Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc is set to conclude which would play a role on what fate awaits Akira Toudou, and where this story would go from here on.

At his secret hideout, Dr. Maki is staring at the window as he is intrigued about what went on earlier after being contacted by the TOKYO members who requested his aid in dealing with Akira Toudou's allies, and Maki eventually accepted as he is curious about what would happen next.
Kazari asked Maki if he is sure about this which the latter nodded as he tells him that this would be a good opportunity to get the Core Medals from Os, and said that once Kazari get his Core Medals from Os he would become COMPLETE.
Moreover Maki said that he would like to see how Mezeru is holding out now that she's been REAWAKENED and see if she could regain her Core Medals, and there the scientist revealed that using a Candroid he discovered that Conankh is getting a MENTAL GROWTH as he is starting to gradually LEARNING and began to stop acting like a toddler, hence Maki is curious as to what would happen if Conankh and Ankh were to do battle with each other again.
"Hmm…two Ankhs fight each other…that's an intriguing scenario…"
"Indeed…it makes me wonder what would happen if the other Ankh gets the Core Medals from the original Ankh…"
"I guess I can go along with your plan, doctor…"
"Good. Be prepared."
"Okay. I sure can't wait to get Os and regain my Core Medals."
"If things go accordingly well…you will."
"That's nice to hear…"

At her secret abode, Akako Koizumi is making preparations as well as she expect that TOKYO would contact her and have her and Mezeru go into action to deal with Os should he meddle with Birth's business as well as telling Mezeru that this is a good opportunity to regain her Core Medals, which the latter agreed.
"I am eager to get my Core Medals back…"
"And once you do…we can achieve what we desire…"
"Yes…and as promised…we will work together to reach our goals…"
"That's good to hear…"
"Then I should make preparations of my own…"
"Save it for later."
"Oh…?"
"We have some additions as well…"
Mezeru then said that at least she would prepare something in cases like this yet she cautions Akako about Kazari, telling her that the feline Greed has a habit of backstabbing someone though she is baffled as to why he is willing to work with a human like Maki, though Akako said that either way she and Mezeru will emerge the victors which the marine Greed agreed to this and said that should Maki and Kazari attempted to backstab her they would surely regret it.
"Fine. If ever those two try to sneak attack us…you may go all-out."
"Really…?"
"Depending on your discretion."
"Good. Kazari owes me payback."
"You Greed's have some complicated relationship…"
"If only you know…"
"Huh…?"
"Let me tell you about Kazari's habits…"

At the Magic Kaito Organization, Spider is having mixed feelings about accepting TOKYO's request for aid, though Rose assured to him that the Magic Kaito Organization would benefit from this and that she has something in store once they arrived at the fated meeting and Spider sighed and conceded provided that the organization doesn't get compromised in an unanticipated situation.
Rose smirked and assured to Spider that the organization won't be comprised as they have a TRUMP CARD in the form of Gameru, who is currently in his Greed form as he was told that he would get to fight Os in battle.
"You sure about this, Rose…?"
"Yes, Spider. We will win…as we have an ace on our sleeve…"
"Beat Os! Beat up Os!"
"Hmph. Fine."
"Don't worry, I got this covered. Gameru…?"
"Beat Os! Beat up Os!"
"Whatever. Just don't blame me if something goes wrong…"
"Don't worry, Spider."

Later that night, at the at the secret hideout of TOKYO, the members are seen holding a briefcase which contained 50 million Yen in cash, which they intend to use it to culture the Hanamizawa virus and use it to conduct another experimental plan similar to what they did at Hanamizawa Village several months ago.
Moreover the members are seen talking to some of their henchmen via a laptop monitor where the TOKYO member instructed the henchmen to make sure Natsumi doesn't escape, and that once the mission succeeded they are to secretly executive her, which the henchmen nodded in acknowledgement upon receiving the instructions.
"Yes, sir."
"Yes, sir."
"Yes, sir."
"Yes, sir."

"Yes, sir."
After that the TOKYO members asked what are they going to do with Toudou once they got rid of Akasaka and Oishi, which the TOKYO member said that they will execute him and steal the Birth suit so that they would have a weapon for assassination assignments, and the other TOKYO members nodded in agreement seeing that this is a good idea.
"…and that's what were going to do. Are you fine with this?"
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
Soon a phonecall was made as Akasaka called the TOKYO member and offered himself and Oishi to turn themselves in to them if they agreed to let Natsumi go, and the TOKYO member accepted, and after that he informed his fellow members about it and they began to form a strategy in laying out a trap.

