Exhaling as the disembodied music around her came to a stop, Kagami stood up straight while closing her eyes. Rolling her shoulders back, she breathed in through her nose while feeling her aura grow. A wave of red, dark green, brown and white rising up her body. Flashing a smile, she glanced back at her team. "You guys can take care of the rest." She locked eyes with Cheyenne before giving the three of them a nod. She turned around on her heels before bolting ahead towards the rainbow thief. Her pale green eyes now a dark brown. Letting out a sharp cry, she jumped into the air. Her feet collided with Rey's face as he was sent flying back. His body crashed through a window of the warehouse.

Running after him, she vaulted over the broken glass. Her left hand trailing against the support of the building for a brief second before it began to rot away and decay. Tucking and rolling as she made it inside, she stretched her shoulders as part of the building collapsed behind her. Her eyes once again green. "Not so fun getting thrown through a window without an aura, huh?" She partially smiled while calmly walking up.

Breathing heavily, Rey growled with anger boiling deep within his core. "The absolute nerve..." Grinding his teeth, he slowly stood while clutching his cane. Parts of his white suit were torn and tattered. "...that you have... to come in here... and..." He panted as his hair fell from his ponytail and wrapped around his shoulders.

"And what? Take your aura in your kingdom?" She mocked while tilting her head ever so slightly. "Beat you at your own game?" She raised an eyebrow.

Snarling, his eyes narrowed like daggers. As more of the building began to crumble around them, he lunged forward with his cane to strike her.

Sighing a bit, the jadette calmly stepped out of the way. "Okay. No more of the... being annoying thing." She took a deep breath while dodging underneath another one of his attacks. "We're done here. We don't need to continue this. You've lost. There's no reason to draw this out." She spoke over the sound of chaos and yelling from another part of the warehouse.

"I never lose!" He snapped while reaching up to grab the light blue bandana on his left arm. Ripping it off with a grunt, he chucked it straight at her. Despite the fabric being thin, it flew through the air more like a baseball.

Not taking much concern for it, Kagami held out her hand to catch it. Though she very quickly regretted that. As the torn edges came into contact with her hand, the bandana burst into ice that encased her hand. With her weight offset, she stumbled back before grunting as her chest was struck by a second light blue bandana. Stunned and confused, and not to mention cold, she didn't have time to take in everything that was happening. She was lost at the moment.

She took several steps back while reaching up with her hand that wasn't covered in ice. Grabbing the frozen parts of her chest, she took a few rapid breaths before calming herself. It was Dust. The bandanas were infused with Dust. She went to retaliate only for her eyes to widen as yellow bandanas struck both her frozen chest and frozen hand. She was going to curse but instead let out a scream as sparks danced all around her body. The bandanas themselves disintegrating.

Dropping to one knee, she stared half panicked as she tried to catch her breath. Her mind and heart were both racing. Looking up, she barely had time to jump back and away from an orange bandana. The cloth hitting the floor where she once was and exploding into a spiked mass of rock.

Sliding back on her feet, Kagami slowly breathed out while raising her frozen hand up. Narrowing her eyes, she brought it around and against the second orange bandana that was thrown at her. The ice shattered as it and bits of rock scattered across the floor. She flexed her fingers for a moment before charging ahead with a warrior's cry.

"Why... won't you... just die!" With shaky and uneven breathing, Rey reached up with both hands and grabbed both of his red bandanas. Letting out a scream, he ripped them both off before underhanding both of them straight at her. Watching as she was engulfed in flames, he slouched forward while partially began to smile. But much to his demise, this wasn't over.

Jumping out of the flames, the jadette softly panted as she held her arms in front of her face. The ice on her chest was now nothing but water that soaked her jacket. A red aura around her body fizzled away as she stepped forward. "Enough." She breathed out.

Snarling like a Grimm, he glared coldly back at her. Pure hatred in his eyes. Reaching up, he tore off his green bandanas. Tossing them on the floor, he quickly jumped back. A swarm of vines quickly grew and spiraled all around the room. Some of the vines struck parts of the building supports, forcing more debris to crumble as walls shook.

Grabbing her sword, she quickly drew it and began to slash through the growing plants. Dodging underneath a thick vine that swung at her, she spun her sword around to slice it in half. "Listen to me! You're beat! Enough of this! I don't want to hurt you!" She whipped her head around to glare. Narrowly missing a few more vines, she blinked once and then side stepped as a purple bandana flung by her head. Her eyes trailing it as it struck a vine. The impact caused the vine to fly backwards in a burst of purple. Seeing it strike a wall, her eyes widened.

Watching as the wall it struck began to quickly collapse, she sheathed her weapon and quickly began to run. "This isn't what I wanted to do to the building!" She half shouted as she jumped over a few vines in her way. Making it to another room, she stumbled a bit as the room she was previously in collapsed in on itself with a heavy rumble.

As she went to look around, a purple bandana struck her center mass. Her body being thrown into a wall with enough force that her sword fell from its sheath. Falling to the floor, she coughed several times as a dark green aura fizzled and faded from her body. She groaned, slowly pushing herself up to her hands and knees. Feeling a cane strike her back, she let out a heavy scream as she was sent back to the ground. Breathing heavily, she slowly turned her head to glare at the scuffed up white dress shoes in front of her.

