While her first mission hadn't gone the way she thought it would, Yuka was pretty satisfied with her performance overall. She had managed to retrieve the information that Shigaraki wanted and she had prevented Dabi from getting the both of them killed. She certainly could have done without his bloodlust, but she had to admit that his quirk was indeed powerful. She wasn't going to admit it to his face though...

But she had let her emotions run wild during that first mission and she needed to make sure to keep them in check moving forward. She couldn't afford to let her anger run rampant, not if she wanted to succeed in her mission. Even after all this time, she still needed to work on repressing her emotions. If her old man had been alive right now, he would probably have scolded her from letting herself get riled up by Dabi's provocations.

After their meeting with Shigaraki, Yuka climbed the stairs of the hideout to head towards her new room. As expected, her suitcase had been left in the vacant room they had selected from her. It sat undisturbed in the middle of the room, waiting to be unpacked. The rest of the room was pretty barren, save from a single bed, a drawer to store clothes and a desk with a simple wooden chair. The bare minimum, in other words. This didn't bother her, as she was used to living out of cheap motels. This, in comparison, was actually kind of nice.

Once she had unpacked all of her clothes and belongings, she knelt down in the middle of the room to do her meditation. The day had been quite trying for her and she needed to calm her mind down. She was still thinking about Dabi and how frustrating he had been during their mission, but those feelings had no place in her mind. They needed to be crushed, pushed down until they were nothing but a bad memory. This is what her mentor had taught her. Control your emotions or your emotions will control you...

While she concentrated on the sound of her steady breaths, she could slowly feel the world around her fade away. She could feel her mind pulling away from reality as she was suddenly transported into one of her earliest memories. The air was humid with heavy rain pouring down from the sky as a couple stood at the door of their house. A woman was crying as her daughter was being taken away by a tall, dark man wearing a suit. The gleam of his glass eye caught the attention of the young girl as she fought back against him, trying desperately to return to her parents.

The next moment, the scene melted away like ink in a pool of water as Yuka's mind returned to reality. She let out a loud gasp as she opened her eyes, as though she had been holding her breath the whole time. She could feel herself sweating profusely. Why had this memory appeared to her now? Why was she reliving something she had no recollection of until now? She shook her head as she tried to push the feelings away. This was merely a test her own mind was putting her through. She would not be so easily vanquished by such an insignificant memory. This was a long time ago, a time that might as well have never existed in the first place. It served her no purpose to hold on to it any further, so she promptly pushed it down, imagining herself smothering it with a pillow as her mind returned to the calm state it was in when she had started her meditation. She went to bed soon after, feeling not so much relaxed, but more like an empty shell. An empty vessel devoid of emotion was preferable to having emotions that could compromise her. This was what Yuka had learned from her mentor before he passed away, and she needed to keep his teachings in mind moving forward with the League of Villains.

The next day, she awoke when a knock came at her door.

"Wake up, sleepy head!" She recognized Toga's voice on the other side of the door. "Bossman wants to see you."

Yuka let out a long sigh, combing her fingers through her hair as she stared up at the ceiling. She hadn't even eaten yet nor done her morning breathing exercises and the boss needed to see her already. Had she overslept? She checked the time on her cellphone. No, it was still relatively early. Then she remembered that one of the inmates being moved today was being transported around lunch time. Maybe he was the one Shigaraki had set his eyes on. With another sigh, she climbed out of bed and put on a loose hoodie, a pair of leggings and, of course, her mask. She also tied her hair up in a high ponytail as she emerged from her room looking a bit groggy still. She shuffled her way towards the bar area where all of her colleagues were waiting for her to arrive. Shigaraki was still sitting at his usual spot at the bar, with Kurogiri ever the vigil standing behind it.

"Good morning, Miasma," Shigaraki said in a slight chuckle. "Hope you slept well..."

"I've certainly slept a lot worse..." Yuka replied simply, leaning up against a wall with her arms crossed. "What do you have for us today, Boss?"

"Today, we'll be intercepting a convoy from the schedule you secured for us yesterday. Congratulations on that, by the way."

She shrugged her shoulders. "Don't mention it..."

