Our next file reads "INCIDENT 0108221998", alongside an illustration of a window pane.

Ruby: "Next we have 0108221998. The one with, like, that peeping tom."

The picture on the file shows a man leaning through a window frame, the pane having come down on top of his neck. There is blood leaking out of his mouth, and his glasses have slipped off his face.

Shannon: "Ugh. Perverts like that are the worst. We had to deal with one in college. We were able to have the police take him away, but for our next victim karma was a bit more lethal."

Zoom in.

We open to the night sky, the full moon shining high and bright across the inky void.

Date of Incident: 22 August, 1998

Location of Incident: Su Su's House, Atlanta, Georgia

Ruby: (Narrating) "There's nothing like a full moon to bring out the freaks."

Cut to what appears to the wall of a house, one of the windows open. A man approaches the window.

Ruby: (Narrating) "Say hello to Arnold Moss."

Arnold looks up and through the window.

Ruby: (Narrating) "Like all freaks, he peeps… into windows."

Through the window we see the interior of the home, a kitchen and living room visible. The sole occupant is a woman dressed in nothing but black lingerie. She takes out a paper fan and begins fanning herself.

Ruby: (Narrating) "A self-admitted voyeur once told me that looking at a girl while, like, masturbating was better for them than a real sexual encounter."

The woman then bends down, opens the refrigerator's door and leans in, shaking her butt as she does so. We see Arnold's eyes widen in amazement and semi-erotic happiness.

Ruby: (Narrating) "Arnold couldn't believe his luck."

The woman turns around and continues twerking. We see Arnold quickly hide himself to avoid getting caught.

Arnold: "Oh my God…"

Ruby: (Narrating) "I can't imagine that being a voyeur would be easy. You probably couldn;t masturbate out of fear of getting caught, and you'd need to, like, balance getting a good view with staying hidden."

We see Arnold is somewhat pleasuring himself by giving his trouser snake a massage.

Ruby: (Narrating) "During the day, Arnold was, like, an introverted wimp. He would never have the guts to go up to a woman this hot."

We now see the woman sliding a popsicle up and down her body. Arnold is growing increasingly flustered at the sight.

Ruby: (Narrating) "But tonight, Arnold was the popsicle."

Arnold can't help but let his eyes trace the motion of the popsicle up and down the woman's body. He leaves the window he is looking through and loops around to take a look through a window on the neighbouring wall. This one is propped open by a stick.

Ruby: (Narrating) "He was so aroused he, like, broke the number one rule of a peeping perv - stay outside."

Arnold can't help but lean through the window to get a better look. The woman is now holding a fan up to her butt and is twerking in front of it.

Ruby: (Narrating) "He leaned in too far.."

The woman suddenly catches sight of Arnold, and screams. Arnold flinches in panic, and in his haste to get away he accidentally knocks out the stick that was propping the window open.

Ruby: (Narrating) "...and Su Su went cuckoo. And it all came crashing down…"

Before Arnold can retreat the window suddenly comes down onto his neck. We hear a snap noise, and then Arnold slumps down limp.

Ruby: (Narrating) "...right on top of Arnold's pencil-thin neck. In the heat of the moment his elbow jerked back, knocking out the stick that was, like, propping the window open. "

Shannon presents us with a CGI graphic showing Arnold's skeleton and nervous system. As the window comes down it hits his neck with enough force to snap his neck and slice through his spinal cord.

Ruby: (Narrating) "When the window came down, it like, severed his spinal cord between the C2 and C3 vertebrae. The spinal cord of course serves as the major connection between the brain and the rest of the body and carries information for things like breathing and blood pressure, so when it was severed death was instantaneous."

Return to Arnold's corpse sandwiched between the window and the frame.

Ruby: (Narrating) "It looked like Arnold finally learned his lesson. It's not cool to, like, peep on people. You're breaking the law and like Arnold here, your neck."

WAY TO DIE #269

WINDOW PAINED

Return to the Sharuby couple in their office.

Ruby: "That guy certainly got what was coming to him."

Shannon: "Agreed. Next file please - my turn to narrate."

Ruby nods, closing the file and marking it before wheeling over to get the next one.
