I noticed a few errors in the last couple of sentences, so here is an updated Flashback to the beginning of the new chapter.

Loona in her shirt and underwear with her tail wagging behind her a little bit, and she stopped it when She got into the bed that they were sharing. Harry pulled her closer with his arms around her making her jolt in anxiously being so close to someone she only knew for a couple of days.
"Touch any higher or lower on my body and you will lose a finger", Loona said while baring her teeth at Harry.
OK but relax Loona, he thought back to her. She was exhausted from today and she hears that it's the same with Harry while listening To his soft snoring that isn't so loud. She had felt her tail wrap around Harry's leg.
Maybe this isn't as bad as it seems to be. She thought to herself.
End Of Flashback
Still on the same evening as with Harry and Loona in bed.
It seems like forever that it took Loona to fall asleep. But feeling the gentle hug from Harry she eased into the new feeling of security as she drifted off to sleep.
Back at the Gryffindor Boy Dorms with Ron and the remaining third year Boys students.
"There goes our advantage for the Quidditch House Cup", Dean Thomas looking over to Harry's empty bed.
Ron maybe wasn't showing it but he was angry at Harry for leaving the Gryffindor House. Now he couldn't Hang in the spotlight anymore, he thought. As he should be Harry's best mate and he should have married Ginny so that they could be the ones to get the Potter fortune.
"Ron, is everything ok?" Seamus asked, because Ron just stood there staring at Harry's empty bed.
Hearing that it snapped him back to answer the question.
"I'm fine." "What do you think of that new Girl that is supposed to be Harry's wife?"Ron asked the other boys.
"Is it me or something is off with that dark looking girl? ", Ron didn't Like anything dark.
"She seems nice at first but I think it's too early to judge her, Ron ", Dean said.
"Well, her attitude seems dark and that she pops up from Nowhere is suspicious enough that Harry is trapped in a marriage that seems forced. She is lying to everyone for who she is ", Ron said back in a fit.
I'll prove it to Them that she is bad News, Ron thought, while he was getting ready to bed under his covers while thinking about how to get that mudblood to show her real side.
Hermione in the Girls dorms had a different view of Loona, sure she was upset that she wasn't going to get close to Harry. She was happy that he found someone to love, his story was sad losing his parents that were murdered by a deranged Wizard.
She heard the other girls bickering about Loonas clothes and that she was too pale to be British and that Harry deserves someone with more class that that bitch and how they were going to stick it to her.
Hermione was eager to know Loona better because you can't judge a book by its cover. She may be Good for Harry in the end. She could make him more confident In himself, she thought.
It was going to be awkward for them to meet up in future time for studying and In their free periods.
Jumping to the Headmaster and Professor Snape. It was clear that Dumbledore was planning to end that relationship between Harry and Loona.
Even as a skilled mind reader Professor Snape couldn't get into Loonas head somehow.
"Ah, Severus. Did you have any luck in finding out where Loona came from or is she telling the truth?", Dumbledore asked. He knew that Snape was also a spy for Voldemort.
Snape replied with. "No." "She seems truthful but her mind is protected by shields. If I enter her mind it's like a dark woodland with a fog unable to see very far. It is fully closed off for anyone who dares to enter."
"Disturbing, that is maybe we can get her to spill her secrets by giving her a truth serum." Dumbledore says and thinks of Harry's future with a certain female Weasley, It's for the greater good for Harry.

I speak for the most recent news with the King of Hell being spotted after a Hell shake at the Central Elevator Station entering a new elevator shaft that goes to another Ring that seems forgotten but is now coming back to Hell." Tom Trench said Reading his notes.
"What a story, Tom. Yes it seems he isn't saying much but some say that an old sin is returning and we should be getting a royal welcome back by an extinct line with a missing Heiress and Heir of that sin family. We are still missing the details of who it's going to be." Katie Killjoy told the cameras that were broadcasting in Hell.
"We have interviewed a couple of the Imps nearby." A video feed came up with a Sinner with the name Sandra Murders. " So Sandra what have the other been saying and have you made contact with Lucifer ?".
"I haven't seen Lucifer personally but people are curious about this new place coming back. In the Pride Ring there are too many, so we have an overpopulation here and having more room for Sinners and less Hellborn Imps and Hellhounds would be a benefit. It all comes down to…"
"There is Lucifer ! Maybe we can get an interview", she said as she ran towards the King of Hell.
"Lucifer, Do you have any knowledge of who the sin is or the name of the Royal family that is returning?" she asked him.
"There is one thing I will be saying until further notice. STAY AWAY FROM THAT RING AND IF I CATCH ANY ONE ENTERING THAT RING ELEVATOR HE WILL NOT LIKE THE END OF IT. "AM I CLEAR!" His voice rose tone as his eyes turned red. And he disappeared from being mobbed by the reporters.
Back to Katie and Tom trench. "What a delightful conversation with Lucifer. The only thing to do is to wait for an update on when we get to meet the new Sin. We will be back later after the Show Hellhound today. I'm Tom Trench and this is the news channel 666." It went back to the normal program.
Many of the Sinners were wary of the Overlords but sins were much worse if they showed themselves in Pentagram City.
Even the Overlords were out of their mind. Many will Be trying to get the advantage if they could benefit from the new sin.
A certain Miss Morningstar had seen the news and was wanting to get in contact with her father about the returning sin. But she was in her own personal problems getting her rehabilitation Hotel up. Her girlfriend was also curious about a sin returning or being a new one. They had
nearly finished the repairs on the hotel. It was after the battle with the heaven's angels. There were still bodies to be removed from their ground and to be given to cannibal town to be eaten.
Miss Morningstar was coming into her throne now. She knew to contact her father eventually about this. She would text him to come to the hotel.
The guests of the hazbin hotel were also curious about the news, especially a certain Radio Demon that was grinning sadistically in the corner of the room .
My, this could be entertaining for me, Alastair thought. Hearing about a new sin. He knew that a sin could easily end his life without an effort but maybe he could guide this young sin into becoming a powerful person in Hell.
Charlie was sitting there with her phone in her hand with her contacts pulled up to call her father and wanted To dial his number.