"Right... Well, today you'll be working with Dabi again, along with Spinner and Twice."

"Fuck are you really going to make us work together again, Shigaraki?" Dabi complained as he rolled his eyes.

"You're both part of the League of Villains, Dabi," Mr. Compress interjected. "You can't possibly expect our lovely leader to not have you two interact with each other?"

"See, Compress gets it," Shigaraki replied. "Besides, I think you two could make a great team, if you got along better, that is..."

Yuka shot a glance towards Dabi. While it was true she didn't care for him and his crude methods, she could see that Shigaraki had a point. Thanks to her quirk, she could make Dabi's flames burn and spread with greater ease, and if he ever got out of line, she had ways of suppressing him and his quirk. That was probably why he had sent them to meet the informant the day before. He wanted to see how she would handle working with him before sending her on a more important mission with him.

"Look..." she finally said after a long pause. "It's like Compress said. We're going to have to work together whether we like each other or not, so..." She pulled away from the wall and walked over towards Dabi. "Why don't we call for a truce? I'm not interested in being your enemy. I just want to get the work done and I would prefer it if we weren't constantly at each other's throats, sounds good to you?"

She held out her hand in peace. Dabi scoffed at her gesture at first, looking away in disgust, but as the wheels in his head turned, he realized that it wouldn't be beneficial for him, or anyone for that matter, to continue antagonizing her. So, with a reluctant heart, he shook her hand as he stared back into her eyes.

"Don't go thinking this means we're friends or some dumb crap like that," he warned her in a gruff voice. "I'm just here to ensure that Stain's vision is being carried out."

"Our goals align then," Yuka answered calmly, before letting go of his hand to turn towards Shigaraki. "So, what's our plan?"

"It's quite simple really..." he started to explain. "Spinner will be driving you to the convoy's location. Once you intercept it, it'll be your job, Miasma, to stop it from reaching its destination."

Yuka arched her brow. "You're expecting me to stop a convoy all on my own? While I'm flattered by your trust in my abilities, don't you think that's a little bit extreme?"

"Technically, you won't be doing it on your own. This is where Twice's quirk will come in handy..."

Twice then approached her, sizing her up as he did. He seemed to smile behind his mask, but it was kind of hard to see since his entire face was covered.

"See, Twice's quirk is called... well, "Twice". He can copy anyone or anything as long as he knows the exact measurements of the thing he wants to copy," Shigaraki explained.

"For personal reasons, I refuse to make copies of myself," Twice added on to his explanation. "Also, if I copy someone who has a quirk, the clone also has access to that quirk. Unfortunately, the clones I make are a lot less durable than the original."

"And you want to make a clone of me?" Yuka asked in a flat voice.

"Bingo! Which also means-"

"He's going to have to measure your entire body to ensure that he can successfully clone you..." Shigaraki said as a crooked smirk appeared on his lips.

In a swift motion, Twice produced a long measuring tape from one of his bracers. Judging by his and Shigaraki's expectant looks thrown towards her, it was clear that they expected her to strip in front of everyone. This type of humiliation tactic wasn't going to work on her, though. She had gone through similar trials many times over when she had been running with the Yakuza. That's what you get when you're one of the few women in an all boys club...

"Fine," she breathed annoyingly, taking off her hoodie. "Just make this quick."

Her colleagues seemed pretty surprised by her willingness to go through with it. Many had expected her to protest and outright refuse, but there she was, stripping down to her underwear in front of all the members of the League of Villains. Some of them averted their gazes respectfully, while the rest looked at her with varying degrees of interest. Even Dabi was surprisingly looking on with a tinge of excitement in his blue eyes.

Yuka's body wasn't anything too spectacular. Well, at least, not when it came to her curves. She was actually quite devoid of any curves, with a relatively flat chest that she held down using elastic tape. She was quite thin as well, but was also quite athletic looking. Not a single spec of fat could be found on her. The most impressive part of her body were the extensive tattoos she had all over her shoulders, arms and upper back, depicting a coiling serpent surrounded by cherry blossom branches. She also had thick solid black lines that curved around her hips nicely, giving them a bit more definition since they weren't very prominent to begin with.

