Personality (in their costumes): serious, but loosen up, when he knows them for quite awhile, his seriousness would be replace with his charisma, especially when he is excited to see new things, can be a jokester if need be to lighten the mood, and to comfort his team, to bring them hope, and inspiration.
Personality (in their civilian identity): is very clumsy, shy to be around people, likes to stutter alot.
Eye color/shape: round blue eyes
Hair color/length/style: just slightly below the ear, with dark brown hair
Casual outfit (Outside their hero/villain outfits): A blue tank top, with a light yellow jacket over it, blue jeans, and white sneakers
Formal wear (for special occasions): he wears a blue tuxedo, with a red bow, blue pants, and blue dress shoes
Costume/outfits (their appearance as a hero or villain): he have a yellow and blue spandex with a blue lightning bolt on the front. He have blue bracelets that his sister had made for him to deflect the bullets away from him, or anything else. He also wears a blue mask with lightning bolts on the side of his helmet.
Powers/Abilities (if they have any): he can run really fast which comes out as yellow streaks, and can generate blue lightning from anywhere from his body.
Weapons (if they have any): no weapons
Skills (things that they are good at without powers): being a dancer and can sing
Strengths: he got above average strength than normal people, can vibrate through anything
Weaknesses: he sometimes have difficult controlling his lightning abilities but tried to hide it. If he doesn't eat a ton of food, he will pass out.
Fears: afraid of losing his sister (after he finds out about her) and hurting his new friends cause he thinks of them as his family, turning against his team, and being all alone, fires that had killed his parents

Where do live when their not heroing, or doing villainy stuff: in a apartment with his foster parents that loves him as if he was their real son that they had lost in childbirth, ten years ago.
A brief backstory of how they came to be as they are today: their parents was a loving couple, but they both died in a mysterious fire, without knowing their kids had any powers, and he was only five years old when that happen, he would always think that it could be his fault, as his older sister is the only one that had known about his powers, he would still have nightmares about it, but tried to hide it from his team.

Personality (in their costumes): serious, cold hearted, and wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone
Personality (in their civilian identity): is very calm, calculated, and try to show no emotions
Eye color/shape: round blue eyes, it turns icy blue when she uses her powers
Hair color/length/style: long white hair that is in two braids, that goes to her waist.
Casual outfit (Outside their hero/villain outfits): a short blue sleeve shirt, blue skirt, and blue flats
Formal wear (for special occasions): she wears a crystallize blue dress that sparkles, and blue high heel boots with buckles on the sides. Have a crystallize snowflake necklace around her neck
Costume/outfits (their appearance as a hero or villain): she wears a one piece suit that is the color of light blue, her hair is a frosted light blue color, she have a blue utility belt that contains anything. She also wears a blue domino mask that hides her upper face.
Powers/Abilities (if they have any): she have the powers of ice, so can make her clothes with it, her weapons, she can also fly when she uses ice as propellers.
Weapons (if they have any): two ice daggers that can regenerate if they break on both sides of her hips
Skills (things that they are good at without powers): she knows how to pinch the pressure that can knock them out. She also knows how to fight hand to hand combat.
Strengths: can tell what other people are thinking by looking at their expressions
Weaknesses: she sometimes can't control her power, especially when she goes crazy, when she sees blood.
Fears: afraid of losing her brother (after she finds out about him) and never getting her brother to see reason

A brief backstory of how they came to be as they are today: their parents was a loving couple, but they both died in a mysterious fire, without knowing their kids had any powers, and she was only ten years old when that happen, she would always think that they all had die in that fire, she would always hide her powers from everyone. She would always try to avenge their deaths, by killing people that she thinks does not deserve to live, especially happy family.
