Kakashi smiled underneath the mask as he saw the Konoha gates loomed nearer. The past week is harrowing and exhausting, but he pushed for them to return that day. He missed his wife and cannot wait to return home to her.

"Home, at last." Obito sighed as they landed in front of the gates.

As Kakashi and Obito entered the village, a sense of relief washed over Kakashi. He couldn't wait to see Sakura, to hold her in his arms and assure himself that she was safe and sound. However, a lingering unease tugged at the back of his mind, sensing that something might be amiss.

The familiar streets of Konoha, usually comforting, now seemed to stretch endlessly. Every step felt heavier, laden with anticipation and worry. Kakashi quickened his pace, Obito keeping up with him as they made their way to the Hatake residence.

Upon reaching their home, Kakashi noticed something was off. The atmosphere felt tense, and he couldn't shake the feeling that the air was charged with an unusual energy. He exchanged a concerned glance with Obito before rushing inside.

The sight that greeted Kakashi was a scene of disarray. Furniture was overturned, and the air was thick with an unsettling silence. Dread gripped him as he called out Sakura's name, but there was no response.

As he moved through the house, Kakashi's eyes widened in shock at the state of the living room. The signs of struggle were evident, and a sinking feeling settled in his chest. His heart raced, and he pushed himself to search every room, desperately hoping to find Sakura unharmed.

"Sakura!" Kakashi called again, but still no response.

He navigated through the mess on their living room and opened their bedroom door and there, he found her. Kakashi's heart dropped at the sight of Sakura, bound, gagged and naked. The shock and concern etched across his face turned to a mix of anger and fear. Obito, sensing the urgency, joined Kakashi in the room.

"What happened here?" Obito asked, his tone reflecting the seriousness of the situation. Turning his head to the side when he saw Sakura's state of undress.

Kakashi, his emotions a turbulent storm, rushed to Sakura's side. He carefully removed the gag and began untying her hands, his hands trembling with a mix of worry and rage.

"Sakura, what happened? Are you okay?" Kakashi's voice was a mixture of concern and anger as he gently worked to free her from the bindings.

Sakura, her eyes filled with tears and vulnerability, tried to speak. The effects of the chakra-suppressant still lingered, making it difficult for her to articulate her words. She managed to choke out, "Mama... betrayed... sold me."

Kakashi's eyes widened in shock and fury. The pieces started falling into place, and he could sense the sinister truth behind Sakura's words. Obito, standing nearby, clenched his fists in anger, his eyes narrowing as he took in the distressing scene.

"Sold you?" Kakashi's voice trembled with a combination of disbelief and rage. "What the hell happened, Sakura? Who did this to you?"

Sakura, still weak and disoriented, struggled to convey the horrifying reality. "Mama... revenge... sold me... a million ryo." She winced as Kakashi continued to untie her. "Please... find her... stop them." she said crying. She clutched the sheets that Kakashi draped on her. She looked at him, tears in her eyes. "Late... can't fight... too strong..." she stammered, her hot tears felt like acid in his skin. "It hurts. It hurt… my whole body hurts."

Kakashi's fists clenched at the revelation, his mind racing to process the gravity of the situation. The anger within him surged, fueled by the love and protectiveness he felt for Sakura. Obito, too, felt a burning rage, his eyes narrowing with determination.

"We need to find Mebuki," Kakashi declared, his voice firm. "And whoever she sold Sakura to, they won't escape the consequences of their actions."

Obito nodded in agreement, his Sharingan flaring with intensity. "I'll do it. I'll have the whole police looking for her." He reached for the communicator that all active shinobi had and relayed information. He looked at Kakashi again. "Stay with your wife."

Kakashi nodded, his gaze never leaving Sakura. As Obito swiftly took charge of coordinating the search for Mebuki, Kakashi focused on comforting and reassuring Sakura. The room, once a place of solace and warmth, now felt tainted by the darkness that had invaded their lives.

"Sakura, I promise you, we'll find her. And whoever she sold you to, they won't get away with this," Kakashi vowed, his eyes filled with a mixture of determination and concern.

Sakura, still reeling from the physical and emotional trauma, nodded weakly. She clung to the sheets around her, seeking some semblance of comfort in the midst of the nightmare. "Kakashi... it hurts... so bad." She cried. "She held me… down. I'm sorry."

