We're back on chapter 9.

Back in the lair, the turtles and their friends were recovering from the attack of the Foot. Master Splinter walked to KP and Ron.
"You are all lucky to escape this Ratzilla's ambush. You would be at the hands of the Shredder." he said.
"Drakken's rat is so strong." Kim said. "But the next time I see him, he'll be having a dental problem."
"We've brought a briefcase that they've got. Donnie and Wade are examining what is the chemical in there." Leonardo said.
"What does Shredder and Drakken want with this stuff?" Ron wondered.
"That's what Donnie and Wade are finding out" Raphael said.
"What, we have to wait for the eggheads to experiment on chemicals?" Raph asked skeptically. "We can just go out and find Shego and force her to tell us what they're planning."
"No, Raphael. We cannot learn the enemy's plans by force." Splinter said. "Learning an enemy's weakness is what the Shredder only do to destroy. We must have patience, my son. Donatello and Wade will inform us of these chemicals."
"Karai's outta stay here." April said. "The Foot might still be tracking her."
"Hold on, O'Neil. Shego's no match for me." Karai said. "Remember how Kim and I took her down?"
"I should have seen that." Casey said.
"Yeah, but Shredder's still after you." Kim said. "We just wanted you safe."
"But…" Karai sighed. "Okay, fine." she said.
"Hey, did Raph fought Shego?" Casey asked.
"I was busy fighting Bebop and Rocksteady." Raph said. "One more word about me and her being alike, I'll turtle slap you."
"What? She's fearless like you. She's ruthless like you. She's angry like you. She's sarcastic like you." Mikey said.
"What's you're point on that?" Raph asked.
"She's like a girl version of you." Mikey said.
"Yeah, the one with glowing hands, and blasts fire at other stuff. Is that your point of view?"
"Kinda." Mikey said.
"Guys, this is not the best time to compare who to whom." Leonardo said.
"Leonardo's right. We need to think of a way to stop whatever Drakken and Shredder are doing." KP said.
"Kim is right." Splinter said.
"Yep, she's always right." Ron agreed.
"How long do we have to wait for the Foot's next move?" Casey asked.
"We'll just have to keep a look out on the city for them." Leonardo said.
"That'll take time." Raph said.
"In the meantime, Mikey, let's see your stuff in your room." Ron said.
"Sure, Ron, right after I show you my video game." Mikey said.
"Oh, sure thing." Ron said.
In the lab, Donnie was examining the chemicals that Shego and the Foot members were collecting, and Wade on his computer was helping him.
"Anything on your monitors yet?" Donnie asked Wade.
"Nothing." Wade said. "You?"
"Still checking." Donatello said.
Both Donnie and Wade found something about the chemicals.
"Hey, did you see what I see, Donnie?" Wade asked.
"Yes, I am. This is interesting. This is not like any chemicals." Donnie said.
"I don't think this is chemicals Shego and the Foot were delivering to Shredder." Wade said checking on his computer.
"You're right, Wade. This is getting serious. I better get the guys." Donatello said before he walked out from the lab. "Guys, you've gotta see this."
"I know where this is going." Michelangelo said.
"What?" Ron asked.
"I accidently broke his computer." Mikey said in a whisper.
The group entered the room and gathered together.
"What's the sitch, Donnie?" Kim asked.
"This isn't some chemicals. It's DNA from dinosaurs." Donnie said.
"What?" the turtles were shocked.
"Why would Drakken and Shredder make dinosaurs mutants?" April asked.
"Stronger armies." Leo guessed. "They're collecting DNA from dinosaurs and maybe mammoths."
"How, stealing bones from the museum?" Raph asked.
"That's deep." Casey said.
"Can we go to the museum?" Mikey asked. "I wanna go see the fancy stuff there."
"Me, too." Ron said.
"Me, three." Rufus said.
"No." Kim and Leo said.
"The Kraang must have gotten DNA samples from other animals in the Ice Age centuries ago." Donatello said.
"And the Purple Dragons must have gotten this one to give to the Foot." Mikey said.
"That's one partnership, bro." Ron said.
"At any case, Drakken's building a mutant army." Wade said.
"And if he creates such an army, the world will be in chaos." Master Splinter said.
"And he'll win this time." Ron said in surprise. "My God, this is pure evil of him."
"He's not gonna win by my watch." Kim said. "I've always foiled his plans to take over the world, and I'll foil that one."
"Yeah! Drakken's going down." Ron said.
"Yeah!" Rufus cheered.
"But wait, what else does Drakken need to build an army?" April asked. "Does he need Kraang technology?"
"That's obviously the idea." Kim said. "If he would ever merge Kraang technology with his, he's rebooted."
"But he wouldn't know how to work out the Kraang stuff." Karai said.
"We'll still take a fight out to him." Raph said.
"I'll spend weeks of working on retro-mutagen." Donnie said.
"On Ratzilla?" Ron asked.
"We're not sure if it would work on Ratzilla." Kim said. "You've said it yourself, Donnie, special mutants are immune to this stuff. I mean, look at Karai."
"Hey, they tried their best to help me." Karai said. "I'm still working on my snake skills."
"We'll take any chances. If it works on Ratzilla, he'll turn back into a rat. If not, well, we can still take him down." Donatello said.
"Okay, we patrol New York, learn the Foot's next move, and we plan our attack against Shredder and Drakken." Leonardo said.
"We must be careful." Master Splinter said. "Who knows what traps Shredder is setting around the city."
"Don't worry, Sensei. We'll be fine." Leo said.
