Everyone had cleared out of Kelly's, the afternoon being filled with love, tears and laughter.
"Can we give you a ride home?" Holly asked Jayne as she gave her another hug.
"Thank you, but I think I'm going to stay here with Rose and JJ. Make sure they are okay." Jayne told her mom as Rose walked up.
"She's wonderful, so much of two of my favorite people in her." Rose put her arm around Jayne.
"She is." Holly proudly said as she gave Rose a hug. "Call me if you need anything at any time."
Robert walked up, echoing what Holly had just said. "Anytime, Rosie." He gave her a hug before the two of them left.
JJ walked up to Jayne. "Could we talk?"
Jayne nodded and gave Rose a hug.
JJ took Jayne up to his room, knowing they would have privacy there. "I need to know..."
"How I feel? I meant what I said. I care about you more than any other man I've ever known. " Jayne did her best to be transparent.
"I don't want to scare you off, but I can't handle being hurt. I can't do a fling again. I can't give you my all to watch it walk out the door." JJ had his dad to lean on then. Yes, he'd have his grandma, but he just couldn't go through it again.
"I don't want a fling. I see this relationship with my parents, their give and take. They're always there for each other. I want that and I want that with you." Jayne took his hand.
JJ leaned in and kissed her. This day was emotional but so beautiful all around. "I want it too."
Scorpio Townhouse
Holly walked inside and took her heels off, going over to the couch, this was one of those rare times the house was all theirs. "It was a beautiful celebration."
Robert nodded as he went over to fix them some martinis. "It was. Joe Kelly was a good man."
"He was, and so is his son." Holly said as Robert walked over to join her. "I think him and Jayne are growing closer. How do you feel about that?" She looked at Robert.
"He's a good man, I think he would be good for our daughter, but to be honest, there's only one couple I'm worried about growing closer right now." Robert gave her an eye brown wiggle as he handed her a glass.
Holly giggled as she took it. "Still such a one track mind. Thank you."
"I just don't want to waste any of our time together. Anytime we can, I want to hold you." Robert told Holly as he looked into those beautiful brown eyes.
"You can be so sweet, a lot of the time. Want to take this champagne up to the sauna?" Holly asked Robert.
Robert nodded and smiled at her. "You don't have to ask me twice."
The two of them got the champagne and went upstairs. In no time, they were in towels in the sauna.
"I've missed this." Holly gave Robert a hug. She knew they did this often, but it wasn't often enough.
"I always miss it. Though if we are being honest, I prefer we share a towel." He grinned and gave her a kiss.
"I prefer no towels." Holly's eyes twinkled as their kissing continued.
Robert swiftly took her towel off. "That's..." He got a look at her body. Yes, he had seen it a lot, but he would never get used to it. "Better. Much better."
Holly grinned and gave him a kiss, pulling his towel off of him. "I see you enjoy the view." She leaned in and kissed him again.
Robert laid her back on the bench. "I always have, and I always will." He slid into as he kissed her deeply. The two of them just wanted to be close and to celebrate their love every chance they got.