"Alrighty!" Twice said as he started taking her measurement. "I'll make this quick!/I'll take my time with you, honey..."

Yuka sneered at his last comment, but let him touch her so that he could wrap his tape around certain parts of her body to take their measurement. Whenever his hands would wander too much, though, she would promptly slap them away and glare at him with her dark eyes.

"Heyyy sorry! But the more measurements I can get, the better the clones I can produce!" he tried defending himself as she slapped his hands away from her body.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure you didn't go this in depth with your measuring when it came to the others..." Yuka said in a cold voice.

Twice lowered his head shamefully, knowing full well she was right. Still, she let him finish up his work. She had survived much worse while she had been growing up in the Yazuka's ranks. At least she got to keep some of her dignity by keeping her underwear on the whole time.

"Voila!" Twice announced dramatically once he was done measuring her body. "Now I just need to do your face."

She paused for a moment as the others stared intently at them. She realized this was the first time they would get to see her entire face uncovered as she slowly unclasped her mask from her face. Once her mask was detached from her head, she removed it and let it sit around her neck while Twice started manipulating her face around to measure it.

Yuka's face was pleasant enough to look at, but didn't feature anything too out of the ordinary. If anything, she looked painfully average compared to the rest of the League of Villains, with her almond-shaped eyes, long black straight hair and wide cheekbones.

She had been staring at Twice the whole time he had been measuring her. This ensured that she was watching where he put his hands on her, but it also helped her block out the others who were looking on with great interest. She was specifically trying to block out Dabi's expression from her mind, as she suspected he had been enjoying the spectacle a bit too much. She didn't even want to consider how this made Shigaraki react, as his weird smile creeped her out profusely. Once Twice had finally finished measuring her, she promptly put her clothes back on as well as her mask.

"Well, now that that's out of the way..." Shigaraki spoke. "We can go over the rest of the plan..."

He finished explaining what the plan was to them. Once he had elaborated what was expected of them for the incoming mission, he sent everyone away and resumed his brooding over the bar counter. Yuka left the main area to go join the rest of her colleagues in the kitchen, where they had breakfast together. Yuka ate a bit of grilled fish and some rice porridge while the others prepared some other dishes for themselves. Since she had stripped in the bar area, Toga had not taken her eyes off of her and was staring at her with blushed cheeks. After trying in vain to ignore her staring, Yuka finally broke down and sighed.

"Was that little display too much for you, Toga?" She was trying to downplay what had happened in the hopes of showing them that she had been unphased by the event.

Toga started to laugh a little while she smiled at her. "I didn't know you had such a nice body, Mia'..." She bit her lip as she replied.

Yuka rolled her eyes at her. "I don't see what the big deal is. It's just flesh. Honestly, it's like you've all never seen a woman before."

"If it's such a trivial thing for you, why did you keep your clothes on?"

She heard Dabi's voice coming from the doorway. Yuka's eyes followed him there, glaring darkly at the young man.

"Because I knew some of you would probably enjoy that too much..." she answered in a low voice.

"Is that so?" he replied with a slight chuckle.

"Alright you guys, quit it!" Magne intervened angrily. "Honestly, I'm more impressed by the ink she's got on her. Did you get that done all in one go, Miasma?"

Yuka turned her attention away from Dabi as she resumed her meal.

"Not all at once, no," she answered Magne without looking at her. Even though she seemed completely disinterested by her question, she was mentally grateful for her changing the subject.

"Still, that must have taken a long time to do. The lines on your waist were probably really painful to ink out as well."

She was right on that account, but Yuka wasn't going to admit it to anyone. When she had gotten those lines drawn around her hips, she had scarcely felt anything as painful as that in her entire life. For the rest of her tattoos, they had been a lot less painful to get, despite the sheer amount of them. But it was hard for her to appreciate the artistry behind it all since most of them, she had gotten them out of a sense of duty rather than because she had really wanted them. Most of them, she hadn't even had a choice in the matter...

Yuka ate the rest of her breakfast in silence, ignoring the stares she was getting from the rest of her peers. Once she was done, she made her way back upstairs, but as she arrived on the second floor, she heard a familiar voice call out to her.

"That was quite the show you gave us there, sweetheart..."

