Zaira enjoyed the stroll around the city for the past two hours without any thieves around to her surprise. She looked at the night sky seeing the stars showing up one by one and glanced at Razoul had a calm look. He looked at her with admiration then change into annoyed one seeing one of his men Caleb running towards them. "What is it, Caleb?!" Said Razoul. "It's that Iago. He's in the palace!" Caleb panted trying to catch his breath. "Oh dear Allah." Zaira whispered to herself. She looked at Razoul who picked her up from under her legs and ran towards the palace with Caleb behind them. They reached the dinning room where the guards were trying to get Iago while Aladdin was stopping them. Zaira was put down as Razoul blocked her once his sword was out ready to strike. "No. Razoul." Said Zaira grabbing the sword out of his hand pointing the blade at him. "What are you doing?!" Said Razoul as Aladdin stood in between. "Please. I can explain. He's escaped from Jafar and wants to be given a chance." Said Aladdin. "To what destroy Agrabah? He's not to be trusted." Said Jasmine. "But he has good in his heart. If he didn't then Aladdin wouldn't have made it out that fight alive." Said Zaira looking at Jasmine then back at Razoul. "You knew he was here didn't you?!" Said Razoul. "Just today before Aladdin arrived to the palace." said Zaira. "Why didn't you tell us?! Give us a reason why he doesn't deserve to be locked up?" Said The sultan. "Because I'll be responsible for him. Zaira was just helping me after she was first to find out." said Aladdin. "Alright. If anyone needs me I'll be in my room. And I'm keeping an eye on you." said the sultan leaving the room. "I also will be taking my leave and if he makes one wrong move. He's mine." said Razoul glaring at aladdin. He took his sword back and left without even giving Zaira a glance making her feel broken. Zaira looked at Iago who landed on her shoulder as Jasmine stormed out leaving only her with Aladdin and Iago. "I hope you know what your doing and Iago." said Zaira letting him perch on her hand. "Don't make me regret saving your feathery butt." said Zaira. She gave Iago over to aladdin on her way to her room with a shadow figure following her.
After she changed into her night dress. Zaira layed on her bed trying to sleep while the shadow emerged into its true self once it hovered their tall figure over her head. "Only a matter if time. My queen. For i have plans for you." said the figure. They brushed away the strand of hair out of her face making Zaira slowly open her eyes screaming and fell off her bed once the figure disappeared. Dezu flew to her lantern to turn on the flame to see no one but Zaira on the floor. 'what happened? Another nightmare?' Dezu signed after helping her up. "I thought i saw Jafar watching me sleep." said Zaira sitting on her bed. 'That cant be possible. He's lost in the desert where he should be.' Dezu signed. "I'm not making it up. If Iago got out of that lamp. What if someone found him?" said Zaira the jumped as someone knocked on the door. She got up and opened the door looking to see no one but felt a tap on her foot. Looking down was Iago and let him in. "Here to check on me?" said Zaira watching him land on her piles of pillows. "No. That stupid chimp wouldn't let me sleep with the kicking and snoring. So i decided to come to your room." said Iago making himself comfy. "Can i ask you something?" said Zaira closing her door. "No i didn't steal anything if that's what your thinking." said Iago. "No. Its Jafar. You haven't seen him or anything. Have you?" said Zaira. "Uh. No i haven't why?" said Iago as Zaira sat close to him. "If you haven't heard me scream. I could've sworn i saw Jafar watching over me. He didn't mention me right?" said Zaira. "Well before i escaped from that jerk. He wouldn't shut up about getting you back as a girlfriend or something. Then you were not royal material but for something else." said Iago. "Well thanks anyways. Night Iago." said Zaira pecking his head before going back to her bed. "Just because I'm turning a new feather doesn't mean you can get all mushy on me like your fiancee." said Iago as Dezu casually dropped herself next to him.