The Ring of Fury
The Ring was mainly covered in a dense woodland setting and the major city name was Mooncity. It has A mountain range that has a castle sitting near one of the peaks looking over the valley with some cities and suburbs with an industrial area. Many of the buildings have come down but it doesn't mean they couldn't be fixed. Wildlife was also present but what you would find on earth would be bigger and meaner to kill in Hell. The Ring itself was there to raise Hunters and Killers to serve the sin.
The sin family had a castle on the mountain range and a continental hotel inside the city. It is more of an underground and access point to leave Hell to hunt their targets on earth. It was only for Hellhounds that bound themselves to the Sins family to protect Hell and to hold the laws up in Hell. If there is a breach from said Hellhound. The Punishment is death.
The sin family could raise a military worth of Hounds. All former contacts could be reactivated by those who swore themselves into protecting the family and anyone who didn't was to be killed.
There is a military complex that also belongs to the sin. It trains the Hellhounds in recon, spying, fighting with weapons and hand to hand. It would make anyone an lethal killing machine but only after giving his oath to serve the sin. The House Sins name is Azazel.
Just being a bunch of mercenaries wasn't enough but also being well versed in hell's laws and politics is necessary to comply with Lucifer's demands.
So because of the chaos that will occur when Loona and Harry claim this House. It will be up to then to tidy up Hell. They are basically the police that don't fuck around when someone has to die in Hell or on earth. Lucifer is like to put them in a telephone Box with the perpetrators and they are most likely to walk out with the others dead or bleeding out on the floor.
They will be the spec ops that hunt the Sinners or people that don't even deserve Hell.
The Sins Castle was intimidating as Hell with Its out wall being guarded with artillery positions with a one o five millimeter caliper and the high explosive shell that were bunked in the basement. And fortified machine gun positions, as in multiple. The castle could open a roof section to allow a cwis to access the sky for engaging flying targets.
Basically mess with this Sins castle is a big game of fuck around and find out. The breaching of the castle that is full of booby traps that would definitely maim or outright kill intruders.
The traps reset themselves because of the magic wards that activate them. The main pentagram wardstone linked to the Sin of fury had eventually given a blood link. The castle itself was sentient so it knew the sins needs and wants.
The Rings atmosphere was dimmer than the others because of the constant overcast and fog-like atmosphere. Making it difficult to see things in the distance. It made it worse with the wildlife in this Ring that was out to kill anyone who went off the roads and into the darker forest surrounding most of the city with some fields. Meat was mainly available as food here because of Hell deer and other animals that could be hunted. There's even a river running through the City that starts from the Mountain range where the Castle is built.
The sin had also a normal bar in the town where normal business could be handled.
What was needed for the continuance of the Sins line was a Married pair and a couple of concubines to serve the sin as breeding tools.
A certain Breed of HellHounds were looked at for the best dog soldiers.
That was in the grimoire that Harry was to receive with Loona. It's Not like Loona not Be in charge but she will be the one that commands Harry's Bitches. Those who don't comply will also be punished by Loona as she is also sin with Harry.
The Ring had a high table to discuss issues and the revenue that the Ring is making. With the taxes and criminal records with deaths and population with needed work to be done.
Basically the new mayor of the Moon City has to answer to the Sin itself.

Plus some names for Harry's and Loona body guards that serve them faithfully to their death ?
Should I keep Harry IN Hogwarts or pull him from Hogwarts only To get pulled back for the Goblet of fire ?