Kakashi's heart ached as he saw the pain in Sakura's eyes. Gently, he reached out to caress her cheek, his touch tender and reassuring. "I'm here, Sakura. We'll get through this together. Obito is already mobilizing the village to find your mother and whoever she sold you to. You're not alone in this."

"He… finished inside." She whispered. "It hurts, Kakashi."

Kakashi's eyes darkened with a mix of anguish and anger at the additional revelation of the violation Sakura had endured. He struggled to maintain his composure, torn between the need to comfort her and the burning desire to bring those responsible to justice.

"Sakura, I'm so sorry," Kakashi whispered, his voice filled with genuine remorse. He gently embraced her, mindful of her pain, and spoke softly, "You're not alone, and I'll make sure they pay for what they did to you. Obito is doing everything he can to track down Mebuki and the person responsible. We won't let them get away with this."

As Kakashi held Sakura, his mind raced with thoughts of revenge and justice. The weight of the situation pressed heavily on him, but he knew he had to be strong for Sakura.

"I feel... dirty." Sakura murmured. "Disgusting."

Kakashi's eyes softened with empathy, his heart breaking for Sakura. He leaned in, pressing a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Sakura, you're not dirty, and you're definitely not disgusting. You're strong, and you're going to get through this. We'll make sure those responsible pay for what they've done."

"Bath." she implored, but her heart broke once more when Kakashi shook his head.

"No. I have to bring you to the hospital first so that they can do a..." the word lodged on his throat, but Kakashi knows that this is not about him, he cleared his throat. "The hospital have to do a rape kit, Sakura."

Sakura's eyes welled up with fresh tears at the mention of the hospital. The violation she endured was already difficult to bear, and the prospect of undergoing such an examination added another layer of anguish.

Sakura shook her head. "No. Please." she implored. "I... I don't want to be prodded anymore."

Kakashi, despite understanding Sakura's reluctance, knew the importance of the examination for both legal and medical reasons. He sighed, his eyes filled with empathy and sorrow.

"I know it's difficult, Sakura," Kakashi whispered, his voice gentle. "But this is necessary for gathering evidence." He wants to wrap his arms around her, but he doesn't know if his touch will be welcomed. So he settled on sitting beside her. "I know it's hard to trust now. But I will be there. I'll protect you."

Sakura looked at him with tears in her eyes. "You told me that before too."

Kakashi's heart sank at the reminder of their past struggles and the promise he made to protect Sakura. He understood the weight of those words, and the depth of the trust Sakura had placed in him. The pain in her eyes echoed the trauma she had endured, and Kakashi was determined to be there for her in every possible way.

"I'm sorry if I wasn't here for you when you needed it. But I'm here now. Can you trust me that I'll do everything to protect you?"

Sakura shook her head. "I want a bath."

Kakashi hesitated for a moment, torn between Sakura's immediate needs and the urgency of the situation. He could see the desperation in her eyes, and the conflict within him intensified. Finally, he made a decision.

"Okay, Sakura," Kakashi said, his tone gentle. "After we had the kit done on the hospital, you'll take a long bath. As long as you want."

Sakura nodded, grateful for Kakashi's understanding and compromise. The thought of the hospital examination was daunting, but the promise of a soothing bath afterward offered a glimmer of comfort. Kakashi carefully helped her sit up, ensuring she was covered with the sheets.

"I'll wrapped my arms around you." Kakashi said. "I'll teleport us there."

Sakura, appreciating Kakashi's consideration, nodded. Kakashi gently held her, making sure to be as careful as possible not to cause any more discomfort. With a swift movement, the world blurred around them, and they arrived at the hospital.

The medical staff, alerted by Obito's instructions, was prepared to attend to Sakura's needs. Kakashi carried her inside, the hospital staff quickly ushering them to a private room. As Sakura faced the necessary examinations and procedures, Kakashi stayed by her side, offering silent support and reassurance.

After the examination, Kakashi helped Sakura to her feet. The air in the room seemed heavy, weighed down by the events that unfolded. Despite the pain and trauma, Sakura's gaze held a quiet strength, and Kakashi admired her resilience.