Yuka exhaled loudly as she turned to see Dabi nonchalantly leaning against the wall with a smirk on his face. She shot him an uninterested look as she said:

"Look, I'm not interested in your childish remarks, Dabi. What's done is done, and I'd appreciate it if you could focus on our upcoming mission instead of fantasizing about me like a foolish school boy..."

Dabi's smile disappeared from his face as he scoffed at her response. "Whatever... I was just going to say that you didn't have to do all of that for him."

There was a pause while Yuka's eyes looked to the ground as if pondering what he had just said. "It was less humiliating to do as he said instead of having him forcing me to do it... Besides, why do you care?"

"I don't," he answered dryly as he pulled away from the wall. "Just wanted to let you know, is all..."

He walked towards his room to prepare for their mission. Yuka stood in the hallway for a moment, replaying his words in her mind, before shaking her head as she walked into her own room. After closing the door behind her, she crouched down in the middle of her room, resting her knees against the wooden floor as she sat down on top of her heels. She then placed her hands to her waist, closing her eyes as she concentrated on the sound of her breath. It was important that she cleared her mind for their upcoming mission. Otherwise, she might let her emotions run amuck while they were trying to retrieve their target. Everything needed to go smoothly if they wanted their victory to be assured.

Once everyone had eaten, gotten dressed and finished preparing themselves for the mission, they met back in the bar area of the hideout. Yuka was wearing an extra sword on her waist and had decided to trade in her hoodie for a loose bomber jacket with the leggings she had been wearing previously. She kept her hair in a high ponytail since she wanted her hair out of the way during the mission. Dabi and Twice had worn their usual get-up same as Spinner, who was still wearing his ridiculous Stain costume.

"Before you go," Shigaraki said as they all arrived. He turned his attention towards Dabi as he threw a bag towards him. "Don't forget to use this when the time is right."

"Yes sir," Dabi answered as he slung the bag over his shoulder.

"Any questions before you leave? No? Good... Hopefully the next time we see each other, you'll have a new friend for us in tow."

Yuka nodded affirmatively before turning towards the others as they filed out of the hideout. They went down to the garage where a huge truck was waiting for them. Spinner took the driver's seat while the rest climbed in the back. Inside the truck were two motorcycles bolted down by huge ribbons. Once everyone was in place, Spinner drove out of the underground garage and started to make his way towards their destination.

"Everyone remember what the plan is?" Yuka asked in a flat voice.

"Wait for Spinner's signal, then Twice will make a clone of you and you'll head out to intercept the convoy," Dabi repeated back to her.

Yuka bobbed her head affirmatively. She then looked at the bag on Dabi's shoulder. "What's in there?"

"Something for our target. You needn't concern yourself with it."

Her eyes narrowed at his secrecy. She didn't like it when her teammates held back information from her, but it couldn't be helped. She wasn't in the mood to argue with him or Shigaraki's orders, so she sat tight while Spinner brought them to their destination. Yuka kept track of their progress using the GPS on her phone. Once they were closer to the designated area, she unhooked the motorcycles and climbed on top of one of them.

"Alright Twice. Do your thing," she said as she took her position.

"You got it, sweet cheeks!" Twice exclaimed excitedly.

He then started to form a perfect copy of her, equipment and all. The second Yuka looked identical to the first and she also took position on top of the other free motorcycle. It was a bit unnerving for her to see herself from an outside perspective. Not to mention the clone was as sentient as she was.

"Once Spinner gives the signal, he'll open the door for us and you can send the clone out first," Dabi explained to Twice. "Then, you can head out with her, Miasma."

"Understood," the two Yukas answered simultaneously.

"Wow it's like I'm in heaven!/So spooky!" Twice said in his signature voices.

A few minutes later, Spinner banged on the wall between the cockpit and the back of the truck, signaling that they were approaching the convoy. The door to the back of the vehicle then started to open as the two Yukas turned the ignition on their respective bikes.

"I'm counting on you guys to back me up once I destabilize the convoy," she said in a serious tone.

"Yeah yeah just do your part and we'll do ours," Dabi said nonchalantly.

