Chapter 1642 Cancer Saint
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
Aka was walking down the streets as he looks around.
"Well things aren't getting exciting for me." He said.
He was hoping for something amazing to happen.
Aka then senses someone and looks around. "What?"
He looks back to see L, the detective from Light's world.
"Wait a minute..." Aka knew him. "Your that detective, L."
"That is correct." He said.
"How did you come here?" Aka questions.
L was from another world so how could he even come here?
"I was picked." L said.
"Picked?" Aka said before his eyes widen. "Don't tell me your a Saint?!"
"This armor came out of nowhere and I met your goddess, I knew of the death gods so I was curious about Athena." L said.
Aka was in shock that this guy became a Saint of all people.
"What's your cloth anyway?" Aka asked.
L takes out a tag and summons the cancer cloth.
"No freaking way, your a gold saint now." Aka was even more shocked.
"I heard they're the strongest of your group." L said.
"Yes, so why would a detective be interested in serving Athena?" Aka questions him.
"I wanted to find more about the truths of the entire universe." L said.
Aka stares at the depressed looking guy, he can say he's better than the last guy, as the previous Cancer Saint was killed off by the original Dragon Saint Shiryu when he went mad with power.
"I wanted to catch Light myself but I lost that to another with a more powerful book. The outer gods are truly something." L said.
"So you joined just for your own benefit." Aka rubs his head.
"At least your better than Death Mask."
L looks at him. "I've heard of him from your allies, they say he was a man that enjoyed killing."
"Yeah, the one of the past generation that I didn't like outside of Saga. He got his punishment." Aka said.
L stares at Aka and he can tell he's not the smartest but he's got something inside, a drive to continue despite the odds. It got him curious about seeing how the fire inside of Aka can keep on burning and what can make it fail should it happen.
"But you should go back to the temple since theres many eyes around." Aka looks.
L looks around and he wanted to investigate.
"Well, I have something planned as Athena asked to come meet you so you wouldn't be surprised." L walks away.
Aka wonders what he's going to do, with guys like him they're always enigma.
With Sota
He was at his world as he was playing games with Tari at his room.
They we're playing a fighting game as they played for some time.
Tari then beats Sota. "Alright!"
He sighs. "How are you that good?"
"I've always been good." She smiles.
He looks at her and saw her eyes glowed blue for a bit before they changed back.
'That vision, the Meta Runner Vision.' He thinks.
That's her best skill as it allows her to see different paths of success in video games.
'With something like that, she can easily be the best gamer in existance and with her arm she can do more skilled moves.'
If she had those gamer systems from like Nigredo and others like her she can grow to even greater heights.
"You know Meggy felt embarrassed when she went on a date with Draco." Tari said.
"Huh, what happened?" Sota looks at her.
She got nervous. "Well..."
Flashback
Meggy was having dinner with Draco at her place as they were having a nice night.
"Well this is nice." Meggy said.
"Yes." Draco nodded.
He had to cook himself with a few skills he learned from Sebastian since Meggy is a terrible at cooking, like burning down the kitchen bad.
She used to eat instant noodles only before he came here so she tends to avoid cooking.
'Good thing she has friends to help her out.'
"You know Meggy, your such a kind and strong girl that makes you attractive." He said.
Meggy blushes. "Well... Thanks that really makes me happy."
He smiles and leans over to her. Meggy's eyes widen as she knows what he's trying to do.
Draco tries to kiss Meggy as she got nervous. Then she turns into Leggy surprising him.
"What?" said Draco.
"Eeeehhhh!" said Leggy.
She runs around and he sighs but he catches her.
"Well... Your still cute." He chuckles.
Leggy smiled, nuzzling against him.
He then kisses her when she got distratced, Leggy melted into the kiss.
She changed back as he carries Meggy.
"That wasn't so hard was it Meggy?" He said.
She just giggles a bit.
Flashback ends
Sota blinks at the story.
"So she changed into that Leggy form and made a scene."
"Yeah, she's not used to having a boyfriend." Tari said.
"What are you going to do with her." He shrugs.
He then thinks about the Gamer system again as he some of Team Light managed to get similar stuff with the Brain Burst, he also thinks Shiro might have the system too thanks to his weapons.
"Also Meggy and Draco have been training with her splatfest techniques." Tari said.
He looks at her. "So all that ink stuff. Okay."
He didn't expect Draco to join Meggy training with that but it does increase his gear and skills.
"Also i'm happy that Melony is dating Zack, ever since what happened with Axol." Tari frowns at the last part.
Sota frowns too. "Oh, I see. Well Zack can help people when they're down."
Tari smiles again and she hopes her friend will be alright.
Note: L from Death Note is now the Cancer Saint, also Sota was playing games with Tari as Tari explained a date that happened between Meggy and Draco.