The next day…
The time now is 14:30, and there Akasaka and Oishi arrived at a basement parking lot, and with them are Kyuji and Ankh, as they accompanied them as they expect that Toudou would also be there, and the four individuals are awaiting for Toudou to arrive and expected that Natsumi would be brought along as Akasaka made a deal with one of the TOKYO members that he and Oishi would turn themselves in if Natsumi would be released.
"I hope that those bastards would keep their word…"
"Yeah. Natsumi doesn't deserve this at all."
"I agree. They shouldn't drag Toudou's wife in this mess. Ankh…?"
"Be ready. I sensed something…"
"Huh?"
"Eh…?"
"What…?"
"I have a bad feeling about this…"
By then Kamen Rider Birth arrived and there he immediately slots in several Cell Medals inside the Birth-Driver which activated the various weapons and began to attach themselves within Birth's armored body.
Birth-Driver: "CRANE ARM…DRILL ARM…SHOVEL ARM…BREAST CANNON…CUTTER WING…CATERPILLAR LEG…"
There Kamen Rider Birth assumes his FINAL FORM called the BIRTH-DAY, and is ready to take the fight, but Akasaka shouted and called for any member of TOKYO to come out, saying that this isn't what they agreed on as the TOKYO members said that they would bring Natsumi here and release her, which Birth was taken aback as he apparently had no idea about this supposed deal.
Suddenly, Kazari, Mezeru and Gameru appeared and with them are Maki, Akako and Rose, where the latter two berated Akasaka for believing that TOKYO would agree to such lowly promises and told the four men that Akira Toudou will only follow TOKYO and that TOKYO will only release Natsumi if Toudou completed his task, much to Akasaka and Oishi's horror.
"Looks like you two are the utter fools."
"Do you think that they be would actually keep your word?"
"What?"
"No way!"
"Now you fools are going to die!"
"And this place will be your grave!"
"!"
"!"
Kyuji went into action as he puts on the Medal-Driver and slots in the Shaichi, Suzumega and Cheetah Core Medals and assume a Random Combo, where he began to move at fast speed while using the Whale Head of his helmet to shoot high-pressure water blasts, sending Gameru backwards until he fell to the ground.
Mezeru attempted to try slowing Os down but is unable to halt his assault whilst Kazari sneaks away and confronted Ankh, telling him that he is going to enjoy beating him up yet he is puzzled as to why Conankh didn't show up despite Vermouth attended TOKYO's meeting the other day, as he is curious to see if Conankh can finally beat Ankh.
"Lets play, Ankh."
"Kazari…"
"Though I'm baffled…I expected that your counterpart would show up even though his human partner agreed to attend…"
"How should I know?"
"Oh well…might as well enjoy this moment…too bad your Core Medals were stolen and now you're easy picking…"
"Why not cut to the chase, you asshole!"
"Oh, but I'm ready to play."
"…"
Meanwhile, nearby, a member of TOKYO wondered why Birth is not doing anything as he already has Akasaka and Oishi within his grasp and radioed Birth, ordering him to kill the two men or else Natsumi would be executed without delay, yet Birth just stood there while the TOKYO member continue to rant.
At this point Kamen Rider Birth-Prototype arrived as he is carrying a sedated Natsumi in his arms and there he told Birth that his wife is safe and that the rest of TOKYO have been defeated and in police custody, which Birth nodded as he is expecting that something like this would happen.
A brief flashback revealed that several hours ago Gotoh and Satonaka somehow managed to hack and trace the hideout of TOKYO and managed to find Natsumi and made sure that all members of TOKYO are there, as well as managing to find evidence that prove TOKYO's involvement in the Hinamizawa Village massacre and cover-up, and once everything is in place Gotoh transformed into Kamen Rider Birth-Prototype and began to attack and disable the members while Satonaka find and rescued Natsumi.
There she relayed the message to Kougami and in turn he secretly contacted Toudou and both agreed that Toudou would play along with the threat by TOKYO in order to make them lower their guards, whilst keeping tabs on the remaining TOKYO member who is keeping an eye on Toudou.
The remaining TOKYO member was shocked by this and attempted to contact his conspirators but got no response, and there Satonaka showed up and knocked him out before restraining him, which Akako, Spider and Maki observed the scene and then the next scene shows that Birth, in Birth-Day form, unleashed a strong blast from the Breast Cannon which struck Kazari and was sent hurling against the wall, and in the process two of his Core Medals were ejected his body, which Ankh caught it and there the Core Medals he got were the Lion and Sabaru (serval).
Then Birth began to fly around and bombarded the Greed with a huge arsenal of ammo, and there Akako is forced to tell Mezeru to retreat or else she would risk losing her Core Medals, and the latter reluctantly agreed as she finds herself in a disadvantage.
"Mezeru…we better withdraw for now!"
"Damn…"
"We may have to come up with a new plan to get your Core Medals back…"
"Point taken…"
"And it looks like everything has backfired…"
"Couldn't agree more…"
"Lets go!"
"Right…"
Maki, on the other hand, helped Kazari up and told him that this was unexpected and said that they have to withdraw for now as Kazari now only has five Core Medals in him and it would be problematic if he were to lose more, which Kazari grudgingly agreed with this fact.
"Kazari…it's best that we retreat. You're now at a disadvantage."
"Damn it…"
"We did not anticipate something like this. We should come up with a new plan to get your Core Medals back…and I believe that now is the right time to try this…"
"Point taken…"
"And it looks like everything has backfired…TOKYO is no use to us now."
"Couldn't agree more…"
"Lets go. While no one else is looking."
"Right…"
Rose, who is joined by Spider, had to pull Gameru away as they told him that they need to retreat yet the Greed said that he has to find Mezeru yet the two members of the Magic Kaito Organization assured to him that they will meet Mezeru again soon.
"Come on."
"We need to go."
"Mezeru…"
"Stop whining like a spoiled brat, will you?"
"Don't worry, Gameru…we'll see her again…"
"Mezeru…"
"Come on now!"
"We must go."
"Mezeru…"
After that the villains retreated, though the next scene shows that Vermouth and Conankh (in his human guise) were observing from a distance, and a rather baffled Vermouth asked Conankh if he is sure about not going in as he could have gotten a better chance in snatching Ankh's Core Medals while the latter wasn't looking, but then she noted that Conankh is observing like a cunning observer.
It turns out that Conankh's learning development is pushing through and is starting to develop more mature traits and there he spoke to Vermouth though he still has some childish traits but to a lesser degree.
"No. Too risky."
"Oh? Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"Hmm…you do have a point."
"Need…to plan…"
"You're right. We should retreat for now "
"Fine "
"Good boy."
After that, Vermouth and Conankh left as they believe that they have better chances once they formulate a good strategy.

