Chapter 37 The Gingerdead Man
I don't own Kamen Rider Den-O or Overwatch
After that attack from the ride Akira went down the streets to get some sweets.
"Man after that i'm going to get some snacks." He said.
"Oh can I get some too." Ryutaros said.
"Not now." Akira said trying to avoid getting possessed.
He finds a bakery and goes inside, he saw the door opened but it was dark.
"What's going on here?" He looks around.
He hears a crash and goes to the back to see a girl with brown hair wearing a apron on the ground.
"Hey are you okay?" He checks on her.
"Yeah." She said.
"What's your name?" He asked.
"Sarah, but you gotta be careful!" She said.
"Why?" Akira asked.
"Because of a killer cookie!" He heard a voice behind him and Akira saw a gingerbread man that was alive smiling.
"A talking cookie!" Akira and the taros said.
"How the heck is that thing alive?!" Momotaros said.
"It shouldn't be possible!" Urataros said.
"Who is he?!" Akira said.
"That's Millard Findlemeyer." Sarah said.
"Wait, the guy that was executed! How the heck is he a cookie?!" Akira said.
"Not a good time hero!" The cookie takes out a knife and jumps at Akira who dodges before putting his belt on.
"Wait?" Sarah got surprised.
Akira presses a button and takes out the pass. "Henshin!" He scans it.
SWORD FORM!
He transforms into Den-O Sword form. "Ore Sanjou!" He poses.
"So your that Overwatch guy, welll catch me if you can!" Gingerdead Man goes away.
"Get back here!" Den-O charges at him to chase the living cookie.
The cookie goes through a hole to avoid him and Den-O grunts. "I'll cut that cookie to pieces, what is that jerk even here?!" He looks at Sarah.
"A long time ago, he killed my brother and father but I survived with my mother, he was caught and swore revenge against me." Sarah said.
"We have to save her." Akira said.
"Yeah okay, i'll cut that cookie into pieces." Den-O said.
"How about you see if get a bullet hole." Den-O got shot in the back of the head making him grunt as he holds his head.
"Why you?!" He goes to the source of the shot but he was gone again.
Sarah sticks together with Den-O as they went around the place with the rider having his sword ready.
He hears a sound and slashes at his left making a gasp on the wall while a figure goes through the vent inside.
"There he is!" He goes to reach him but he went too far making Den-O slam his fist down. "Damn it!"
"He's too fast in the vent!" Sarah said.
"Well thank you captain obvious!" Den-O said.
"You know, you changed a lot when you transform." She said.
"Momotaros." Akira said.
"Hey I try my best." He said.
They went foward to chase that cookie down and they looked around before many shelves fell down at them making Sarah scream as Den-O grabs on to them as they stopped.
Sarah was behind him and she saw Gingerdead man staring at her. "Your boyfriend is too busy to see the big fall."
He throws a grenade making Den-O fall down to take the blast as they went back.
Den-O took most of the blast and he gets up as Sarah grunts holding her head.
"We have to pay for the damages later." Akira said to Momotaros.
"Yeah yeah." Den-O grunts. "Okay you damn cookie! I'm going to cut you to pieces and throw them to the birds!"
"I think the birds might like me!" Gingerdead Man was heard as Den-O looks around.
"We gotta take him down before he can escape again." Akira said. "Ryutaros."
"What?! Okay fine!" He presses the purple button before scanning.
GUN FORM!
He changed into the gun form. "Mind if I defeat you?" He points at foward. "I can't hear your answer!"
"You want a answer?! Here!" He shoots at Den-O from the smoke making him shoot back at him.
He then dances around as he saw the cookie walkiing around making him shoot at the guy as he tries to run.
"He's got some move! But come on, your wrecking the place!" Sarah said.
"We'll pay for damages later!" Den-O said.
The cookie runs around and peeks at him through some boxes. "Darn kid is moving like MC Hammer, gotta stop him!"
He then throws a rolling pin at him making Den-O shoot at it.
Gingerdead Man comes down at him and grabs his helmet on the face.
"Hey!" Den-O tries to take him off as the cookie tries to stab him.
Sarah grabs the cookie and tries to pull him off.
Den-O then scans the belt.
FULL CHARGE!
He charges up and Sarah throws the Ginderdead Man away.
"What the-"
Den-O shoots at the cookie making him explode.
They took a deep breath as Den-O changes back to Akira.
He takes her outside and looks back at the bakery. "Don't worry, i'll go make a call."
"At least we're both safe." She said.
"That's the spirit." He smiles.
Akira calls Overwatch about the bakery and they went there to fix any of the damages while Winston takes a sample of the cookie that he found.
"To think a soul could live inside a cookie." Winston looks at the jar he has with the piece.
"Do you think he's dead for good?" Akira asked.
"I'm not sure." Winston said. "I'll have to make a few tests."
Akira looks at Sarah. "Need a ride home?"
She nodded. "Sure."
He goes to his bike as she sits on the back and they went foward down the streets.
"You know, thanks despite what happened." She smiles.
"Your welcome." He smiles back at her. "It's a hero's job."
"My hero." She made them both laugh.
Winston looks at the bakery and wonders who was able to make that cookie have the soul of a crimimal.
At the inside of the burning building a small piece of a cookie moves on it's own.
"Just you wait for desert hero boy. I'll be back!"
Note: Here's another alternate Halloween ones since the Den-O could have been better so I made this one where it's the Gingerdead Man coming to fight Den-O as he saves Sarah, this continues right after the last chapter and I didn't like the previous one as much so just for this and Faiz they get one extra Halloween chapter to more or less replace the last one.