The next day Zaira was in her secret garden pulling out the weeds and dead pieces of plants. She sighed through her nose sadly the looked at the rose bush to see that it gotten bigger. "Wasn't it smaller?" said Zaira looking at it closer. She brushed the petals gently onto her fingers in thought as someone was calling her from inside her room. Zaira got up dusting away any dirt on her and wash her hands clean using the mini waterfall before going upstairs. "Zara? Oh there you are. I've been looking all over for you. Aladdin just left with father and Iago earlier on carpet so I thought we could talk." Said Jasmine. "About what?" Said Zaira. "Like you screaming last night. What's going on with you?" Said Jasmine taking a spot on the pillows with Zaira next to her. "Alot actually. I have so much to tell you but last night I saw Jafar." Said Zaira. "What? Are you sure you weren't dreaming?" Said Jasmine. "I know he was there. When I was out with Razoul. I felt like someone was watching us and when I slept. I felt my hair was moved and that's when I woke up." Said Zaira. " Did you tell anyone about it?" Said Jasmine. "Only Iago after I screamed." Said Zaira. "Well is there anything else you want to get off your chest?" Said Jasmine as Star rubbed herself against her head. "I think we should wait since we do have to gain trust on Iago." Said Zaira. "Right. Hey where is that rose bush Genie gave you?" Said Jasmine petting Star. "In my secret garden. Where it's safe. So did you and Aladdin make up?" Said Zaira. "Yeah with Iago's help." Said Jasmine. "At least your warming up to him." Said Zaira. "Well I'm going to be in my room to play with Rajah." Said Jasmine getting up and left. Zaira stroked Star gently for bit then heard the singing again making Star look at her closet curiously. "You heard it too?" Said Zaira getting as Star followed her to the closet. She listened carefully before going into the secret passage and looked around. Star observed her surroundings then saw the rose bush growing it's roots along the walls.
"What did Genie gave me?" Said Zaira as Star purred bumping her head on the petals. "Weird. You only do that with . . . " She stopped and looked over at the rose bush again. "Serena?" She says as Star hissed at something behind her. She turned around to see Jafar smirking at her shocked figure. "Get out of here, Jafar." Said Zaira getting her confidence back. "I thought you've been surprised to see me again. And what an excellent room to keep all to yourself. Such a shame that it won't last forever you know." Said Jafar circling her like a predator. "What are you talking about?" Said Zaira watching his every move. "You know very well. I wonder what will the princess will think after finding out that your not her sister after all these years?" Said Jafar seeing Zaira sit down on the stone bench. She looked worried as thoughts of Jasmine never forgiving her for this and snapped out of it once Jafar out his hands on her shoulders. "It won't happen unless you agree to be mine." Said Jafar. "I rather die than be with you and I'm not letting you or any of this ruin my new life." Said Zaria standing up to face him. "Then you join them." Said Jafar snapping his fingers. They puffed to the dungeon as Zaira saw everyone except Aladdin's and Razoul locked up. "Baba! Jasmine!" Said Zaira going to them but felt something tug on her right ankle making her fall. She prop herself up looking at the chains on her ankles attached to the walls but also noticed she was in a slightly revealing red slave outfit. The tube top was strapless and the puffy pants and slits from the ankles to her thighs showing off her legs with her hair in a high pony tail. "Don't fret pussy cat. I'll be letting you go after that Abismal wishes me free. Then destroy that Street rat and guard Razoul." Said Jafar lifting her head to make her look at him. She got out his grip before spitting at him in the eye making him turn into his genie form and was grabbed by the throat. "You'll be regretting that, Desiree." Said Jafar then threw her back on the ground. Zaira yelped when she felt pain on her right ankle when Jafar disappeared. "My dear are you alright?" Said the sultan. "Yes baba." Said Zaira. "Zaira, why did Jafar call you Desiree?" Said Jasmine looking at her. Zaira looked at her then at everyone but mostly the Sultan who gave her a sad nod. "Because that's my real name. I know I told you that we should wait. Well I think it's now time to tell you the truth that me and the sultan kept from you." Said Zaira looking at Jasmine deeply. "What truth?" Said Jasmine. "That I'm not your sister and I'm from a completely different world where all of you don't exist except in stories." Said Zaira letting the tears fall.
