Chapter 2: 1969
(Location: Earth NASADA Grace Sterling P.O.V.)
My name is Grace Sterling and I'm going to be one of the first women to ever step foot on the moon. I've been working for NASADA for a few years now but this is my first major mission because I wasn't accepted for the moon landing mission earlier this year. I could have made headlines around the world as the first woman to step foot on the moon but they wouldn't let me go up there because I'm a woman. This is despite the fact that I passed the Mercury astronaut tests at the top of my class. I thought I would never be able to go on an important mission. That was until Zordon teleported me into his Command Center and recruited myself, Terona Washington, Daniel O'Halloran, Jamie Gilmore and Nikolai Chukarin to be the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I was made the Red Ranger and de facto leader of the team due to my experience at NASADA. He gave us an important mission as soon as we got our powers and suits, which was to stop an evil entity named Rita Repulsa from being set free on the moon by a monster named Psycho Green. I immediately knew that my life would forever be turned upside down by that day.
Before we went on the mission, we all took some time to get to know each other. Terona Washington is a soldier who got injured in Vietnam and came home after spending a while in a military hospital. Daniel O'Halloran is a college student who has spent the last few years protesting the Vietnam War and recently went to Woodstock. Jamie Gilmore is a talented young musician from England who is in a rock band called The Familiars who want to be world famous like The Beatles and The Rolling Stones and Nikolai Chukarin is a KGB intelligence analyst who has been a bit arrogant around the rest of us, believing his nation to be superior. It didn't take long for us all to get along even with all of our differences.

My mind keeps flashing back to my final interaction with Star, the Pink SuperSonic Ranger, my other former teammates and the bullying from Ace, the team leader, who made me do what I had to do. I have been fighting Chrono Ranger and S.P.D. Omega Ranger a lot recently. My mission is to find Atir Vile and I think Ure holds someone else but I will free her too. These two are a pain with their time travelling Power Rangers but they don't know that I found the portal of Robo Rita and watched the final battle of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Always so I know what to do and what not to do in the future. I don't have to worry about messing up any timelines because I don't exist there. My biggest fear right now is the possible return of these Ultras from the Kingdom of Light that left this planet three years ago but I know that I will get away alive like always, even if Zordon the Wise sends a team of Power Rangers to stop me. Well, maybe the Chrono Ranger or Time Force Black but not Zordon the Wise's team with my fear of the Ultras being a real reason for me staying in my ship for three years with their weapon that is based on an alien called Zetton that they only use if a planet is seen as a risk and the Gundams, these Mobile Suits I have become familiar with. My former teammates have all been replaced with new SuperSonic Rangers but I will never be replaced so easily for I am the legendary Trek and there is no one in the universe who can destroy me.
(Location: Space by the Moon Zoffy's P.O.V. as he watches the battle of the 1969 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers vs Trek and reaffirms his reasons for not trusting humanity by 2021 after he lost his good friend Ultraseven who was shot by the USP (United Science Patrol) leaving Seven's children without a father for over three years.
This is why you never give humans more power than what they can take. A bunch of random humans who think they know everything about aliens killed a good friend of mine and I don't think I can ever forgive the human race for such a horrific act. What comes next is going to be very entertaining to watch for all of us. The massive pile of junk in space that the humans have unknowingly put up there will only get worse and I seriously hope that humans cannot become Ultras on their own. Zoffy then left Earth to return home after everything he had seen.

I am lucky to be alive after the battle with the alien. At least, I hope it was an alien and not some kind of monster but I saw something else there being The Arbiter who I did not fully get to see but that all I know is that three people have lost their lives and that I am currently examining the dagger I took with me. What I remember about the trip back to Earth is… is how quiet it was. During the journey home from the moon, myself and Terona Washington were discreetly transported back to Earth. It was a silent trip. We both knew what we had seen, what was to come and what we would have to live with for the rest of our lives. Did we have any thoughts about what could happen to us before the mission began? Any thoughts about our chances of survival? Perhaps, but none of us said a word. Not on the trip to the moon, not when we landed on the surface, and not when we first saw Trek with our own eyes. Not a word. To be honest, I'm glad that this entire operation is going to be kept top secret and that the public will never know it happened. It was a total disaster in every regard. Terona and I barely escaped with our lives. We didn't have anything to say to each other because we were still trying to process what had actually happened on the mission. Seeing a group of people that I had just met and had such bright futures ahead of them die in such a brutal fashion is something that will haunt me for the rest of my life. What do we even tell the families of those we lost? I don't even know what I'm going to say to Zordon once I get back to Earth. Terona is a bit less shaken because she fought in Vietnam but it's still obvious just from looking at her that she isn't doing great after all of this. Neither of us are never going to think about the moon the same way again.

