Nurse Lucy
"Ow!" Natsu yelled out, almost jumping out of his seat after Lucy pressed a cotton swab bathed in medical-grade rubbing alcohol onto one of Natsu's wounds. Natsu's back was covered in a bunch of wounds after he, Lucy, and Happy stopped a group of thieves from robbing a local jewelry store. However, one of the thieves was able to throw an explosive lacrima onto Natsu while he wasn't looking, sending him crashing back first into a nearby building. Lucy, who was holding the cotton swab and a bottle of rubbing alcohol rolled her eyes while pushing Natsu back onto her bed.
"Oh, stop it, Natsu, you almost got the rubbing alcohol on my blanket," she reprimanded, lightly smacking the back of his head.
"It stings like hell, Lucy!"
"That means it's working," Lucy countered before dipping the cotton swab back into the rubbing alcohol. Lucy kept rubbing Natsu's wounds with the soaked cotton swab, ignoring all the hisses and curses coming out of Natsu's mouth. After she cleaned the last wound, Lucy threw the cotton swab away, grabbed some gauze, and began wrapping Natsu's midsections and arms with the gauze.
"Are we almost done here, Lucy?"
"Almost. Now don't move, I want to make sure I wrap as many of the wounds as possible," Lucy ordered while she finished wrapping Natsu up. However, right when she finished, Natsu jumped out of his seat, and attempted to run out the door, but an annoyed Lucy grabbed the back of his scarf, causing him to fall back first onto the floor in front of the front door. "And where do you think you're going!?"
"I…was going to check the request board," Natsu explained as Lucy smacked him in the side of the head before pulling him away from the door by the scarf. Lucy then used all her strength to pick Natsu up and sit her down on her bed. Lucy then bent in front of Natsu, hands on her hips and an annoyed look on her face while Natsu shook his head and looked at his blonde girlfriend in shock and confusion.
"Natsu, I LITERALLY just wrapped half your midsection in gauze! You need to heal before you can go out and do more missions!" Lucy exclaimed, poking Natsu's cheek with her finger while Natsu puffed his cheeks in annoyance.
"Can't I just have Wendy heal me?"
"Wendy's on a mission with the Thunder Legion right now, and isn't going to come back until tomorrow. So until then, you're not leaving our apartment and you're going to focus on recovering," Lucy responded before sitting down next to Natsu, with her arms crossed and her eyes focused on her boyfriend, ready to pounce on him if he tried to leave. Natsu sighed and accepted his fate, laying his head down on his girlfriend's lap, which Lucy responded to with a sigh of relief before running her hands through Natsu's pink hair.
"Thanks for fixing me up, Luce," Natsu said, his voice being muffled thanks to his face being stuffed into his girlfriend's thighs.
"Well, someone has to, you big lug," Lucy playfully responded, scratching the back of Natsu's head, allowing him to relax and forget about going on missions for the time being. Honestly, Lucy thought that both she and Natsu deserved a break. After all, the rent on the apartment had been paid for the month, so there wasn't any need for them to focus on requests and missions. Lucy then laid down next to her boyfriend, continuing to run her hands through Natsu's hair before he wrapped both her arms around Lucy, the two laying together as they enjoyed the sundown from the comfort of Lucy's bed.
