Goombella, Goombriel, and Elizagoom headed down the secret pipe, however, little does Goombella know that she may eventually find her own Prince Charming.

GOOMBELLA: Whoa. It's so spooky in here.

GOOMBRIEL: I wonder what secrets Professor Frankly is hiding down here.

ELIZAGOOM: Do you hear that?

They slightly hear Mario and Frankly's voice coming out of the pipe.

ELIZAGOOM: Hide, girls!

Mario and Frankly came out of the pipe.

MARIO: That was-a crazy!

FRANKLY: Yeah, that sure was. Well, Mario and Goombella, we're off to Petal Meadows!

ELIZAGOOM: He thinks you're with him!

GOOMBELLA: Never mind that, isn't that Mario?

GOOMBRIEL: C'mon, let's follow them.

Meanwhile, with Mario and Frankly.

MARIO: Well, according to this-a gadget, the pipe beneath the town should be right… there.

Mario shows us the olive green warp pipe that's stranded.

FRANKLY: Okay that's great and all but, how in the name of Goombella can we go all the way over to that pipe? It's stranded!

MARIO: We have no choice! We must swim over to that pipe, one way or the other! Professor Frankly, hop on my back, 'cause you'll have to trust me on that!

FRANKLY: I hope you know what you're doing!

Mario then jumped in the water and Frankly hopped on his back and Mario swam all the way up to the stranded pipe.

FRANKLY: I can't believe it, Mario!

MARIO: Now, there's no time to waste, first Chaos Emerald, here we come!

Mario and Frankly hopped down the pipe. By the time they did, Goombella, Goombriel, and Elizagoom went in the same room, only to find that the platforms started rising.

GOOMBRIEL: What do you know, the platforms rose, let's go down that pipe, maybe his secrets are down there.

GOOMBELLA: Yeah.

Mario and Frankly finally made it to Petal Meadows. Mario took a deep breath.

MARIO: Well, here we are! The Petal Meadows, where folks say a Chaos Emerald hides.

FRANKLY: And low and behold, there it is, lying on the ground!

MARIO: Oh, this'll be a piece of cake! Let's-a grab it!

Mario ran toward the green Emerald, only for a giant red dragon to grab it.

MARIO: *gasp* Hooktail!

HOOKTAIL: Hoi.

FRANKY: No!

It ate the Emerald. Goombella finally got to Petal Meadows and caught up to Mario and Frankly and saw Hooktail flying away.

HOOKTAIL: Boi.

MARIO: Man, we almost got it.

GOOMBELLA: Almost got what?

MARIO: The Chaos Emerald, it was lying on that very ground, I almost had my hands on it.

Mario then suddenly realized that he was talking to his crush. He then stared at Goombella's face and started falling in love.

FRANKLY: Goombella! What are you doing here?

GOOMBELLA: Hey, Professor Frankly, me and my friends curiously followed you to… my old hometown.

MARIO (In his thoughts): Oh my gosh, she's the prettiest Goomba ever.

Mario then approached the Goomba and started talking to her.

MARIO: So, uh, I figured you must be Goombella, right?

GOOMBELLA: Yeah, that's me, and you must be Mario, like, the famous one?

MARIO: Yep, t-that's-a me, Super Mario extraordinaire!

GOOMBELLA: Can I help you, Mario?

Mario then took a deep breath because he's extremely nervous about talking to his crush.

MARIO: Since you did say that Petal Meadows used to be your hometown, maybe you can, like, take me to your old neighborhood so I can gather information on Hooktail, so I can go to wherever the heck he lives and try to get that Emerald.

GOOMBELLA: Sure, I know lots of stuff! C'mon, Super Mario.

She then winked at Mario which made him fall in love with her even more. This is gonna be to best adventure Mario's ever gonna have.

GOOMBRIEL: Just letting you know, we're going back to our dorms.

GOOMBELLA: Alright, see y'all later!
