Chapter 3: Imp and Owl truly meet face to face

Morning came as it rained and stormed as near the opening to the underside of the house as Blitzo, dressed in his casual wear, he was protected from the rain inside the secret underside as he watched it dripped. From his size perspective it would hurt unlike how large Demons would just get wet as he felt a pill bug touch his hand as he looked down at it and how easy it was for him to pick it up at his size as he did and casually tossed it up and down before he stopped feeling sad and guilty at what has happened being seen by Stolas as he allowed the bug to go free as he watched two interact and leave and hugged his legs just unsure of what to do. However his thoughts were interrupted as he heard the sound of foot steps as he looked up and saw it was Stolas as he kneeled down and left something causing the tiny borrower to gasp as Stolas left. Once gone he went to the grate and quickly check if he was gone and then grabbed a leaf to be a umbrella and to hide as he went to the porch area watching the owl calmly pet the demon cat matsuri as the ash blonde cat growled and left leaving stolas alone.

Beths voice: Stolas come inside you'll catch your deaf of cold out there

"Sure thing mama" he said going in as Blitzo watched still safe with his leaf as he then went back to the grate entrance as he brushed off the raindrops as he looked at the sugar cube…the one he dropped or a fresh one either way he walked up to it and picked it up seeing a piece of paper and was about to pick it up…but changed his mind and went back into his home.

Once in he told Moxxie what happened as he was getting soup ready but needless to say his reaction was understandable "What did you say? Why would he do that?" He said walking over with the bowls of soup as Blitzo set up a loaf of bread to go with the soup "I think he was just being nice its the same cube of sugar I dropped in his room last night" said Blitzo as Moxxie was confused "Millie, what do you mean?" He asked as Millie drank her tea and looked down as she sighed as Blitzo looked guilty as her mama looked at him "Do not touch it do you understand me?" Asked Millie serious as Blitzo nodded understanding, if he took it it could alert that there are borrowers living under the house "Its a trap there gonna capture us like cockroaches!" Panicked Moxxie scared of what will happen "Moxxie let try to not get hysterical" said Millie but the poor male imp was rattled as he slammed his hands on the table "Dont tell me to not get Hysterical! *Get sad* we'll probably have to move now" he sand moaning as he touched the table "Good by old table we had so many good times together" said Moxxie worried "Lets not say goodbye to anything just yet, eat your soup before it gets cold" said Millie as they started to eat supper but Moxxie still was anxious "I Told you that young bean will be trouble!" He yelled as he scarfed down his food mumbling how no one listens to him as Blitzo was lost in thought.

Stolas saw him and that was why he gave that sugar back to him and knows deep down its his fault that he was seen. Soon the ran stopped as the sun poked out as Blitzo and Moxxie did laundry and set it out to dry "Thank you Blitzo smart boy doing this when the sun comes out" said Moxxie as Blitzo smiled "Or maybe I have a smart papa who taught me" he said grabbing the bag he used for the laundry as he came down "Good boy, if you got this I think I'll lay down for a bit" said Moxxie as he went into the house as Blitzo waved good bye. Once alone the lithe imp frowned and went up to where the sugar and the note was as he saw ants taking pieces of the sugar as he moaned and brushed them off as he picked up the sugar and got the note as he read it "You forgot something"

Was all it said as Blitzo felt a resolution that he needed to take care of as it then changes to inside his room as he dresses up in his borrower outfit tying his necklace around his neck and getting his pin sword and then packing the sugar or what was left as he exited quietly but not before checking on his papa in his room as Moxxie was snoring gently in the bedroom his mama made before he was adopted and then on Millie as she was in her workshop making equipment that she uses for borrowing as he carefully went out of a secret back way and then rand further down the under house to the other side as he knew it will lead to the second floor to Stolas as he climbed up and exited entering what always feels like a forest to his size as he saw a way up.

