After dinner Zaria wore her dark blue outfit and grabbed her small blanket to keep herself warm. She walked out of her room and felt Star rub against her leg. Zaria picked her up and let her rest on her shoulders on her way out to the garden house. (idek the name of where Aladdin stayed in the movie.) She reached the house as the candles were still on and gently knocked on the door. "Coming. Genie, Carpet. Hide quick." said a voice. Hearing foot steps the boy opened the door seeing her and Star. "Princess Zaria. What brings you here?" said the boy. "Ali, can i come in?" said Zaria. Ali steps aside letting her in and faced him once he closed the door. "Why aren't you acting like yourself?" said Zaria. "Excuse me?" said Ali nervously. "You know what I'm talking about. Last time i saw you was when the guards took you away. Now tell the truth." said Zaria. Ali sighed taking off his hat and sat on the bed. "When me and Abu were in the dungeons. A beggar helped us escape if he get him a magic lamp from a lions cave. We went in seeing all sorts of treasure and found the lamp with a magic carpet guiding us until the cave starts falling apart once Abu grabbed the ruby. We barely made it but the man almost killed us once i handed him the lamp. But Abu bit him in order to steal back the lamp and made us fall in and summoned Genie knowing he was the only one who can get us out. And i wanted use my wishes to win Jasmine's heart." said Aladdin looking at her with guilt.
Zaria chuckled at him acting like a child when talking about their crush. "Your not mad?" said Aladdin. "I was at first but everyone has to learn on their mistake sooner or later. Now where's the Genie and magic carpet?" said Zaria. Aladdin smiles that she believed him and saw Genie appearing behind her playing with Star. "Right behind you. Carpet come out and you too Abu." said Aladdin. Zaria looked at the blue man watching him with and warm smile. "Hi, I'm Genie. Aladdin told me about you, Princess Zaria." said Genie shaking her hand. Carpet tapped her shoulder and gently bowed once she saw him. "Dezu will be thrilled to meet you." said Zaria. "Who?" said Aladdin. Zaria looked around seeing no one and whistled towards her balcony. Dezu flew outside and went in the house. She put her talons on her 'head' seeing carpet who did opened his flaps. "Dezu? Nice name. I'm glad you two are getting along well." said Aladdin watching the two 'talking' to each other. "She's the one who help me get away from my ex fiance's palace. We're close like you and Abu." said Zaria seeing the elephant peeking his head out.
She walked over and stroked his trunk knowing tiny red hat anywhere. "We'll keep it a secret until you confess. Now that is done. I'll be in the garden." said Zaira heading out. "Good night." said Aladdin. Zaira casually walked around the garden enjoying the night and heard star calling her attention. "What Star?" Said Zaira as the feline gesturing her to follow. Zaira followed her inside the palace and stopped at her room. She opened the door to see a large figure jumping off the balcony making her run towards their direction. Looking down near was no one in sight and closed the doors to her balcony. "Who was that?" Said Zaira as Star was at her dresser sniffing at something. "Did they take something?" She asked getting closer. There on the dresser was her missing dagger and note. "Don't ever leave without this. For I may not be around to protect you or your family. Sleep well my princess." Zaira reads the note out loud. 'Who is this mystery stranger?' She thought.
"Should i tell Jazi of this?" said Zaira once Dezu came back. Dezu walked over glancing at the notes on her dresser and the dagger then shrugged. "I suppose this could be an excuse to check on how she's doing?" said Zaira. She walked over to Jasmine's room and knocked gently. "Father, i told you to leave m- oh Zaira. I'm glad its you. Come in." said Jasmine. Zaira looked around the room seeing that nothing changed a bit and saw Rajah laying on his pillows. "What has gotten you so mad?" said Zaira. "I over heard Father and Ali talking about how I'm a easy prize to be won. I want to marry for love like you." said Jasmine sitting on her bed. "Oh Ali is just over looking things."said Zaira sitting next to her. "I've been around him long enough to know that he never really had felt like being loved." Said Zaira. She knew it was true. Always caught the sad look on his face every time her and Aladdin see a family weather big or small. Herself missed her real parents and best friend before ending up here when she was eight years old.
Her thoughts were interrupted as Jasmine spoke up. "What have you got there" said Jasmine seeing the notes and the dagger. "Oh these I found in room before I left and this just now." Said Zaira handing them to Jasmine. "Seems to me like an admirer." Said Jasmine looking at the dagger closely. "I guess but who? Certainly not a prince." Said Zaira taking back the weapon. "It's not fair for us to marry a prince." Said Jasmine as she heard name outside. "Ali?" Said Zaira as they went out in the balcony. "What do you want?" Said Jasmine. "My apologies am I interrupting something?" Said Aladdin. "No I was checking on my sister. I'll leave the two of you alone. Good night." Said Zaira walking out of Jasmine's room. She was about head back to her room but a sound of wings flapping stopping her. "Pretty girl. *Squawk* Pretty girl. *Squawk*" said Iago landing on her shoulder. "Princess Zaira. I was just about speak to you. Would you join me in the gardens?" Said Jafar. "I suppose let me put something away." Said Zaira putting the notes on her journal. She then grabbed her dagger and tied it under her dress since she still had a feeling about Jafar burning deep inside of her.
