Screams and sounds of flesh being cut by the spears and swords nonstop as Evelyn ran and ran with the exterminators descending down from Heaven killing demons who were outside getting as far away for shelter until a hand grabbed her arm. She turned to see Vox quickly dragged her into his building slamming the security gates. "Thanks." Said Evelyn looking at Vox breathless. "Hey no one wants to die in the hands of those exterminators. Lose alot of viewers and customers. Vox. Owner of things Vox Tech." Said Vox shaking Evelyn's hand. "Evelyn. Um how long does this last?" Said Evelyn. "Hours. You want anything?" Said Vox. "Im fine. Im just call make to make sure my friends are safe." Said Evelyn pulling out her phone from her bag. "Lets get to my penthouse. I dont you down here alone with those fucks slaughtering out there." Said Vox opening the elevator doors. Evelyn eyed him before following inside once she a scream close by while her call was ringing. "Evelyn are you okay? Where are you?!" Said Vaggie. "Im fine. In Vox Tech with Vox." Said Evelyn. "As much i want to bitch about them. Im glad youre safe and Charlie's with me. I dont know where is Angel im sure hes covering himself somewhere. Just get home when you can." Said Vaggie. "I will. Bye theyre okay." Said Evelyn after putting her phone away. "So what a cute deer demon doing out alone?" Said Vox. "I was shopping and getting familiar with Pride until this all happened." Said Evelyn looking at him. "I havent gotten much but books and some things to drink my coffee or tea." Said Evelyn heating the ding. "Vox. We have t why she here?" Said Velvet seeing Evelyn while Valentino was texting someone on the couch. "She needed a place while this shit feast is over. And Claire?" Said Vox referring to Chloe. "Hangover." Said Velvet. "Make yourself at home. Let me know if you anything beautiful." Said Vox sitting on the couch with her and Valentino.
Evelyn sat by them on a loveseat taking out a book of murder crimes. She read to herself for some time until Velvet cleared her her throat looking up getting her attention. "You're a bookworm?" Said Vox. "You can say that. I enjoy reading books from time to time." Said Evelyn looking at him. "Have you gotten around the seven rings when you got here?" Said Vox. "You saw the massacre." Said Evelyn gesturing outside. "Yeah but besides that theres turf wars too. Anyways i can show around once this whole Cleanse thing is over." Said Vox. "Are you asking me out?" Said Evelyn. "Make it worth your while." Said Vox smiling. "I dont know. You look extremely busy on your business." Said Evelyn. "I can take time off." Said Vox as the fireworks went off. "Alright its over." Said Valentino getting up. "I got films to direct." Said Valentino handing her his card. "If you need a job. Call me." Said Valentino walking away winking at her. He saw Vox look pissed when Evelyn grabbed her bag after putting her book away. "Dont mind him. How about i take you home?" Said Vox getting up. "I think i can manage. Thanks for saving my ass out there." Said Evelyn going to the elevator with Valentino and Vox. "You can owe me one with dinner." Said Vox. "Really?" Said Evelyn. "I can give you some time if im rushing you. We just met after all." Said Vox hearing Valentino scoffed. Evelyn heard her phone going off seeing it was Charlie answering it. "Hi Charlie. Is everything okay?" Said Evelyn. She was listen to Charlie while Vox glared at him and flipped him behind Evelyn. "No. Im gonna walk home you go to your interview. Of course. Bye." Said Evelyn hanging up. "Nice to meet you and the other Vs. I have to get going." She says walking out once the gates opened up automatically. "Good luck with her." Said Valentino. "Fuck you." Said Vox going to his studio under the V tower. He walked to his screens having a seat switching to the cameras looking to whats going on and see anything good for his show.
