Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the current story arc is ongoing and this is where the plot takes an unexpected turn…especially as a certain Phantom is getting incensed…as far as Midoriya is concerned…

About 25 minutes later, Midoriya emerged from the limousine after having a talk with Madame Chairman of the Hero Public Safety Commission, where he seemed to mentally sighed in relief as the discussion went well and that everything is fine, and as he heads back to the Omokageddo Antique Store, the scene shifts inside the limousine where Mera watches on, as he was there when Madame Chairman was talking to Midoriya.
He seemed to be conflicted after listening in on the discussion, where Midoriya told Madame Chairman about the Phantoms, his childhood, how he became an orphan, becoming one of several individuals abducted and subjected to a strange ritual where many perished and became Phantoms with Midoriya becoming the sole survivor and mysteriously gaining magic and became a wizard.
He noted that Madame Chairman took the information well as she wasn't shocked or apprehensive that Midoriya may have the potential to become a villain as the MAGIC, which Mera wrongly believe it is a Quirk, can be destructive and that Midoriya chose to forgo high school and instead spend time hunting Phantoms, and there Mera asked Madame Chairman if she is sure about letting Midoriya go, which she nodded.
"Madame…let me ask you…are you sure about letting him go…?"
"For now, Mera."
"But…that boy…he might have the potential to become a…"
"He won't. I am definitely sure that Izuku Midoriya won't turn to villainy."
"Huh?"
"Believe me. That boy is not a villain-material…"
"How can you be so sure…!"
"Its like this, Mera…"
Madame Chairman said that if Midoriya intended to become a villain he would have caused a lot of death and destruction yet he risked his life protecting people and she even pointed out that Midoriya didn't even showed signs of villainy by using her as a hostage.
Madame Chairman said that she would tell everyone within the Hero Public Safety Commission to cease any paranoid suspicions towards Midoriya and would see to it that the commission will be assured that Midoriya is not a threat to the Hero Society, which Mera sighed as he decided to trust what Madame Chairman says,. Seeing that she knows what she's doing.
"So you're sure about this, Madame…?"
"Yes, Mera "
"But still…there's the risk…"
"In the event that the boy DO THAT…I will take responsibility."
"…"
"Trust me on this, Mera…"
"Oh…fine. I'll…huh…?"
"?"
Suddenly Mera heard a loud ruckus coming from inside the Omokageddo Antique Store and there he told Madame Chairman that she judged too prematurely and said that something bad is happening and pointed his thumb towards the Omokageddo Antique Store which she heard the loud ruckus and she told Mera that there aren't any violent explosions and such, but Mera said that they should check it out and see if this is Midoriya's doing or not.
"Seems that your judgement went off the charts, Madame…"
"Mera "
"I would suggest we take a look…"
"You don't have to do that, Mera…"
"I'm afraid I have to…"
"Goodness, Mera…"
"What if I'm right…? What if Midoriya really turned to villainy…?"
"You're bordering on being a paranoid, Mera…"
Though Madame Chairman urged Mera not to jump to conclusions, he said that he still has doubts about Midoriya and reiterated that it wouldn't hurt to double-check and make sure, saying that if Midoriya turns out to be what he isn't really then Musutafu would be in big trouble and this would necessitate in summoning all available pro heroes to the fold.
"Sorry, Madame…but I really have to do this…"
"Hold on, Mera…you shouldn't…"
"But I should…there's the risk…"
"I believe that Midoriya would not turn to villainy."
"But there's a possibility, Madame…"
"Mera…"
"And that's one possibility I cannot ignore."
"…"
Madame Chairman can tell that Mera still has doubts and suspicions and there she came up with a compromise: they would take a peek and see what is going on, and if there is nothing threatening here then Midoriya is cleared; but if he show signs of villainy then she would take Mera's recommendation.
Mera nodded and tells Madame Chairman to brace herself in case what he suspect is true as there is a chance that Midoriya might use her as a hostage.
"Are you prepared for this, Madame…?"
"Yes, Mera "
"Be ready…you may not like the results…"
"I am prepared. In the event that the boy DO THAT…I will take responsibility."
"…"
"Trust me on this, Mera…"
"Oh…fine. I'll…huh…?"
"?"