Once the door to the truck had fully opened, the clone set out towards the convoy first, followed by Yuka close behind. She hid behind their truck to conceal herself from their enemies. Meanwhile, her clone drove straight for the convoy. Once she was in position, she drew her sword and planted it into the vehicle's tire, popping it. As the air escaped from the wheel, it blew her backwards and sent her flying. Her motorcycle got caught underneath the convoy as the clone splattered on the pavement once it came crashing down on the ground.

"Good thing we used a clone for that," Yuka said out loud.

With the tire popped and the motorcycle firmly lodged underneath the vehicle, it took no time at all before the convoy spun out of control, crashing into the barrier on the side of the road. Spinner blocked off the end of the road using his truck while Yuka sped towards the fallen convoy. A few prison guards emerged from the toppled vehicle, confused as to what had happened. Before they could realize what was going on, they were both ruthlessly cut down by Yuka as she drew both her swords to slash their necks open. Blood splattered all around them as they both came crashing down. Yuka then turned her vehicle around, readying herself for another drive-by attack. This time, though, the other prison guards had shown more vigilance and were keeping to the inside of the bus to fire their weapons at her. Yuka swerved to avoid their shots, then stood up on the seat of her bike. It was too late once the guards realized what she was doing and, as she approached the fallen vehicle head on, she jumped at the last instant, launching the motorcycle at the front of the truck. The bike came crashing into the convoy, causing a minor explosion that blew the entire front half of the vehicle. Fortunately, their target had been sitting at the back of the vehicle inside a protected cell. Once the explosion had gone off, Yuka used her quirk to fan out the flames as she entered the convoy. She used her swords to hack at the protected cell's locking mechanism, freeing the inmate that had been trapped inside.

"I've acquired our target-"

She was cut off by a crazed man charging at her and pinning her to the ground. Yuka had just enough time to lodge one of her swords in between his teeth to prevent him from taking a huge chunk of flesh out of her neck.

"Fleeeesssh..." he hissed, desperately chewing away at her blade to get at her face.

"What the hell?! What's with this guy?!" Yuka exclaimed as she tried to understand what was happening.

The man's teeth were clearly made of something different, because as she held her sword against his mouth, he started to chew away at the metal, taking huge chunks out of her sword as if it were nothing. She stared in shock as his teeth made short work of her blade, then started to focus on her lungs so she could subdue him before he had a chance to take a bite out of her face.

"Hey psycho!" She heard Dabi's voice coming from outside the vehicle. "You want flesh? Come and get it!"

Yuka turned to see him holding out the bag he had brought with him. From the bag, he produced a huge hunk of meat that the man pinning her to the ground instantly lunged at. Dabi threw the piece of meat to the side, leaving their target to enjoy their meal while Dabi headed over towards Yuka.

"What in the world is with that guy's teeth?!" she said as she watched him devour the piece of meat voraciously.

"He's called Moonfish," Dabi explained, holding out his hand towards her to help her up. "His quirk is Bladetooth. His teeth are made of a super hard metal that he can lengthen and shape however he likes. He's also got an unhealthy obsession with eating flesh..."

"Flesh... flesh... must consume more!" Moonfish uttered as he continued to gorge himself.

Yuka grabbed Dabi's hand and hoisted herself up on her feet. She looked down at the blade Moonfish had chewed through and decided to discard it. It was beyond repair anyways. She then followed Dabi towards their target, putting away her main weapon back into its holster.

"He seems way too unstable for us to use properly," she commented as she watched the man devour his meal.

"Shigaraki wants him, so he must think that he can be of some use to him," Dabi replied. "In any case, you probably got some sleeping gas that you can use against him..."

Yuka stood over Moonfish as her eyes started to turn a light lavender shade. Dabi stepped away as the air around her started to fill with a thin smoke, putting the deranged inmate into a deep sleep. Once he was completely knocked out, Dabi hoisted him up on his shoulder and started hauling him towards the truck.

"We're done here. Let's go," he declared as he walked away.

Yuka looked around for a moment, watching for any signs of incoming trouble. Once they were back in the truck, they closed the door and left the scene before any of the cops had time to intercept them. They then made their way back to headquarters to deliver their target to their boss.