"I'll admit, you've gotten farther than most. But I am Regen Bogen Mehr Farbig Gaye The Third..." Said man breathed heavily. His hair was a mess as he glared down at her. With no more bandanas on his arms, he was left in his white suit. Gripping his cane until his knuckles turned white, he raised it above his head. "And I will not be bested by some damn brat! Not after how hard I've worked!"

Gritting her teeth, Kagami reached out with her right hand to grab her sword that was laying on the ground. Her fingers just barely brushed across the handle before her hand was stepped on.

Watching her grunt, Rey scoffed. "Did you really think it would be that easy?" He shifted a majority of his weight onto her hand. "I... am going to make sure you suffer slowly for what you've done. Do you hear me?" He brought his cane down against her back.

She grunted with a grimace as she was struck. Closing one eye, she narrowed the other at her hand. Very slowly, she tilted her head in thought. Tugging a bit at her arm, she let out a pained sound as the heel of his shoe grinded against her hand. Though, despite such, she smiled as she felt the black ring on her finger being pressed against. "Regen The Third, huh...?" She glanced up at him. "I bet even your grandfather would be disappointed in you..."

"My father was a pacifist protesting fool..." He bashed his cane against her back once again. "And my grandfather was an even bigger fool. He wasted our family's skills to be a gentleman thief." He hit her again.

Grunting, Kagami let out a quiet chuckle while sifting her hand around. "I think gentleman thief sounds better than rainbow thief..." She flashed a toothy grin.

Snarling down at, he twisted his foot around. "I'll break your damn hand, you brat."

Groaning, she rolled her head around a bit as the sole of his shoe dug into her hand. Her fingerless gloves only protected the back of her hand. At the moment, her fingers were burning. Hearing a very quiet and soft crack, she shifted her right hand a bit. "You're a bigger fool if you keep trying..." Taking a few shallow breaths, she moved her left hand around. Her thumb rubbing against the matching black ring on that hand.

Something flickered in Rey's eyes at that moment. Raising his foot off her hand for a fraction of a second, he let out a sharp cry and brought it back down with as much force as he could. He couldn't have expected what would have happened next.

Kagami herself wasn't fully sure what was going to happen. All she had was a clever guess.

The black Dust rings Baren had given her were unique. Matter Dust was unique. Going from a liquid state to a gaseous one and then finally a solid when exposed to a small amount and controlled burst of aura was unlike anything she had ever seen. It was why she was only supposed to use them in emergencies. She still wasn't fully sure how Baren made it either. But that wasn't what was important. What was important was the fact the rings' contents were under pressure and the fact Dust is highly reactive to forceful impacts. Put those two things together and something is bound to happen.

Bracing herself, the jadette grunted loudly as her hand was stomped on. Her ring breaking with an echoing crack. Breathing heavily outward, she closed her eyes as a blinding, thick and black smoke suddenly filled the area. Gritting her teeth as she heard Rey stumble back, she pushed herself to her hands and knees while reaching out with her right hand. Grabbing his leg, she closed her eyes while raising her left hand in front of herself. Pushing a small amount of Dust from the ring on her left hand, she formed a shield in front of the two of them just as the large form of gaseous Dust exploded into a solid.

Blocking as much as she could, Kagami's ears began to ring as the shield finally shattered and the two of them were sent flying back into a wall. Groaning, she tumbled onto the floor coughing. A white aura and a light brown aura faded from her body. Breathing heavily, she slowly opened her eyes and blinked. The ringing in her ears fading as her vision began to unblur. Pushing herself up, she looked around the nearly collapsed and crumbled building before glancing at Rey.

The rainbow thief was lying unconscious on a pile of hardened black Dust and rubble. His suit was fully in tatters and his tie ripped in half. Faint scratches and bloody marks covered his face and hands while a few gashes cut through his clothes. But at least he was breathing. He was fully done for now. There was no getting up and fighting more.

Catching her breath, the jadette slowly stood. Letting out a sound of frustration, she slowly stepped over debris before kicking some of it away. Crouching down, she brushed off her sword before picking it up. "Well... this wasn't the plan exactly." She stood while sliding her weapon away. "But I guess it worked out okay." She slowly began to make her way back towards Rey while hearing distant shouting.

"Sort of. You looked half dead..." She trailed off while reaching down. Picking him up with a grunt, she hauled him over her shoulder. "Ugh, you're heavier than you look." She grumbled. Taking a deep breath, she slowly started to walk through the mess the two of them had made during their fight. "Clothing infused with Dust. Huh." She breathed out. "I don't think I've fought someone who used that. It was interesting to say the least."

Blinking, Kagami let out a sigh while slowly reaching up to rub her face. "Gods... I'm tired. I'm talking to myself." Shaking her head, she took a few steps forward before freezing. With wide eyes, she glanced down at her right hand and at the heavily broken ring. "Oh crap... Baren is going to kill me." Her eyebrow twitched.