Ch. 41: Doragon no appugurēdo part 4
As Mera and Madame Chairman approached the door, the door suddenly opened where a hand-sized, white-colored Garuda pla-monster came out and flew away, perplexing the two, and there Mera and Madame Chairman peeked inside and saw an unexpected sight in front of their very eyes:
- the furniture are in disarray
- Wajima, Mineta and Midoriya are sprawled on the floor
- each of them sporting a HUGE LUMP on their heads
- Eri and Makoto were the only ones standing and are relatively unharmed
- a hand-sized, red-colored Garuda pla-monster is sprawled on the floor
Mera was dumbfounded at the sight and Madame Chairman observed the scene where Eri asked Wajima, Mineta and Midoriya if they are okay, which they moaned in pain while rubbing their heads in pain.
"Wajima…Mineta…Izuku…are you guys okay…?"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
"Is it really painful…?"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
Mera was baffled at the sight but Madame Chairman observed the scene where she overheard Eri telling the trio that attempting to catch the white Garuda pla-monster was a bad idea which resulted in this, and the trio expressed regret in doing so, seeing that it was really a bad decision in trying to catch it.
"I think next time you shouldn't try to catch it…"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
"So please don't act rashly again…"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
"Oooowww…"
Madame Chairman sighed in relief and told Mera that this answered his question and that it is clear that Midoriya is not a threat, and tells him that they better get going and head back to the Hero Public Safety Commission Headquarters, which Mera reluctantly obliges.
"We're heading back, Mera."
"Madame…"
"You already saw it. Midoriya won't become a villain."
"Okay…"
"We need to tell the executive committee members to stop their paranoid fears towards the boy or else they would do something foolish and reckless."
"Very well."
"Good. We better go now."
"Alright."
As Mera and Madame Chairman left, Eri checked the white box, where a brief flashback showed that while Midoriya is being interviewed by Madame Chairman inside the limousine, the white-colored Garuda pla-monster came and entered the Omokageddo Antique Store carrying the box, and when Midoriya came back Mineta asked for his help in catching it which he reluctantly nodded, and with Wajima joining in the trio attempted to catch it but the white-colored Garuda pla-monster evaded them before ramming them on their heads which knocks them down before fleeing.
Upon opening the box Eri stared wide-eyed as she saw what appeared to be a red magical stone, along with a vacant ring, which glowed and emanating, which Wajima glanced at it and decided to make a magic ring, and there he told the others to take a walk as this might take a while, which Makoto, Mineta and Midoriya reluctantly nodded in agreement.
"Okay, you guys go out for a walk. I'll try to make a ring out of this, but it might take a while…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Will let you know if the new ring is ready, so be a bit patient…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"
"Okay…"

Meanwhile, the Medusa Phantom, in her human guise, watches over from a bridge, where she is looking for potential targets, and there she seemingly found one and there she called forth a Phantom to go after the intended target, which you can see that the said Phantom showed up and is looking forward to this assignment after being instructed by Medusa.
The Phantom in question is shown, revealed to be the Fairy Phantom, and there she gave assurance to Medusa that she will accomplish this in a quick and efficient manner.
"You know what to do, Fairy."
"Yes, my mistress."
"Go after the target. Subject him to turn into a Phantom."
"Yes of course."
"Make sure you succeed. The Wiseman's will must be carried out."
"I will not fail you."
"Good. Proceed immediately."
"At once, my mistress."

