its been weeks as the OK were tied in the Scare games with ROR from what the gang telling Valerie and Haley since they have been busy with their classes. Speaking of the girls were getting ready to leave for their afternoon class until someone knocked on the door. Haley answered it to show no one at all looking back at Valerie who used her wolf senses to catch a scent but screamed and jumped after feeling a poke in her arm. "Got ya didn't I." said Randal who appeared in the middle of the room. "You really did. Ow what do you want we got class to get to." said Haley. "Don't mind her." said Valerie. "I actually wanted to talk with Val here alone." said Randal. "Later." said Haley walking out shutting the door. "Listen I know that we barely seen each other with the scare games and things going on. And I was hoping tonight that we can do something together." said Randy. "Like on a date?" said Valerie. "Wait this isn't some kind of sick prank from Johnny and his friends?" she asked. "No. No. They don't know im here. I honestly been wanting to ask you since the day we met but I was too nervous." said Randy. "A date sounds nice. How about we go that new sushi place?" said Valerie. "Henry Houson. Sure. Meet you there at seven." said Randy. "Perfect. See you then Boggs." said Valerie. "You have my number right?" she asked. "I don't think so. You can write it on my arm while I do yours since you don't have mine. Valerie pulled out her pen wrote it down in his scales not seeing him smiling before putting her pen away in her bag. She watched him disappear opening the door for him while walking out herself to lock the door. "Valerie!" said Mike rushing to her. "Easy with the shouting I have sensitive hearing remember." said Valerie. "Sorry but would mind helping us with our scare training for the next game?" said Mike. "I would but I promised Haley id help her with her laptop then I got plans tonight." said Valerie. "What kind of plans?" said Mike as they walked. "Nothing that interests you. Why don't you ask Haley?" said Valerie. "Not happening." said Mike. "She finds ways to annoy me enough to my breaking point. Come on. You can always change your plans." said Mike. "Nope. Have Sully help." said Valerie. "What is supposed to mean?" said Mike. "Nothing. Im just tired of you two fighting like kids or better yet a married couple." said Valerie. "Me and Sullivan friends. yeah right." Mike scoffed. "You guy scant be enemies forever over who can the top scarer." said Valerie. "You should just talk until theres something you find in common." she says going to her class that was the opposite from Mike's.
Time gone by from the classes to Scare games which Valerie didn't get to see since she was helping Haley on her laptop in their dorm. "Girl you seriously need to update this thing." said Valerie. "I had this since the eighth grade." said Haley. "Well this isn't easy. I clear what can clear then another problem pops up like Jack in the box." said Valerie as the laptop beep loudly. "Dude!" she says then began typing and clicking. "Need coffee?" said Haley. "Please before I start throwing this thing out the window. Its been four and half hours." said Valerie. Haley got up leaving their dorm not bothering o shut the door as Squishy came in with Terry and Terri. "Hey Val." said Squishy. "Boys." said Valerie focusing on the screen. "We just came in second for the Hide and Sneak. Don't scare the teenagers. We are going to the ROR party and " Terry as the loud beeping was heard. "Virus." said Terri. "Yeah. been on this for four and half hours and I don't how much longer." said Valerie then smelled something. "Uh oh." said Valerie realizing where the smell was coming from. "Im guessing that's a AHHH!" Squishy screamed as the laptop suddenly went from smoking to catching fire making the them all scream. Valerie backed away as Terry and Terri grabbed the fire extinguisher from the hall putting it out. Valerie opened the window to air the smoke then heard the sparks from the laptop and tossed out the window into the fountain not far from their building. "As much I want to join you guys. I have -" Valerie stopped to hear her phone going off on her night stand. "Hello." said Valerie. "Valerie get ready right now. Im taking your mom to the hospital. Shes going to have the baby." said Earl. "Alright. I just to let my date know that I have to cancel." said Valerie hanging up. "Is everything ok?" said Squishy. "My mom is in labor. I have to go." said Valerie then dialed a number. "Hey. whats up im kinda busy in the moment." said Randall. "Change of plans. My mom's having my little sister like right now." said Valerie. "Its fine. Go do what you have to do. Congratulations by the way. We'll catch up later." said Randall. "Thanks Randy." said Valerie hanging up. "Get going and we'll tell Haley about all this." said Terry as Valerie stepped on the sill. "And don't worry about your blanket. My mom can get the stain out." said Squishy. "Thanks guys." said Valerie jumping out for her bat wings came out. She fell down for moment then soared right up flying out of the campus to the hospital.
Valerie landed in front of the hospital doors going through the emergency room seeing the reception man typing away on the computer and cleared her throat to get his attention. "HI. I'm Marty. What can I do for you?" said the eight eyed yellow monster. "My mother is going into Labor. Last name is Thompson." said Valerie. "Let me here." said Marty looking at his computer. "Okay. Amy Thompson. Are you a relative?" said Marty. "Daughter." said Valerie. "Already then. Put your name on this sticker while I page one of our available nurses to take you to your parents." said Marty. Valerie did so while Marty radioed a nurse over and placed it on her Monster University sweater. "HI Im Morgan. Follow me." said te nurse leading the way. "So hows your day so far?" said Morgan as they walked. "Well I spent a log time fixing my friends laptop until it burst into flames and had to cancel my first date with a monster that was crushing on but this moment makes up for it." said Valerie reaching the room seeing the doctor. "You must be Valerie." said the squid like monster with a single horn on his head. "I am. Thanks Morgan have a good night." said Valerie. "Your mother is getting ready for delivery. I have left an extra scrub and robe if you want to join us on the delivery." said the doctor. "Im definitely joining." said Valerie walking in the room. She saw Earl tying his robe from behind while Amy was doing her breathing exercises she was told to do. "Valerie. Glad you made it." said Earl hugging her. "Wouldn't miss it." said Valerie putting on her scrub and her robe as the nurses came with the doctor after a few minutes. Minutes of pushing and screaming Amy was tired and worn out as the nurses cleaned and wrapped the baby on a light pink blanket handing it her arms. "You did amazing mom." said Valerie leaning over to see her sister. She saw her neon green scales and little hairs that has Earl's color with her three purple eyes opening a bit to see her family. "HI little Kristina. Im your mommy." said Amy smiling. "And Im your Daddy and that is your big sister." said Earl looking at how tiny she is. Valerie touched her hand letting Kristina grab it causing her chuckle moving her finger a bit as her tiny hand still held on.
