Sorry for not updating for a few weeks. I was busy with my apprenticeship and had a bit of writer's block. I don't know if i can go back to weekly uploads but I will try to upload when I can.

Chapter 5,

It had been five months since Izuka had met Hizashi Shigaraki. And Izuka's life had changed in ways she couldn't have dreamed of.

At first they met at the park trading stories about some of their quirks. Admittedly he was the one telling most of the stories but that was because she only had a few quirks when he had hundreds.

Her favourite quirk he had was one called forced quirk activation, it turned the users fingers black with red lines and forced people to activate their quirks when in physical contact. They also discovered that they shared an interest in quirk theory and they spent a lot of time debating theories. After two months of meeting in the park Hizashi changed the meeting place to a café. And when she arrived he introduced his son Tomura to her.

At first they were unsure how to interact with each other, but with Hizashi acting as an ice breaker the two started opening up to each other. This was where Izuka learned that Hizashi was not Tomura's biological dad and that his real dad had been abusive to him and his sister. Izuka surprised herself by talking about Inko and Izuku and what she did to her after Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless.

And after that first meeting the two of them became friends. And Tomura started inviting her to play video games with him. Although she was hesitant to take him up on the offer. Tomura soon convinced her after bringing up constantly. That was how Izuka ended up visiting the Shigaraki household.

Where she met Kuroguri, the misty man was incredibly polite whenever she talked to him. Which was often as she was constantly asking questions about his quirk Warpgate.

Hizashi gave her a waterproof phone so she could contact Hizashi, Tomura or Kuroguri if she ever needed any help.

And videogames were surprisingly fun. Tomura had let her play a few single player games which were fun, but she enjoyed playing with Tomura the most. When he was playing games he wore a pair of special gloves that covered one of his fingers that he explained stopped him from destroying things with his disintegration quirk. She started spending more time with Tomura and found herself soon staying for dinner with Hizashi and Tomura. It was after the first time she stayed over that Hizashi approached her.

Izuka was reclining on a sofa reading a book on quirk theory when Hizashi entered the room, "If you're wondering where Tomura is, he's sleeping. He pulled an all nighter playing that new video game Blockcraft."

Hizashi let out a small chuckle. "I'm not surprised it's something he would do. But that's not what I wanted to talk to you about." Izuka didn't put the book down as Hizashi took a seat next to her, using multitask to give the book and him her attention, and to her surprise he seemed slightly nervous.

"You've probably realised that I tend to keep my work and home life separate." At her nod he continued, "It is essential that I do so for Tomura's safety, if anyone were to lean of his existence they would not hesitate to take him to get to me."

Izuka was silent for a moment taking in the information, she placed the book down and looked him in the eye, "You're a villain aren't you?"

Hizashi smirked in amusement, "I am a villain, yes, but I am not just any villain. My operations have been running for over a hundred years. Underground heroes and other villain groups think of me as a 'boogie man'." Izuka was surprised at the pride Hizashi had in his voice as he described his reputation and various villain operations.

It didn't surprise her. She had realised that Hizashi was most likely a villain long ago, but like he said he did a good job of keeping his work and home life separate the only thing she noticed was that Hizashi and Tomura seemed to not have a positive view on heroes and she didn't really care as her views were similar.

"Why are you telling me this? Why now?" Hizashi leaned back on the sofa letting out a sigh that told her how stressed he was.

"Do you remember when we first met and I told you about All-Might's quirk? Izuka nodded, "For the past few years he has been hunting me, disrupting my operations and arresting my associates."

He took a deep breath before continuing, "I would kill him if he was any other hero. But I want to get One For All, the last bit of my brother left in this world. He's getting closer and I will soon be forced to fight him. My operations can't take much more losses and every day he gets closer to finding me."

Hizashi then locked his gaze on Izuka, "What do you want to do in the future?"

That question caught Izuka off guard. She did love learning about quirks and wanted to learn as much as possible. But did she want to do that in the future? She didn't see any reason not to.