I knew that Trek wouldn't die from such a small explosion. It's honestly depressing that the deaths of these three were for nothing because it puts more names on his list of murders like the SuperSonic Rangers. I used the Chrono Shifter on my cybernetic arm to open up a portal in the Morphin Grid to return to looking for The Arbiter. I feel so sorry for Grace Sterling because I already know her fate. In the future, she will be killed by a Dark Specter controlled DragonRanger which is actually the 4th one if you look at the history of the Power Rangers. She might have actually seen me but I heard her saying that she might have been hallucinating which is funny to me because of how fast I appeared and disappeared but I am very real and have a dark past like Trek but unlike Trek who doesn't care about life and those he kills, I lost everything including my best friend and mentor to the Machine Empire and everything else to Venjix. I always feared losing those I loved and it has become a regular occurrence for me. I feel completely numb some days.
I just recovered the Black Time Force Ranger, Cyra Drake, from prehistoric times, specifically the Cenozoic-era, where I also saw the death of Bubba Repulsa and the fall of Atir Vile into the sea who is not going to return to around 2010 at the earliest and 2016 at the latest. Cyra had to break the bad news that they may have changed history and are both wanted by the Time Protection Bureau for breaking the timeline. Not like we are the only ones because I'm certain that Geiz is there with them as Kamen Rider Geiz who let them know that they had to return to Outpost One where Power Rangers Hyperforce is waiting and the other Time Force Silver/Hyperforce Green, by which I mean Cayden, is there talking about all of this with them. I warn everyone I see who wants to meet him that he doesn't like being reminded of his time as Time Force Silver and Mari Walker, who was the Time Force Gold of my timeline, doesn't like remembering the events that ended with me losing my arm. I was forced to replace my arm with Venjix's arm from his destroyed body. It was agonisingly painful, took several weeks to complete, and took a while longer to have it be fully operational but I know how overpowered the Chrono Shifter is because it gives me the power to use any Sentai or Power Ranger weapons that I want. I'm well aware of the possible risks if the Chrono Shifter falls into the wrong hands. We have to leave before NASADA picks up on them being on the moon with their alien technology being from far into the future with Geiz being from 2068 AD and myself and Cyra being from 3000 AD. Yes, we are time travellers from the far future but Geiz is used to dealing with the Demon King of Time Ohma Zi-O which is far more difficult than basic time travel.

I watched Grace and Terona leave the moon after their mission before I heard Alpha 5 say that it ended well because Rita Repulsa remains sealed away on the dark side of the Moon but I fear that history shall repeat itself. I fear that what happened to that young prince will come again. I still remember this young woman who I met in the late 19th century, also known as the American Frontier, Old West or Wild West, who asked me to give her the Power Coins before she disappeared with them. I have tried to find her again for over 75 years. The Zords and the Power Weapons that are in use today are copies of the Legendary Weapons and the same goes for these Eltarian weapons that are based on the Legendary Weapons that were thought to be a legend that was based around the Morphin Masters but it is seen by many Eltarians to be only a fairy tale. Once Grace and Terona return from the moon, they will be congratulated and rewarded for preventing the return of Rita Repulsa.

Terona and I finally arrived back on Earth a few hours after we left the surface of the moon following that mostly disastrous mission to prevent the return of Rita Repulsa. We're definitely still not sure of what to think but the one emotion I can definitely feel right now is anger and it's mostly directed at that fool Zordon who never told us that this mission could potentially cost us our lives. Luckily, we landed not far from a beach in Southern California so it won't take us long to get back to his Command Center to let him know of the hell we went through. He seriously believes it was a complete success because we did actually stop that ancient witch from returning but 3 out of the 5 of us who went up into space never returned to Earth alive. It was a massacre up there and I will never forgive Zordon for allowing this to happen. Terona still hasn't said a word since we saw Trek disappear in the explosion that took Nikolai's life but I am more sure of what I need to tell that blue idiot. We aren't far from his Command Center which is on top of Vasquez Rocks in the Sierra Palona that you can't see or enter unless you have a connection to the Morphin Grid so it won't be long until we inform him that we aren't risking our lives for him and his stupid old war stories ever again.

That woman has absolutely no idea that there is far, far worse out there like the Zetton Core and Reibloods. This battle is simply the beginning of the war that is about to commence because the Black Cross Army remains strong and they are aware of everything going on around them. It won't be long before they reveal their presence to the world with a devastating attack that will force those who value freedom, peace and justice to fight back with an incredible team who are ready to do anything they can to stop them while remaining hidden to the public. This secret squadron of 5 rangers shall defend the world from the Black Cross Army and I believe that there will only be 6 years between this moon mission and the resurgence of that evil army and the emergence of this heroic team whose five powers will combine into one. I predict this team will be known as Himitsu Sentai Sentai Gorenger.
