In season 4 of JESSIE Emma turned 16 (probably few days after episode "Karate Kid-tastrophe" notice her rebellious mood and how Jessie says that being 15 is not easy), and before Jessie went to Hollywood in late 2015 does make a perfect timing for Emma to be sent to camp because in Bunk'd season 1 we know she is still 16 (confirmed again by her mention in season 3), I did build like a timeline line in sketchup program, placing their years and then on top of the years seasons and how long they took place (according to episodes of course) and below Emma's ages. weird and confusing, yes but it did help to get things clearer and I think this is the best version I can get.
This means Bunk'd season 2 takes place one year after mid part of JESSIE season 4, according to JESSIE wiki Christina was 41 years old in JESSIE season 4 which means when she visits her children in Bunk'd season 2 that should take place in fictional 2016, she should be 42. Now when we calculate 2016-42=1974, the unknown date of 1974 must be the birth year of Christina.
As for Morgan we know that in JESSIE season 4 he was 37 (in 2015) which means in 2016 he must be 38 now 2016-38=1978.
Age cap is very noticeable, and it actually gives more questions of how Gladys, Christina and Morgan were in same year at the camp but we know that camp accepts kids in many ages from very early teens to late teens so it wouldn't be actually that weird that trio were in the camp at the same time.