Taking a breath he started to climb the ivy on the wall of the house carefully to stay hidden from sight as he made sure to bob and weave to hide from birds as he made it to the roof. But once there he saw the breath taking sight of the garden as the wind blew in the breeze as to his size it was a whole new world. However his musings were interrupted by a crow who cawed at him as he whimpered as he hurried to climb to Stolas room as the owl was in bed reading a book with the window open to let fresh air in. Finding a opening in the screen Blitzo tossed the sugar cube through it as its pattering on the wood floor caused Stolas ears to twitch as he looked away from his book as to his surprise saw a shadowy silhouette of Blitzo as he smiled "Is that you from last night?" He asked as Blitzo gasped and hid "No wait dont go *Blitzo slowly returns* I'm sorry if I frightened you" said Stolas gently

Blitzos voice: Please leave us alone we dont need your help

"But can I please just talk to you?" Asked Stolas confusing Blitzo

Blitzos voice: No human beans are dangerous whenever were seen we have to move my parents say so

"So you have a family, that's nice" he said gently surprising Blitzo

Blitzos voice: you dont have a family?

"I have one, but they sent me here to get the care and attention I need because my other mom Bella is busy with her job" said Stolas as it goes out as Blitzo looks down guilty "I'm sorry to hear that" he said softly "Anyway my name is Stolas what's your name?" He asked which surprised Blitzo "What do they call you?" Asked Stolas as Blitzo got his wind "Not that its any of your buisness, but its Blitzo" he said "Blitzo…Blitzo" said Stolas testing the name as he smiled "That's a beautiful name" said Stolas as Blitzo gasped and looked down feeling he made a mistake

Stolas voice: maybe we can be freinds?

A freind, stolas was his age but him and a demon…"Could you at least come out so I can see you? I want to make sure I am not dreaming" Asked Stolas as Blitzo was surprised…but shook his head no "I wont hurt you I promise" said Stolas as Blitzo while surpried…stepped forward to show himself…but the sound of a crow caw was heard as it flew into the screen to try to get Blitzo but he hid as it slammed into the screen as Blitzo nearly flew off before he held onto the ivy screaming for help as Stolas hurried and opened the screen with the crow as through the feathers grabbed Blitzo leaf and all as Blitzo felt time slow as he was touched by a demon as Stolas focused on trying to get rid of the crow as Loopy and Lyle hearing the ruckus came in "What in the name of…Gahh a crow" yelled Lyle "I got it!" Said Loopy ready to use his weapons "Dont thin of that remember what Beth said!" Said Lye as he rolled over and grabbed one of Stolas slippers as Stolas pulled Blitzo in as the round sinner slapped the crow knocking it out "YOU GET OUT RIGHT NOW!" He barked as the crow dazed slipped out of the screen and rolled down the roof tiles as Loopy got close "What got into that bird? I never seen it act such a weird way" Said Loopy as he and Lyle closed the window "Maybe it s nesting season or something" he said as behind stolas was Blitzo as he hid in the leaf " I dont know it looks like it was chasing something, uggg look at these holes we need to fix this or Beth will tan us "We have to replace of course" said Lye as Stolas tried to hide Blitzo under his pillow "Oh my goodness are you alright?" Asked Lye panicking as Blitzo quietly snuck out of Stolas hand "Your mother told us to not make you excited, do you need your medicine?" Asked Lyle as Stolas shook his head "No thank you , I am actually feeling pretty good" he said as the two sinners hummed and walked out as they look at the owl "Well then stolas have a nice long rest now" said Loopy as they left the boy alone.

Sighing Stolas looked at the leaf and saw Blitzo was gone as he exhaled and laid down with the leaf on his face as Blitzo watched…guilty at what happened as he closed his hiding spot and made his way through the walls home as he sighed at what he had done…

But when a light shone he turned and saw Millie who saw the whole thing "So I saw you met the young bean?" She asked "I'm sorry I went to ask him to leave us alone but I really dont think he intends to hurt us!" Said Blitzo as Millie exhaled "Many borrowers lost their lives thinking the same, it must never happen again do you understand me?" Asked Millie as Blitzo nodded "Yeah" said Blitzo as in the kitchen as Moxxie and Millie were alone "We are gonna have to plan to move the boy knows were here" said Millie as Moxxie gasped as he held back tears "Are we safe?" He asked sitting down…but silence spoke volumes as Moxxie was stunned as in his room Blitzo laid on his back now in his casual outfit at what he had done and risked his family that they must move as he had near him the note…that started it all…

Authors note: Poor blitzo, it looks like they must move…
