Selim Bradley: The Torch Alchemist

Selim tries to deal with the life of being the youngest person to achieve the position of State Alchemist in the Amestrian Military at the age of ten. After three years as a state alchemist, He hasn't gained much of a reputation except that of notoriety due to his lack of experience. Unbeknownst to him, there are deep seated memories that he is unaware of-some that are not his.

1. Pretext

Thank you for showing interest in my fanfiction. Fullmetal Alchemist belongs to Hiromu Arakawa. I make no claim of owning the Intellectual Property. I only give thanks to Hiromu Arakawa for making the FMA series and to Studio Bones for adapting the series and introducing it to a wider audience.

This is my first entry into FanFiction. constructive criticism is welcome as I am just starting on writing as a hobby. I'm not sure how my pacing is. Please feel free to DM me or leave a comment or review if you wish. just put in the text which chapter (story) you are referring to.

I've been inspired to write about Selim through Anne Camp aka Obi-quiet's FanFiction " Anything but normal" and The Gallifreyan Wordsmith's "Take Pride in your humanity" which both deal with Selim Bradley/Baker as a epilogue after the events of the manga/Brotherhood series.