The following day, through Kougami careful instructions, Satonaka and Gotoh had the EVIDENCES placed which implicates the TOKYO members on their involvement in the Hinamizawa Village massacre and cover-up, which was then released to the media, and in turn attracted the attention of the authorities and the rest is history though Kougami's plans also concealed the fact that Kougami himself set the events to expose the TOKYO members while keeping his, Gotoh and Satonaka's involvement a secret.
Also, through Satonaka's actions via Kougami's instructions she also secretly led investigators to a hidden cache where hidden money is found which the TOKYO members intend to use the hidden money, amounting to 100 billion Yen, to fund secret research and intended plans to create the Hinamizawa Syndrome virus, and with that TOKYO's fate is sealed.
Meanwhile, Satonaka managed to find another hidden cache that contains 500 million Yen and she placed it on a suitcase and smuggle it out of the hideout and brought it to the Kougami Foundation, and there Akasaka said that he happened to know a contact who somehow was able to figure out a way to cure Natsumi's current condition, but the treatment would be overseas and needed a huge amount of money to cure her.
There Kougami came up with a compromise, as he and Toudou discuss matters and agreed to pay him 500 million Yen and then use the other 500 million Yen that Satonaka found and thus Toudou had the funds, amounting to 100 million Yen, needed to help Natsumi, and there Toudou decided to resign from the Kougami Foundation and in effect relinquish the Birth Driver and there Toudou told Gotoh that he now assume the mantle of Kamen Rider Birth.
At the Agasa house, Kyuji, Agasa, Ran and Shiho heard of the news and they expressed hope that Toudou would be able to help his wife get cured and that Gotoh would do good as they heard that he underwent additional training as he is set to use the Birth Driver soon.
"So Toudou left Japan taking his wife with him…"
"And is seeking a medical way to help her…"
"That's good news."
"Though we're quite short-handed now…"
"Don't worry. Kougami said that he sorted it out "
"Huh?"
"You sure?"
"Really?"

Hope you liked this chapter as the current story arc concluded but with a changing note, as Akira Toudou has OFFICIALLY DEPARTED from this story…having rescued his wife and resigned from the Kougami Foundation in order to concentrate in curing his wife.
And with Gotoh now the official user of Kamen Rider Birth, where would this leave the mantle of Kamen Rider Birth-Prototype?