About five minutes later…
Makoto, Midoriya and Mineta were walking and are still figuring out who owns the white Garuda, and there Mineta came up with some WILD theories which she told him not to jump to conclusions unless he has concrete proof yet Mineta said that he suspected that it could be from Haimawari since he is also a wizard though Makoto tells Mineta not to rush into conclusions until he is sure.
"Seriously, Mineta…you can't become an investigator if you rely on unproven theories…"
"But I'm sure…someone is trying to do something and…"
"We don't even know who sent that stone to Midoriya…"
"Must be a secret jewelry rival. I bet Wajima did something foolish like making a deal with loan sharks and…"
"That's enough, Mineta."
"But…but…"
"We wait for Wajima's call and that's that."
"Aw…"
Midoriya wondered at first if the white Garuda is from Haimawari given that he mysteriously acquired magical potential, but then he suddenly realized that the pla-monster might belonged to the White Wizard but then he heard a scream coming from a boy which is nearby, and there Makoto told Midoriya that something is up and he should head there immediately as she suspect that it might be a Phantom attack as kids do not usually scream that loud.
"Midoriya! Something's up!"
"Yeah, I heard it!"
"It might be a Phantom attack!"
"Of all the possible times…"
"You better get going…"
"Okay…"
"We'll catch up with you!"
"Got it!"
Nodding, Midoriya ran ahead as he rushed towards the scene, where he saw Ghouls are surrounding a primary school student, which is a boy that is described as dark marks around his brown eyes and messy, blond hair. He also has sharp, pointed teeth.
The boy in question is identified as Tamashiro, and he is terrified as he is being surrounded by Ghouls who are brandishing their weapons and are closing in on the screaming, terrified boy as he is cornered and couldn't find room to evade them.
"WWWWWAAAAHHH! MONSTERS! HELP! HELP!"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
Midoriya arrived as he summoned the Wi-Sword-Gun and opened fire, shooting the Ghouls down and sending them careening back, and there Makoto and Mineta arrived where Midoriya told the two to take Tamashiro and get him away from here, which the two nodded and they grabbed the little boy before making a run, but then the Fairy Phantom showed up and told Makoto and Mineta that she will be taking the child.
"Hold it right there."
"A Phantom!"
"Yikes! A Phantom!"
"Be good and hand over that brat."
"No we won't!"
"Get lost, you ugly!"
"Then perish…and I will take the brat."
"Damn it…"
"Oh man…"

Elsewhere, Haimawari is seen visiting a forest near the Musutafu entry border, where he happened to stumble upon a scene where a Phantom is about to assault a pregnant teenager, and there the attacker is identified as the Gnome Phantom, and there Haimawari shoved the Phantom aside while telling the pregnant teenager to make a run for it while he hold off the Phantom.
"Can you move?"
"Y-yeah…"
"Good! Hurry and move out!"
"O-okay…"
"Hurry! I'll deal with the ugly one here!"
"Th-thanks…"
"Don't stop and don't look back! Just run!"
"W-will do!"
As the pregnant victim fled, the Gnome Phantom is livid at Haimawari for interfering but Haimawari said that today is just a bad luck for the Phantom as he is about to be DEVOURED which the Phantom arrogantly asked if a mere human is resorting to CANNIBALISM, but Haimawari said that the Phantom won't understand because he is about to be CONSUMED.
"Okay, Mr. Phantom…prepare to be on the menu…"
"You damn punk! You're going to regret this!"
"I won't…but you are!"
"What makes you think you can beat me? And you say you're GOING TO EAT ME? Don't make me laugh!"
"I'm not kidding…I'm going to CONSUME you!"
"Like how? I never heard of humans becoming cannibals and stuff!"
"You'll soon find out!"
"Huh?"
As the Phantom is baffled at what he is told, Haimawari took the Phantom's confusion as he began to waved his arms and hands in a circular motion before his left hand, in a closed fist gesture, makes contact on the left side of the belt, which is the Beast-Driver, in which his ring, having an emblem of a lion, entering the Beast-Driver's left slot and turned it in a key ignition-like twist, which the belt's "doors" opened and a voice spoke to confirm the Beast-Driver's "magical transformation", which is now initialized.
Beast-Driver: "SET...OPEN! L-I-O-N...LION!"
A pentagram-shaped magical circle appeared after the Beast-Driver's "doors" opened and slowly went forward, knocking the Gnome Phantom back before it stopped and went towards the Haimawari, enveloping him and now the young man is enveloped in black armor, while his outer armor is gold with designs and crest of a lion, especially his helmet, and he is now transformed into Kamen Rider Beast.

Hope you liked this chapter, as the current story arc is in progress in which Midoriya somehow puts Madame Chairman at ease as she sees that he won't become a threat to the Hero Society and Mera reluctantly accepted…
A new magic stone came and Wajima is working on it…while Midoriya takes on a Phantom who is after a child, which is the child from the Remedial Course arc from the My Hero Academia manga…
And Haimawari is busy as he is also dealing with a Phantom attack…