So she spoke up and answered his question, "Maybe something to do with quirks… I'm not sure about what exactly I want to do but definitely something to do with quirks."

Hizashi nodded at her answer and looked at her looking for something, "How did you feel when you took the quirks from the morgue?"

Izuka blinked in confusion at the change in topic but spoke truthfully, "I didn't really feel much of anything. I was there to take a quirk so I did. I know that most people are bothered about the dead but I didn't really care."

Hizashi grinned at her, "Then I would like to introduce you to a good friend of mine."

Dr Garaki was an interesting man; he had an amazing quirk that doubled his lifespan. That was interesting but what really got her attention was the man's job.

"You experiment with quirks?" Izuka's question seemed to get the man excited; he started showing her and Hizashi his latest works.

Izuka actually had no idea where they were as Kuroguri had warped herself and Hizashi to The Doctors lab, but as she walked into another room with no windows she guessed it was underground, "Here we have my latest creation I call it a Nomu."

Izuka stared at the thing in front of her, its skin was jet black, with countless scars littering its body and looked like its muscles were about to burst out of its skin. But what really got her attention was its exposed brain.

"It's been genetically modified to be able to have multiple quirks. Though it is only a prototype and is only possible due to Hizashi's quirk." At that Izuka looked to Hizashi who was standing next to the doctor watching her intently.

Izuka knew that the thing before her should make her terrified of the other occupants of the room, but she couldn't care less about that. Her brain was to busy thinking of all the possibilities that this Nomu represented. So as she looked back to Hizashi and the doctor she only had one thing to say, "Can I make one?"

All might was getting restless, over the past four years there had not been any signs of quirks being stolen, after the water hero incident it was as if the green haired girl had simply disappeared. And as for All For One the only thing that could be linked to him was the death of the pro hero Multum whose death was a bit suspicious.

He was on his way to meet with the Anti AFO task force. It was made with the intention of defeating All for one, its members consist of all the individuals who knew of the man's existence and he was told that his sidekick Sir Night Eye had come up with a plan to locate the symbol of evil.

All-Might shook all stray thoughts from his mind as he entered the meeting room. He was the last to arrive. He didn't want to keep the others waiting any longer and swiftly took a seat and the meeting began.

Detective Tsukauchi stood up and started to explain, "Well now that All-Might has arrived we can begin. As you all know 4 years ago there were several reports of a green haired girl stealing the quirks of civilians, and after the death of the Aqua Dude we managed to get a picture of the girl due to one of the alleys CCTV." Tsukauchi used the room's projector to show the occupants of the room a slightly blurry image of a green haired girl running through an alley, "We did not see anything from her until a security camera caught her entering a hospital a month ago.

The occupants of the room watched the video that appeared on the screen. It showed an empty hallway and a green haired girl walking down it before turning to water to pass through a door leaving her clothing behind. When the video ended Tsukauchi spoke up again, "This is definitely the same girl who stole the water hero's quirk. We know this because this breakin was at the hospital where the pro hero Multum's body was being held, and once the break-in was discovered tests confirmed that he as well as two others bodies were now quirkless."

The people in the room tensed at the news. It was highly suspected that All For One was connected to the death of Multum and if the green haired girl knew where the body was located it was possible that she was in contact with All For One.

Sir Nighteye then stood up and spoke "Now onto the plan to locate All For One. We have discovered that the information broker Giran has been in contact with him. We also know where he gets his morning coffee, so the plan is for me to use my quirk on him to look into the future and hopefully get the location of either All For One or the green haired girl."

Giran was having a good day. He was supposed to meet up with Izuka later in the day to talk to her to set up a place for her next meeting with All For One, but before that he needed to get his coffee. When he opened the door to the best coffee shop in the city, Anteiku, a man bumped into him. He looked up and saw that he was a tall lanky man with glasses and a piercing gaze. The man apologised and left the cafe, Giran shrugged off the encounter and joined the line to order his coffee.
