"I'm coming with you," Albert told him, "You'll need a tracker."
"Where is he going," Ian asked as he showed up.
"He's going to rescue Marie," Albert explained, "I already told him the risk of doing that but he insists-"
"Dad," Ian said putting his hands on Chris's shoulder, "The devil doesn't play fair. You don't know what you're doing."
Chris smiled gently.
"The devil doesn't have GOD on his side. The devil also doesn't have Jesus on his side. The devil may not play fair but I don't play fair either."
"They aren't all powerful Chris," Albert warned, "GOD and Jesus both wanted Marie here and yet the devil got her."
"They aren't her father," Chris said stubbornly.
He paused.
"So, what's a tracker," he asked.
"A tracker is someone who finds people who are in hell," Ian explained, "But he's not exactly everything he seems. He's-"
Albert cut Chris off with a stern look.
"You can't tell him," he said.
"Tell me what," Chris demanded.
"It's against the rules to tell you→ it would completely cause it to be impossible to find Marie."
"I thought you said there are no rules in heaven," Chris remarked.
"There are plenty of rules in hell," Ian said, "But we'll go with y-"
"We can't," Albert said, "We can take him as far as the tracker but we can't go further than that."
"Why," Ian asked.
"The tracker won't do anything for Chris if Chris knows the whole truth about him," Albert said, "We just have to pray Chris is strong enough to handle whatever the devil throws at him."
"The devil is obvious when he's trying to mess with you," Chris said.
"No. He isn't obvious; he's sneaky."
