Prologue

It was a sunny day in the town of Springfield. People were going about their everyday routines.

Meanwhile, at 742 Evergreen Terrace, the Simpson family was just sitting on the couch watching TV when they heard a knock on the front door. "Homer, can you get the door please," said Marge. "Sure thing, Marge," said Homer as he got up off the couch. When Homer opened the door, standing on the other side was a mailman carrying a box. "Package, for Lisa Simpson," he said. As Homer took the box, he thanked the mailman while thinking about what Lisa had ordered. "Hey, Lisa, this package just came for you," said Homer, Lisa was curious she didn't remember ordering anything, 'I wonder what it is,' thought Lisa as she opened the box. Inside was a necklace with a crystal in it's center, there was also a note in it that said, 'For a light as radiant as you,' and the signature on the note said 'Your secret admirer.'

"Awww, looks like someone likes Lisa," said Marge. Lisa was stunned at how beautiful the necklace was. It looked like it was handmade, but what caught her attention was the symbol of a white star on the purple crystal. "What does this symbol mean," said Lisa, "I don't know," said Bart.

Later that night, as Lisa was asleep in bed, that was when she heard a faint sound of someone saying her name. "Lisa... Lisa," said the voice, thinking it was Bart playing a prank on her she opened her eyes to see that the voice was coming from her necklace. "Lisa," said the voice. She then saw that the necklace was faintly glowing purple just like the color of the crystal. "What the heck," she said with her eyes now wide open. Then, as she reached for the necklace, a flash of purple light had flooded the room blinding Lisa.

When her vision returned, she noticed that she was now in a white void. "What happened," She said. She started to notice that the necklace was no longer glowing and she was now wearing her everyday clothes. She also noticed that there were seven other children her age. "What is going on," said a boy with black hair. "I'm scared," said a girl with long,blonde hair. Lisa noticed that the other kids had necklaces just like her's.

Then, all of a sudden, the eight children were then surprised as a giant, floating head of an old man appeared. "Greetings, young portal masters I have been waiting for you," said the head. "Who are you," said the black haired boy, "I am Eon, you're guide in this world," said Eon. "But, where are you, you might all ask," said Eon. Just then, the void dissipated as the whiteness was just clouds, and it showed that they were in the sky.

"We're Falling," screamed a girl with pink highlights, "Stay calm, young Heidi, you are being kept aloft by my magic," said Eon. Then islands appeared in plentiful numbers.

"What is this place? It's beautiful," said Lisa, "This is skylands, a magical place of wonder and excitement," said Eon. "Magic flows through everything here every rock, every tree, and every beast," said Eon as a dragon flew by. "But, that magic is in danger, the darkness is spreading, skylands needs your help," said Eon.

"But, we're just kids. We don't even know what to do first," said a boy with glasses. "Do not worry, Young Chris, I have sent my assistant Hugo to help you, we will speak again...soon," said Eon as he faded away.

"Well, that's just great," said the black haired boy. Lisa was wondering why Eon had chosen her to help him. "Well, like it or not, we have a job to do," said Lisa. "What are you talking about," said Chris, who was questioning whether this was a dream or not. "I think we should help this Eon guy. Maybe he can get us home if we do," said a red-haired girl. "Well, we might as well tell each other our names, seeing as how we're going to be working together," said Heidi.

"I'll go first, my name is Lisa," said Lisa proudly, the black haired boy went next, "I'm Max," he said. "You can call me Erika," said a girl with teal hair. "Name's Mason," said a boy with overalls, "I'm Heidi," said the pink highlight girl, next was a girl with pale skin, "I'm Jessie," she said. "My name is Riley," said a boy with brown, messy hair, "And I'm Chris," said the boy with glasses.

"Okay, everyone let's go save skylands," said Lisa as they all made their way to some islands.
