped into her when took a step back.
"Don't act so surprised. It would take a miracle to " "Excuse me we have an announcement the JOX is disqualified. They used a non stinging gel to protect themselves which is a total elimination. It's miracle Ozzma Kappa is back in the game." Said the male announcer. "Your luck will run out sooner or later." Said Hardscrabble walking away. "Good luck Mikey."said Valerie walking to her dorm. "Hey Valerie."said a voice. She turned to see Randall. "Hey congrats on first place." Said Valerie. "Thanks but you dont have to since you hate Johnny."said Randall. "He just enjoys getting on scales." Said Valerie. "Anyways I wanted to know if we can hang out before the next game." Said Randall. "Sure it's been a while. Here's my number." Said Valerie writing it down on a post it note. "Great well I better go." Said Randall taking the small paper and put in his pocket. "Bye Randy." Said Valerie as he waved while slithering away.
