So this happened when I was fifteen, I've had the eye for about four years now. They were doing a raffle for a summer trip to Egypt and explore the ruins of the nameless pharaoh. And they would have a raffle and draw five names and those were the students that got to go to Egypt with professor barbados. My name got drawn, I don't know if grandpa made it so i went regardless or not but i got to go on the trip. So… we're in Egypt right, we're exploring the tombs with tour guides and security talking about how great the nameless pharaoh was and all that.
I get down to tie my shoes and the group rounds the corner. I look up and start panicking not knowing which way they had went. So I wandered around aimlessly, the next thing I remember was I was in a room with a bunch of broken rocks and all that. I have no light… at all. My phone was dead. I couldn't even use the screen to get a little bit of light. And I remember there was faint light from above. I try walking around it and I trip and fall and cut my hand on a rock. I see something and I examine it by touch. While I'm examining the item I can tell it was the millennium eye.
I remember going to the spot where the tiny ray of light shown downward and i looked at it. As i did my head felt foggy… and I remember passing out. Next thing i know… i'm coming to in the hospital. The doctors are trying to explain to our translator who's using a book to figure out what's said. And they told me 'we cannot remove the millennium eye, you have to live with this from now on'. Professor barbados felt heavily responsible for this because he was the chaperone. I told him not to worry bout it because I'm alive. But because of that incident we had to pack up and go home early.
Rachael had found out from grandpa who was obviously told by Barbados, and rachael immediately came to the school literally to just fucking yell at me for being careless and shit. So yeah, that is… how I got the millennium eye. Not going to lie though to this day it's still a pain in the ass to deal with because I have to wear goggles inside the shower when I bathe because my right eyelid is always open and in the past water would slip in and make things very uncomfortable.
'Circling back to the Kurenai suspension story, who filled in for her?' oh shit… I never did finish that because of jane. I want to say it was actually rachael who filled in while Kurenai was suspended for two months and jane was spending time with grandpa the entire time we were all here at the school. Itachi602 donated a dollar 'tell everyone how we met'. I could tell that story sure. So… a lot of you… who were not here when Itachi had started or when I had left… I was still fifteen and this was shortly after the millennium eye incident.
So… with the mabudachi which is what me stern and kurt all called ourselves… We stood up for students who were being bullied. We're all divine gold at this point, and another student who was in the silver dorm was picking on itachi doing the whole 'i'm better than you because i'm higher dorm than you' hazing shit that we never could stand. So I stepped in and challenged the student and dueled against the student.
Itachi was taking notes on what all I was doing and asked us if he could hang around us to learn more from us. We said sure why the hell not. So we are the reason Itachi is as skilled as he is. It's not because of the Egyptian gods that he has. It's because we took the clay that was his potential and molded it. And i honest to god have no idea he even had the egyptian gods after me kurt and stern left. I didn't find out he could use them until I came back earlier today" Arcellious said and leaned back a little.