Later Evelyn walked by a TV store seeing Charlie live with Katie Killjoy and Tom Trench who werent listening to her. She stood behind the crowd looking at the crowd watching the news and say negative comments about the Happy Hotel shaking her head. "Oh no." Said Evelyn seeing her stand up. She took a step back to walk away until her bag tapped someone behind her. "Oh sorry." Said Evelyn seeing a tall slim demon with a smile on his looking down at her with his glowing red eyes. She stepped aside making her way to the hotel still hearing Charlie singing fading away the further she walked away. Evelyn continued on getting a feeling something was off turning around fast to see a shadow disappear in a alley and kept on going until she got inside. She headed to her room to put her books away keeping the one she read and grabbed her mug to make herself some tea grom the kitchen. Going through the cabinets once she got to the kitchen she found a box of Chamomile apple and started making it in the microwave. Evelyn then went to the lobby sitting comfortably on the couch near the long hallway leading to the front doors waiting for the others to come home. "Hey mom." Said Angel seeing her. "What did you do?" Said Evelyn knowing he calls her that if he has to get something off his chest or making her not get to mad at him getting in trouble. "I guessing you didnt see the entire thing. Well he was involved in a turf war that was broadcast live during the interview. And now this no chance of anyone coming all because of it." Said Vaggie sitting down next to her. "I love you mom." Said Angel. "Im not going out drinking or shopping with you for three weeks." Said Evelyn without looking away from her while turning a page. "Fuck!" Said Angel before getting himself a popsicle. She looked from her book looking at Charlie leaving to make a call.
"Where were you during the Cleanse?" Said Vaggie. "The Vs. Vox pulled me in when he mustve saw me running." Said Evelyn looking at the two. "Did he screw you or Valentino?" Said Angel. "He asked me out and said he'll give me some time to think about it. Still think something isnt about him." Said Evelyn hearing the door shut twice. "Vaggie." Said Charlie peeking her head out from the hall. "What?" Said Vaggie irritated. "The Radio Demon is at the door." Said Charlie. "What?!" Said Vaggie in shock. "Who?" Said Angel with Evelyn looked confused too. "What should i do?" Sais Charlie. "Dont let him in." Said Vaggie. Evelyn drank her tea as a old fashion radio voice came in with the same demon she bumped into earlier talking about he enjoyed the chaos that happened on the news with Charlie. She then saw Vaggie grab her spear making her drop her book to help stop her from killing without a good reason. "My Dear. If i was going hirt anyone here. i would've done so." Said the demon with his eye shifting to radio dials making a radio static happen around the room. "No. Im here to here to help." Said the Radio demon. "Say what now?" Said Charlie while Evelyn took Vaggies spear. Evelyn set aside while the Radio Demon talked with Charlie about her project. She saw her sit down with her and Angel who asked about the Radio Demon. "You never heard of him before you been here longer than me." Said Vaggie. "Just tell is and i bumped into earlier once i left to the part where Charlie was singing. "Years ago. Alastor appeared in Hell with a power no mortal could ever harness and out anyone who defied him and broadcast his carnage all through out and some call him the Radio Demon." Said Vaggie. Evelyn look at Alastor asking about the staff as Charlie gestured it only Vaggie until he snap his fingers for the fireplace to come to life and something or someone dropped in.
Alastor picked them up once the one eye opened to look at everyone then puffed into a small girl demon dressed in a 1930s style outfit. "This little Darling is Nifty." Said Alastor. "Hi im Nifty. Nice to meet you all. Its been awhile since i made new friends. Why you all women? Are there any men here?" Said Nifty picking up Charlie. "Sorry. Oh my gosh this place looks awful. Nope. Nope. Nope." Said Nifty as she started cleaning. Then a cat winged demon appeared along with an entire bar as Evelyn walked over take a seat since Nifty cleaned the couches. She managed to grab her book and cold tea while the Demon named Husker talked to Alastor for a moment. "So what is a lovely Angel doing down here?" Said Alastor looking at Evelyn. "I beat my cheating ex husband half to death in Heaven. Do i have regrets? Not really." Said Evelyn shrugging drinking her tea. "Well since you have already gotten the tour of this fine Hotel. How about you and i take a stroll around Hell?" Said Alastor. "I dont want to bother y-" "Nonsense my Dear. It will be a spectacular experience you'll never forget." Said Alastor smiling. "I guess since i did bump into you. Im Evelyn Monroe." Said Evelyn as Charlie liked the new additions to her hotel. Alastor then lit a green fire ball launching it up pushing Vaggie away as everyone were dressed into a 1930s style while he sang and danced with Charlie showing off his power until a blast broke the door hitting Nifty. Everyone got out to see a naga demon controlling the blimp with a canon ready to fire. But Alastor snapped his finger again for a monster with large tentacles grabbed the blimp slowly crushing it and beating up the demon inside with the movement of his hands by Evelyn watching him. He then made a fist making the entire blimp explode with everyone looked shock and horrified looking at Alastor who wiped off the terrifying face like nothing happened asking anyone if they enjoy some jambalaya. "Need some help with the cooking? I never made that dish before." Said Evelyn. "Why of course. Im more than happy teach you." Said Alastor as they walked inside.
