"There thats where the bird is kept but it could be locked by now." said Desiree peeling around the corner. Aladdin looked to see the large door with no one in sight making his way inside with Genie and Desiree behind him. Desiree pushed the door open slightly for Aladdin and Abu to sneak in. Closing the door behind her the bird cries died down a little after spotting Desiree. Approaching the bird cautiously she petted its beak gently wiping away his tears. "Everything is going to be okay." Saif Desiree. "Poor little guy." Said Aladdin as Genie started to tear up. "I bet he misses his mother." Said Genie. "We have to help him get out of here." Said Desiree. "Oh sure but Aladdin here promised to bring back a feather. Not having our organs spilled out." Said Iago. "Hey we beat Abismal before remember. He may be a criminal but doesnt have the right brains for it." Said Desiree as Abu looked at Aladdin. "Free birdy." Said Abu. "You want to help him escape." Said Aladdin. Abu nodded and jumped on the caged door with pick the lock. He went inside thr lock with his tool as Iago was complained about getting killed making Desiree turn to tell him off but saw Abismal ans his main henchman. "Guards!" Said Abismal.
Desiree grabbed a sack of seeds and threw it at them causing a cloud of dust and sand to spread. "Come on lets go. Genie take the bird." Said Desiree. "Yes ma'am. Giddy up birdy." Said Genie getting on the bird. Aladdin got on carpet as Desiree ran after them with the guarss chasing her. She stopped to see a man swinging a sword at her barely missing her but grabbed his wrist holding the sword and used it to cut the rope holding the old tarp above the others. She kicked him back into the men struggling to get out and was picked up by Aladdin and Carpet. "Good thinking about the tarp trick." Said Aladdin looking at her. "Hey i may be a princess but i dont need to act like one." Said Desiree. Then felt a hard jerk from carpet causing them to fall into the sand. Desiree sat up next to Aladdin and Abu facing Abismal and his men. Iago popped his head out of Desiree's hair spitting out some sand and fell on her lap. "Now that i have caught you. Im going to do something very unpleasant to you." Said Abismal. "Oh no heres comes the gut spill." Said Iago. "Oh im not going to that instead i have feathers." Said Abismal. "Thats good right?" Said Iago. "I dont know. I figured he wasnt that threatening than Jafar or Razoul." Said Desiree. "Cant argue with that." Said the man beside Abismal. "Thank you." Said Desiree. "Well your wrong princess, Haroud." Said Abismal handing him the feathers. "Its wpuld be a great honor to have Agrabah bow before my feet." Said Haroud bowing to Abismal. "No. They bow before me once i marry Zaira." Said Abismal. "Uh she's engaged to Razoul." Said Aladdin. "Shut up!" Said Abismal waving a wind tornado at them. The strong wind carried them away from the cave and across the desert back to Agrabah. After hours of being on the tornado Desiree flew out going towards the piles of hand.
She screamed seeing the ground close making her hands go forward to land before but the sand glowed white moving towards her hands as it was alive catching her fall. Desiree looked at it in shock then her hands moving them to the left and the sand beneath her followed and lowered herself. She was confused and scared of what happened and heard some voices shouting. Looking behind her to see the walls of Agrabah through the night. "Princess Zaira. What are you doing all the way out here?" Said one of the guards running towards her. "I was helping Aladdin with a bet he had." Said Desiree. "Well bother finding him. Its a waste of time. Come on Razoul is searching everywhere in the palace for you." Said Beni. "He knows very well. I can take care of myself." Said Desiree walking inside looking around. "You haven't seen Aladdin come here." She asked. "No." Said Beni. They went inside the palace as Star meowed running towards her and jumped into her arms. "Looks like Star has been looking for you too." Said one of the guards. "Thank you for bring me here. Ill be in my room or with Jasmine." Said Desiree. The two guards bowed and left her alone as Rajah walked in. "Take me to my sister then." Said Desiree following Rajah. She walked to the halls towards Jasmine's room hearing her talking to Razoul. "Im sure she would've told me where she was going." Said Jasmine as Desiree sighed walking in. "Dont worry im alive you thats what you both mean." Said Desiree as Star played with a strand of her hair. "He was worried when you werent around the city or the palace." Said Jasmine. "Well i was out helping aladdin with a stupid bet he made." Said Desiree. "Well did he have the proof?" Said Razoul. "Look i simply told Aladdin what i saw at Abismals hideout when i took Ravi and Lily out to ride Dezu." Said Desiree. "That doesnt really help Aladdin. Now im going to parole with my men and dont run off to where i cant find you." Said Razoul walking out of the room. "So what happened?" Said Jasmine as Desiree sat next to her. "I took Aladdin and the others to Abismal where he kept a baby thunder bird captive. Apparently the feathers can creat the sandstorms and strong winds to knock anything down." Said Desiree scratching Star on her head. "Did you let free and where's Aladdin?" Said Jasmine. "I don't know. i guess the tornado Abismal trapped us in split after Genie escaped to take the bird home. I was the first one here." Said Desiree. "Well im glad your safe and hopefully everyone else. Is there anything else you want to tell me?" Said jasmine. "Not right now. Im going get cleaned up and get something to eat before i go to sleep." Said Desiree taking Star to her room. She closed her door and walked to the balcony after Star rested on the pillow pile. Desiree looked at her hands and stared at the desert. 'Should i tell her what's going on with me?' She thought. 'Or find out on my own?'
The next morning Desiree walked around the city to keep busy from worrying about Aladdin the others. "Where are they?" Sais Desiree looking at the gates. "Princess, get inside it is not safe with those wind demons out there." Said Beni pushing her into an abandoned house as the wind began to pick up. She shook her head and looked for a way out od the building. Moving the broken furniture aside to find anything but all there was old books and worn out clothes. She picked one up out of curiosity and began to look inside while not realizing the floor below her breaking under hee weight. Before letting out a scream she fell into a dark room and felt some of the books hit her head. Coughing out of the sand in her lungs Desiree looked up to see the hole she fell through began to close up on its own. "Hello?! Beni? Razoul?" Said Desiree seeing nothing but very little light through the cracks of the floor building. She picked up the books that fell on her seeing it looked to be a journal and some had a special lock. Desiree walked around for a bit amd sat down under the light to look at the journal she found. Only it to find it blank. "I thought something was written here. Did the pages fall out?" Said Desiree flipping the pages from the beginning to end. 'Only if i want you to see Desiree.' As the letters appeared before her eyes. "Who are you?" Desiree asked. 'I used to belong to your great grandfather. Every book here can only opened by the blood of the family. I has the answers your looking for. Are you ready for the truth?' Said the book. Desiree looked up the hole where the light was peeking through then the book in deep thought. "Zaira? Zaira?!" Said a voice. "Im down here!" Said Desiree seeing the pairs of shoes. "Im going to get more guards to dig you out." Said The voice then left.
